The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Embodiment one:
As shown in fig. 1 to 18, the die-cut packaging device for the cesarean application comprises a frame 1, wherein a cesarean application production unit for producing and processing the cesarean application and a cesarean application follow-up packaging and cutting unit for packaging the cesarean application are arranged on the frame 1 along the production direction of the cesarean application.
The die-cutting, windowing and waste discharging composite knife rest 2, the material receiving and removing conveyor 3, the liquid-absorbing cotton die-cutting and pressing knife rest 4, the side waste die-cutting knife rest 5 and the die-cutting and forming knife rest 6 for die-cutting and applying the caesarean section are arranged on the frame 1, and the liquid-absorbing cotton die-cutting and pressing knife rest 4 is arranged below the material receiving and removing conveyor 3.
The die-cutting and windowing waste discharging composite tool apron 2 is sequentially provided with a first traction mechanism, a die-cutting and windowing mechanism, a stripping stabilizing mechanism and a stripping waste discharging mechanism.
The liquid-absorbing cotton die-cutting pressing tool apron 4 is provided with a liquid-absorbing cotton die-cutting bottom roller 7, a liquid-absorbing cotton die-cutting roller 8 and a sheet liquid-absorbing cotton air suction conveying roller 9 from bottom to top, wherein the liquid-absorbing cotton die-cutting bottom roller 7 is in transmission connection with the liquid-absorbing cotton die-cutting roller 8, liquid-absorbing cotton sequentially winds the top of the liquid-absorbing cotton die-cutting bottom roller 7 and the bottom of the liquid-absorbing cotton die-cutting roller 8, and is die-cut into sheets between the liquid-absorbing cotton die-cutting roller 8 and the sheet liquid-absorbing cotton air suction conveying roller 9.
The caesarean section application follow-up packaging and cutting unit comprises a caesarean section application follow-up packaging device 10 and a traction and cutting tool holder 11 which are arranged on the frame 1.
Still include the blowing device, the blowing device is including rotating PU membrane blowing axle 12, imbibition cotton blowing axle 13, backing paper blowing axle 14, upper packaging film blowing axle 15 and lower floor's packaging film blowing axle 16 of installing on frame 1, PU membrane blowing axle 12 sets up in the cross cutting open window and arranges the upper reaches of useless compound blade holder 2, imbibition cotton blowing axle 13 sets up in the upper reaches of imbibition cotton cross cutting pressfitting blade holder 4, upper packaging film blowing axle 15 and lower floor's packaging film blowing axle 16 all set up in the downstream of cross cutting delivery application cross cutting shaping blade holder 6.
The first traction mechanism comprises a first traction roller 17 rotatably arranged on the die-cutting window waste discharge composite tool apron 2, and the first traction roller 17 is in transmission connection with a second traction roller 18.
The die-cutting window opening mechanism comprises a die-cutting window opening bottom roller 19, a die-cutting window opening roller 20 and a die-cutting window opening knife pressing roller 21 which are arranged on the die-cutting window opening waste discharging composite knife holder 2 from bottom to top, and the die-cutting window opening bottom roller 19 is in transmission connection with the die-cutting window opening roller 20.
As shown in fig. 4-10 together, the peeling stabilizing mechanism comprises a peeling stabilizing mounting frame 22, two sides of the peeling stabilizing mounting frame 22 are fixedly provided with a rotating shaft 23, the two rotating shafts 23 are respectively and rotatably arranged on the die-cutting and window-opening waste discharging composite tool apron 2, the peeling stabilizing mounting frame 22 is in transmission connection with a first rotary driving mechanism, a first force release roller 24, a peeling stabilizing guide roller 25 and a second force release roller 26 are arranged on the peeling stabilizing mounting frame 22, the peeling stabilizing guide roller 25 is arranged between the first force release roller 24 and the second force release roller 26, the two rotating shafts 23 are coaxially arranged with the peeling stabilizing guide roller 25, the first force release roller 24 and the second force release roller 26 are arranged in parallel, and the PU film is sequentially wound on the bottom of the first force release roller 24, the top of the peeling stabilizing guide roller 25 and the bottom of the second force release roller 26.
The stripping waste discharge mechanism comprises a stripping knife 27 which is slidably arranged on the die-cutting window waste discharge composite knife holder 2 along the advancing direction of the cesarean section application, a pair of waste discharge rollers 28 which are rotatably arranged on the die-cutting window waste discharge composite knife holder 2 are arranged at the downstream of the stripping knife 27, the two waste discharge rollers 28 are in transmission connection, a plurality of waste discharge wheels 29 are arranged on each waste discharge roller 28, waste discharge gaps 30 are arranged between two adjacent waste discharge wheels 29 on each waste discharge roller 28, and the waste discharge wheels 29 on the two waste discharge rollers 28 are arranged in two pairs.
And the receiving and rejecting conveyor 3 comprises a conveyor mounting frame 31, the conveyor mounting frame 31 is slidably mounted on the frame 1 along the direction of the die-cutting and windowing bottom roller 19, the conveyor mounting frame 31 is arranged at the downstream of the die-cutting and windowing waste discharging composite cutter seat 2, the liquid-absorbing cotton die-cutting and pressing cutter seat 4 is arranged below the conveyor mounting frame 31, a driving roller 32 and a driven roller 33 are rotatably mounted on the conveyor mounting frame 31, and a conveying belt 34 is arranged between the driving roller 32 and the driven roller 33.
Also, the side waste die-cutting blade holder 5 is provided with a side waste die-cutting bottom roller 35, a side waste die-cutting roller 36 and a side waste die-cutting pressing roller 37 from bottom to top, and the side waste die-cutting bottom roller 35 is in transmission connection with the side waste die-cutting roller 36.
Next, the die-cutting forming tool apron 6 for the application of the caesarean section comprises a second traction mechanism and a die-cutting forming mechanism, wherein the second traction mechanism is arranged at the upstream of the die-cutting forming mechanism, and the material receiving component is arranged at the downstream of the die-cutting forming tool apron 6 for the application of the caesarean section.
The second traction mechanism comprises a third traction roller 38 which is arranged on the die-cutting and forming cutter seat 6 for applying the die-cutting and forming in the caesarean section, and the third traction roller 38 is connected with a fourth traction roller 39 in a transmission way.
The die-cutting forming mechanism comprises a die-cutting forming bottom roller 40 and a die-cutting forming roller 41 which are arranged on the die-cutting forming knife holder 6 for applying the die-cutting during the Caesarean section, and the die-cutting forming bottom roller 40 is in transmission connection with the die-cutting forming roller 41.
As shown in fig. 15-17 together, the material receiving assembly comprises a material receiving mounting frame 42 mounted on a die-cutting forming cutter seat 6 for applying the cesarean section, a material receiving plate 43 is slidably mounted on the material receiving mounting frame 42 along the production direction of the cesarean section application, an upper supporting frame 44 for supporting an upper packaging film and a lower supporting frame 45 for supporting a lower packaging film are mounted on the material receiving plate 43, a pair of mounting seats 46 are fixedly mounted on the material receiving plate 43, mounting shafts 47 are mounted on the two mounting seats 46 in a common rotation manner, a pressing plate 48 for enabling the upper packaging film and the lower packaging film to be pressed and bonded by the cesarean section is mounted on the mounting shafts 47, a fixing ring 49 is mounted on one end of the mounting shafts 47, and a tension spring 50 for adjusting the pressing force of the pressing plate 48 is arranged between the fixing ring 49 and the material receiving mounting frame 42.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2 together, the apparatus 10 for follow-up packaging of cesarean delivery application comprises a follow-up frame 51 slidably mounted on a frame 1 in a horizontal direction, the follow-up frame 51 is connected with a screw nut driving mechanism, an upper packaging template 52 and a lower packaging template 53 are slidably mounted on the follow-up frame 51 in a vertical direction, the upper packaging template 52 is arranged above the lower packaging template 53, the upper packaging template 52 is connected with a plurality of packaging cylinders 54, and the lower packaging template 53 is connected with a cam driving mechanism.
The traction cutter seat 11 is provided with a cutting bottom roller 55, a cutting roller 56 and a cutting pressing roller 57, the cutting bottom roller 55 is in transmission connection with the cutting roller 56, and a stable traction assembly is arranged at the upstream of the traction cutter seat 11.
The stable traction assembly comprises a stable traction mounting frame 58 arranged on the traction cutter seat 11, a first stable traction roller 59, a second stable traction roller 60 and a second rotation driving mechanism are arranged on the stable traction mounting frame 58, the second rotation driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the first stable traction roller 59, and the first stable traction roller 59 is in transmission connection with the second stable traction roller 60.
The peeling stabilizing guide roller 25, the first relief roller 24, and the second relief roller 26 are located on the same horizontal plane.
Each rotating shaft 23 is arranged on the die-cutting window waste discharging composite tool apron 2 through a bearing seat 61.
The first force release roller 24, the peel stability guide roller 25, and the second force release roller 26 are all mounted between the two peel stability mounts 22 by first bolts 62.
An adjusting component is arranged between the two ends of the second traction roller 18 and the die-cutting, windowing and waste discharging composite cutter seat 2 and between the two ends of the fourth traction roller 39 and the die-cutting and forming cutter seat 6 for die-cutting by caesarean section.
Each adjusting component comprises an adjusting plate 63, the second traction roller 18 and the fourth traction roller 39 are respectively arranged between the two corresponding adjusting plates 63, a limiting groove 64 is formed in one end of each adjusting plate 63, a pair of limiting bolts 65 are respectively arranged on each adjusting plate 63, two limiting bolts 65 respectively penetrate through the top and the bottom of the corresponding limiting groove 64, a limiting block 66 is fixedly arranged on the die-cutting and windowing waste discharging composite tool apron 2 and the die-cutting and shaping tool apron 6 for die-cutting and applying the caesarean section, each limiting block 66 is arranged between the corresponding two limiting bolts 65, the die-cutting and windowing waste discharging composite tool apron 2 and the die-cutting and shaping tool apron 6 for die-cutting and applying the caesarean section are respectively hinged with one end of the corresponding adjusting plate 63 through a hinging rod 67, an adjusting cylinder 68 is respectively hinged with the other end of the corresponding adjusting plate 63 on the die-cutting and windowing waste discharging composite tool apron 2 and the die-cutting and shaping tool apron 6 for die-cutting and applying the caesarean section.
Each adjusting plate 63 is mounted with a detachable mounting plate 70 by a pair of second bolts 69, and both ends of the second pulling roll 18 and the fourth pulling roll 39 are rotatably mounted between the corresponding adjusting plate 63 and the corresponding detachable mounting plate 70, respectively.
An adjusting shaft 71 is rotatably installed on the die-cutting window waste discharging composite tool apron 2, an adjusting knob 72 is installed at one end of the adjusting shaft 71, a pair of adjusting gears 73 are installed on the adjusting shaft 71, a pair of adjusting racks 74 are slidably installed on the die-cutting window waste discharging composite tool apron 2 along the horizontal direction, each adjusting gear 73 is meshed with the corresponding adjusting rack 74, and the stripping knife 27 is installed between the two adjusting racks 74.
A pair of support rods 75 are fixedly mounted on the die-cutting windowing waste discharging composite tool apron 2, a pair of material blocking side plates 76 are jointly mounted on the two support rods 75, a pair of material blocking toothed plates 77 matched with the corresponding waste discharging wheels 29 are fixedly mounted between the two material blocking side plates 76, and the two material blocking toothed plates 77 are arranged at the downstream of the two waste discharging rollers 28.
At least two guide blocks 78 parallel to the direction along the die-cutting bottom roller 19 are fixedly arranged on the frame 1, guide grooves 79 are formed in each guide block 78, a sliding rod 80 is fixedly arranged on one side, away from the die-cutting bottom roller 19, of the conveyor mounting frame 31, and the sliding rod 80 is slidably arranged in the two guide grooves 79 along the direction along the die-cutting bottom roller 19.
The sliding rod 80 is provided with a first sliding groove 81 at the top and the bottom, a second sliding groove 82 at the top and the bottom of the guiding groove 79, the first sliding groove 81 is matched with the second sliding groove 82, the first sliding groove 81 is tightly attached to the second sliding groove 82, and the sliding rod 80 and the guiding block 78 do not move relatively under the condition of no external force.
Both ends of the slide bar 80 are mounted with an anti-derailment bolt 83 for preventing the slide bar 80 from being separated from the two guide blocks 78.
A limiting plate 84 is installed on one side of the conveyor mounting frame 31, which is close to the sliding rod 80, a baffle plate 85 for preventing die-cutting waste materials from falling to the outer side of the conveyor belt 34 is arranged between the limiting plate 84 and the die-cutting waste material discharging composite tool apron 2, one end of the baffle plate 85 is hinged to the die-cutting waste material discharging composite tool apron 2, and the other end of the baffle plate 85 is lapped on the limiting plate 84.
An electric heating plate 86 is installed at the top of the upper packing form 52, an upper mounting plate 87 is installed at the top of the electric heating plate 86, and a plurality of packing cylinders 54 and upper guide posts 88 are installed between the upper mounting plate 87 and the follower frame 51.
A lower mounting plate 89 is mounted at the bottom of the lower packaging template 53, a plurality of rollers 90 are rotatably mounted at the bottom of the lower mounting plate 89, a rotating shaft 92 driven by a rotating shaft driving motor 91 is rotatably mounted at the bottom of the follow-up frame 51, a plurality of cams 93 corresponding to the rollers 90 are mounted on the rotating shaft 92, and a plurality of lower guide posts 94 are arranged between the follow-up frame 51 and the lower mounting plate 89.
A pair of follow-up frame sliding rails 95 are arranged on the frame 1, the follow-up frame 51 is slidably arranged on the follow-up frame sliding rails 95 along the advancing direction of the cesarean delivery application, a screw rod 96 is rotatably arranged on the frame 1, a nut 97 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the follow-up frame 51, and the nut 97 is arranged on the screw rod 96 in a threaded manner.
A pair of material receiving plate slide rails 98 are mounted on the material receiving mounting frame 42, the material receiving plates 43 are slidably mounted on the two material receiving plate slide rails 98, a pair of positioning plates 99 are mounted between the material receiving plates 43 and the material receiving mounting frame 42, a plurality of limiting holes 100 are formed in the material receiving mounting frame 42 and the material receiving plates 43, and each positioning plate 99 is mounted between the material receiving plates 43 and the material receiving mounting frame 42 through a pair of third bolts 101.
A guiding inclined plate 102 is arranged on the receiving mounting frame 42, and the guiding inclined plate 102 is arranged below the receiving plate 43.
A first guide roller 103 is rotatably mounted at both ends of the follower bracket 51.
The liquid-absorbent cotton outer frame induced draft collector 110 is mounted upstream of the liquid-absorbent cotton die-cut pressing blade holder 4 by a collector mounting bracket 104.
The first and second rotary drive mechanisms are each a servo motor 105.
