The following is a detailed procedure for the pressurizing operation of the cat litter feed: in the granulating process of the prior equipment, cat litter raw materials are very easy to collect in the middle of a forming disc 7, a material pressing roller 6 is difficult to contact with cat litter raw materials in the middle, so that redundant raw materials remain on the forming disc 7, the forming disc 7 is difficult to clean after production is finished, the cat litter raw materials are blocked, the cat litter raw materials are extruded only by the material pressing roller 6, the granulating effect is poor, a large amount of powder can be produced, the hardness of the produced cat litter is insufficient, the quality is difficult to reach standards, the using effect of the cat litter is poor, therefore, the following method is proposed, the cat litter raw materials are poured into an upper shell 2, when a rotating shaft 4 rotates, a bulk material plate 201 is driven to rotate by a connecting shaft 5, the cat litter raw materials collected in the middle are scattered to one side of the material pressing roller 6, the cat litter raw materials are prevented from collecting in the middle, the redundant cat litter raw materials are prevented from blocking the forming disc 7, when the rotating shaft 4 rotates clockwise, the cat litter raw materials are extruded into a forming plate hole by the material pressing roller 6 from top to bottom, meanwhile, the extrusion ring 206 is driven to rotate clockwise through the rotation shaft 4, at this time, the extrusion surface 20601 at the lower side of the extrusion ring 206 is released from being completely attached to the compression surface 20701, the compression surface 20701 is extruded downwards, the compression device 207 is extruded downwards, the compression disc 202 is driven to move downwards, the second elastic piece 205 is compressed, the extrusion surface 20601 releases the extrusion of the compression surface 20701 after the extrusion ring 206 rotates for one circle, the second elastic piece 205 is restored to bounce the compression device 207 upwards, the extrusion surface 20601 and the compression surface 20701 are completely attached again, the compression column 203 slides up and down in the corresponding die holes of the forming disc 7 along with the compression disc 202 in the process, the cat litter raw material in the die holes is extruded simultaneously from the upper side and the lower side of the die holes of the forming disc 7 by the matched material pressing roller 6, the granulated cat litter is firmer, the granulating effect and cat litter quality are improved, and the qualification rate of the cat litter is improved.

Based on the embodiments 1 and 2, as shown in fig. 13-16, a cleaning system is further included; the cleaning system comprises a sealing disc 301 and a limiting column 302; the lower side of the compression disc 202 is connected with a sealing disc 301, and the diameter of the sealing disc 301 is the same as that of the compression disc 202; the sealing disk 301 is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft 4; the sealing disk 301 is provided with a plurality of round holes in an annular array; each round hole corresponds to the through hole on the compression disc 202 one by one and has the same diameter; the upper surface of the sealing plate 301 is provided with a water inlet groove 30101, and water flow can be guided to the lower surface of the compression plate 202 through the water inlet groove 30101; a limiting column 302 is rotatably connected to the left side of the outer surface of the sealing disk 301; a limit groove 3002 is formed in the left side of one side of the upper part of the lower shell 3; the limiting groove 3002 is n-shaped, the upper surface of the limiting groove 3002 is higher than the maximum height reached by the limiting post 302 when the sealing disc 301 moves upwards, and the lower surface of the limiting groove 3002 is lower than the minimum height reached by the limiting post 302 when the sealing disc 301 moves downwards; the limiting groove 3002 is communicated with the cavity 3001; the spacing post 302 passes spacing groove 3002 and cavity 3001 and is connected with sealing disk 301 to look down from top to bottom as the benchmark, when wanting to carry out cat litter production, rotate spacing post 302 anticlockwise to spacing groove 3002 rearmost position, the through-hole in each sealing disk 301 all communicates with the corresponding through-hole in compression disk 202, upper casing 2 and lower casing 3 intercommunication each other this moment, when wanting to wash equipment, rotate spacing post 302 anticlockwise to spacing groove 3002 foremost position, the through-hole in each compression disk 202 all corresponds to in the intake groove 30101, upper casing 2 is the confined state this moment, do not communicate with lower casing 3, and spacing post 302 slides from top to bottom in the inside when sealing disk 301 reciprocates, can not produce the contact with lower casing 3, through rotating spacing post 302, make granulator 1 realize production and washing two kinds of different states.
The water inlet grooves 30101 are radially arranged; annular grooves are formed in the middle of the sealing disc 301, square grooves 8001 are formed between adjacent through hole groups of adjacent sealing discs 301, all the square grooves 8001 are communicated through the annular grooves to form radial water inlet grooves 30101, when the limiting columns 302 rotate anticlockwise to the forefront positions of the limiting grooves 3002, through holes in each compression disc 202 correspond to the water inlet grooves 30101 square grooves 8001, when the compression discs 202 are cleaned, water flow can reach the lower surfaces of the through holes of all the compression discs 202 only by means that one through hole is not completely blocked, and the water flow can soak the upper surfaces and the lower surfaces of the blocked through holes.
Also included is a seal ring 303; a sealing ring 303 is fixedly connected to the lower side of the sealing disc 301; the sealing disk 301 opposite side is connected with the inside upside of lower casing 3, prevents dust and shaping cat litter entering cavity 3001 when making the cat litter through sealing ring 303, and the adhesion corrodes the part on parts such as second elastic component 205, influences its life, and prevents rivers entering cavity 3001 when wasing the equipment, corrodes the part, influences life.
The following is a detailed description of the process when cleaning the apparatus: in the existing equipment, after redundant materials are piled up and agglomerated on the forming disc 7, the equipment is usually disassembled, the forming disc 7 is taken out, through holes in the forming disc 7 are dredged by using a hammer and an iron rod, the cleaning difficulty is high, the process is complex, and the equipment can be damaged by knocking by using the iron hammer. The service life of the equipment is reduced, so that a method is proposed, taking the top-down view as a reference, when cat litter production is to be carried out, and when the limit post 302 is rotated anticlockwise to the rearmost position of the limit groove 3002, the through hole in each seal disc 301 is communicated with the corresponding through hole in the compression disc 202, the upper shell 2 and the lower shell 3 are mutually communicated, so that the equipment in the production mode is not influenced, the seal ring 303 prevents dust and molded cat litter from entering the cavity 3001 when cat litter is manufactured, the seal ring is adhered to the parts such as the second elastic piece 205 and the like, the service life is influenced, when the equipment is to be cleaned, the limit post 302 is rotated anticlockwise to the foremost position of the limit groove 3002, the through hole in each compression disc 202 corresponds to the water inlet groove 30101, the upper shell 2 is in a closed state and is not communicated with the lower shell 3, water is added into the upper shell 2, the water flow infiltrates the solidified raw materials on the forming plate 7, and the water flow flows into the water inlet groove 30101 of the sealing plate 301 through the die holes of the forming plate 7 and the through holes of the compression plate 202 which are not completely blocked, finally reaches the lower surfaces of all the through holes of the compression plate 202, so that the water flow infiltrates the upper surfaces and the lower surfaces of the blocked through holes simultaneously, the infiltration effect and the infiltration speed of the water flow on cat litter in the through holes are improved, a cleaning mode is started after a period of infiltration, the compression plate 202 slides up and down to drive the compression column 203 to slide up and down, the cat litter raw materials blocked in the die holes of the forming plate 7 and the through holes of the compression plate 202 are dispersed, at the moment, the limit column 302 rotates anticlockwise to the rearmost position of the limit groove 3002, at the moment, the upper shell 2 and the lower shell 3 are mutually communicated, the dispersed cat litter raw materials are taken away from the lower shell 3 by the clear water in the upper shell 2, at the moment, the water flow is prevented from entering the cavity 3001 by the sealing ring 303, the parts are corroded, the service life of the equipment is affected, finally, the upper shell 2 is flushed, the raw materials on the forming disc 7 are completely flushed, the cleaning flow is simplified, the cleaning effect is improved, the equipment is prevented from being corroded, and the service life of the equipment is affected.

Claims (10)

1. A plant cat litter processing device comprises a granulator (1), an upper shell (2) and a rotating shaft (4); the granulating machine (1) is rotationally connected with a rotating shaft (4), and the rotating shaft (4) is positioned at the central position inside the upper shell (2); the device is characterized by further comprising a lower shell (3), a pressing roller (6), a forming disc (7), a material taking device (8), a material discharging plate (9) and a compression system; a lower shell (3) is arranged on the upper side of the speed reducer of the granulator (1); the upper side of the lower shell (3) is connected with the outer surface of the lower part of the upper shell (2); a discharge hole is formed in the lower side of the lower shell (3); the upper end of the rotating shaft (4) is rotationally connected with a plurality of pressing rollers (6) for pressing cat litter raw materials into granules; a forming disc (7) for shaping the cat litter raw material is internally arranged at the lower side of the upper shell (2), and a plurality of die holes are formed in the forming disc (7); a discharging plate (9) is arranged on the inner side of the lower part of the lower shell (3), the discharging plate (9) is rotationally connected with the rotating shaft (4), and the discharging plate (9) is obliquely arranged in the direction of a discharging hole of the lower shell (3); the lower part of the rotating shaft (4) is connected with a reclaimer (8) for taking down the molded cat litter in a sliding way; the material taking device (8) is positioned above the material discharging plate (9), and the middle part of the material taking device (8) is arranged in a circular shape; the inner surface of the circular ring of the material taking device (8) is connected with the outer surface of the rotating shaft (4) in a sliding way; the outer surface of the circular ring of the material taking device (8) is provided with a plurality of cutting plates; a plurality of square grooves (8001) are formed in the middle of the inner surface of the circular ring of the material taking device (8); the lower side of the forming disc (7) is slidingly connected with a compression system for improving the hardness of cat litter.

A plant cat litter processing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a connecting shaft (5); a connecting shaft (5) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the rotating shaft (4); a plurality of rotating rollers are arranged on the connecting shaft (5), and each pressing roller (6) is rotationally connected with the corresponding rotating roller on the connecting shaft (5).
3. A plant cat litter processing apparatus as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a connecting cylinder (101); the lower side of the material taking device (8) is rotationally connected with a connecting cylinder (101); the connecting cylinder (101) is sleeved with the rotating shaft (4).

A plant cat litter processing apparatus as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a rotating block (103); a plurality of mounting grooves (4001) which are symmetrical relative to the axis of the rotating shaft (4) are formed on the lower side of the rotating shaft; a plurality of rotating blocks (103) are arranged at the lower part of the rotating shaft (4).

A plant cat litter processing apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the compression system comprises a compression disc (202), a compression column (203), a second elastic member (205), a compression ring (206) and a compression receiver (207); a compression plate (202) for extruding cat litter raw materials is arranged at the lower side of the molding plate (7), and a connecting groove (20201) is formed in the upper surface of the compression plate (202); the compression disc (202) is connected with the lower side of the upper shell (2) in a sliding way through a connecting groove (20201); the upper surface of the compression disc (202) is fixedly connected with a plurality of compression columns (203), and each compression column (203) corresponds to the position of a die hole in the forming disc (7) one by one; the outer surface of each compression column (203) is attached to the inner wall of the corresponding die hole and is in sliding connection with the die hole; each compression column (203) is internally provided with a through hole, and the through hole penetrates through the compression plate; a second elastic piece (205) is fixedly connected between the compression disc (202) and the lower surface of the cavity (3001) of the lower shell (3); an extrusion ring (206) is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the rotating shaft (4); an extrusion surface (20601) is arranged at the lower side of the extrusion ring (206); a pressure receiver (207) is fixedly connected to the upper side of the center of the compression disc (202); the upper surface of the pressure receiver (207) is provided with a pressure receiving surface (20701), and the pressing surface (20601) is completely attached to the pressure receiving surface (20701).

A plant cat litter processing apparatus as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a bulk board (201); the outer surface of the connecting shaft (5) is fixedly connected with a plurality of bulk cargo plates (201) which are symmetrical relative to the axis and used for scattering cat litter raw materials to the material pressing roller (6).

A plant cat litter processing apparatus as set forth in claim 5, further comprising a limiting plate (204); the upper part of the lower shell (3) is provided with a cavity (3001); two limiting plates (204) are fixedly connected to the inner lower side of the cavity (3001), and the limiting plates (204) are annularly arranged; the second elastic piece (205) is positioned between the two limiting plates (204).

A plant cat litter processing apparatus as set forth in claim 5 further comprising a cleaning system; the cleaning system comprises a sealing disc (301) and a limiting column (302); the lower side of the compression disc (202) is connected with a sealing disc (301) for improving the cleaning effect, and the diameter of the sealing disc (301) is the same as that of the compression disc (202); the sealing disc (301) is rotationally connected with the rotating shaft (4); a plurality of round holes are arranged on the sealing disc (301); each round hole corresponds to the through holes on the compression disc (202) one by one and has the same diameter; the upper surface of the sealing disc (301) is provided with a water inlet groove (30101); the outer surface of the sealing disc (301) is rotationally connected with a limit column (302); a limit groove (3002) is formed in the left side of one side of the upper part of the lower shell (3); the limiting groove (3002) is arranged in an n shape; the limit groove (3002) is communicated with the cavity (3001); the limiting column (302) passes through the limiting groove (3002) and the cavity (3001) to be connected with the sealing disc (301).

A plant cat litter processing apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein the water inlet grooves (30101) are arranged radially; annular grooves are formed in the middle of the sealing disc (301), square grooves (8001) are formed between adjacent through hole groups of adjacent sealing discs (301), and all the square grooves (8001) are communicated through the annular grooves to form radial water inlet grooves (30101).

A plant cat litter processing apparatus as claimed in claim 9, further comprising a sealing ring (303); a sealing ring (303) is fixedly connected to the lower side of the sealing disc (301); the other side of the sealing disc (301) is connected with the upper side of the inner part of the lower shell (3).
