In summary, the present embodiment provides a secondary misoperation prevention method based on hard press plate detection data mining, which can ensure that inspection items required by each inspection instruction are not abnormal, collect detection data of all hard press plates in a power distribution room after all operation instructions of an operation ticket are executed, and judge whether the operation ticket is abnormal according to task information of the operation ticket and a substation misoperation prevention rule. The method can reduce electric power accidents caused by misoperation of the relay protection pressing plate, improve execution accuracy of relay protection pressing plate operation in the adjustment instruction of operators, and improve safe operation level of the transformer substation.
Corresponding to the above-mentioned secondary anti-misoperation method based on hard platen detection data mining, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a secondary anti-misoperation device based on hard platen detection data mining, as shown in fig. 4, where the device includes:
the category module 600 is configured to respond to an operation instruction sent by a computer key, obtain an operation item corresponding to the operation instruction in an operation ticket, and determine a category of the operation instruction according to the operation item;
an inspection instruction determination module 610, configured to determine a hard platen corresponding to the operation instruction when the category is an inspection instruction; acquiring first detection data of the hard pressing plate; if the first detection data is judged to be abnormal according to the operation instruction, generating first alarm information and sending the first alarm information to a guardian;
the association determination module 620 is configured to obtain second detection data of all the hard pressing plates in the power distribution room when all the operation instructions are executed; acquiring task information according to an operation ticket in a computer key; and generating second alarm information and sending the second alarm information to guardianship personnel when judging that the second detection data is abnormal according to the error prevention rule of the transformer substation based on the task information.
Optionally, the association determination module further includes a general logic unit and a secondary logic unit, where the general logic unit is configured to search a general logic rule in the substation error prevention rule based on the task information, and obtain first rule information; the secondary logic unit is used for searching secondary logic rules in the transformer substation error prevention rules based on the task information to obtain second rule information; the association determination module determines whether the second detection data is abnormal according to the first rule information and the second rule information.
Based on the embodiment, the invention further provides an intelligent terminal. As shown in fig. 5, the above-mentioned intelligent terminal includes a processor, a memory, and a display screen connected through a system bus. The processor of the intelligent terminal is used for providing computing and control capabilities. The memory of the intelligent terminal comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The nonvolatile storage medium stores an operating system and a secondary anti-misoperation program based on hard platen detection data mining. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and a secondary anti-misoperation program based on hard pressing plate detection data mining in a nonvolatile storage medium. The method for preventing the secondary misoperation based on the hard pressing plate detection data mining comprises the step of realizing any one of the above-mentioned secondary misoperation prevention methods based on the hard pressing plate detection data mining when the secondary misoperation prevention program based on the hard pressing plate detection data mining is executed by a processor. The display screen of the intelligent terminal can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen.

when the category is an inspection instruction, determining a hard pressing plate corresponding to the operation instruction; acquiring first detection data of the hard pressing plate; if the first detection data is judged to be abnormal according to the operation instruction, generating first alarm information and sending the first alarm information to a guardian;
when all the operation instructions are executed, second detection data of all the hard pressing plates in the power distribution room are obtained; acquiring task information according to an operation ticket in a computer key; and generating second alarm information and sending the second alarm information to guardianship personnel when judging that the second detection data is abnormal according to the error prevention rule of the transformer substation based on the task information.

The method for secondary anti-misoperation based on hard platen detection data mining according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining operation items corresponding to the operation instructions in the operation ticket, and determining the category of the operation instructions according to the operation items, comprises:
acquiring the serial number of the operation instruction, searching the operation ticket according to the serial number, and acquiring the operation item;
when the operation item contains a keyword corresponding to the checking instruction, judging the type of the operation instruction as the checking instruction;
when the operation item contains a keyword corresponding to an action instruction, determining the type of the action instruction as the action instruction.
3. The method for secondary anti-misoperation based on hard platen detection data mining according to claim 1, wherein determining whether the first detection data is abnormal according to the operation instruction comprises:
acquiring the serial number of the operation instruction, searching the operation ticket according to the serial number, and acquiring the operation item;
obtaining target state data of the hard pressing plate according to the operation item;
and when the target state data is different from the first detection data, judging that the first detection data is abnormal, otherwise, judging that the first detection data is normal.
4. The method for secondary anti-misoperation based on hard platen detection data mining according to claim 3, wherein the obtaining target state data of the hard platen according to the operation item comprises:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining an anti-misoperation rule of a transformer substation in advance, converting the anti-misoperation rule into json format, obtaining anti-misoperation information, and taking the anti-misoperation information as a corpus fine-tuning large language model;
and inputting the operation item into the trimmed large language model to obtain the target state data.
5. The method for secondary anti-misoperation based on hard platen detection data mining according to claim 1, wherein determining whether the second detection data is abnormal according to a substation anti-misoperation rule based on the task information comprises:
based on the task information, searching a general logic rule and a secondary logic rule in the transformer substation error prevention rule, and respectively obtaining first rule information and second rule information;
and judging whether the second detection data is abnormal or not according to the first rule information and the second rule information.
6. The method for secondary anti-misoperation based on hard platen detection data mining according to claim 5, wherein the determining whether the second detection data is abnormal according to the first rule information and the second rule information comprises:
splitting the second rule information into AND logic rules or logic rules;
and when the AND logic rule and the OR logic rule are judged to be established and the first rule information is met based on the second detection data, judging that the second detection data is normal, otherwise, judging that the second detection data is abnormal.

The intelligent terminal is characterized by comprising a memory, a processor and a secondary misoperation prevention program which is stored in the memory and can run on the processor and is based on hard pressing plate detection data mining, wherein the secondary misoperation prevention program based on hard pressing plate detection data mining realizes the steps of the secondary misoperation prevention method based on hard pressing plate detection data mining according to any one of claims 1 to 6 when being executed by the processor.
