Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of power distribution network line fault detection, and particularly relates to a short circuit fault judging method, a short circuit fault judging system, short circuit fault judging equipment and a storage medium for abrupt current.
Background
The short-circuit fault on the distribution network line is a common fault, and the judging method for the short-circuit fault on the distribution network line generally comprises the following steps: if a short circuit fault occurs in a normal working line, the current value of fault current is between 200A and 300A, the duration time is between 40ms and 3s, the current value of residual current of the line after the short circuit fault occurs is smaller than 3A, and the current falling time is larger than 3s, so that the short circuit fault occurs in the power distribution network line.
However, if the cable of the power distribution network line is cut off, a huge abrupt current is generated on the line, usually between 3500A and 4000A, and the range of the fault indicator is only 800A, the current value of the abrupt current in the line cannot be tested, and in addition, a long judging time is required for the line to fall to the line without electricity when the line is short-circuited, and the traditional short-circuit fault judging method of the abrupt current cannot judge whether the abrupt current in the line is short-circuited.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a short-circuit fault determining method for abrupt current according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the short-circuit fault determining method for abrupt current may be executed by a software and/or hardware device. For example, referring to fig. 1, the method for determining a short-circuit fault of the abrupt current may include:
s101, acquiring a current value or an electric field value of a normal state of a line to be detected, duration of the normal state, a current value of a fault state, duration of the fault state, a current value of a power-down state and a drop detection time of the power-down state.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the invention, whether the sudden change current in the power distribution network line has a short circuit fault or not is judged by adopting the fault indicator, the fault indicator can read the current values of the power distribution network to-be-detected line in each state, and whether the line has a fault or not is judged according to the current values and the duration time obtained in each state.
It should be further noted that, the detection point of the line to be detected may be preset in the power distribution network line, that is, the current value of the current signal of a certain position preset in the power distribution network line is collected, the position of the fault indicator may be directly used as the detection point of the line to be detected, or may be specifically determined according to the actual situation, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
S102, comparing the current value of the normal state with a preset current threshold of the normal state or comparing the electric field value of the normal state with a preset electric field threshold of the normal state, and comparing the duration of the normal state with a preset duration threshold of the normal state to obtain a first comparison result. In the embodiment of the invention, whether the sudden change current in the power distribution network line has short circuit fault is judged, and the primary condition is that the power exists in the power distribution network line to be detected and the power distribution network line is in a normal state.
S103, comparing the current value of the fault state with a preset current threshold value of the fault state, and comparing the duration time of the fault state with a preset duration time threshold interval of the fault state to obtain a second comparison result. In the embodiment of the invention, when the power is detected in the to-be-detected line of the power distribution network, after the line is in a normal state, whether the to-be-detected line of the power distribution network has fault current or not and the duration of the fault current in the line are detected.
S104, comparing the current value of the power-down state with a preset current threshold value of the power-down state, and comparing the falling detection time of the power-down state with the falling detection time of the preset power-down state to obtain a third comparison result. In the embodiment of the invention, the power failure state is a state after the current fails, and after the fault current in the line to be detected of the power distribution network is detected, the current value of the residual current after the fault of the line to be detected of the power distribution network is detected, and the falling detection time when the current falls to the power failure state is detected.
S105, judging whether the sudden change current in the circuit has a short circuit fault or not according to the first comparison result, the second comparison result and the third comparison result.
As one embodiment, determining whether a short-circuit fault occurs in the abrupt current in the line according to the first comparison result, the second comparison result, and the third comparison result includes: when meeting: the first condition is: the current value of the normal state is larger than the preset current threshold of the normal state or the electric field value of the normal state is larger than the preset electric field threshold of the normal state, and the duration of the normal state is larger than the duration threshold of the preset normal state; the second condition is: the current value of the fault state is larger than the preset current threshold value of the fault state, and the duration time of the fault state belongs to the preset duration time threshold interval of the fault state; third condition: when the current value of the power-down state is smaller than the current threshold value of the preset power-down state and the falling detection time of the power-down state is longer than the falling detection time threshold value of the preset power-down state, short circuit fault occurs to the abrupt current in the circuit; otherwise, no short-circuit fault occurs in the abrupt current in the line. In the embodiment of the invention, the three conditions are met, and if special conditions such as cable cutting-off and the like occur, the fault indicator can accurately judge whether the detection point of the power distribution network line has a short circuit fault or not through the circuit fault judging method of the abrupt current, so that the working efficiency of power grid staff is greatly improved.
As an embodiment, the preset current threshold in the normal state is 5A, the electric field threshold in the preset normal state is 500V, and the duration threshold in the preset normal state is 5s. Specifically, a current threshold value or an electric field threshold value in a normal state and a duration threshold value in the normal state may be preset first, in this embodiment of the present invention, the preset current threshold value in the normal state is greater than 5A, the electric field threshold value is greater than 500V, and the duration of the normal state is greater than 5s, and for example, when the fault indicator reads that the current value of the detection point on the power distribution network line for 6s is greater than 5A, or the electric field value of the detection point on the power distribution network line for 6s is greater than 500V, the line of the detection point is in a normal state. In the embodiment of the invention, the rated current in the power distribution network line is 5A, when the current in the power distribution network line is less than 5A or the electric field is less than 500V, the power distribution network line is likely to be in a power-down state, and only part of residual current exists in the power distribution network line, so that the preset current threshold value in the normal state is more than 5A, the electric field threshold value is more than 500V, and the duration of the normal state is more than 5s, and whether the line is in the normal state can be accurately judged.
As one embodiment, the preset fault state current threshold is 800A, and the preset fault state duration threshold interval is 40ms-3 s. Specifically, a current threshold value of a fault state and a duration threshold value interval of the fault state may be preset first, in this embodiment of the present invention, the preset current threshold value of the fault state is greater than a range of the fault indicator, and the duration threshold value interval of the fault state is 40ms-3s, and for example, when the fault indicator reads that a current value of a detection point on a power distribution network line lasting for 2s is greater than a maximum range of the fault indicator, the line of the detection point is in the fault state. In the embodiment of the invention, considering that a power distribution network line may be excavated to generate a huge abrupt current, usually between 3500A and 4000A, the range of the fault indicator is only 800A, and the current value of the abrupt current in the line cannot be tested, so that the current threshold of the fault state can be preset to 800A. In addition, the short circuit fault of the power distribution network line is cut off by the circuit breaker, when the short circuit fault time is 40ms to 3s, the voltage can disappear after the fault is cut off, and according to the characteristics, when the current value of the fault state is more than 800A and the duration time of the fault state is 40ms to 3s, whether the power distribution network line has the fault state or not can be accurately judged when huge abrupt current is generated in the line.
As an implementation manner, the current threshold of the preset power-down state is 3A, and the drop detection time threshold of the preset power-down state is 120s. Specifically, a minimum threshold value of a current in a power-down state and a drop detection time threshold value of the power-down state may be preset first, and in the embodiment of the present invention, a method is as follows: the preset current threshold value of the power-down state is smaller than 3A, the drop detection time threshold value of the power-down state is larger than 120s, and when the fault indicator reads that the current value of the continuous 130s of the detection point on the power distribution network line is smaller than 3A and the current value is not 0, the line of the detection point is in the power-down state. In the embodiment of the invention, considering that a power distribution network line may be excavated to generate huge abrupt current, and long judging time is required for the line to be short-circuited and fault down to the line without electricity, the traditional abrupt current short-circuit fault judging method cannot judge whether the abrupt current in the line is short-circuited, so that when the current in the power-down state is less than 3A and the descending detection time threshold value of the power-down state is 120s, whether the power distribution network line has short-circuit fault or not can be accurately judged according to the detection result of the power-down state when the huge abrupt current is generated in the line.
As an implementation manner, the current threshold of the preset power-down state is 5A, and the drop detection time threshold of the preset power-down state is 60s. Specifically, a minimum threshold value of a current in a power-down state and a drop detection time threshold value of the power-down state may be preset first, and in the embodiment of the present invention, another method is as follows: the preset current threshold value of the power-down state is smaller than 5A, the drop detection time threshold value of the power-down state is larger than 60s, and when the fault indicator reads that the current value of the continuous 70s of the detection point on the power distribution network line is smaller than 5A and the current value is not 0, the line of the detection point is in the power-down state. In the embodiment of the invention, after the power distribution network line is in a fault state, the current value of the line is smaller than the rated current 5A, and is usually in a power-down state, so that when the current in the power-down state is smaller than 5A and the drop detection time threshold value of the power-down state is 60s, whether the power distribution network line has a short circuit fault or not can be accurately judged according to the detection result of the power-down state when a huge abrupt current is generated in the line.
As an embodiment, the method further comprises: if the sudden change current in the line is judged to have short circuit fault, determining the short circuit fault position of the sudden change current in the line according to a fault indicator; judging the risk level of the short circuit fault according to the short circuit fault position of the abrupt current in the line, and taking response measures according to the risk level of the short circuit fault. In the embodiment of the invention, when the abrupt current in the line has short-circuit fault, the short-circuit fault in the line can be post-processed, and the short-circuit fault position of the abrupt current in the line and the risk level of the short-circuit fault can be determined according to the fault indicator, and the response measures can be taken for the line with the short-circuit fault subsequently.
In the embodiment of the invention, a fault indicator is used to determine whether a short circuit fault occurs in a line, and fig. 2 is a schematic flow diagram of line detection by the fault indicator provided in the embodiment of the invention, specifically, in the embodiment of the invention, first, whether a monitoring point of a line to be detected is in a normal state is detected by using the fault indicator, if the electric field value of the detecting point on the power distribution network line read by the fault indicator is greater than 500V or the current value is greater than 5A, and the duration of the normal state exceeds 5s, the monitoring point of the line to be detected is in a normal state; secondly, detecting whether a monitoring point of the circuit to be detected has fault current by using a fault indicator, if the current value of a detection point of the circuit to be detected, which is read by the fault indicator, is larger than the maximum range of the fault indicator, and the duration time of the fault current is between 40ms and 3s, the monitoring point of the circuit to be detected has fault current, otherwise, the monitoring point of the circuit to be detected has no fault current, and the fault indicator detection is finished; thirdly, detecting whether the power failure state of residual current in the monitoring point of the line to be detected is normal or not by using a fault indicator, if the current value of the detection point of the line to be detected, which is read by the fault indicator, is smaller than 3A and the residual current drop detection time is longer than 120s, or if the current value of the detection point of the line to be detected, which is read by the fault indicator, is smaller than 5A and the residual current drop detection time is longer than 60s, then the monitoring point of the line to be detected has a short circuit fault, otherwise, the monitoring point of the line to be detected has no short circuit fault, and the fault indicator detection is ended; and finally, if the abrupt current in the line is judged to have short-circuit fault, the fault indicator makes a short-circuit fault indication action to indicate that the abrupt current in the line has short-circuit fault.
