step four: starting a trash discharging motor, driving a trash discharging rod which is spirally arranged to push floaters and sediments upwards, and guiding the floaters and the sediments to a residue collecting cylinder by using a guide pipe for uniform collection;
Step five: starting a driving motor, driving a mounting ring to rotate by using the driving motor, generating high-frequency vibration by the mounting ring through the cooperation of a lug and a pause ring, vibrating down a blocking object attached to a filter sheet, driving the baffle plate along the opposite direction of the filtering direction along with the driving motor in the process, pushing down the blocking object by using a water flow recoil mode, and discharging the blocking object by using a impurity discharging motor.

The method for preparing the environment-friendly paint by filtration according to claim 1, wherein a supporting ring is arranged on the inner side of the bottom of the outer cylinder of the device, a supporting ring erected above the supporting ring is fixed on the outer side of the bottom of the inner cylinder of the device, silica gel pads are uniformly distributed and embedded on the bottom of the supporting ring, and the surface of the silica gel pads acts on the upper surface of the supporting ring.
