S4: when the secondary folded tobacco bale 3 enters the tobacco feeding station c, the control system stops rotating the wheel disc 201, the upstream tobacco pushing device pushes the tobacco group 6 into the secondary folded tobacco bale 3 through the transition die box 232, and in the tobacco pushing process, the reciprocating die box driving source drives the transition die box 232 to move towards the secondary folded tobacco bale 3, the chamfer 233 on the end face of the transition die box 232 abuts against the left inner-package corner 12 and the right inner-package corner 11, so that collision between the tobacco group 6 and the left inner-package corner 12 and the right inner-package corner 11 is avoided.
After the pushing is completed, the pushing device and the transition box 232 are reset. The control system starts the dog-ear driving source to work, and the dog-ear driving source drives dog-ear hook 241 to rotate, and dog-ear hook 241 folds inner package right dog-ear 11, and the control system starts dog-ear protection driving source to work simultaneously, and dog-ear protection driving source drives dog-ear backplate 252 to move downwards to block inner package right dog-ear 11, guarantees that inner package right dog-ear 11 is in folding state. The control system activates the wheel 201 and the secondary folded packet 3 containing the group 6 of cigarettes enters the first folding station d.
S5: in the process that the secondary folded cigarette packet 3 containing the cigarette group 6 enters the first folding station d, the fixed folding plate 261 between the cigarette inlet station c and the first folding station d collides with the left folding corner 12 of the inner packet and folds the left folding corner 12 of the inner packet, meanwhile, the right folding corner 11 of the inner packet is separated from the folding corner guard plate 252 and enters the fixed folding plate 261, the folding state is always kept, at this time, the left folding corner 12 of the inner packet and the right folding corner 11 of the inner packet are in the folding state, and the short side 13 before the inner packet is in the horizontal state.
S6: during the secondary folded packet 3 passing from the first folding station d to the second folding station e, the front inner packet short side 13 enters the spiral folding groove of the spiral folding plate 262, and the front inner packet short side 13 moves along the spiral folding groove and is folded from the horizontal state to the vertical state.
S7: during the movement of the inner wrap from the flaring station b to the second folding station e, the inner wrap large surface 15 is always in a vertical position and moves along the gap between the inner side circular arc plate 292 and the outer side circular arc plate 291. When the inner package enters the third folding station f from the second folding station e, the inner package large surface 15 only receives the action of the inner spiral pressing section 2921, the inner package large surface 15 moves along the inner spiral pressing section 2921, the inner package large surface 15 is pressed to the top of the die box 202, and finally, the inner package large surface 15 forms an included angle of 20-30 degrees with the horizontal direction.
S8: after the inner bag moves to the third folding station f, the control system stops the rotation of the wheel disc 201 and starts the lower shovel plate driving assembly 281; lower blade drive assembly 281 moves lower blade 282 vertically inwardly of inner wrap facets 14, folding the top portion of inner wrap facets 14 from a vertical position to a horizontal position (as shown in fig. 6), and then resetting lower blade 282; starting an upper clapping plate driving assembly 283, wherein the upper clapping plate driving assembly 283 drives the upper clapping plate 284 to swing, and the upper clapping plate 284 swings downwards to press the large inner wrapping surface 15 to be in a horizontal state; then, the lower shovel plate driving assembly 281 is started again, and the lower shovel plate driving assembly 281 drives the lower shovel plate 282 to press on the inner package large surface 15, so that the inner package large surface 15 is prevented from rebounding and opening.
S9: after the inner wrap travels from the third folding station f to the outfeed station g, the conveyor belt in the pack outfeed path 30 outflows the inner wrap from the magazine 202 and the outfeed folder folds the inner wrap left long side 16 and inner wrap right long side 17 during the conveying process to form a rigid cigarette inner wrap, as shown in fig. 7.
S10: after the inner package is transported out of the die box 202 through the cigarette package output channel 30, the die box 202 rotates to the idle station h, the idle station h is detected by the idle station detection assembly 31 at the outer side of the idle station h, and if the inner package exists in the idle station h, the control system stops the rotation of the wheel disc 201 and performs corresponding fault detection. If no packet is present in the empty station h, the control system will drive the wheel 201 to rotate, and enter the next packaging cycle.
The device for producing the hard cigarette inner package has the following beneficial effects:
1. eight stations are designed in the invention, the cigarette groups 6 without any paper package and the cardboard 1 can be orderly attached together, the specific arrangement form of the cigarette groups 6 can be ensured not to change in the subsequent folding and moving process, and finally, each folding mechanism is utilized to package the cigarette groups 6 in the cardboard 1, so as to form a hard cigarette inner package. The packaging speed is higher, can reach 300 bags/min, and the packaging quality is more stable.
2. The invention ensures that the cigarette group 6 smoothly enters the hard inner bag through the dual functions of the flaring mechanism 22 and the reciprocating die box mechanism 23, completes the protection of the cigarette head, solves the problem of cigarette damage caused by the combination of the cigarette group 6 and the hard card paper 1 in the prior equipment, and greatly improves the packing quality of the inner bag.
3. The invention adopts a double-route (namely, a mode that two mould boxes 202 are arranged as a group) to fold and pack the hard inner bags, so that the production efficiency of the whole equipment can be ensured while the operation speeds of all mechanisms such as pushing of the cigarette group 6, rotation of the packing wheel 20, folding of the cigarette bags and the like are reduced.
Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
