With the development of new energy technology, the battery is increasingly widely applied, for example, to mobile phones, notebook computers, battery cars, electric automobiles, electric airplanes, electric ships, electric toy automobiles, electric toy ships, electric toy airplanes, electric tools and the like. The bare cell is taken as an important component of the battery, and the quality state of the bare cell is also more and more important.
At present, whether the surface of the bare cell is qualified or not is generally detected in a visual detection mode, but as a plurality of surfaces of the bare cell are required to be detected, different cameras are required to be configured on each surface of the bare cell respectively in order to adapt to the conditions of different surfaces, so that the number and the variety of required cameras are large, the positions of the cameras are scattered, and whether the surface of the bare cell is qualified or not is easily caused, and the efficiency and the accuracy of detection results are low.
For example, a bare cell may serve as an electrode assembly, wherein the battery cell generally includes an electrode assembly. The bare cell includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator. During the charge and discharge of the battery cell, active ions (e.g., lithium ions) are inserted and extracted back and forth between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The separator is arranged between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, can play a role in preventing the positive electrode and the negative electrode from being short-circuited, and can enable active ions to pass through. The bare cell can be a winding structure, and an anode plate and a cathode plate in the bare cell are wound into the winding structure by way of example. The bare cell can also be a lamination structure, and for example, a plurality of positive plates and negative plates in the bare cell can be respectively arranged, and a plurality of positive plates and a plurality of negative plates are alternately laminated.
In the related art, in order to improve the detection accuracy of the surface of the bare cell, a manual inspection mode is often adopted to detect or spot check the surface of the bare cell one by one. However, with the increasing requirements of the surface production process of the bare cell on quality and the increasing of production speed, the manual inspection mode not only brings great working pressure to the detection personnel, but also can have the problems of undetected detection, low working efficiency and the like, and accordingly, the labor cost is higher.
Based on the above consideration, in order to improve efficiency and accuracy of a surface detection result of a bare cell, the embodiment of the application provides a bare cell detection system, which comprises a conveying line, a main body detection component of the bare cell, a first inner tab detection component, an outer tab detection component, a second inner tab detection component and an upper computer. Under the condition that the surface of the bare cell needs to be detected, the conveying line can convey the bare cell to the main body detection assembly, the first inner tab detection assembly, the outer tab detection assembly and the second inner tab detection assembly respectively. Each detection component can be automatically aligned to the corresponding surface of the bare cell, so that the surface image of the bare cell is automatically collected, and finally, the detection result of the surface of the battery can be generated by identifying the surface image of each surface of the bare cell through an upper computer. Based on this, can effectively use manpower sparingly, and confirm the testing result through the host computer, can also improve detection efficiency to and the accuracy of testing result.
The following first describes a bare cell detection system according to an embodiment of the present application in detail with reference to fig. 1. Referring to fig. 1, a conveyor line 10 is configured to convey a bare cell through a main body detection assembly, a first inner tab detection assembly, an outer tab detection assembly, and a second inner tab detection assembly of the bare cell, where the bare cell includes a main body, and a cathode tab and an anode tab extending out of a top surface of the main body;
The main body detection assembly 21 is used for shooting a large surface of the main body, a top surface of the main body and a bottom surface of the main body under the condition that the bare cell reaches a bare cell main body detection station to obtain a large surface image, a top surface image and a bottom surface image;
The first inner tab detection assembly 22 is configured to capture an inner surface of a cathode tab of the bare cell when the bare cell reaches the first inner tab detection station, so as to obtain an inner surface image of the cathode tab;
The outer tab detection component 23 is used for shooting the outer side surface of the cathode tab and the outer side surface of the anode tab of the bare cell under the condition that the bare cell reaches a tab detection station, so as to obtain an outer surface image of the cathode tab and an outer surface image of the anode tab;
the second inner tab detection assembly 24 is configured to capture an inner surface of the anode tab when the bare cell reaches the second inner tab detection station, so as to obtain an image of the inner surface of the anode tab;
the upper computer 30 is configured to detect a large-area image, a top-surface image, a bottom-surface image, an inner-surface image of the cathode tab, an outer-surface image of the anode tab, and an inner-surface image of the anode tab, and obtain a surface detection result of the bare cell.
For example, a conveying path of the conveying line may be preconfigured in the bare cell detection system, and a main body detection station corresponding to the main body component, a first inner tab detection station corresponding to the first inner tab detection component, an outer tab detection station corresponding to the outer tab detection component, and a second inner tab detection station corresponding to the second inner tab detection component are set on the conveying path.

Based on this, can effectively use manpower sparingly, and confirm the testing result through the host computer, can also improve detection efficiency to and the accuracy of testing result.
In some embodiments, in order to improve the accuracy of the detection result of the output die surface of the die cell detection system, each detection component in the die cell detection system may also be spot-detected before the die cell detection system performs detection, or according to a preset detection period.
Specifically, fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a profiling block provided by an embodiment of the present application, fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of another profiling block provided by an embodiment of the present application, fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of yet another profiling block provided by an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the profiling block is matched with the structure of a bare cell, and includes a profiling large surface corresponding to the large surface of the bare cell, a profiling top surface corresponding to the top surface of the bare cell, a profiling bottom surface corresponding to the bottom surface of the bare cell, a profiling cathode tab inner surface corresponding to the inner side surface of the cathode tab, a profiling anode tab inner surface corresponding to the inner side surface of the anode tab, and a profiling anode tab outer surface corresponding to the inner side surface of the anode tab.
Continuing to refer to fig. 4,5 and 6, the contoured large surface 41, the contoured top surface 42, the contoured bottom surface 43, the contoured cathode tab inner surface 44, the contoured cathode tab outer surface 45, the contoured anode tab inner surface 46 and the contoured anode tab outer surface 47 are all provided with calibration pieces, wherein the calibration pieces positioned on different contoured surfaces of the contoured block are similar in shape and different in area.
In the bare cell detection system, the conveying line is also used for conveying the profiling block through the main body detection assembly, the first inner tab detection assembly, the outer tab detection assembly and the second inner tab detection assembly, and the profiling block comprises a profiling main body, and a cathode profiling tab and an anode profiling tab which extend out of the top surface of the profiling main body;
Any one of the main body detection assembly, the first inner tab detection assembly, the outer tab detection assembly and the second inner tab detection assembly is also used for shooting an image of the corresponding profiling surface of the detection assembly to obtain a spot detection image under the condition that the profiling block reaches a detection station corresponding to the detection assembly;
The upper computer is also used for generating a spot inspection result of each detection component according to each spot inspection image.
By way of example, the profiling block may be a product made to imitate a real die, the shape of the profiling block being consistent with the shape of the real die, the size of the profiling block being consistent with the size of the real die. For example, the main body part of the real bare cell is rectangular, and the main body part of the profiling block is rectangular; the top surface of the main body of the real bare cell extends out of an anode tab and a cathode tab, and the top surface of the main body of the profiling block extends out of a profiling anode tab and a profiling cathode tab.
For example, the outline dimension of the profiling block can be designed according to the dimension of the blue-book cell drawing, the thickness of the profiling block is designed according to the length of the anode diaphragm, the problem that the pole lug inner measuring prism collides with the spot inspection block is avoided, the step is designed according to the dimension of the narrowest pole lug, the step is designed according to the width of the pole lug of the blue-book cell, the dissolution pattern of the camera is convenient to check, and the piece attaching space is designed according to the dimension of the checking piece on each profiling surface of the profiling block, for example, after the piece attaching space attached to the profiling surface corresponds to each checking piece, the checking piece can be reserved with 2-3mm space redundancy in the piece attaching space, and the checking piece is convenient to replace and attach again.
In the bare cell detection system, the output line can respectively convey the bare cell to the main body detection assembly, the first inner tab detection assembly, and detection stations respectively corresponding to the outer tab detection assembly and the second inner tab detection assembly, so that each detection station can shoot the profiling block.
Specifically, the main body detection assembly, the first inner tab detection assembly, the outer tab detection assembly and the second inner tab detection assembly can respectively shoot and obtain images of each profiling surface of the profiling block.
After the upper computer acquires the images of the profiling surfaces of the profiling blocks, the upper computer can identify whether the images comprise calibration pieces or not and detect the positions of the calibration pieces so as to determine whether the positions of all detection assemblies need to be corrected, and the upper computer can also identify image data such as gray values of the calibration pieces in the images so as to determine whether parameters of cameras in all detection assemblies need to be adjusted or not.
According to the embodiment of the application, the calibration piece for checking each checking working point is integrated on the surface of the profiling block which is consistent with the shape and the size of the real bare cell, so that on one hand, each calibration piece is convenient to store, and on the other hand, the checking process of the bare cell can be automatically simulated, the labor cost is saved, the checking result is more referential, and the checking of each checking component can be executed in the running process of the bare cell system, so that the equipment loss caused by the shutdown of the bare cell checking system can be effectively reduced.
In some embodiments, the calibration piece comprises at least one gray area within any one of the contoured large surface, the contoured top surface, the contoured bottom surface, the contoured cathode tab inner surface, the contoured cathode tab outer surface, the contoured anode tab outer surface, and the contoured anode tab inner surface, and in the case where the number of gray areas is a plurality, the gray levels of the plurality of gray areas are different;
The upper computer is specifically configured to obtain, for a point detection image captured by each detection component, a first area image corresponding to each gray area in the point detection image, determine gray information of each first area image, compare the gray information of each first area image with reference gray information of each gray area, and generate a point detection result of a first capturing parameter of each detection component.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a calibration piece according to an embodiment of the present application, and in combination with fig. 10, a plurality of gray scale regions with different gray scales may be included in the calibration piece. For example, a gradation region 501, a gradation region 502, a gradation region 503, and a gradation region 504. It can be seen that the gray values differ between the gray region 501, the gray region 502, the gray region 503, and the gray region 504.
Alternatively, the gray scales (0-255) of the plurality of gray scale regions may be distributed in a percentage gradient from shallow to deep, and adjacent two gray scale tolerances may differ by 20 gray scale values. The upper computer determines the gray information of each first area image by acquiring the first area image corresponding to each gray area, so that the gray information of each first area image is compared with the reference gray information of each gray area, and a point detection result of the first shooting parameter of each detection assembly is generated. The first photographing parameter may include a white balance parameter of the camera.
According to the embodiment of the application, the gray level information of the gray level region in the image is compared with the reference gray level information of the gray level region, so that the comparison result of the image can be accurately obtained, and whether each detection assembly can acquire reliable image data or not can be accurately judged.
In some embodiments, the calibration piece of the profiling surface comprises at least one pattern area in any one profiling surface of the profiling large surface, the profiling top surface, the profiling bottom surface, the profiling cathode tab inner surface, the profiling cathode tab outer surface, the profiling anode tab outer surface and the profiling anode tab inner surface, and in the case that the number of the pattern areas is a plurality of the pattern areas, the shapes of the pattern areas are similar, and the areas are different in size;
the upper computer is specifically configured to obtain, for each of the point detection images captured by each of the detection assemblies, a second area image corresponding to each of the graphic areas in the point detection image, determine area information of each of the second area images, compare the area information of each of the second area images with reference area information of each of the graphic areas, and generate a point detection result of the second capturing parameters of each of the detection assemblies.
Alternatively, in the calibration piece, the positional relationship of the pattern region and the gradation region may be completely overlapped, partially overlapped, or misaligned without limitation. A plurality of graphic areas may also be included in the calibration piece. Alternatively, the graphical region includes, but is not limited to, a regular shape such as a circle, triangle, rectangle, pentagon, etc., and may also include an irregular shape.
Alternatively, the gradation areas and the pattern areas may be provided in one-to-one correspondence in each of the calibration pieces. For ease of understanding, the description below will take a circular example, with continued reference to fig. 10, where the graphic region is located within the grayscale region, i.e., the grayscale region coincides with the graphic region and the grayscale region coincides with the geometric center of the graphic region. Continuing with the illustration of FIG. 10, graphical region 505, graphical region 506, graphical region 507, and graphical region 508. It can be seen that the areas between graphic region 505, graphic region 506, graphic region 507, and graphic region 508 are different.
Optionally, the calibration piece may include an outer frame and a main body portion, the outer frame is disposed around the main body portion, and the gray scale area and the graphic area are disposed in the main body portion.
In some embodiments, multiple pattern areas of different area sizes may be included in the calibration piece. For example, as shown in connection with fig. 10, the difference in diameter between adjacent two patterned areas may be 0.2 millimeters.
And corresponding to each detection component, the upper computer generates a spot inspection result of the second shooting parameter of each detection component by identifying the graphic region in the calibration piece and comparing the area information of the graphic region with the reference area information of the graphic region. Illustratively, the second photographing parameter is, for example, a camera lens distortion parameter, a pixel millimeter conversion ratio, or the like.
According to the embodiment of the application, the comparison result of the images can be accurately obtained by comparing the area information of the second area image with the reference area information of each graphic area, so that whether each detection assembly can acquire reliable image data or not can be accurately judged.
In some embodiments of the application, the bare cell detection system further comprises a lower computer; specifically, the upper computer is also used for sending an image acquisition instruction to the lower computer; the lower computer is used for responding to the image acquisition instruction and generating a control instruction; and the conveying line is also used for responding to the control instruction and conveying the bare cell or the profiling block among the main body detection assembly, the first inner tab detection assembly, the outer tab detection assembly and the second inner tab detection assembly.
Specifically, the upper computer sends an image acquisition instruction to the lower computer, the lower computer generates a control instruction under the condition that the lower computer receives the image acquisition instruction, and then the conveying line can convey the bare cell or the profiling block to a detection station corresponding to the target detection assembly based on the control instruction. Therefore, the linkage of the upper computer, the lower computer and the conveying line is realized, the automation degree of the detection process of the bare cell detection system is improved, and the conveying line conveys the bare cell or the profiling block when receiving the image acquisition instruction, so that the loss of the bare cell detection system is reduced.
