Background
A pre-sale is a license that is issued to a developer by the relevant authority before the real estate project has not been completed. This proof allows the developer to begin selling the as yet unessential commodity house when the project has not yet been completed.
When the commercial house buying and selling contracts are signed by both sides, the sales records should be recorded as soon as possible, and when the sales records are not recorded (usually 30 days) beyond the term, the corresponding pre-sales certificate is locked, and other houses under the pre-sales certificate are limited to be signed by the net. If the corresponding overtime contract is recorded, the web sign system shall release the limitation of the pre-sale certificate.
However, as market conditions change, more and more complex business requirements are placed on locking and unlocking pre-certificates. Aiming at complex locking and unlocking requirements, a single processing mode of the deadline lock in the related technology cannot meet the locking and unlocking requirements of a commodity house.

Specifically, in order to solve the problems in the prior art, embodiments of the present application provide a file management method, apparatus, device, storage medium, and program product. The file management method provided in the embodiment of the present application is first described below.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a file management method according to an embodiment of the present application. The method comprises the following steps:
s110, when a lock operation associated with the first deadline lock is received for the target license, the operation type and the operation action of the lock operation are acquired.
In this embodiment, the target license may be a legal document issued by the relevant authority, proof of authorizing a particular individual or entity to engage in a particular activity under specified conditions, the target license may include a building license, a business license, a house pre-sale license, and the like. Performing a lock operation on the target license in association with the first deadline lock means controlling the business activity permitted by the target license.
The operation types of the lock operation may include an automatic lock type, a manual lock type, a white list lock type, and the like, and the lock operations of different operation types have different weight values, and the weight values may represent control priorities of the locks on the target license for each deadline.
The operation actions of the lock operation include locking and unlocking. Locking refers to applying a deadline lock to the target license to restrict some of the rights of the license, and unlocking refers to releasing the deadline lock on the target license.
S120, acquiring a second deadline lock on the target license and weight characteristics of the second deadline lock.
In this embodiment, the second deadline is the original deadline on the target license. Different types of deadlines may be weighted differently, and thus, after determining the type of the second deadline, the weight characteristics corresponding to the second deadline may be queried. The weight feature may include different weight values corresponding to the second period lock at different time periods.
S130, determining the effective time period of the first deadline lock according to the operation type, the operation action and the weight characteristic, and fusing the first deadline lock and the second deadline lock in the effective time period to generate a third deadline lock of the target license.
In this embodiment, different deadlines have different weight values and different validity periods, so that the first deadline lock and the second deadline lock are fused, and in fact, the first deadline lock and the second deadline lock are integrated by combining the control rules, the weight value allocation and the validity periods of the first deadline lock and the second deadline lock based on the operation type and the operation rules of the first deadline lock, so as to form an integral service control strategy, namely, the third deadline lock. In the integration process, the effective time period of the first deadline lock in the fusion process can be queried based on the operation type and operation action of the lock operation and the weight characteristic of the second deadline lock, and the first deadline lock and the second deadline lock in the effective time period are fused. The valid period refers to a period in which the first deadline lock needs to participate in lock fusion in the lock fusion process.
In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the lock operation related to the first deadline lock is received for the target license, the operation type and the operation action of the lock operation are obtained; acquiring a second period limit lock on the target license; and fusing the first deadline lock and the second deadline lock according to the operation type and the operation action to generate a third deadline lock of the target license. Under the condition that the target license is originally provided with the deadline lock, the lock operation of the user and the original deadline lock on the target license can be fused based on the operation type and the operation action of the lock operation, and a new deadline lock is generated on the target license.
As shown in fig. 2, as an alternative embodiment, S130 may include:
s210, determining a first weight value of the lock operation according to the operation type;
s220, acquiring N fourth deadlines included in the second deadlines, and determining N second weight values corresponding to the N fourth deadlines according to the weight characteristics, wherein the fourth deadlines correspond to the second weight values one by one, and N is 0 or a positive integer;
S230, determining the effective period of the first deadline lock according to the operation action, the first weight value and the N second weight values, and fusing the first deadline lock and the second deadline lock in the effective period to obtain the third deadline lock.
In this embodiment, different weight values correspond to different operation types. The second deadline lock may thus be divided into N fourth deadline locks based on different weight values in the second deadline lock, each fourth deadline lock having a corresponding second weight value, the validity period being consecutive and the weight values within the validity period being the same.
And then based on the operation action of the first deadline lock, respectively comparing the second weight value and the first weight value of each fourth deadline lock, so as to respectively carry out lock fusion on each fourth deadline lock and the first deadline lock in the P fourth deadline locks, thereby obtaining the final third deadline lock.
For example, the operation types of the lock operation may include an automatic lock type, a manual lock type, and a white list lock type, where the weight value of the automatic lock type is 100, the weight value of the manual lock is 500, and the weight value of the white list lock type is 1000, where the white list lock means that a target license is added to the white list, and a deadline lock with a weight value lower than that of the white list lock type is not allowed to be set on the target license added to the white list.
As an alternative embodiment, the first deadline lock is a manual lock for the target license, the validity period of the first deadline lock is 10 months 11 days-10 months 21 days, the second deadline lock comprises two fourth deadline locks, the first fourth deadline lock is a manual lock on the target license, and the validity period of the manual lock is 10 months 8 days-10 months 16 days; the second, fourth, deadline lock is an automatic lock on the target license, the validity period of which is 10 months 17-10 months 22 days. Since both the two fourth deadlines and the first deadline are overlapped in time, the two fourth deadlines and the first deadline can be respectively in lock fusion.
Specifically, for each lock action, a low weight lock action cannot operate a high weight deadline lock, and a lower lock action can operate the same weight deadline lock, but a higher lock action cannot cover the same weight deadline lock. Therefore, since the weight value of the first deadline lock is the same as the weight of the first fourth deadline lock, but less than the weight of the second fourth deadline lock. Thus, the first time limit lock can be unlocked by the unlocking operation of the first time limit lock, but the second time limit lock cannot be unlocked. Then the third deadline lock after fusion is: manual locks exist on the target license on 10 months 8-10 months 10 days, and automatic locks exist on the target license on 10 months 17-10 months 22 days.
As another alternative embodiment, the first deadline lock is to whitelist the target license, the validity period of the first deadline lock is 7 months 11 days-7 months 21 days, the second deadline lock comprises a fourth deadline lock, the fourth deadline lock is a manual lock, and the validity period of the manual lock is 7 months 1 day-7 months 30 days. Since the fourth deadline lock and the first deadline lock overlap in time, the fourth deadline lock and the first deadline lock can be subjected to lock fusion.
Specifically, for each lock action, a low weight lock action cannot operate a high weight deadline lock, but a high weight lock action can override a low weight deadline lock. Therefore, since the weight value of the first deadline lock is greater than the weight value of the fourth deadline lock. Thus, the locking operation of the first deadline lock can cover the fourth deadline lock, and the first deadline lock is a white name list lock. Then the third deadline lock after fusion is: the manual lock exists on the 7 month 1 day-7 month 10 day target license, the deadline lock does not exist on the 7 month 11 day-7 month 21 day target license, and the manual lock exists on the 7 month 22 day-7 month 30 day target license.
According to the method and the device for fusing the second deadline lock and the first deadline lock, the second deadline lock on the target license is fused with the first deadline lock in a time-division mode, and therefore lock fusion can be achieved accurately and rapidly.
As an optional embodiment, the determining the valid period of the first deadline lock according to the operation action, the first weight value and the N second weight values, and fusing the first deadline lock and the second deadline lock in the valid period to obtain the third deadline lock includes:
acquiring a first duration of the first deadline lock;
splitting the first duration into a second duration, a third duration and a fourth duration according to the first weight value and the N second weight values, wherein the second duration is a period in which no deadline lock exists on the target license in the first duration, the third duration is a period in which time overlap exists between the validity period of the first duration and the validity period of a fifth deadline lock, the fifth deadline lock is a fourth deadline lock in which a corresponding second weight value in the N fourth deadline locks is greater than or equal to the first weight value, the fourth duration is a period in which time overlap exists between the validity period of the first duration and the validity period of a sixth deadline lock, and the sixth deadline lock is a fourth deadline lock in which a corresponding second weight value in the N fourth deadline locks is less than the first weight value;
And determining the effective time period of the first deadline lock from the second duration time period, the third duration time period and the fourth duration time period, and fusing the first deadline lock and the second deadline lock in the effective time period to obtain the third deadline lock.
As an optional embodiment, the determining the valid period of the first deadline lock from the second duration, the third duration, and the fourth duration, and fusing the first deadline lock and the second deadline lock in the valid period, to obtain the third deadline lock, includes:
determining the second duration and the fourth duration as valid periods of the first deadline lock if the operation action is a locking action;
and adding the first deadline lock of the second duration period to the target license, and covering the second deadline lock on the target license with the first deadline lock in the fourth duration period to obtain the third deadline lock.
In this embodiment, the validity period of the first deadline lock is a first duration. If the operation action is a locking action, the high weight deadline lock cannot be operated due to the low weight lock action, and the locking action cannot cover the same weight deadline lock. The first duration may thus be split into a second duration, a third duration, and a fourth duration based on whether there is a deadline lock on the target license and whether the deadline lock is enabled to be covered by the locking action.
Wherein the target license does not have a deadline lock thereon during the second duration, so the first deadline lock can be directly added to the target license during the second duration; the weight value of the deadline lock on the target license in the third duration is larger than or equal to the first weight value, and the locking action of the first deadline lock cannot influence the deadline lock on the target license in the third duration, so that the locking action of the first deadline lock in the third duration can be directly ignored; the weight value of the deadline lock on the target license in the fourth duration is smaller than the first weight value, so that the locking action of the first deadline lock can cover the deadline lock on the target license in the fourth duration, and therefore the second deadline lock on the target license can be covered by the first deadline lock in the fourth duration; in this way, the first deadline lock and the original second deadline lock on the target license can be fused, and the fused third deadline lock is obtained.
According to the method and the device, the validity period of the first deadline lock is split, and the split first deadline lock is fused with the second deadline lock of each period, so that lock fusion can be accurately and rapidly achieved.
As an optional embodiment, the determining the valid period of the first deadline lock according to the operation action, the first weight value and the N second weight values, and fusing the first deadline lock and the second deadline lock in the valid period to obtain the third deadline lock includes:
acquiring a first duration of the first deadline lock;
splitting the first duration into a fifth duration, a sixth duration and a seventh duration according to the first weight value and the N second weight values, wherein the fifth duration is a period in which no deadline lock exists on the target license in the first duration, the sixth duration is a period in which time overlap exists between the validity period of the first duration and the validity period of a seventh deadline lock, the seventh deadline lock is a fourth deadline lock in which a corresponding second weight value in the N fourth deadline locks is greater than the first weight value, the seventh duration is a period in which time overlap exists between the validity period of the first duration and the validity period of an eighth deadline lock, and the eighth deadline lock is a fourth deadline lock in which a corresponding second weight value in the N fourth deadline locks is less than or equal to the first weight value;
And determining the effective time period of the first deadline lock from the fifth duration time period, the sixth duration time period and the seventh duration time period, and fusing the first deadline lock and the second deadline lock in the effective time period to obtain the third deadline lock.
As an optional embodiment, the determining the valid period of the first deadline lock from the fifth duration, the sixth duration, and the seventh duration, and fusing the first deadline lock and the second deadline lock in the valid period, to obtain the third deadline lock, includes:
determining the seventh duration as a valid period of the first deadline lock in the event that the operation action is a lock-down action;
and releasing the second deadline lock on the target license in the seventh duration to obtain the third deadline lock.
In the present embodiment as well, if the operation action is the lock-down action, the lock-down action can release the lock-up of the same weight because the lock action of the low weight cannot operate the lock-up of the high weight. The first duration may thus be split into a fifth duration, a sixth duration, and a seventh duration based on whether there is a deadline lock on the target license and whether the deadline lock is available to be released by the locking action.
The target license has no deadline lock in the fifth duration, so that the locking action of the first deadline lock in the fifth duration can be directly ignored; the weight value of the deadline lock on the target license in the sixth duration is larger than the first weight value, and the locking action of the first deadline lock cannot be released from the deadline lock on the target license in the sixth duration, so that the locking action of the first deadline lock in the sixth duration can be directly ignored; the weight value of the deadline lock on the target license in the seventh duration is smaller than or equal to the first weight value, so that the locking action of the first deadline lock can release the deadline lock on the target license in the seventh duration, and the second deadline lock on the target license can be released by using the first deadline lock in the seventh duration; in this way, the first deadline lock and the original second deadline lock on the target license can be fused, and the fused third deadline lock is obtained.
According to the method and the device, the validity period of the first deadline lock is split, and the split first deadline lock is fused with the second deadline lock of each period, so that lock fusion can be accurately and rapidly achieved.
As an optional embodiment, after determining the valid period of the first deadline lock according to the operation type, the operation action and the weight feature, and fusing the first deadline lock and the second deadline lock in the valid period, generating a third deadline lock of the target license, the method further includes:
generating a first lock state table according to the third deadline lock, wherein the first lock state table is used for recording the state of the third deadline lock on a time axis;
generating a second lock state table according to the first lock state table, wherein the second lock state table is used for recording the daily lock state of the target license;
and displaying the second lock state table.
In this embodiment, the first lock state table is used to record the state of the third deadline lock on the time axis, that is, the first lock state table may be used to record which period of time is the locked state and which period of time is the unlocked state of the target license.
In order to more conveniently display the current day lock state on the target license in batches, the system also enables a timing task to update the current day lock state in the second lock state table in time, and the lock state in the second lock state table updated by the task is only used for displaying and does not participate in the logic judgment of the deadline lock state.
After generating the second lock state table based on the first lock state table, the second lock state table may be displayed at the front end of the device to enable the user to quickly learn the daily lock state on the target license.
As an alternative embodiment, before said displaying the second lock state table, the method further includes:
performing connection query on the first lock state table and the second lock state table;
updating the current day lock state in the second lock state table based on the first lock state table.
In this embodiment, a timing task may be set, and the second lock state table is updated once per day through the first lock state table at regular time, so as to ensure accuracy of the current day lock state in the second lock state table.
Specifically, for the first lock state table and the second lock state table corresponding to the same target license, the first lock state table and the second lock state table can be queried in an interconnection way, and if the current day lock state in the second lock state table is different from the first lock state table, the second lock state table is updated so as to keep the current day lock state in the second lock state table consistent with the first lock state table.
The first lock state table and the second lock state table can be further queried for left connection, and if the current day lock state in the second lock state table is empty and the current day lock state in the first lock state table is the locking state, the deadline lock on the current day in the first lock state table can be inserted into the second lock state table.
And the right connection inquiry can be carried out on the first lock state table and the second lock state table, and if the current day lock state in the second lock state table is a deadline lock and the current day lock state in the first lock state table is empty, the deadline lock on the current day in the second lock state table can be deleted.
Therefore, the displayed current day lock state can be updated in real time, so that the accuracy of the displayed current day lock state is ensured.
Based on the file management method provided by the embodiment, correspondingly, the application also provides a specific implementation mode of the file management device. Please refer to the following examples.
