Abstract
The invention discloses a processing process flow of a mounting bracket for a tablet personal computer camera, which comprises the steps of designing and manufacturing a progressive stamping die according to the drawing requirements of the mounting bracket, and determining basic parameters of a stamping material belt; drawing a front insulating material printing diagram and a back insulating material printing diagram on the front side and the back side of the stamping material belt correspondingly; designing and manufacturing a printing jig according to the front insulating material printing pattern and the back insulating material printing pattern of the stamping material belt; spraying and printing an insulating material layer in the areas of the front insulating material printing diagram and the back insulating material printing diagram of the stamping material belt according to requirements by using a designed and manufactured printing jig; and transferring the stamping material belt printed with the insulating material to a production line where a stamping forming machine is located, and automatically and continuously stamping to obtain a mounting bracket finished product. The process flow is used for producing the mounting bracket more quickly, the position and the size stability of the insulating region of the mounting bracket can be ensured, and the product quality is improved.
