Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of spinning, in particular to tussah silk yarn and a spinning process thereof.
Background
Tussah silk is a natural silk raw material which is peculiar in China, has deep color and luster, certain glossiness, flexibility and elasticity of tussah silk fiber, fine hand feeling, fiber diameter of 10-20 micrometers, length of 500-1000 meters and strength of 2.2-3.5g/den. Besides, tussah silk also contains abundant natural proteins and various amino acids required by human bodies, and has high nutritive value.
The yarn obtained by blending tussah silk and other fibers has various functions of bacteriostasis, ventilation, warmth retention and the like, and is one of the development directions of the current functional fabric. At present, in the aspect of bacteriostasis, the antibacterial property of a fiber formula is considered to be more than 90% when raw materials are selected, and in the aspect of ventilation and warmth retention, the series of yarns adopt fibers with different deniers (coarse deniers and fine deniers are mixed according to different proportions), different lengths (the fiber length is between 16 and 40 mm) and different twist coefficients (between 400 and 420), and the tussah silk outside the yarns is spirally distributed, so that the three-dimensional and elastic yarn structure is realized, and the ventilation performance is good and the fabrics are soft and warm after the fabrics are formed. However, at present, tussah silk is processed into short fibers by adopting a manual cutting mode, but the situation that the fibers are seriously damaged generally exists, the short velvet rate of tussah silk yarns (for example, when the length of the processed short fibers is 38mm, the short velvet belongs to 16mm or less) is generally more than 25%, and further the problems of high yarn evenness (Urst evenness is more than 16), low yarn strength (the follow-up processing requirement that the breakage rate is less than 0.1%), unmatched yarn thick-thin section proportion, a large number of neps and the like are caused, and the like are finally caused.

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defect that the fiber is seriously damaged when the conventional tussah silk is processed into the short fiber, so as to provide the tussah silk yarn and the spinning process thereof.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:

and/or the twist multiplier of the spun yarn treatment is 360-420;
and/or, the cotton knots processed by the spun yarn are less than or equal to 480.
The invention also provides tussah silk yarn which is prepared by the spinning process of the tussah silk yarn.
The invention also provides a woven fabric or fiber product which is made of the tussah silk yarn.
In the present invention, the tussah silk yarn of the present invention is suitable for spinning yarns having a count of 32S-40S, and if other finer or coarser yarns such as 50S, 60S, 16S, 12S are desired. This can be achieved by adjusting the denier of the other fibers.
