Optionally, the device for implementing the live broadcast and the on-demand function provided in this embodiment may further include an authentication module, configured to authenticate the play terminal when the request signal is a live broadcast request signal; and after the authentication is passed, acquiring a live broadcast signal corresponding to the identification information through a Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) network.
Optionally, the device for implementing live broadcast and on-demand function provided in this embodiment may further include a pushing module, configured to push an on-demand video associated with the live video stream to the play terminal.
With regard to the device for implementing the live and on-demand functions in the above embodiments, the specific manner in which the respective modules perform operations has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated herein.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, terms such as processing, computing, calculating, determining, displaying, or the like, may refer to an action and/or process of one or more processing or computing systems or similar devices that manipulates and transforms data represented as physical (e.g., electronic) quantities within the processing system's registers and memories into other data similarly represented as physical quantities within the processing system's memories, registers or other such information storage, transmission or display devices. Information and signals may be represented using any of a variety of different technologies and techniques. For example, data, instructions, commands, information, signals, bits, symbols, and chips that may be referenced throughout the above description may be represented by voltages, currents, electromagnetic waves, magnetic fields or particles, optical fields or particles, or any combination thereof.
It should be understood that the specific order or hierarchy of steps in the processes disclosed is an example of exemplary approaches. Claims (10)

1. A method for realizing live and on-demand functions, comprising:
receiving a video playing request signal, wherein the request signal contains identification information;
judging whether the request signal belongs to a request signal for on-demand playing or a request signal for live playing;
and acquiring the video corresponding to the identification information via the network corresponding to the judgment result.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the request signal is a live request signal, the acquiring a video corresponding to the identification information via a network corresponding to the determination result includes:
and acquiring a live broadcast signal corresponding to the identification information through a Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) network, and demodulating the live broadcast signal into a video live broadcast stream which can be identified by a playing terminal.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the request signal is an on-demand request signal, the acquiring the video corresponding to the identification information via the network corresponding to the determination result comprises:
and acquiring the on-demand video corresponding to the identification information through an IP network.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein when the request signal is a live request signal, the method further comprises:
and pushing the on-demand video associated with the video to a playing terminal.
5. A system for implementing live and on-demand functions, comprising:
the device comprises a direct broadcast device, a digital video broadcasting DVB network and a video server, wherein the direct broadcast device is connected with the digital video broadcasting DVB network and is used for providing a video direct broadcast stream;
the intelligent playing device is used for receiving a video playing request signal, wherein the request signal contains identification information, judging whether the request signal belongs to a video-on-demand playing request signal or a live playing request signal, and acquiring a video corresponding to the identification information through a network corresponding to a judgment result;
when the request signal is a live broadcast request signal, the live broadcast equipment acquires a live broadcast signal corresponding to the identification information through the DVB network, demodulates the live broadcast signal into a video live broadcast stream recognizable by the intelligent playing terminal, and sends the video live broadcast stream to the intelligent playing equipment.
6. The system according to claim 5, wherein when the request signal is an on-demand request signal, the smart player device obtains an on-demand video corresponding to the identification information via an IP network.
7. The system according to claim 5, wherein the smart player device comprises:
the intelligent television is provided with a terminal application, the terminal application is used for judging whether the request signal belongs to a request signal for on-demand playing or a request signal for live playing,
when the request signal is a live broadcast request signal, the smart television receives and plays a live video stream sent by the live broadcast equipment, and when the request signal is an on-demand request signal, the smart television receives and plays an on-demand video.
8. The system according to claim 5, wherein the smart player device comprises:
the video-on-demand equipment is provided with a terminal application, and the terminal application is used for judging whether the request signal belongs to a video-on-demand playing request signal or a live playing request signal; and the playing equipment receives and plays the live video stream sent by the live broadcasting equipment when the request signal is a live broadcasting request signal, and receives and plays the video on demand when the request signal is an on demand request signal.
9. The system according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the terminal application is stored in the live device, and when the smart player device is connected to the live device, the smart device downloads the terminal application from the live device and installs the terminal application.
10. An apparatus for implementing live and on-demand functions, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a video playing request signal, wherein the request signal contains identification information;
the judging module is used for judging whether the request signal belongs to a request signal for on-demand playing or a request signal for live playing;
and the acquisition module is used for acquiring the video corresponding to the identification information through the network corresponding to the judgment result.
