On the basis of the invention embodiment 1, the water-swelling water stop strip 10 is plugged into the residual part to be filled in the bolt hole 2, the water-swelling water stop strip 10 swells and deforms when meeting water and fills all irregular gaps in the bolt hole 2, so that huge contact pressure is generated, and meanwhile, the water-swelling water stop strip also has certain strength, and compared with the high-strength waterproof concrete 4 in the embodiment 1, the water-swelling water stop strip can more thoroughly prevent water seepage and reduce the risk of leakage in the bolt hole 2.

s5, brushing a penetration crystallization layer (7) at the opening position of the bolt hole (2) on the surface of the outer wall body (1);
s6, sticking TS waterproof cloth (8) on the outer side of the permeable crystallization layer (7), and hammering the edge of the TS waterproof cloth (8) by using a rubber hammer to firmly adhere;
