Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of shampoos, and particularly relates to a hair-blacking and hair-loss-preventing essence containing plant extracts and a preparation method thereof.
Background
It is counted that over 2.5 hundred million people worldwide suffer from alopecia, which is not only an appearance problem but also a psychological health problem nowadays, and many people feel spelt because of sparse hair and posterior hairline, and have great impact on their self-confidence. There are many causes of alopecia, such as genetic, age, immune, endocrine dyscrasia, stress, etc., which cause alopecia. Wherein, the incidence of androgenetic alopecia (AGA) accounts for more than 90 percent of alopecia, is the first cause of alopecia at present, and has the characteristics of repeated attack and difficult healing. One of the reasons for the occurrence of AGA is that overexpression of the Androgen Receptor (AR) makes scalp hair follicles abnormally sensitive to androgens. At present, western medicine components are mainly adopted for the AR receptor antagonist, but the side effects of the western medicine components are larger. In the field of scalp care products, research and development of essence products specifically aiming at AR antagonism are increasingly paid attention to, but related products on the market are still fewer at present, and the effect is not ideal.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide hair-blacking and hair-loss-preventing essence containing plant extracts and a preparation method thereof, wherein the essence has a very good effect on seborrheic hair loss symptoms caused by male androgenesis, can penetrate into hair follicles, can repair and condition melanin formation passages, and simultaneously realizes hair-blacking effects.

Dai nationality in Yunnan carries out natural fermentation on rice washing water for washing hair, has the effects of removing dandruff, moisturizing hair, brightening hair, blackening hair and the like, so that hair blackening products using fermented rice also appear on the market, but no effect related to hair loss prevention is found. Researchers have tried to use rice fermentation broth for androgenic alopecia during the development process, but the effect is not ideal. The rice and the Chinese honeylocust fruit are fermented by using the specific four strains at the same time, and the obtained composite fermentation liquor is compounded with various natural plant extracts, so that the composite fermentation liquor has remarkable effect on improving the symptoms of seborrheic alopecia caused by male androgenetic sex. The rice and the Chinese honeylocust fruit are obtained after four strains are fermented, have antagonistic effect on AR, and are compounded with specific plant extracts to play a role in synergy. Meanwhile, the selected multiple plant extracts are compounded with the fermentation liquor, so that the hair follicle environment can be improved, nutrition can be supplemented for hair follicles, hair roots can be nourished, and further the hair blacking effect can be achieved.
Further, the ratio of the total mass of lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium longum, lactobacillus reuteri and lactobacillus chaff to the total volume of filtrate A and filtrate B is 6-10g/L.
Further, the regulator comprises lauric acid monoglyceride, caprylic acid monoglyceride, citric acid monoglyceride, polyglycerol fatty acid ester, sucrose palmitate.

The regulator is added into the system to promote the compatibility between a plurality of plant extracts in the system, fermentation products and a plurality of auxiliary agents, thereby being beneficial to better playing effect of active components. The inventors have also unexpectedly found that the type of conditioning agent affects the normal temperature storage stability of the essence at the same time, when the conditioning agent is in mass ratio of 1:2-5: when lauric acid monoglyceride, sucrose palmitate and polyglycerol fatty acid ester are used in the amount of 0.3-0.6, the storage time of the essence at normal temperature is longer, but the storage time at high temperature is still not ideal, and layering, turbidity or precipitation are easy to occur.
Further, the mass ratio of the inoculum sizes of lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium longum, lactobacillus reuteri and lactobacillus chaff is 5-8:2-4:1:0.3-0.8.
In order to obtain the optimal anti-hair loss active component, four strains of lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium longum, lactobacillus reuteri and lactobacillus oryzanol are selected to ferment rice water and Chinese honeylocust fruit water. It was also found that when the mass ratio of the inoculation of the four strains was 5-8:2-4:1: and when the content is 0.3-0.8, the preservation time of the essence at high temperature is also improved. It is hypothesized that the types and activities of metabolites and enzymes produced by different species during fermentation may be different, and these metabolites and enzymes may interact with chemical components in plant extracts to form complexes or change their structures, thereby affecting the thermal stability of the system, and at the same time, the species used in the present invention may produce substances having antioxidant or thermal degradation resistant activities, or substances having protective effects, reducing deterioration of plant extracts at high temperatures. In addition, the microbial metabolites present in the bacterial fermentation broth may have a certain thermal stability, which is capable of stably existing and protecting the plant extract at high temperature.
Further, the solubilizing agent is PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil. Purchased from jinan rong chemical industry limited.
Further, the antioxidant is tocopherol.
Further, the humectant is selected from one or more of butanediol, propylene glycol, lauryl alcohol, glycerol cocoate.
Further, the preservative is selected from phenoxyethanol or ethylhexyl glycerol.
Further, the solvent is a mixture of water and ethanol; the volume ratio of the water to the ethanol is 1:1.5-2.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the essence, which comprises the following steps of dissolving the solubilizer, the humectant, the regulator and the preservative in the solvent, and heating to 75-80 ℃; cooling the system to 45-50deg.C, adding the rest components, and stirring for 40-50min; finally cooling to normal temperature.
The raw materials used in the invention are all commercially available.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. the invention provides a hair-blacking and hair-loss-preventing essence containing plant extracts and a preparation method thereof, wherein the essence has a very good effect on seborrheic hair loss symptoms caused by male androgenesis, can penetrate into hair follicles, can repair and regulate melanin formation passages, and simultaneously realizes hair-blacking effects.
2. The rice and the Chinese honeylocust fruit are fermented by four strains simultaneously, and the obtained composite fermentation liquor is compounded with various natural plant extracts, so that the composite fermentation liquor has remarkable effect of improving the symptoms of seborrheic alopecia caused by male androgenetic sex.
3. The selected multiple plant extracts are compounded with the fermentation liquor, so that the hair follicle environment can be improved, nutrition is supplemented, hair roots are nourished, melanin is produced, and further the effect of blackening hair is realized.
4. The regulator is added in the system of the invention, which is helpful for better exertion of the active components. When the mass ratio of the regulator is 1:2-5:0.3-0.6 of lauric acid monoglyceride, sucrose palmitate and polyglycerol fatty acid ester, the essence has longer storage time at normal temperature.
5. According to the invention, four strains of lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium longum, lactobacillus reuteri and lactobacillus oryzanol are selected for fermenting rice water and saponin water, so that active components are obtained, and meanwhile, when the mass ratio of the inoculation amount of the four strains is 5-8:2-4:1: and at 0.3-0.8, the preservation time of the essence at high temperature is also improved.
