Abstract
本发明的名称为外转子无芯轴电机，涉及任何一种的电机应用领域，其技术特征是，在传统电机结构的基础上，取消了中心轴，扩大了中心孔，这样一来，有利于定子绕组引线的安装和电机的轴向组合，由于外转子上设有齿型，也有利于电机的径向组合，其目的是使总体的机组的体积和重量都在减小，便于运输、便于现场组装，降低现场安装成本，提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是所有电机的应用领域，特别是海洋河流的发电领域以及船舶自行发电的电机和自行驱动的电机应用领域。
背景技术
由于传统的外转子电机的中心位置都带有一根中心轴，这根轴往往会影响电机之间的组合和影响定子绕组引线的布置。
发明内容
取消中心轴，扩大中心孔，来解决上述的技术不足，其具体实施的方案是：1.在定子7的汐钢片增设大的内孔，内孔的外围设有多个孔，在这些孔中装有套管6，在套管6的两端由套环8和轴承5将定子7多个汐钢片固定住，转子端盖上的外圆设置有齿型，齿型的作用是与另一个电机的齿型齿合完成机组的径向组合作用，磁钢2装在套圈1上，转子端盖3固定在套圈1上，转子端盖的内孔又套在轴承5的外环上来保证磁钢2与定子7外圆的间隙（气隙）。

具体实施方式
在传统的外转子电机的定子上，去掉中心轴，扩大定子的中心孔，并在中心孔的外围增加多个孔，在这些孔内装有套管，套管内通过螺丝与另一组电机或支架的固定，来实现电机的发电和电机的电动作用。
Claims (6)
1.一种外转子无芯轴电机的技术特征是无中心轴。
2.转子端盖3的外径设有齿型。
3.转子端盖3的中心孔是套在至少有3套轴承的外环上。
4.定子7的内孔外围至少设置有3个的小孔，小孔内至少装有3个套管6。
5.套管6的两端至少装有6个套环8和6个轴承5。
6.转子端盖3的外围上，至少有3个圆孔设置。
