Claims (8)

1. An OTA automatic upgrade method of a digital receiver, comprising the steps of:
Responding to the upgrade instruction, and performing upgrade operation; the upgrade operation includes:
If the upgrade instruction is a first upgrade instruction, upgrade data in the USB storage device is obtained according to a preset rule to upgrade the digital receiver;
If the upgrade instruction is a second upgrade instruction, downloading upgrade data according to a preset frequency point and the preset rule to upgrade the digital receiver;
if the upgrade instruction is a third upgrade instruction, upgrade data are obtained to carry out upgrade processing of the digital receiver; the step of obtaining the upgrade data for the upgrade processing of the digital receiver comprises the following steps:
S100, judging whether the USB storage equipment stores upgrade data or not, if so, obtaining first version information according to the upgrade data;
S200, acquiring second version information according to the preset frequency points and the preset rules, if the acquisition is successful, executing the step S400, and if the acquisition is failed, executing the step S300;
s300, detecting upgrade data from frequency point to frequency point in the full frequency domain, acquiring the second version information according to the preset rule, and setting the corresponding frequency point as a preset frequency point;
S400, judging whether the first version information is the latest version information according to the first version information and the second version information; if the first version information is the latest version information, acquiring upgrade data in the USB storage device and performing digital receiver upgrade processing; if the first version information is not the latest version information, downloading upgrade data according to the preset frequency point to upgrade the digital receiver;

S410, comparing the first version information with the second version information to obtain the latest version information;

When the number of times that a user watches a specific program in a fixed time period exceeds a preset value, recording the specific program as a user frequently watched program, and acquiring the next broadcasting time of the user frequently watched program; if the upgrading time conflicts with the broadcasting time of the frequently watched program of the user, inquiring whether the frequently watched program of the user is replayed and the replaying time, and sending out prompt information.

Acquiring description information of upgrade data, wherein the description information comprises a digital receiver model and a software version;
judging whether the acquired digital receiver model is matched with the current digital receiver model;
If so, judging whether the acquired software version is higher than the current software version;
If yes, determining the upgrade data as upgrade data capable of carrying out upgrade processing of the digital receiver.

If the second version information is the latest version information, downloading and checking upgrade data corresponding to the second version information;
If the verification fails, the upgrade data is downloaded again and the downloading times are updated;
If the verification fails and the downloading times exceed a threshold value, the first version information is recorded as the latest version information, and the corresponding upgrade data is verified;
If the first version information is the latest version information, checking the upgrade data corresponding to the first version information; if the verification fails, the second version information is recorded as the latest version information, and upgrade data corresponding to the second version information is downloaded and verified.

Detecting the capacity of the memory or the USB storage device at regular intervals, and if the capacity exceeds a preset value, performing storage space cleaning operation;
the storage space cleaning operation includes: judging whether the stored upgrade data is upgrade data which can be subjected to upgrade processing of the digital receiver according to the preset rule, and if so, cleaning the upgrade data.

acquiring upgrade prompt information from a live broadcast signal, and synchronizing the upgrade prompt information to mobile equipment in communication connection with a digital receiver;
