But the service environment of emergency stretcher is complicated, sometimes need transport the emergency stretcher to user's residence through home elevator, but home elevator size is limited, and elevator door width is generally less than eight hundred millimeters, and car length and width are both generally less than two thousand millimeters for emergency stretcher can't get into the car, thereby makes the use of emergency stretcher restricted.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to reduce the limitation of space to the use of emergency stretcher to improve emergency stretcher's commonality, this application provides a house elevator emergency stretcher.
The application provides a house elevator emergency stretcher, adopts following technical scheme:
a residential elevator emergency stretcher comprising:
the three support frames are divided into a first support frame, a second support frame and a third support frame, and the first support frame and the third support frame are respectively connected to two ends of the second support frame in a rotating way;
the locking assembly comprises a ratchet wheel, a first clamping block, a second clamping block and a first elastic piece, wherein the ratchet wheel is arranged on the first support frame or the third support frame, the first clamping block and the second clamping block are both rotationally connected to the second support frame, a first elastic piece is connected between the second clamping block and the second support frame and used for applying force to the second clamping block, the second clamping block locks the ratchet wheel to rotate unidirectionally, and the first clamping block can drive the second clamping block to rotate to unlock the ratchet wheel.
By adopting the technical scheme, the patient lies on the three supporting frames, so that the patient is transported. Before the emergency stretcher enters the elevator, the second clamping block locks the ratchet wheel, so that the first support frame and the third support frame can only rotate unidirectionally relative to the second support frame and are locked after rotation. When the emergency stretcher can not enter the elevator, the medical staff rotates the first clamping block, the first clamping block drives the second clamping block to rotate in the direction away from the ratchet wheel, so that the first elastic piece is subjected to compression deformation, the second clamping block unlocks the ratchet wheel, after the ratchet wheel is unlocked, the medical staff rotates the first supporting frame and the third supporting frame, so that the whole length of the emergency stretcher is shortened, the emergency stretcher can enter the elevator, a patient can lie on the emergency stretcher, and the universality of the emergency stretcher is improved.
Optionally, the locking component includes the third fixture block, the third fixture block rotates to be connected in the second support frame, and is connected with the second elastic component between the second support frame, the second elastic component is used for exerting force to the third fixture block for third fixture block locking ratchet unidirectional rotation, works as when the second fixture block locking ratchet, the third fixture block is to the ratchet unblock, when the third fixture block locking ratchet, the second fixture block is to the ratchet unblock, first fixture block sets up between second fixture block and third fixture block, first fixture block rotates and can make second fixture block locking ratchet or third fixture block locking ratchet.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the second fixture block can restrict ratchet unidirectional rotation, and the third fixture block can restrict ratchet to another direction rotation to third fixture block unblock ratchet when the second fixture block locking ratchet, second fixture block unblock ratchet when the third fixture block locking ratchet, make the ratchet can only unidirectional rotation, first fixture block rotation can make the fixture block of conversion locking ratchet, thereby conversion ratchet can the pivoted direction, with the rotation direction of conversion first support frame or third support frame.
Optionally, the first fixture block is formed with first butt face and the second butt face of mutual slope towards second fixture block one end, the first fixture block is formed with the third butt face and the fourth butt face of mutual slope towards third fixture block one end, first butt face and third butt face mirror image set up, second butt face and fourth butt face mirror image set up.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the first abutting surface abuts against the second clamping block, the fourth abutting surface abuts against the third clamping block, and when the second abutting surface abuts against the second clamping block, the third abutting surface abuts against the third clamping block. The distance from the second clamping block to the center of the first clamping block is different from the distance from the third clamping block to the center of the first clamping block, so that the distance from the second clamping block to the ratchet wheel is different from the distance from the third clamping block to the ratchet wheel, and therefore when the ratchet wheel is locked by the second clamping block, the ratchet wheel is unlocked by the third clamping block, and when the ratchet wheel is locked by the third clamping block, the ratchet wheel is unlocked by the second clamping block.
Optionally, the device comprises a base frame, the second support frame is installed in the base frame and can move relative to the base frame, a connecting rod assembly is arranged between the base frame and the second support frame, and the connecting rod assembly is used for driving the second support frame to move towards a direction close to or far away from the base frame.
By adopting the technical scheme, the patient lies on the three supporting frames, so that the patient is transported. The second support frame can drive the first support frame and the third support frame to move towards the direction close to or far away from the base frame synchronously, so that the distance between the three support frames and the ground is convenient to adjust, and a patient is convenient to transfer to the three support frames. When the emergency stretcher is positioned in the ambulance, the distance between the three supporting frames and the base frame can be adjusted, so that the space in the ambulance is adapted.
Optionally, the connecting rod assembly comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod which are crossed and are rotationally connected at the middle part;
the connecting rod assembly further comprises two third connecting rods arranged on the same side and two fourth connecting rods arranged on the same side, the two third connecting rods are respectively connected with one end of the first connecting rod and one end of the second connecting rod in a rotating mode, the third connecting rods corresponding to the first connecting rods are connected with the second supporting frame in a sliding mode, the third connecting rods corresponding to the second connecting rods are connected with the base frame in a sliding mode, the two fourth connecting rods are respectively connected with the other end of the first connecting rod and the other end of the second connecting rod in a rotating mode, the fourth connecting rods corresponding to the first connecting rods are connected with the base frame in a rotating mode, and the fourth connecting rods corresponding to the second connecting rods are connected with the second supporting frame in a rotating mode.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, first connecting rod and second connecting rod constitute and cut fork elevation structure, when first connecting rod and second connecting rod deviate from mutually and rotate, the second support frame moves towards keeping away from the bed frame direction to increase the distance between second support frame and the bed frame, when first connecting rod and second connecting rod rotate in opposite directions, the second support frame moves towards being close to the bed frame direction, thereby reduces the distance between second support frame and the bed frame.
Optionally, the link assembly includes drive assembly, drive assembly includes rocking arm, fifth connecting rod and sixth connecting rod, fifth connecting rod one end is rotated with the bed frame and is connected, the other end and the coaxial threaded connection of sixth connecting rod, sixth connecting rod is connected with first connecting rod, the coaxial worm wheel that is provided with of fifth connecting rod, the rocking arm is provided with the worm with worm wheel meshing.

The third support frame 13 is provided with a driving source 73, the driving source 73 is a hand brake, and the output end of the hand brake can rotate and is connected with the abutting rod 72.
When the emergency stretcher is put on an ambulance, a medical staff controls the abutting rod 72 to rotate through the hand brake, so that the abutting rod 72 pushes the limiting piece 62 into the guide groove 211, the elastic piece is compressed and deformed at the moment, and meanwhile, the medical staff rotates the supporting rod 61 by feet, so that the supporting rod 61 rotates to the second foot wheel 64 to abut against the ambulance. Thereby facilitating the first-aid stretcher to be carried to the ambulance.
The foregoing are all preferred embodiments of the present application, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present application in any way, therefore: all equivalent changes in structure, shape and principle of this application should be covered in the protection scope of this application.
