Abstract

In some embodiments of the present application, the osmanthus essence includes the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-3 parts of osmanthus fragrans extract, 0.11-0.2 parts of linalool, 0.03-0.12 parts of benzyl alcohol, 0.02-0.3 parts of phenethyl alcohol, 0.1-0.3 parts of geraniol, 0.5-1 part of D, L-menthol, 0.01-0.3 part of beta-ionone, 0.02-0.5 part of methyl ionone, 0.01-0.3 part of alpha-ionone, 0.01-0.3 part of ionone, 0.1-0.5 part of dihydrojasmone, 0.01-0.2 part of benzyl acetate, 0.03-0.5 part of geranyl acetate, 0.01-0.3 part of phenethyl acetate, 0.02-1 part of glyceryl triacetate, 0.01-0.2 part of Kang Naike oil, 0.03-0.3 part of nerolibanum, and 2-6 parts of propylene glycol. Illustratively, the weight portions of the osmanthus extract may be 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1.0, 0.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, etc. The components are matched with each other according to a specific proportion, so that the original flavor of the osmanthus fragrans can be reduced well, the matching effect between the osmanthus fragrans essence and the Longjing essence is good, and the harmony of tobacco tar is improved. In some embodiments of the present application, the e-cigarette tobacco tar further comprises at least one of a tobacco extract, vanillin, a taste modifier, a cooling agent, and a sweetener. Preferably, in some embodiments of the present application, the tobacco extract, vanillin, taste modifier, cooling agent and sweetener are included in the electronic cigarette tar. The taste modifier is a commonly used taste modifier (trade name) of electronic cigarette tobacco tar sold in the market. In addition, the cooling agent accords with the current national standard.
In some embodiments of the present application, the sweetener is present in an amount of 0.1 to 0.5 parts by weight. The proper amount of sweetener formula can make the taste of the smoke more abundant, can simulate the sweet taste of sweet osmanthus and sweet returning after tea drinking, and can avoid sweet greasy feeling at the same time, thereby further enriching the experience of consumers. In some embodiments of the present application, the above-described sweeteners include, but are not limited to, N- [ N- (3, 3-dimethylbutyl) -L-alpha-aspartyl ] -L-phenylalanine-1-methyl ester (i.e., neotame). In other embodiments, other sweeteners may also be included, such as one or more of sucralose, steviol glycosides, neotame, acesulfame potassium, aspartame, glycyrrhizin, sodium saccharin, cyclamate, thaumatin.
In some embodiments of the present application, the aforementioned solvents include, but are not limited to, glycerol. The glycerol is also an atomization agent of the electronic cigarette tobacco tar while taking into account the dissolution of part of organic substances in the tobacco tar. The solvent content is too low, the stability of tobacco tar is reduced, the mist output of the electronic cigarette is small, the taste of the electronic cigarette is seriously influenced, the content of the solvent is too high, the content of other components in the tobacco tar is too low, and the taste of the electronic cigarette is also influenced.
In an embodiment of the application, the electronic cigarette tar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-3 parts of osmanthus fragrans essence, 0.5-1.5 parts of Longjing essence, 0.1-0.2 part of catechin, 0-1.2 parts of nicotine, 0.15-0.5 part of vanillin, 0.1-0.2 part of taste modifier, 0.1-0.3 part of neotame, 1-1.8 parts of cooling agent, 0.4-1 part of tobacco extract and 4-6 parts of glycerol.
The embodiment of the application also provides a preparation method of the osmanthus fragrans Longjing flavored electronic cigarette tobacco tar, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparing osmanthus fragrans essence; preparing Longjing essence;
(2) Adding 0.5-3 parts by weight of osmanthus fragrans essence and 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of Longjing tea essence into 4-6 parts by weight of solvent, adding 0.1-0.2 part by weight of catechin and 0-1.2 parts by weight of nicotine, and fully stirring to obtain the electronic cigarette tobacco tar.
The volatility of the osmanthus fragrans essence and the Longjing essence are different, and the quality of the finally obtained electronic cigarette tobacco tar can be ensured by separately preparing the osmanthus fragrans essence and the Longjing essence. The mixing mode can be any mode capable of enabling components in the electronic cigarette liquid to reach a uniform mixing state, and the mixing mode comprises stirring mixing and ultrasonic mixing.
In some embodiments of the present application, the mixing may be performed in a food-specific vacuum dispenser.

(1) Preparation of osmanthus essence: the following components were added to 4 parts by weight of solvent-propylene glycol: 1.8 parts of osmanthus fragrans extract, 0.15 part of linalool, 0.06 part of benzyl alcohol, 0.15 part of phenethyl alcohol, 0.2 part of geraniol, 0.75 part of D, L-menthol, 0.15 part of beta-ionone, 0.25 part of methyl ionone, 0.15 part of alpha-ionone, 0.15 part of ionone, 0.3 part of dihydrojasmone, 0.1 part of benzyl acetate, 0.25 part of geranyl acetate, 0.15 part of phenethyl acetate, 0.5 part of glyceryl triacetate, 0.1 part of Kang Naike oil and 0.15 part of nerin are added into a special vacuum mixer for food, and the osmanthus fragrans essence is obtained after uniform mixing.
(2) Preparing Longjing essence: the following raw materials were added to 4 parts by weight of solvent-propylene glycol: 1.0 part of longjing extract, 0.15 part of leaf alcohol, 0.06 part of benzyl alcohol, 0.15 part of linalool, 0.15 part of phenethyl alcohol, 0.15 part of benzyl acetate, 0.15 part of citronellyl butyrate, 0.15 part of menthyl acetate, 0.15 part of leaf alcohol acetate, 0.15 part of ethyl phenylacetate, 0.15 part of methyl dihydrojasmonate, 0.15 part of menthol, 0.15 part of 2,3, 5-trimethyl pyrazine and 0.15 part of beta-ionone are added into a special vacuum mixer for food, and the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain the longjing essence.
(3) And adding 0.5 part of osmanthus fragrans essence, 0.5 part of Longjing essence and 0.1 part of catechin into 4 parts of glycerol by weight to obtain the osmanthus fragrans Longjing-flavored electronic cigarette tobacco tar.

The difference with the example 1 is that the finally prepared osmanthus fragrans Longjing flavored electronic cigarette tobacco tar contains the following components in parts by weight: 2.6 parts of osmanthus fragrans essence, 1.1 parts of Longjing essence, 0.1 part of catechin, 0.1 part of taste modifier, 0.2 part of neotame, 0.85 part of nicotine, 1.3 parts of WS-23,0.6 parts of tobacco extract and 5 parts of glycerol.

The difference with the example 1 is that the finally prepared osmanthus fragrans Longjing flavored electronic cigarette tobacco tar contains the following components in parts by weight: 3 parts of osmanthus fragrans essence, 0.5 part of Longjing essence, 0.2 part of catechin, 0.2 part of vanillin, 0.1 part of taste modifier, 0.2 part of neotame, 0.6 part of tobacco extract, 0.85 part of nicotine and 1.3 part of WS-23,5 parts of glycerol.

The difference with the example 1 is that the finally prepared osmanthus fragrans Longjing flavored electronic cigarette tobacco tar contains the following components in parts by weight: 0.5 part of osmanthus fragrans essence, 1.5 parts of Longjing essence, 0.15 part of catechin, 0.2 part of vanillin, 0.1 part of taste modifier, 0.2 part of neotame, 0.6 part of tobacco extract, 0.85 part of nicotine and 1.3 part of WS-23,5 parts of glycerol.

The difference with the example 1 is that the finally prepared osmanthus fragrans Longjing flavored electronic cigarette tobacco tar contains the following components in parts by weight: 2.42 parts of osmanthus fragrans essence, 1.1 parts of Longjing essence, 0.11 part of catechin, 0.2 part of vanillin, 0.1 part of taste modifier, 0.2 part of neotame, 0.85 part of nicotine, 1.3 parts of WS-23,0.6 parts of tobacco extract and 5 parts of glycerol.

As can be seen from the comparative example data, when any one of the osmanthus fragrans essence and the Longjing essence is absent, the electronic cigarette tobacco tar lacks the fragrance and coordination, and has single taste and no characteristics. In the comparative example 3, catechin is not contained, and the smoke can still emit the flavor of Longjing tea, but the tea is thin in taste and poor in coordination, and the sensory experience of consumers is affected. The osmanthus fragrans Longjing flavored electronic cigarette tobacco tar is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-3 parts of osmanthus fragrans essence, 0.5-1.5 parts of Longjing essence, 0.1-0.2 part of catechin, 0-1.2 parts of nicotine and 4-6 parts of solvent.
2. The e-cigarette tobacco tar of claim 1, wherein a ratio of parts by weight of the longjing essence to the osmanthus essence is in a range of 1 (2.0-3.0).

The electronic cigarette tobacco tar according to claim 1, wherein the osmanthus fragrans essence comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-3 parts of osmanthus fragrans extract, 0.11-0.2 parts of linalool, 0.03-0.12 parts of benzyl alcohol, 0.02-0.3 parts of phenethyl alcohol, 0.1-0.3 parts of geraniol, 0.5-1 part of D, L-menthol, 0.01-0.3 part of beta-ionone, 0.02-0.5 part of methyl ionone, 0.01-0.3 part of alpha-ionone, 0.01-0.3 part of ionone, 0.1-0.5 part of dihydrojasmone, 0.01-0.2 part of benzyl acetate, 0.03-0.5 part of geranyl acetate, 0.01-0.3 part of phenethyl acetate, 0.02-1 part of glyceryl triacetate, 0.01-0.2 part of Kang Naike oil, 0.03-0.3 part of nerolibanum, and 2-6 parts of propylene glycol.

The electronic cigarette tobacco tar according to claim 1, wherein the Longjing essence comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-1.5 parts of Longjing extract, 0.1-0.2 parts of leaf alcohol, 0.03-0.12 parts of benzyl alcohol, 0.1-0.2 parts of linalool, 0.1-0.2 parts of phenethyl alcohol, 0.1-0.2 parts of benzyl acetate, 0.1-0.2 parts of citronellyl butyrate, 0.1-0.2 parts of menthyl acetate, 0.1-0.2 parts of leaf alcohol acetate, 0.1-0.2 parts of ethyl phenylacetate, 0.1-0.2 parts of methyl dihydrojasmonate, 0.1-0.2 parts of menthol, 0.1-0.2 parts of 2,3, 5-trimethyl pyrazine, 0.1-0.2 parts of beta-ionone and 2-6 parts of propylene glycol.
5. The e-cigarette tobacco tar of claim 1, wherein the nicotine is 0.5-1.2 parts by weight.
6. The e-cigarette tobacco tar of any one of claims 1-5, further comprising at least one of a tobacco extract, vanillin, a taste modifier, a cooling agent, and a sweetener.
7. The e-cigarette tobacco tar of claim 6, wherein the tobacco extract is 0.4-1 parts by weight.
8. The e-cigarette tobacco tar of claim 6, wherein the cooling agent is 1-1.8 parts by weight; the cooling agent comprises N,2, 3-trimethyl-2- (1-methylethyl) butyramide.
9. The e-cigarette tobacco tar of claim 6, wherein the sweetener is 0.1-0.5 parts by weight; the sweetener comprises N- [ N- (3, 3-dimethylbutyl) -L-alpha-aspartyl ] -L-phenylalanine-1-methyl ester.
10. The e-cigarette tobacco tar of claim 6, wherein the taste modifier is 0.1-0.2 parts by weight.
11. The e-cigarette tobacco tar of claim 6, wherein the vanillin is present in an amount of 0.15-0.5 parts by weight.
12. The preparation method of the osmanthus fragrans Longjing flavored electronic cigarette tobacco tar is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) Preparing osmanthus fragrans essence; preparing Longjing essence;
(2) Adding 0.5-3 parts by weight of osmanthus fragrans essence and 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of Longjing tea essence into 4-6 parts by weight of solvent, adding 0.1-0.2 part by weight of catechin and 0-1.2 parts by weight of nicotine, and fully stirring to obtain the electronic cigarette tobacco tar.
13. An electronic cigarette, comprising a liquid storage bin and the electronic cigarette tar according to any one of claims 1-11; and the electronic cigarette tobacco tar is stored in the liquid storage bin.
