The aperture of the filter screen 14 is set to be proper, so that powder materials can smoothly pass through.
If the powder material is mixed with impurities, light impurities such as wire heads are blocked by the filter screen 14; heavy impurities such as hard particles remain in the sieving and dewatering zone 101 due to the large specific gravity, thereby realizing the impurity removal of the powder material.
The side lower part of the powder blowing-out area 102 is provided with a blowing-out air inlet 16 arranged on the outer wall of the baking screen box 1; the powder material entering the powder material blowing-out area 102 is blown into the collecting cylinder 2 by the air flow with a certain speed fed from the material blowing-out air inlet 16. Since the diameter of the collecting cylinder 2 is obviously larger than that of the powder outlet pipe 22, the air flow speed is obviously reduced, air escapes from the material blocking cloth 21, and powder materials are blocked by the material blocking cloth 21 and fall into the powder collecting bottle 3. The powder material with preset weight is accumulated in the powder collecting bottle 3, and the powder collecting bottle 3 can be transferred to a production link.
