the furnace temperature is increased from normal temperature to 1000 ℃ at the speed of 80 ℃/h, then is increased from 1000 ℃ to 1320 ℃ at the speed of 15 ℃/h, is kept at the temperature of 1320 ℃ for 40min, then is put into the electric kiln in a heat-preserving state, is put once every 5min for 3 times, is put into the space of the electric kiln according to the amount of 350g per cubic meter, is kept at the temperature of 1320 ℃ for 20min after the input of the diesel oil is finished, and is cooled from 1320 ℃ to normal temperature at the speed of 150 ℃/h, so that the red glaze snowflake spot building cup is obtained.

Example 1 Red glaze snowflake Patch building cup

(3) 9.0 parts by weight of glaze ore, 0.2 parts by weight of iron oxide red, 1.2 parts by weight of calcite, 1.0 part by weight of limestone, 0.5 part by weight of potassium feldspar, 0.1 part by weight of talcum, 0.3 part by weight of plant ash prepared in the step (2) and 12 parts by weight of water are put into a ball mill to be ground, and the mixture is screened by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain glaze slip.
(4) And (3) applying the glaze slurry prepared in the step (3) to the green body prepared in the step (1), and airing to obtain a glazed green body with glazing thickness of 0.6 mm.
(5) Roasting the glazed blank obtained in the step (4) in an electric kiln, wherein the roasting step is as follows:
the furnace temperature is increased from normal temperature (20 ℃) to 1000 ℃ at the speed of 80 ℃/h, then is increased from 1000 ℃ to 1320 ℃ at the speed of 15 ℃/h, is kept at the temperature of 1320 ℃ for 40min, then is put into the electric kiln in a heat-preserving state, is put into the furnace every 5min for 3 times, is put into the furnace at the amount of 350g per cubic meter of electric kiln space, is kept at the temperature of 1320 ℃ for 20min after the oil firewood is put into the furnace, is cooled from 1320 ℃ to normal temperature (20 ℃) at the speed of 150 ℃/h, and is opened to obtain the red glaze snowflake spot building cup.
Effect evaluation:
as shown in figures 1 and 2, the red glaze snowflake build cup prepared in the example 1 has vermilion glaze, snowflake-like white speckles and white filigree, bright and magnificent color, beautiful luster, attractive color, gel-like touch, no plaque, no pore and good texture, and therefore, the red glaze snowflake build cup prepared in the example 1 has beautiful appearance, artistic and collection value.
Comparative example 1
The preparation process of the cup for building comparative example 1 is the same as that of example 1, except that: preparing glaze slip in the step (3):
(3) 9.0 parts by weight of glaze ore, 0.2 parts by weight of iron oxide red, 0.5 parts by weight of calcite, 1.5 parts by weight of limestone, 0.2 parts by weight of talcum, 0.1 parts by weight of plant ash prepared in the step (2) and 12 parts by weight of water are put into a ball mill to be ground, and the mixture is sieved by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain glaze slurry.
Effect evaluation:
the glaze of the calendula prepared in comparative example 1 was dull, rough, poor in texture, and free of snowflake-like white speckles and white filigree.
Comparative example 2
The preparation process of the cup for the comparative example 2 is the same as that of example 1, except that: (5) Roasting the glazed blank obtained in the step (4) in an electric kiln, wherein the roasting step is as follows:
the furnace temperature is increased from normal temperature (20 ℃) to 1320 ℃ at the speed of 200 ℃/h, the temperature is kept for 40 minutes at 1320 ℃, then diesel oil is put into the electric kiln in a heat-preserving state, the diesel oil is put into the electric kiln every 5 minutes for 3 times, after the diesel oil is put into the electric kiln at the speed of 150 ℃/h, the electric kiln is kept at 1320 ℃ for 20 minutes, and then the electric kiln is cooled from 1320 ℃ to normal temperature (20 ℃) at the speed of 150 ℃/h, and the furnace door is opened, so that the building cup is obtained.
Effect evaluation:
the glaze of the architectural cup prepared in comparative example 2 appeared black, dull in color, and failed to fire.
Comparative example 3
The preparation process of the cup for building comparative example 3 is the same as that of example 1, except that: (5) Roasting the glazed blank obtained in the step (4) in an electric kiln, wherein the roasting step is as follows:
the furnace temperature is increased from normal temperature (20 ℃) to 1000 ℃ at the speed of 80 ℃/h, then is increased from 1000 ℃ to 1380 ℃ at the speed of 15 ℃/h, is kept at the temperature of 1380 ℃ for 40min, then is put into the electric kiln in a heat-preserving state, is put into oil firewood every 5min for 3 times, is put into the electric kiln every time according to the amount of 600g of the space of the electric kiln per cubic meter, and is cooled from 1380 ℃ to normal temperature (20 ℃) at the speed of 150 ℃/h after the oil firewood is put into, and the furnace door is opened to obtain the building cup.
Effect evaluation:
the calendered glaze prepared in this comparative example 3 exhibited pores and plaque, and failed firing.

(1) Mixing and crushing 5-7 parts by weight of kaolin and 2-3 parts by weight of laterite, adding water for washing, sieving with a 80-120 mesh sieve, precipitating, press-filtering, smelting mud, and aging to obtain blank mud; drawing the blank mud, shaping and repairing the blank, performing biscuit firing at 830-870 ℃ for 5-7h, cooling and taking out to obtain a blank;
(2) Mixing 2.5-3.5 parts by weight of pine wood and 0.3-0.7 part by weight of moso bamboo, burning, and collecting ash to obtain plant ash;
(3) Mixing 8-10 parts by weight of glaze ore, 0.1-0.3 part by weight of iron oxide red, 1.0-1.4 parts by weight of calcite, 0.8-1.2 parts by weight of limestone, 0.3-0.7 part by weight of potassium feldspar, 0.05-0.15 part by weight of talcum, 0.2-0.4 part by weight of plant ash prepared in the step (2) and 10-14 parts by weight of water, grinding, and sieving with a 80-120-mesh sieve to obtain glaze slurry;
(4) Applying the glaze slurry prepared in the step (3) to the blank prepared in the step (1), and airing to obtain a glazed blank with glazing thickness of 0.4-0.8 mm;
(5) Roasting the glazed blank obtained in the step (4) in an electric kiln, wherein the roasting step is as follows:
the furnace temperature is increased from normal temperature to 980-1020 ℃ at the speed of 70-90 ℃/h, then is increased from 980-1020 ℃ to 1300-1340 ℃ at the speed of 10-20 ℃/h, is kept at the temperature of 1300-1340 ℃ for 35-45min, then is put into the electric kiln in a heat preservation state, is put into oil firewood once every 4.5-5.5min, is put into the electric kiln for 3 times every 330-370g of oil firewood per cubic meter of electric kiln space, is kept at the temperature of 1300-1340 ℃ for 15-25min after the oil firewood is put into, and is then cooled from 1300-1340 ℃ to normal temperature at the speed of 130-170 ℃/h, so that the red glaze snowflake building cup is obtained.
2. The process of claim 1, wherein the process comprises the steps of:
(1) Mixing and crushing 5.8-6.2 parts by weight of kaolin and 2.4-2.6 parts by weight of laterite, adding water for washing, sieving with a 90-110 mesh sieve, precipitating, press-filtering, pugging, and aging to obtain blank mud; drawing the blank mud, shaping and repairing the blank, performing biscuit firing at 840-860 ℃ for 5.8-6.2 hours, cooling and taking out to obtain a blank;
(2) Mixing 2.8-3.2 parts by weight of pine wood and 0.4-0.6 part by weight of moso bamboo, burning, and collecting ash to obtain plant ash;
(3) Mixing 8.5-9.5 parts by weight of glaze ore, 0.1-0.3 part by weight of iron oxide red, 1.1-1.3 parts by weight of calcite, 0.9-1.1 parts by weight of limestone, 0.4-0.6 part by weight of potassium feldspar, 0.08-0.12 part by weight of talcum, 0.25-035 parts by weight of plant ash prepared in the step (2) and 11-13 parts by weight of water, grinding, and sieving with a 90-110 mesh sieve to obtain glaze slurry;
(4) Applying the glaze slurry prepared in the step (3) to the blank prepared in the step (1), and airing to obtain a glazed blank with glazing thickness of 0.5-0.7 mm;
(5) Roasting the glazed blank obtained in the step (4) in an electric kiln, wherein the roasting step is as follows:
the furnace temperature is increased from normal temperature to 990-1010 ℃ at the speed of 75-85 ℃/h, then is increased from 990-1010 ℃ to 1310-1330 ℃ at the speed of 14-16 ℃/h, is kept at the temperature of 1310-1330 ℃ for 38-42min, then is put into the electric kiln in a heat preservation state, is put into the electric kiln once every 4.8-5.2min, is put into the electric kiln for 3 times every time, and is kept at the temperature of 1310-1330 ℃ for 18-22min after the oil firewood is put into the electric kiln, and is cooled from 1310-1330 ℃ to normal temperature at the speed of 140-160 ℃/h, so that the red glaze snowflake spot building cup is obtained.
3. The process of claim 1, wherein the process comprises the steps of:

(3) Mixing 9.0 parts by weight of glaze ore, 0.2 parts by weight of iron oxide red, 1.2 parts by weight of calcite, 1.0 part by weight of limestone, 0.5 part by weight of potassium feldspar, 0.1 part by weight of talcum, 0.3 part by weight of plant ash prepared in the step (2) and 12 parts by weight of water, grinding, and sieving with a 100-mesh sieve to obtain glaze slip;
(4) Applying the glaze slurry prepared in the step (3) to the blank prepared in the step (1), and airing to obtain a glazed blank with glazing thickness of 0.6 mm;
(5) Roasting the glazed blank obtained in the step (4) in an electric kiln, wherein the roasting step is as follows:
the furnace temperature is increased from normal temperature to 1000 ℃ at the speed of 80 ℃/h, then is increased from 1000 ℃ to 1320 ℃ at the speed of 15 ℃/h, is kept at the temperature of 1320 ℃ for 40min, then is put into the electric kiln in a heat-preserving state, is put once every 5min for 3 times, is put into the space of the electric kiln according to the amount of 350g per cubic meter, is kept at the temperature of 1320 ℃ for 20min after the input of the diesel oil is finished, and is cooled from 1320 ℃ to normal temperature at the speed of 150 ℃/h, so that the red glaze snowflake spot building cup is obtained.
