That is, the limiting structure 50 can limit the cutting member 40 both when the cutting member 40 is in the extended state and when the cutting member 40 is in the retracted state.
Therefore, by arranging the limiting structure 50, on one hand, as shown in fig. 6, the limiting structure 50 can prevent the cutting member 40 from exceeding the grinding hammer 30 when the cutting member 40 is in the extending state, and on the other hand, when the cutting member 40 rotates from the extending state to the retracting state when encountering garbage with high hardness, as shown in fig. 7, the limiting structure 50 can limit the cutting member 40 in the retracting state, so that the rotation range of the cutting member 40 is limited, and the cutting member 40 is prevented from swinging or rotating greatly.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the limiting structure 50 is configured as limiting protrusions 51, the limiting protrusions 51 are two and are respectively located at two sides of the movement direction of the cutting member 40, and a movement space of the cutting member 40 is defined between the two limiting protrusions 51.
Therefore, by arranging the two limiting protrusions 51, the cutting member 40 is limited on two sides of the movement direction of the cutting member 40, so that the cutting member 40 rotates between the two limiting protrusions 51, as shown in fig. 6, when the cutting member 40 rotates to an extending state, the cutting member 40 abuts against the limiting protrusions 51 close to the cutting notch 31, so that the cutting member 40 is prevented from exceeding the grinding hammer 30 too much, as shown in fig. 7, when the cutting member 40 rotates to a retracting state, the cutting member 40 abuts against the limiting protrusions 51 far away from the cutting notch 31, so that the rotation range of the cutting member 40 is limited, and the cutting member 40 is prevented from swinging or rotating to a large extent.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the weight 43 is disposed on the cutting member 40, and the center of gravity of the weight 43 is offset from the rotation center of the cutting member 40.
For example, as shown in fig. 9, the dotted line in fig. 9 is a symmetrical center line of the cutting member 40, the cutting member 40 is configured as an asymmetrical structure, and the weight 43 is located at a side of the symmetrical center line of the cutting member 40 away from the blade portion 41, so that when the garbage crusher 100 is operated, that is, the grinding disc 20 rotates clockwise relative to the grinding ring 10, the cutting member 40 can be extended relative to the grinding hammer 30 at the cutting gap 31 under the action of centrifugal force, thereby facilitating the cutting of garbage.
In other embodiments, cutting element 40 is configured to be telescopically mounted to grinding hammer 30.
From this, can stretch out and draw back for the grinding hammer 30 through setting up cutting member 40 to be convenient for cutting member 40 switch between the state of stretching out and withdrawing, wherein, cutting member 40 can cut rubbish when being in the state of stretching out, and cutting member 40 can dodge rubbish when withdrawing the state, in order to avoid cutting member 40 damage, do benefit to the life of extension cutting member 40.
For example, the grinding hammer 30 is provided with a mounting cavity, the cutting member 40 is telescopically arranged in the mounting cavity, when the cutting member 40 is in an extended state, the cutting member 40 extends relative to the mounting cavity to cut garbage, and when the cutting member 40 is in a retracted state, the cutting member 40 extends into the mounting cavity to avoid garbage.
In some embodiments, the garbage crusher 100 further comprises: a housing 60.
Specifically, the housing 60 includes an upper cavity 61 and a lower cavity 62, the grinding ring 10 is installed in the lower cavity 62, the upper cavity 61 is covered on the upper side of the lower cavity 62, and the lower cavity 62 is connected with a driving mechanism for driving the grinding disc 20 to rotate.
Thus, by providing the housing 60, the grinding ring 10 can be fixed to enhance the structural stability of the grinding ring 10, and the drive mechanism is conveniently coupled to the grinding disk 20 through the lower cavity 62 to drive the grinding disk 20 to rotate relative to the grinding ring 10.
For example, the garbage crusher 100 is constructed as a household in-line garbage disposer that is mounted at a drain opening of a sink and is used to crush kitchen garbage into small particles and discharge it into a sewage.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the housing 60 includes an upper cavity 61 and a lower cavity 62, the upper cavity 61 and the lower cavity 62 are assembled and connected, and an installation space is defined between the upper cavity 61 and the lower cavity 62, the grinding ring 10 is installed in the installation space and is communicated with the grinding chamber 11, wherein an upper end opening of the upper cavity 61 is adapted to be connected with a water outlet of a water tank, and a lower end of the upper cavity 61 is adapted to be communicated with the grinding chamber 11, so that garbage in the water tank can enter the grinding chamber 11 along the opening of the upper cavity 61.
Further, at least part of the output end of the driving mechanism (not shown) is adapted to extend into the installation space along the lower end of the lower cavity 62 and is connected with the grinding disc 20, so that the driving mechanism drives the grinding disc 20 to rotate in the grinding cavity 11, thereby driving the grinding hammer 30 and the cutting member 40 to rotate, so as to grind and cut the garbage.
