Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Example 1:
referring to fig. 1 to 5, in order to provide a system for detecting fire smoke at a door edge, it is easy to understand that an opening and closing door 1 for separating indoor and outdoor is generally provided in a building, the opening and closing door 1 may be directly configured on a designated wall, and of course, in order to achieve a better sealing effect, the opening and closing door 1 is generally movably connected with a door frame 2, and the door frame 2 is configured on the designated wall.
Specifically, the system for detecting fire smoke at the door edge comprises: a smoke detection unit 3, a drive unit and a response locking unit; the driving unit is respectively connected with the smoke detection unit 3 and the response locking unit and is used for driving the response locking unit according to the signal sent by the smoke detection unit 3. Of course, the response locking unit can lock the opening and closing door 1 to the door frame 2 under the driving of the driving unit, or lock the opening and closing door 1 to the wall to which it is mounted.
It will be readily appreciated that the smoke detection unit 3 may be a smoke detector or smoke alarm or the like capable of detecting substances such as fire smoke.
One of the effective modes of fire monitoring is to detect substances such as fire smoke in time. The main problem with substance detection is the ability of the probe to contact the substance. Specifically, when a fire occurs, the substances are spread through a space (generally flowing air) as a carrier, and if the air does not flow smoothly, it is difficult for the probe to contact the fire substances (smoke particles, etc.).
Thus, in this embodiment, a door side fire smoke detection system further includes a first air port 4, a second air port 5, and an air flow passage communicating the first air port 4 and the second air port 5. It is easy to understand that the first air port 4 and the second air port 5 are respectively disposed in a first space and a second space, taking the case that the opening and closing door 1 is movably disposed on a door frame 2 as an example, when the opening and closing door 1 is closed on the door frame 2, the indoor side space of the opening and closing door 1 is separated from the outdoor side, the first space is located at the indoor side of the opening and closing door 1, the second space is located at the outdoor side of the opening and closing door 1, and air fluid at the outdoor side can enter the first space through the air flow passage.
The system for detecting fire smoke at the door edge provided by the embodiment is actually used for blocking the fire through the blocking door when the fire occurs at the outdoor side, so that the fire is prevented from spreading indoors. In the case of a fire outside the room, the air is difficult to circulate in a relatively closed space such as a corridor or atrium, and thus the smoke detection unit 3 is provided, which has a problem that it is impossible to detect smoke even if it is alive.
In this embodiment, therefore, the smoke detection unit 3 is disposed on the flow path of the air fluid, specifically, may be disposed in the first air port 4, the second air port 5 or the air flow channel, the air pressure in the second space is increased when a fire occurs, the internal-external pressure difference provides power for the flow of fire smoke, the air fluid in the second space is forced to enter the first space through the air flow channel, and the smoke detection unit 3 detects whether the fire smoke content of the flow path of the fluid exceeds the set threshold. Of course, in order to improve the accuracy of smoke alarm, the smoke detection unit 3 can be placed at other required positions according to actual requirements.
When the smoke detection unit 3 detects that the content of fire smoke exceeds a set threshold, the smoke detection unit 3 sends a signal to the driving unit, and the driving unit drives the corresponding locking unit to start so as to lock the opening and closing door 1 and the door frame 2.
More specifically, since the density of the fire smoke is greater than that of air, a large amount of fire smoke will be settled in the second space when a fire occurs. The first air port 4 and the second air port 5 can be sequentially arranged along the gravity direction, are communicated through the air flow channel, and are communicated with the first space and the second space, when a fire disaster occurs, fire disaster smoke enters from the lower second air port 5 and is discharged from the higher first air port 4, so that a structure similar to a chimney is formed, and the detection accuracy is further improved.
It is easy to understand that the first air port 4, the second air port 5 and the air flow channel can be arranged on the door frame 2, and the design does not influence the normal operation of the opening and closing door 1 and the original sealing effect thereof.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the first air port 4 may be provided at the top of the door frame 2, and the second air port 5 may be provided at the middle lower portion of the door frame 2. When fire smoke occurs in the second space outside the room, the second air port 5 positioned at the middle lower part of the door frame 2 can receive the fire smoke fastest and force the fire smoke to flow out from the first air port 4 near the top of the door frame 2, and in the process, the smoke detection unit 3 alarms and enables the locking unit to start to lock the door 1 and the door frame 2 when detecting that the fire smoke content exceeds the set threshold value.
Example 2:
referring to fig. 1-5, the present embodiment provides a system for detecting fire smoke at the door side based on embodiment 1.
Specifically, the response locking unit comprises a locking mechanism, the locking mechanism is movably arranged on one of the opening and closing door 1 and the door frame 2, and the locking mechanism can move towards one side of the other of the opening and closing door 1 and the door frame 2 under the driving of the driving unit so as to fix the opening and closing door 1 and the door frame 2.
Taking the example that the locking mechanism is movably arranged on the opening and closing door 1, the locking mechanism can move towards one side where the door frame 2 is positioned under the driving of the driving unit, so that the opening and closing door 1 is fixed with the door frame 2. When the locking mechanism is arranged on the door frame 2, the locking mechanism can move towards the side where the opening and closing door 1 is positioned under the driving of the driving unit. The movement of the locking mechanism includes, but is not limited to, rotational, linear, and non-linear movement.
Because the common door 1 of opening and close and door frame 2 are usually through hinge or pivot swing joint, after opening and close door 1 and door frame 2 are closed, although can also lock with door frame 2 through opening and close the spring bolt of door 1, above-mentioned anchor point that is used for locking is too few, and the strong point is single, is difficult to support the impact that the conflagration deflagration takes place. Therefore, in a preferred embodiment, a system for detecting fire smoke at the door edge can lock the opening and closing door 1 and the door frame 2 through a plurality of locking anchor points, so as to increase the locking anchor points of the opening and closing door 1 and the door frame 2, improve the locking strength thereof, and further improve the performance of the opening and closing door 1 for blocking fire and fire smoke.
Specifically, the locking mechanism includes a first lock tongue 6, where the first lock tongue 6 has at least an elastic portion 61, and the elastic portion 61 can be deformed under the driving of an external force; the first lock tongue 6 is movably arranged on the opening and closing door 1 and can be switched between a first state and a second state under the driving of the driving unit; when the first lock tongue 6 is in the first state, the elastic portion 61 of the first lock tongue 6 is constrained by the driving unit and is disposed on the opening/closing door 1, and when the first lock tongue 6 is in the second state, the elastic portion 61 of the first lock tongue 6 is released from constraint, and the elastic portion 61 is ejected and can be locked and fixed to the door frame 2. The elastic portion 61 may be understood to have elasticity, and may be an elastic member used in the present application, or may be an elastic member formed by post-pressing and bending.
Referring to fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment of the present application, the first locking tongue 6 may be further movably disposed on the door frame 2, and when the first locking tongue 6 is in the first state, it may be configured on the door frame 2 in a fitting manner, and when the driving unit is started, the elastic portion 61 of the first locking tongue 6 is released from constraint, and is released freely under the elastic action, and is ejected and locked and fixed with the opening and closing door 1.
Specifically, the first locking tongue 6 further includes a connecting portion 62, and the connecting portion 62 may be understood as being used to restrict the position of the elastic portion 61. Taking the example of providing the first lock tongue 6 on the door frame 2, the connecting portion 62 of the first lock tongue 6 is connected to the door frame 2, and the connecting portion 62 is connected to the elastic portion 61. More specifically, the connecting portion 62 with the elastic portion 61 is the angle setting, for being convenient for with door frame 2 assorted, both can be the perpendicular setting for the first spring bolt 6 of formation can be the configuration of bending form laminating more on the original frame of door frame 2, and its assembly is more convenient, of course connecting portion 62 with the elastic portion 61 also can be other suitability angle setting, and above scheme is for setting up first spring bolt 6 on door frame 2, sets up the principle of first spring bolt 6 on the door also as above.
More specifically, the inner peripheral side of the door frame 2 is formed with a second sealed area, and the outer peripheral side of the opening/closing door 1 is formed with a first sealed area, and when the opening/closing door 1 is closed, the opening/closing door 1 and the door frame 2 are configured in a closed state, and the first sealed area overlaps the second sealed area. The opening and closing door 1 is tightly attached to the door frame 2 in the first sealing area and the second sealing area, and a closed structure capable of blocking fire smoke in a closed mode is formed. Taking the case where the first lock tongue 6 is provided in the door frame 2 as an example, the connecting portion 62 of the first lock tongue 6 may be connected to the door frame 2, and the elastic portion 61 of the first lock tongue 6 may be disposed in the second closed region of the door frame 2. Correspondingly, the first sealing area of the opening and closing door 1 is provided with a locking station for fixing the first lock tongue 6, under the condition that the opening and closing door 1 and the door frame 2 are closed, the elastic part 61 of the first lock tongue 6 is released and ejected under the driving of the driving unit and is fixed with the locking station on the opening and closing door 1, so that the opening and closing door 1 and the door frame 2 are locked in the closed area of the two, and the connection is firmer.
In a preferred embodiment, a plurality of first bolts 6 may be provided, and the plurality of first bolts 6 are disposed in a staggered manner. Part of the first lock tongue 6 is movably arranged on the door frame 2, and the other part of the first lock tongue 6 is movably arranged on the opening and closing door 1, and the first lock tongue 6 can be arranged at a plurality of positions such as the upper side and the lower side of the opening and closing door 1 as well as the side of the opening and closing door 1. The first tongues 6 may be drivingly connected via the same drive unit, which may be a motor. When fire breaks out and the corresponding locking unit is needed to lock, the first lock bolts 6 are released, the first lock bolts 6 arranged on the opening and closing door 1 and the door frame 2 can be arranged between the opening and closing door 1 and the door frame 2 in a cross-popping mode, the arrangement has a certain fault tolerance rate, and the first lock bolts 6 popped up in a cross manner can balance the stress between the opening and closing door 1 and the door frame 2, so that the locked opening and closing door 1 and the door frame 2 keep a stable locking state, and the original sealing structure is stabilized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, one side of the connecting portion 62 is visible as a front side, the other side is invisible as a rear side, the connecting portion 62 of the first locking bolt 6 is connected to the front side of the door frame 2 in the drawing, it is needless to say that the connecting portion 62 of the first locking bolt 6 may be disposed inside the door frame 2 or on the rear side of the door frame 2 (not shown in the drawing), and it is understood that when the connecting portion 62 of the first locking bolt 6 is disposed on the front side of the door frame 2, the elastic portion 61 thereof is ejected from the rear side to the front side, and when the connecting portion 62 of the first locking bolt 6 is disposed on the rear side of the door frame 2, the elastic portion 61 thereof is ejected from the front side to the rear side.
That is, when the plurality of first locking tongues 6 are simultaneously arranged on the front side and the rear side of the door frame 2 as described above, the elastic parts 61 of the plurality of first locking tongues 6 can be ejected in at least two directions of the front side and the rear side, and the ejected first locking tongues 6 can lock the opening and closing door 1 in the width direction of the opening and closing door 1, the elastic parts 61 ejected from the rear side to the front side exert a force toward the front side on the opening and closing door 1, and the elastic parts 61 ejected from the front side to the rear side exert a force toward the rear side on the opening and closing door 1. Thus, the opening and closing door 1 can be subjected to the force formed by the cross locking, so that the opening and closing door 1 is locked to the door frame 2 more stably. More importantly, when the back side, namely the outdoor side, knocks off, the impact force is towards the indoor side, and when the elastic part 61 of part of the first lock tongue 6 pops up, the force applied to the opening and closing door 1 towards the outdoor side can reduce the knocking impact force, so that the unidirectional locking is avoided.
Of course, as described above, the above arrangement can be also made on the upper and lower sides of the opening/closing door 1 or the door frame 2, so as to improve the stability of locking and fixing the opening/closing door 1 and the door frame 2.
According to the system for detecting fire smoke at the door edge, provided by the invention, the smoke detection unit 3 and the response locking unit are arranged, so that fire smoke detection can be effectively performed, the response locking unit can timely respond to lock and fix the opening and closing door 1 and the door frame 2, the connection strength of the opening and closing door 1 and the door frame 2 is improved by means of multiple anchor points, cross locking and the like, and impact damage to the inner side of an indoor side when deflagration occurs at the outer side is effectively relieved.
Example 3:
on the basis of embodiment 2, the system for detecting fire smoke at the door edge further comprises a second lock tongue 7, wherein the second lock tongue 7 can be a door lock tongue common in the prior art, and the difference is that the second lock tongue 7 is in a retracted state in a normal state, and the second lock tongue 7 is in transmission connection with the driving unit and can extend out after the driving unit receives a driving signal, so that the opening and closing door 1 and the door frame 2 are locked and fixed.
More specifically, the second locking bolt 7 is movably connected with the elastic portion 61 of the first locking bolt 6 through a traction mechanism, and the second locking bolt 7 can be driven by the driving mechanism to perform linear movement along the first direction so as to switch between the third state and the fourth state. Of course, the second locking bolt 7 may be connected to the plurality of first locking bolts 6 via the same traction mechanism, and the plurality of first locking bolts 6 may be sequentially arranged along the gravity direction. Through increasing the connection anchor point to and synchronous fixed mode, improve the locking intensity to opening and close door 1 and door frame 2.
Taking the example of arranging the second lock tongue 7 on the door frame 2, the second lock tongue 7 is movably arranged on the door frame 2, when the second lock tongue 7 is in the third state, at least part of the second lock tongue 7 is retracted into the door frame 2, and the first lock tongue 6 is in the first state, that is, the elastic part 61 of the first lock tongue 6 is restrained on the door frame 2; when the second locking tongue 7 is in the fourth state, at least part of the second locking tongue 7 extends out and can be fixed with the opening and closing door 1, and the first locking tongue 6 is in the second state, that is, the elastic part 61 is ejected out to be fixed with the opening and closing door 1.
The second lock tongue 7 may be connected to a motor as a driving unit via a flexible connection member, and the second lock tongue 7 may be retracted or extended by pulling or releasing the flexible connection member when the motor rotates.
More specifically, referring to fig. 5, the responsive locking unit further includes a locking block 8, where the locking block 8 and the second locking tongue 7 are movably configured by a wedge structure 81, the locking block 8 is connected to the elastic portion 61 of the first locking tongue 6 by a traction member 9, as shown in fig. 5, the locking block 8 is configured in the second locking tongue 7, and the elastic portions 61 of the second locking tongue 7 and the first locking tongue 6 are both in a retracted or restrained state.
Taking the case of setting a response locking unit on the door frame 2 as an example, when the driving unit drives the second lock tongue 7 to extend, the locking block 8 and the second lock tongue 7 slide at the wedge structure 81, the locking block 8 slides along the height direction of the door frame 2, and the elastic part 61 of the first lock tongue 6 connected with the locking block 8 is released without constraint, so as to pop up. The resetting process is the reverse operation described above, so that the driving unit drives the second lock tongue 7 to retract, the locking block 8 slides along the wedge structure 81 to reset, and at the same time, the locking block 8 pulls the elastic part 61 of the first lock tongue 6 to reset, so that it is easy to understand that the wedge structure can be understood as that the second lock tongue 7 and the locking block 8 are movably configured through an inclined slope. The linkage work of the device can respond quickly, and the normal work and recovery operation of the device are simple and convenient.
Example 4:
the embodiment provides a system door, it includes opens and close door 1 and door frame 2, open and close door 1 with door frame 2 swing joint still includes the system that is used for detecting fire smoke to the door limit that opens and close door 1 and carries out fire smoke detection, and the system that a door limit detected fire smoke is the system that the door limit detected fire smoke of any embodiment described above.
More specifically, the first air port 4 and the second air port 5 are disposed on the door frame 2, in this embodiment, the door frame 2 of the system door may be made of a section bar, and the smoke detection unit 3 and the response locking unit may be reasonably configured through the original groove body of the section bar, so that the installation work or the adaptive adjustment of the positions of the units, the mechanisms and the components may be more convenient and rapid.
Of course, the system door may further include a forced door opening wrench 10, where the forced door opening wrench 10 may be in transmission connection with the second lock tongue 7, and the reset of the second lock tongue 7 may be achieved by rotating the forced door opening wrench 10, and specifically, the forced door opening wrench 10 may be disposed on an indoor side or an outdoor side.
