Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sealing sheets after pathological section dyeing, in particular to a neutral gum-free rapid curing cover glass for pathological sections.
Background
The sealing sheet after pathological section dyeing is the most important ring in clinical pathological diagnosis, whether HE dyeing, bus dyeing, swiss dyeing or immunohistochemical dyeing, in order to facilitate the observation and long-term preservation of the section under a microscope, the dyed section must be thoroughly dehydrated by alcohol, transparent by dimethylbenzene, and then the neutral gum is dripped to cover by a cover glass;
the sealing sheet after pathological section dyeing is the last procedure of the standard step of the conventional tissue section, and the sealing sheet process is to seal the dyed section by using a sealing agent, namely, to bond the cover glass and the glass slide together by using the sealing agent. The measurement of the complete dryness of the sections is that there should be no sliding between the coverslip and the slide when rubbed with two fingers. The slices can be erected after that and stacked back and forth without sticking to each other. At present, a domestic pathology laboratory mostly adopts a method of dripping neutral gum and then sealing with a glass cover plate, and naturally drying at normal temperature, and the sliced slices can be completely dried after being horizontally laid for 2-3 months, so that the method is time-consuming and occupies a lot of space. Before it is completely dried out, the pathological section is not easy to use for full-film digital scanning (easy to slide or card), is not easy to use for patient to take consultation by the section to the external unit and to reserve expert, is not easy to store (easy to adhere with other sections), and the neutral gum used in the conventional staining sealing sheet is an adhesive which adheres the glass slide and the cover glass together and seals the biological tissue section for long-term reservation. The sealing method is very simple, 2-3 drops of gum liquid (note that the gum liquid is dropped together or bubbles are easy to exist) are dropped at the center of the glass slide, then the cover glass is slowly put on, the cover glass is gently squeezed, the gum liquid can spread outwards to the whole lens, and after ventilation and airing for a plurality of hours, the extra gum at the edge of the lens is scrubbed cleanly by using cotton balls to stick xylene or turpentine. Neutral gums are ideal binders with the advantages of high transparency, almost as clear as optical glass, no corrosion of the glass, because it is neutral, less prone to mold growth, and possibly because the solvent xylene of the neutral gum has a fungicidal effect. However, neutral gums have the disadvantage that they use xylene as a solvent and evaporate slowly after encapsulation, and the slides produced cure completely without the smell of xylene at least by airing for 2-3 months in a ventilated place;
the hazards of xylenes are well known and are also being appreciated by the physician technicians in the pathology department. The HE slice just dyed and sealed is sent to a doctor's office, a diagnostician can only observe and read the slice under a microscope immediately in order to report the time, hundreds of slices are stacked on the periphery, if the office environment is not well ventilated, nausea and dizziness poisoning easily occur, and many doctor's offices are not required to open an air conditioner and are also required to open windows for ventilation, so that the physical and mental health is seriously affected after long-term work under the toxic environment. A batch of reports are not sent out, a batch of new slices are also needed to be stored in a special slicing airing cabinet for 2-3 months to volatilize and air, so that a great amount of space of a pathology department is occupied on one hand, and toxic and harmful gases are continuously emitted on the other hand. The traditional sealing method has the advantages of low material consumption, and the cost of sealing each slice is about 0.30 yuan (0.25+0.05) by using the glass cover glass and the neutral resin for sealing the slice. The defect is obvious that xylene pollutes the environment, damages health, and the slicing naturally dries and stores the occupied space, thereby influencing the working efficiency.
Thus, a neutral gum free rapid cure coverslip for pathological sections was proposed.
