In the embodiment of the invention, the master server can perform master-slave switching with the slave server under the condition that the master server detects that the master server has an abnormality, so that the slave server is switched into the master server, and the corresponding process is continuously executed, so that the early warning process is not interrupted due to the abnormality of the master server.
Based on the DCS-based early warning system shown in FIG. 1, correspondingly, the embodiment of the invention provides a DCS-based early warning method, as shown in FIG. 4, the DCS-based early warning method is applied to the DCS-based early warning system shown in FIG. 1, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s401: detecting variable values of variables in the temporary alarm configuration indicated by the temporary alarm data subscription request; the temporary alarm configuration is generated according to temporary alarm conditions configured by a user based on a temporary alarm monitoring interface and various variables and variable values thereof; the variable is a variable related to the device to be tested.
In the embodiment of the invention, a temporary alarm monitoring interface exists on an operation station of the DCS-based early warning system, and a user can input a plurality of variables and corresponding temporary alarm conditions concerned by equipment to be monitored on the temporary alarm monitoring interface and click a corresponding temporary alarm configuration key to perform corresponding temporary alarm configuration operation; when the DCS system detects the temporary alarm configuration operation of the user, the temporary alarm configuration corresponding to the equipment to be monitored is generated according to various variables and temporary alarm conditions input by the user.
Optionally, according to the temporary alarm condition configured by the user based on the temporary alarm monitoring interface and each variable and its variable value, the process of generating the temporary alarm configuration may specifically be: detecting whether a temporary alarm configuration operation performed by a user based on a temporary alarm monitoring interface exists currently or not in real time through user data service in a main server; when detecting the temporary alarm configuration operation performed by the user based on the temporary alarm monitoring interface, responding to the temporary alarm configuration operation performed by the user based on the temporary alarm monitoring interface, and acquiring alarm conditions, variables and variable values corresponding to the temporary alarm configuration operation; and generating a temporary alarm configuration corresponding to the equipment to be monitored according to the alarm conditions, the variables and the variable values thereof.
In some embodiments, when the user data service detects that the user inputs the PV pin value of the bit number a, the PV pin value of the bit number B, and the difference between the PV pin value of the bit number a and the PV pin value of the bit number B of the device to be monitored on the temporary alert monitoring interface is greater than 10 to trigger the temporary alert, a corresponding temporary alert configuration may be generated according to the PV pin value of the bit number a, the PV pin value of the bit number B, and the corresponding alert condition (the difference between the PV pin value of the bit number a and the PV pin value of the bit number B is greater than 10 to trigger the temporary alert). The temporary alarm configuration of the device to be monitored may be a.pv-b.pv >10.
In other embodiments, when the user data service detects that the user inputs that the PV pin value of the bit number a of the device to be detected is greater than the pin value of the bit number B on the temporary alarm monitoring interface to trigger the temporary alarm, a corresponding temporary alarm configuration may be generated according to the PV pin value of the bit number a, the PV pin value of the bit number B, and a corresponding alarm condition (the PV pin value of the bit number a is greater than the pin value of the bit number B to trigger the temporary alarm). The temporary alarm configuration of the device to be monitored may be a.pv > b.pv.
In the process of specifically executing step S401, after the user data service generates a corresponding temporary alarm configuration according to the temporary alarm condition and each variable and its variable value related to the device to be monitored, the temporary alarm service may generate a corresponding temporary alarm data subscription request according to the temporary alarm configuration, and send the temporary alarm data subscription request to the real-time data service in the main server, so that the real-time data service detects the variable value of each variable in the temporary alarm configuration indicated by the temporary alarm data subscription request.
S402: when the change of the variable value of any variable is detected, a corresponding change notification is generated; wherein the change notification includes the current variable value for each variable.
In the specific execution of step S402, for any one variable in the temporary alarm configuration, if the real-time data service detects that the variable value of any one variable is changed, the current variable value of each variable in the temporary alarm configuration may be obtained, and a corresponding change notification may be generated according to the current variable value of each variable.
For example, assume that the pin value of A.PV is 20 and the pin value of B.PV is 10 in the temporary alarm configuration A.PV-B.PV > 10; if the real-time data service detects that the PV pin value of the bit number a is 30, it is explained that when the detected PV pin value of the bit number a is different from the set pin value, it is possible to determine that the PV pin value of the bit number a has been changed, and then the current PV pin value (30) of the bit number a and the current PV pin value (10) of the bit number B can be obtained.
S403: and judging whether the current variable value of each variable meets the temporary alarm condition. If the current variable value of each variable satisfies the temporary alarm condition, step S404 is executed.
In the specific execution process of step S403, after generating a corresponding change notification according to the current variable value of each variable through the real-time data service, the generated change notification may be sent to the temporary alarm service, so that the temporary alarm service determines whether the current variable value of each variable meets the temporary alarm condition; if the current variable value of each variable satisfies the temporary alarm condition, step S304 is executed. If the current variable values of the respective variables do not satisfy the temporary alarm condition, the process returns to step S401.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, if the temporary alarm configuration is a.pv-b.pv >10, the temporary alarm service may calculate a difference between the current PV pin value of the bit number a and the current PV pin value of the bit number B in the change notification after receiving the corresponding change notification, and determine whether the difference is greater than 10; if the difference value is greater than 10, indicating that the corresponding equipment to be monitored is abnormal, generating corresponding temporary alarm data, and sequentially adding the temporary alarm data into a temporary alarm queue; if the difference is not greater than 10, it indicates that the corresponding device to be monitored has no abnormality, and then the execution step S301 may be returned.
In other embodiments, if the temporary alert configuration is a.pv > b.pv, the temporary alert service may directly determine whether the current PV pin value of the bit number a in the change notification is greater than the current PV pin value of the bit number B after receiving the corresponding change notification; if the data is larger than the preset value, indicating that the corresponding equipment to be monitored is abnormal, and further generating corresponding temporary alarm data; if not greater than 10, it indicates that the corresponding device to be monitored has no abnormality, and then the step S401 may be executed again.
The foregoing is merely a preferred manner of determining whether the current variable value of each variable satisfies the corresponding temporary alarm condition provided by the present invention, and the embodiments of the present application are not limited herein.
S404: and generating temporary alarm data of the equipment to be monitored.
In the process of specifically executing step S404, when the temporary alarm service satisfies the corresponding temporary alarm condition according to each variable in the change notification, corresponding temporary alarm data may be generated.
S405: sequentially adding the temporary alarm data into a temporary alarm queue; wherein the temporary alarm queue comprises at least one temporary alarm data.
In the specific execution process of step S405, after the temporary alarm data of the device to be monitored is generated by the temporary alarm service, the temporary alarm data may be further added into the temporary alarm queue sequentially by the temporary alarm service, the forefront temporary alarm data and the non-displayed temporary alarm data are obtained from the temporary alarm queue, and the forefront temporary alarm data and the non-displayed temporary alarm data are displayed on the temporary alarm monitoring interface until the non-displayed temporary alarm data do not exist in the temporary alarm queue.
S406: and acquiring forefront and non-displayed temporary alarm data from the temporary alarm queue, and displaying the forefront and non-displayed temporary alarm data until the non-displayed temporary alarm data does not exist in the temporary alarm queue.
The invention provides a DCS-based early warning method and system, which can enable a user to configure corresponding temporary alarm conditions and variables and variable values thereof on a temporary alarm monitoring interface according to each variable of interest of equipment to be monitored, a configuration engineer is not required to configure a single monitoring variable, and flexibility and adaptability of temporary alarm configuration are improved; the DCS-based early warning system can generate corresponding temporary alarm configuration according to temporary alarm conditions configured by a user based on the temporary alarm monitoring interface, each variable and variable values thereof, and detect variable values of each variable in the temporary alarm configuration; when the variable value of any variable is detected to be changed, a corresponding change notification is generated, then whether the current variable value of each variable in the change notification meets a temporary alarm condition is judged, and finally temporary alarm data of equipment to be monitored are generated and displayed under the condition that the current variable value of each variable meets the temporary alarm condition, so that a user can quickly know the abnormal condition of the equipment to be monitored, and take corresponding measures in time, and the problems that an operator is difficult to identify potential problems and emergency conditions according to the issued single variable and cannot take corresponding measures to the equipment with faults in time in the prior art are solved.
Furthermore, on the basis of the DCS-based early warning method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the method may further include: responding to the updating operation of the user on the temporary alarm configuration based on the temporary alarm monitoring interface, and acquiring a target temporary alarm condition and/or a target variable and a variable value thereof corresponding to the updating operation; updating the temporary alarm condition and/or the corresponding variable and variable value thereof in the temporary alarm configuration by utilizing the target temporary alarm condition and/or the target variable and variable thereof; and replacing the temporary alarm configuration indicated by the temporary alarm data subscription request with the updated temporary alarm configuration.
In this embodiment, if the user wants to change the temporary alarm configuration configured before, the user can directly change the temporary alarm configuration configured before through the temporary alarm monitoring interface on the DCS-based early warning system, so that the user does not need to perform process approval, and the operation is simple and the efficiency is high.
Specifically, the user may input the temporary alarm condition and/or variable and its variable value (for convenience of distinction, the temporary alarm condition input by the user when modifying the temporary alarm configuration is referred to as a target temporary alarm condition, and the variable input by the user when modifying the temporary alarm configuration is referred to as a target variable) in the temporary alarm monitoring interface of the operation station, and click on the corresponding update key to perform the corresponding update operation.
When the user data service in the main server detects the updating operation of the user on the temporary alarm configuration based on the temporary alarm monitoring interface, the updating operation of the user on the temporary alarm configuration based on the temporary alarm monitoring interface can be responded, and the target temporary alarm condition and/or the target variable and the variable value thereof corresponding to the updating operation are obtained; and updating the temporary alarm condition and/or the corresponding variable and variable value thereof in the temporary alarm configuration by utilizing the target temporary alarm condition and/or the target variable and variable thereof.
In some embodiments, after the user data service completes updating the temporary alarm configuration, a corresponding temporary alarm configuration change message may be generated, and the temporary alarm configuration change message is sent to the temporary alarm service, so that the temporary alarm service determines whether the current variable value of each variable in the temporary alarm configuration change message meets the alarm condition in the updated temporary alarm configuration; if yes, corresponding temporary alarm data can be generated.
Meanwhile, the temporary alarm service can also change the temporary alarm configuration indicated in the corresponding temporary alarm data subscription request according to the temporary alarm configuration change message, namely, the indicated temporary alarm configuration in the temporary alarm data subscription request is changed into the updated temporary alarm configuration, and the changed temporary alarm data subscription request is sent to the main server, so that the real-time data service in the main server carries out corresponding detection according to each variable in the temporary alarm configuration indicated in the received temporary alarm data subscription request.
For example, assuming that the temporary alarm configuration is a.pv-b.pv >10, if the user wants to modify the temporary alarm configuration, the user may modify the temporary alarm configuration in the temporary alarm monitoring interface of the operation station to a difference between the PV pin value of the bit number a and the pin value of the bit number B is greater than 20, trigger the temporary alarm, and click the corresponding update key to perform the corresponding update operation.
When detecting the updating operation of the temporary alarm configuration based on the temporary alarm monitoring interface by the user data service, the user data service can respond to the updating operation of the temporary alarm configuration based on the temporary alarm monitoring interface by the user to acquire a target temporary alarm condition corresponding to the updating operation (the difference value between the PV pin value of the bit number A and the pin value of the bit number B is greater than 20 to trigger the temporary alarm); and updating the temporary alarm condition in the temporary alarm configuration by utilizing the target temporary alarm condition (the difference value between the PV pin value of the bit number A and the pin value of the bit number B is larger than 20 to trigger temporary alarm), so that the updated temporary alarm configuration is A.PV-B.PV >20.
After the corresponding temporary alarm configuration update is completed through the user data service, a corresponding temporary alarm configuration change message can be generated, the temporary alarm configuration change message is sent to the temporary alarm service, so that the temporary alarm service changes the temporary alarm configuration indicated in the corresponding temporary alarm data subscription request according to the temporary alarm configuration change message, namely, the indicated temporary alarm configuration (A.PV-B.PV > 10) in the temporary alarm data subscription request is changed into an updated temporary alarm configuration (A.PV-B.PV > 20), the changed temporary alarm data subscription request is sent to the main server, and the real-time data service correspondingly detects each variable in the temporary alarm configuration indicated in the temporary alarm data subscription request sent by the temporary alarm service.
In the embodiment of the invention, a user can correspondingly change the temporary alarm configuration configured before on the temporary alarm monitoring interface according to each variable of interest of equipment to be monitored, and when the user data service detects corresponding updating operation, the user data service can directly update the temporary alarm condition and/or the corresponding variable and the variable value in the temporary alarm configuration according to the target temporary alarm condition and/or the target variable and the variable value corresponding to the updating operation, so that flow audit is not needed, the operation is not seen, and the efficiency is high.
Furthermore, on the basis of the DCS-based early warning method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the method may further include: when the user login state corresponding to the temporary alarm configuration is detected to be changed, a corresponding user login change message is generated, and the step of detecting the variable values of all variables in the temporary alarm configuration indicated by the temporary alarm data subscription request is executed.
It should be noted that, the temporary alarm data subscription request may also indicate that there is a login user corresponding to the temporary alarm configuration.
In the actual application process, the login user of the temporary alarm configuration indicated in the temporary data subscription request can be detected through the user login service in the main server, when the login user of the temporary alarm configuration is detected to change, the user login state corresponding to the temporary alarm configuration can be determined to change, further corresponding user tired change information can be generated, the user login change information is sent to the real-time data service, the real-time data service detects the variable value of each variable in the temporary alarm configuration indicated by the temporary alarm data subscription request, and when the variable value of any variable is detected to change, the generated change notification is sent to the temporary alarm service; wherein the change notification includes a current variable value for each variable; judging whether the current variable values of all variables meet the temporary alarm conditions or not through the temporary alarm service; if the current variable value of each variable meets the temporary alarm condition, generating temporary alarm data of the equipment to be monitored, and storing the temporary alarm data into a temporary alarm queue, so that the operation station can acquire corresponding temporary alarm data from the temporary alarm queue, and displaying the corresponding temporary alarm data on a temporary alarm monitoring interface.
In the embodiment of the invention, each user can switch the user corresponding to the temporary alarm configuration on the DCS-based early warning system by logging in the DCS-based early warning system, namely, the user logging state of the temporary alarm configuration is changed, and the user logging service detects whether the user logging state of the temporary alarm configuration is changed or not in real time; when the user login state corresponding to the temporary alarm configuration is detected to be changed, a corresponding user login change message can be generated, real-time data service is executed to detect whether the corresponding equipment to be monitored has faults, if yes, corresponding temporary alarm data are generated, the temporary alarm data are displayed through an operation station, so that a user can know the fault condition of the equipment to be monitored in time, and corresponding measures can be taken in time.
