Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made therein without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims (7)

1. A punched aluminum veneer, comprising:
the two ends of the outer aluminum single plate (1) are inwards bent to form a clamping frame (4);
the inner aluminum veneer (2), wherein two ends of the inner aluminum veneer (2) are fixedly connected with lining plates (5), the shape of each lining plate (5) is matched with the shape of the inner wall of the clamping frame (4), the upper end and the lower end of each lining plate (5) are cut to form a positioning installation space (6), a positioning assembly is arranged at the positioning installation space (6), and the positioning assembly is positioned at the upper end and the lower end inside the clamping frame (4);
through holes (3) are formed in the surfaces of the outer aluminum single plate (1) and the inner aluminum single plate (2), and the through holes (3) in the outer aluminum single plate (1) are staggered with the through holes (3) in the inner aluminum single plate (2).
2. A punched aluminum panel as defined in claim 1 wherein: the positioning assembly comprises a positioning block (7) positioned in the positioning installation space (6), a connecting screw rod (9) movably inserted on the outer wall of the clamping frame (4) and an inner thread sleeve (10) positioned at the outer end of the connecting screw rod (9), and the connecting screw rod (9) penetrates through the clamping frame (4) and is in threaded connection with the outer wall of the positioning block (7).
3. A punched aluminum panel as defined in claim 2 wherein: the height of the positioning block (7) is the same as that of the positioning installation space (6).
4. A punched aluminium veneer according to claim 2 or 3, characterised in that: the sections of the positioning block (7), the lining plate (5) and the clamping frame (4) are semicircular, and the positioning block (7), the lining plate (5) and the clamping frame (4) are in transitional connection.
5. A punched aluminum panel as defined in claim 1 wherein: the inner aluminum single plate (2) is connected to one side, far away from the outer aluminum single plate (1), of the two lining plates (5), and a circulation space (11) is formed between the inner aluminum single plate (2) and the outer aluminum single plate (1).
6. A process for making a punched aluminium veneer according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that: the punching aluminum veneer manufacturing process specifically comprises the following steps:
s1: flattening and supporting the raw material aluminum plate on a stamping table: the method comprises the steps of (1) flattening a raw material aluminum plate for manufacturing an inner aluminum veneer (2) and an outer aluminum veneer (1), placing the flattened raw material aluminum plate on a stamping table, and replacing a punch of stamping equipment with a punch matched with a through hole (3);
s2: punching the surface of a raw material aluminum plate according to a set program: moving the raw material aluminum plate according to a preset program, so that all positions of the raw material aluminum plate can be punched to form a through hole (3);
s3: the outer aluminum veneer (1) positioned outside after punching is bent: bending the edge of the raw material aluminum plate punched by the outer aluminum veneer (1) to form a clamping frame (4);
s4: the edge of the inner aluminum veneer (2) is welded with a lining plate (5): welding lining plates (5) at two ends of a raw material aluminum plate after punching an inner aluminum single plate (2), polishing the surfaces of an outer aluminum single plate (1) with a clamping frame (4) and the inner aluminum single plate (2) after welding the lining plates (5), and measuring the size, so that the lining plates (5) of the inner aluminum single plate (2) can be inserted into the clamping frame (4) of the outer aluminum single plate (1);
s5: the inner aluminum veneer (2) is combined with the outer aluminum veneer (1): the lining plate (5) of the inner aluminum veneer (2) is correspondingly inserted into the clamping frame (4) of the outer aluminum veneer (1), then the positioning block (7) is inserted into the positioning installation space (6), the inner side of the clamping frame (4) is inserted into the positioning block (7) from the outside through the threaded end of the connecting screw (9) and is connected with the positioning block (7), and the inner threaded sleeve (10) is left at the outer side of the clamping frame (4).
7. The process for manufacturing the punched aluminum veneer according to claim 6, wherein: in step S1, the position corresponding to the punching table and the punch is higher than other positions of the punching table, when the raw aluminum plate is placed on the punching table, the raw aluminum plate is supported by the higher position of the punching table, so that the corresponding position of the raw aluminum plate is convex upward, prestress is formed on the raw aluminum plate, when the punch punches, the surface of the raw aluminum plate is punched to form a through hole (3), in the punching process of the punch, the punching position is pressed down, reverse impact is formed between the punching position and the initial convex upward of the raw aluminum plate, stress formed by punching of the raw aluminum plate is offset with the prestress, and the surface of the raw aluminum plate after punching is flat.
