The multifunctional knife holder 1 is provided with a conveying assembly for conveying PU film die-cut waste, the conveying assembly is arranged at the downstream of the two waste discharging rollers 18 and comprises a driving roller 42 and a driven roller 43 which are rotatably arranged on the multifunctional knife holder 1, and a conveying belt 44 is arranged between the driving roller 42 and the driven roller 43.
A pair of side plates 45 for guiding the PU film die-cut waste are fixedly mounted on the multifunctional tool apron 1, each waste discharge wheel 19 is arranged between the two side plates 45, a pair of toothed plates 46 matched with the corresponding waste discharge wheel 19 are mounted between the two side plates 45, and each toothed plate 46 is arranged between the waste discharge roller 18 and the conveying belt 44.
A rotating shaft 47 for adjusting the angle of the second peeling knife 23 is rotatably mounted on the multifunctional knife holder 1, the second peeling knife 23 is mounted on the rotating shaft 47, and one end of the rotating shaft 47 penetrates out of the multifunctional knife holder 1 and is connected with a rotating knob 48.
The first PU film traction roller 12, the PU film transmission bottom roller 14, one of the waste discharge rollers 18, the driving roller 42, the first nonwoven fabric laminating roller 20, the first absorbent cotton traction roller 6, the absorbent cotton transmission bottom roller 8 and the first base paper laminating roller 24 are respectively connected with a servo motor, and the servo motors are not marked in the figure.
In the present invention, the drive connections are all engaged by a drive gear 49.
Embodiment two:
The laminating process of the retaining needle laminating device specifically comprises the following steps:
S1, die cutting PU film 2: the PU film 2 is pulled into the PU film die-cutting and windowing assembly through the PU film pulling assembly, and the PU film die-cutting and windowing assembly die-cuts a row of windows for attaching the liquid-absorbing cotton 4 on the PU film 2 according to the die-cutting requirement of the PU film 2.
S2, stripping PU film die-cutting waste: the PU film 2 after the die-cutting and windowing passes through the PU film die-cutting waste stripping component, and the PU film die-cutting waste stripping component comprises a first stripping knife 17 and two waste discharging rollers 18, and under the action of the first stripping knife 17, the advancing direction of the PU film 2 is changed, so that the PU film die-cutting waste is lifted from the PU film 2 and enters between the two waste discharging rollers 18, and the stripping of the PU film die-cutting waste is realized.
S3, attaching the PU film and the non-woven fabric 3: and the PU film 2 from which the PU film die-cut waste is peeled and the nonwoven 3 which is processed enter a nonwoven laminating mechanism simultaneously, so that the PU film 2 and the nonwoven 3 are laminated together.
S4, stripping the non-woven fabric from the backing paper 22: a second stripping knife 23 is arranged between the non-woven fabric laminating mechanism and the liquid-absorbing cotton die-cutting laminating mechanism, and the non-woven fabric is stripped from the non-woven fabric 3 by the second stripping knife 23 after the PU film 2 is laminated with the non-woven fabric 3.
S5, die-cutting the liquid-absorbent cotton 4, and attaching the die-cut liquid-absorbent cotton 4 to the PU film 2 one by one: the liquid-absorbing cotton 4 enters the liquid-absorbing cotton die-cutting and attaching assembly through the traction of the liquid-absorbing cotton traction assembly, the liquid-absorbing cotton 4 is die-cut into slices by the liquid-absorbing cotton die-cutting and attaching assembly, and the slice-shaped liquid-absorbing cotton 4 is attached to the die-cutting window of the PU film 2 one by one.
S6, attaching the base paper 11 to the bottom of the liquid-absorbing cotton 4: after the non-woven fabric 3 and the liquid-absorbing cotton 4 are attached to the PU film 2, the PU film 2 and the base paper 11 simultaneously pass through the base paper attaching mechanism, so that the base paper 11 is attached to the bottom of the liquid-absorbing cotton 4.
The application method of the invention is as follows:
Firstly, the PU film 2 passes through the space between the first PU film traction roller 12 and the second PU film traction roller 13, then passes through the space between the PU film die-cutting bottom roller 15 and the PU film die-cutting knife roller 16, and a plurality of windows for attaching the liquid absorbent cotton 4 are die-cut on the PU film 2 according to the process requirements along with the rotation of the PU film die-cutting knife roller 16, so that the die-cutting and window opening of the PU film 2 is completed.
Secondly, under the action of the first stripping knife 17, the advancing direction of the PU film 2 is changed, one end of the PU film die-cutting waste is lifted from the PU film 2, the PU film die-cutting waste is gradually stripped from the PU film 2 along with the advancing of the PU film 2, and the PU film die-cutting waste is guided by the conveying of the waste discharging wheel 19, the side plate 45 and the toothed plate 46 and falls on the conveying belt 44 and is conveyed away, so that the stripping and waste discharging of the PU film die-cutting waste are completed.
And thirdly, after the PU film die-cutting waste is stripped from the PU film 2, the PU film 2 and the non-woven fabric 3 pass through the space between the first non-woven fabric laminating roller 20 and the second non-woven fabric laminating roller 21 at the same time, and then the lamination of the PU film 2 and the non-woven fabric 3 is completed.
Fourth, after the PU film 2 is bonded to the nonwoven fabric 3, the nonwoven fabric is peeled off from the tape backing paper 22 by the second peeling knife 23.
And fifthly, the liquid-absorbing cotton 4 passes through the space between the first liquid-absorbing cotton traction roller 6 and the second liquid-absorbing cotton traction roller 7, then passes through the space between the liquid-absorbing cotton transmission bottom roller 8 and the air suction roller 9, winds around the bottom of the air suction roller 9, passes out of the space between the air suction roller 9 and the air suction cutter roller 10, and is die-cut into pieces between the air suction roller 9 and the air suction cutter roller 10, so that the die-cutting of the liquid-absorbing cotton 4 is completed.
And sixthly, absorbing the liquid-absorbing cotton 4 after die cutting into slices on the air suction knife roller 10, and enabling the liquid-absorbing cotton 4 after die cutting into slices to pass through the top of the air suction knife roller 10 one by one and be attached to the die cutting and windowing positions of the corresponding PU films 2 along with the rotation of the air suction knife roller 10, namely attaching the liquid-absorbing cotton 4 after die cutting to the die cutting and windowing positions of the PU films 2.
Seventh, after the PU film 2 is attached to the absorbent cotton 4, the PU film and the base paper 11 pass through the space between the first base paper attaching roller 24 and the second base paper attaching roller 25 at the same time, and thus the PU film 2 is attached to the base paper 11.
In conclusion, the die cutting of the PU film and the liquid-absorbing cotton and the bonding of the PU film, the non-woven fabric, the liquid-absorbing cotton and the base paper can be realized by only one multifunctional tool apron, so that the processing error and the mounting error of the indwelling needle paste caused by the arrangement of the multiple tool apron are avoided, and the processing precision of the indwelling needle paste is improved.

The liquid-absorbing cotton die-cutting and laminating mechanism is used for die-cutting liquid-absorbing cotton and laminating the die-cut liquid-absorbing cotton to be sheet-shaped at the windowing position of the PU film one by one, the liquid-absorbing cotton die-cutting and laminating mechanism comprises a sliding frame, a liquid-absorbing cotton traction assembly and a liquid-absorbing cotton die-cutting and laminating assembly are arranged on the sliding frame from bottom to top, the liquid-absorbing cotton traction assembly comprises a first liquid-absorbing cotton traction roller rotationally arranged on the sliding frame, the first liquid-absorbing cotton traction roller is in transmission connection with a second liquid-absorbing cotton traction roller, the first liquid-absorbing cotton traction roller and the second liquid-absorbing cotton traction roller are horizontally arranged, the second liquid-absorbing cotton traction roller is arranged at the downstream of the first liquid-absorbing cotton traction roller, the liquid-absorbing cotton die-cutting and laminating assembly comprises a liquid-absorbing cotton transmission bottom roller, a liquid-absorbing cotton transmission roller and a liquid-absorbing knife roller which are arranged on the sliding frame along the advancing direction of the PU film, the liquid-absorbing cotton transmission bottom roller and the liquid-absorbing knife roller are horizontally arranged, the liquid-absorbing cotton transmission roller is in transmission connection with the liquid-absorbing cotton traction roller, and the liquid-absorbing cotton knife roller is in transmission connection with the liquid-absorbing knife blade seat along the direction of the sliding frame, and the liquid-absorbing cotton transmission bottom roller is in the direction along the direction of the multiple transmission axes;
The base paper laminating mechanism is used for laminating base paper to the base paper laminating mechanism at the bottom of the liquid absorbing cotton, and the sliding frame is arranged between the non-woven fabric laminating mechanism and the base paper laminating mechanism.

The PU film die-cutting waste stripping assembly comprises a first stripping knife used for stripping PU film die-cutting waste on the PU film, the first stripping knife is slidably mounted on the multifunctional knife holder along the advancing direction of the PU film, a pair of waste discharge rollers rotatably mounted on the multifunctional knife holder are arranged at the downstream of the first stripping knife, the waste discharge rollers are in transmission connection, each waste discharge roller is provided with a plurality of waste discharge wheels, and the waste discharge wheels on the waste discharge rollers are arranged in pairs.

The indwelling needle attaching device according to claim 1, wherein the sliding assembly comprises a plurality of fixing blocks fixedly mounted on the multifunctional tool apron, each fixing block is provided with a sliding groove, each sliding groove extends along the axial direction of the air suction tool roll, a pair of sliding rods are mounted on the sliding frame, each sliding rod is slidably mounted in the corresponding sliding groove, and a positioning bolt is arranged between the multifunctional tool apron and the sliding frame.

The indwelling needle attaching device according to claim 1, further comprising a pair of adjusting components for adjusting the distance between the first liquid-absorbing cotton traction roller and the second liquid-absorbing cotton traction roller, wherein each adjusting component is arranged on the sliding frame, each adjusting component comprises an adjusting plate installed on the sliding frame, one end of each adjusting plate is hinged on the sliding frame through a hinging rod, two driving cylinders are hinged on the sliding frame, the other end of each adjusting plate is hinged with a piston rod corresponding to each driving cylinder, a limiting groove is formed in one end, close to each driving cylinder, of each adjusting plate, each adjusting plate is provided with a pair of limiting bolts which are oppositely arranged, each limiting bolt penetrates through the inner wall corresponding to the limiting groove, a pair of limiting blocks are installed on the sliding frame, and each limiting block is arranged between the two corresponding limiting bolts.

S5, die-cutting the liquid-absorbent cotton and attaching the die-cut liquid-absorbent cotton to the PU film one by one: the liquid-absorbing cotton is pulled into the liquid-absorbing cotton die-cutting and attaching assembly through the liquid-absorbing cotton pulling assembly, the liquid-absorbing cotton is die-cut into sheets through the liquid-absorbing cotton die-cutting and attaching assembly, and the sheet-shaped liquid-absorbing cotton is attached to the die-cutting window of the PU film one by one;
S6, attaching the base paper to the bottom of the liquid-absorbing cotton: after the non-woven fabrics and the liquid-absorbing cotton are attached to the PU film, the PU film and the base paper simultaneously pass through the base paper attaching mechanism, so that the base paper is attached to the bottom of the liquid-absorbing cotton.
