Abstract
The application provides a battery monomer, a battery and an electricity utilization device, wherein the battery monomer comprises: a housing having a receiving cavity; an electrode assembly disposed in the receiving chamber; and the insulating component is arranged between the shell and the electrode component, the insulating component comprises an insulating film and a buffer piece, the insulating film is used for insulating the electrode component and the shell, the buffer piece is connected with the insulating film and can support the electrode component, and the buffer piece is used for deforming along with expansion of the electrode component. The battery cell provided by the application can reduce the wrinkling probability of the electrode assembly.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of batteries, in particular to a battery monomer, a battery and an electric device.
Background
The ion battery is used as a green energy source and is widely applied to the fields of electric vehicles, energy storage systems and the like. In the manufacturing process of the battery cell, in order to facilitate assembly and chemical reaction inside the battery cell, a certain space is provided between the electrode assembly of the battery cell and the case.
However, during the charge and discharge of the electrode assembly, the volume of the electrode assembly may be changed to cause wrinkling of the electrode assembly, affecting the reliability of the battery cell.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present application provides a battery cell, a battery, and an electric device, in which the probability of wrinkling of an electrode assembly in the battery cell is reduced, and the reliability of the battery cell is improved.
In a first aspect, embodiments of the present application provide a battery cell including a housing, an electrode assembly, and an insulating assembly. The housing has a receiving chamber in which the electrode assembly is disposed. The insulating assembly is arranged between the shell and the electrode assembly, the insulating assembly comprises an insulating film and a buffer piece, the insulating film is used for insulating the electrode assembly from the shell, the buffer piece is connected with the insulating film and can support the electrode assembly, the buffer piece is used for deforming along with expansion of the electrode assembly, the insulating film comprises a side wall and a bottom wall, and the buffer piece is located on at least part of the side wall.
According to the battery monomer provided by the embodiment of the application, the buffer piece is connected with the insulating film and can support the arrangement of the electrode assembly, firstly, the buffer piece can play a role in restraining the electrode assembly, in the process of charging and expanding the electrode assembly, due to the restraint of the buffer piece on the electrode assembly, uniform restraining force can be generated on the electrode assembly, so that the electrode assembly can be uniformly expanded when expanding, the phenomenon of local bulge of the electrode assembly is reduced, the irregular uncontrollable expansion probability of the electrode assembly is reduced, and further, due to the restraint of the buffer piece, the electrode assembly is uniformly expanded in the charging process, and the probability of local excessive expansion bulge of the electrode assembly is reduced, so that the probability of local wrinkling of the electrode assembly due to local bulge in the process of discharging and contracting of the electrode assembly is reduced. In addition, because the volume of the electrode assembly can be increased in the continuous charge and discharge process, the buffer piece can be arranged along with the deformation of the electrode assembly in the expansion process, the expansion space of the electrode assembly is not extruded through the deformation of the buffer piece, and the expansion space of the electrode assembly can be yielded through the deformation of the buffer piece, and meanwhile, the expansion electrode assembly can be restrained, so that the problem of circulating water jump caused by overlarge internal stress of the electrode assembly is avoided. The side of the electrode assembly is easy to expand, the buffer piece is arranged on at least part of the side wall and can be adapted to the position where the electrode assembly is easy to expand, materials can be saved, and the buffer piece has good constraint effect.
In some embodiments, the cushioning member comprises a telescoping member, a valve. The telescopic piece is connected with the insulating film, and the telescopic piece encloses with the insulating film to form a cavity, and fluid is arranged in the cavity. The valve is arranged on the telescopic member, the valve comprises an opening state and a closing state, in the closing state, fluid is positioned in the cavity, the volume of the telescopic member is V1, in the opening state, the fluid in the cavity flows out, and the volume of the telescopic member is V2, wherein V2 is less than V1.
According to the battery monomer provided by the embodiment of the application, the buffer part comprises the telescopic part and the valve, the valve is in the open state and the closed state, so that the deformation of the buffer part in the expansion process of the electrode assembly is realized, the charge expansion process of the electrode assembly is restrained, and the valve does not allow fluid in other areas to enter the telescopic part in the open state and the closed state, so that the balance of electrolyte in the battery monomer can be maintained, and the energy density of the battery monomer is maintained.
In some embodiments, the fluid comprises a gas and the valve comprises a one-way pneumatic valve.
According to the battery cell provided by the embodiment of the application, the fluid comprises gas, and the valve comprises the one-way air pressure valve, so that the deformation of the buffer part in the expansion process of the electrode assembly is facilitated, and the internal environment of the battery cell is not influenced.
In some embodiments, the number of cushioning members is a plurality, each cushioning member extending in a first direction, each cushioning member including at least one-way pneumatic valve.
According to the battery cell provided by the embodiment of the application, the restraining force of the buffer parts on the electrode assembly can be improved through the arrangement of the plurality of buffer parts.
In some embodiments, the side walls include a first side wall and a second side wall, the first side wall is connected to the second side wall, the area of the first side wall is larger than the area of the second side wall, and the buffer is connected to the first side wall.
According to the battery cell provided by the embodiment of the application, through the arrangement that the buffer piece is connected with the first side wall, the first side wall is correspondingly wrapped on the large surface of the electrode assembly, and the large surface of the electrode assembly is the position which is most easy to expand.
In some embodiments, the buffer member is connected to a side of the first sidewall remote from the electrode assembly.
According to the battery monomer provided by the embodiment of the application, through the arrangement that the buffer piece is connected with the side, far away from the electrode assembly, of the first side wall, the buffer piece can be conveniently connected with the insulating film, the insulating assembly is convenient to manufacture and assemble, and the electrode assembly can be prevented from being scratched and damaged by the valve.
In some embodiments, the cushioning member comprises at least one of a sheet-like structure or a pouch-like structure.
According to the battery monomer provided by the embodiment of the application, the structure of the buffer piece can be properly selected according to actual conditions by setting the specific structure of the buffer piece, so that the flexibility is high.
In some embodiments, the battery cell further comprises an end cap assembly, wherein the end cap assembly covers the housing and closes the accommodating cavity, and one side of the end cap assembly, which is close to the housing, is connected with the insulating film.
According to the battery cell provided by the embodiment of the application, the insulating film can be fixed in the battery cell through the connection between the insulating film and the end cover assembly, and the firmness of the connection between the insulating film and the end cover assembly is improved through welding or hot melting connection.
In some embodiments, the end cap assembly is hot melt or welded to the insulating film.
According to the battery monomer provided by the embodiment of the application, the end cover assembly and the insulating film are connected by hot melting or welding, and are adapted to the materials of the insulating film and the end cover assembly, so that the connection is easy.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a battery, including a battery cell according to any one of the embodiments described above.
According to the battery provided by the embodiment of the application, through the arrangement that the battery monomer comprises the insulating component, and the insulating component comprises the insulating film and the buffer piece, the probability of wrinkling of the battery monomer in the battery can be reduced, the stress in the battery monomer can be reduced, the problem of circulating water is reduced, and the quality of the battery is improved.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an electrical device, including a battery according to any one of the above embodiments.
According to the power utilization device provided by the embodiment of the application, through the arrangement of the battery, the efficiency of the power utilization device can be improved, the service life of the battery of the power utilization device can be prolonged, and the user experience can be improved.

Currently, the application of power batteries is more widespread from the development of market situation. The power battery is not only applied to energy storage power supply systems such as hydraulic power, firepower, wind power and solar power stations, but also widely applied to electric vehicles such as electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, electric automobiles, and the like, and a plurality of fields such as military equipment, aerospace, and the like. With the continuous expansion of the application field of the power battery, the market demand of the power battery is also continuously expanding.
The electric device mentioned in the embodiments of the present application may be a vehicle, a mobile phone, a portable device, a notebook computer, a ship, a spacecraft, an electric toy, an electric tool, or the like. The vehicle can be a fuel oil vehicle, a fuel gas vehicle or a new energy vehicle, and the new energy vehicle can be a pure electric vehicle, a hybrid electric vehicle or a range-extended vehicle; spacecraft including airplanes, rockets, space planes, spacecraft, and the like; the electric toy includes fixed or mobile electric toys, such as a game machine, an electric car toy, an electric ship toy, and an electric airplane toy; power tools include metal cutting power tools, grinding power tools, assembly power tools, and railroad power tools, such as electric drills, electric grinders, electric wrenches, electric screwdrivers, electric hammers, impact drills, concrete shakers, and electric planers, among others. For convenience of explanation, the following examples will be described taking an electric device as an example of a vehicle.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an embodiment of the vehicle of the present application.
The vehicle 1 can be a fuel oil vehicle, a fuel gas vehicle or a new energy vehicle, and the new energy vehicle can be a pure electric vehicle, a hybrid electric vehicle or a range-extending vehicle.
As shown in fig. 1, the internal structure of the vehicle 1 is provided with a battery 10, the battery 10 may be provided at the bottom or the head or the tail of the vehicle 1, the battery 10 may be used for power supply of the vehicle 1, and for example, the battery 10 may be used as an operation power source of the vehicle 1.
The vehicle 1 may include a controller 20 and a motor 30, the controller 20 being configured to control the battery 10 to power the motor 30, for example, for starting, navigating, and operating power requirements during driving of the vehicle 1.
In some embodiments of the application, the battery 10 may not only serve as an operating power source for the vehicle 1, but also as a driving power source for the vehicle 1, instead of or in part instead of fuel oil or natural gas, to provide driving power for the vehicle 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the battery 10 according to the embodiment of the present application refers to a single physical module including one or more battery cells 100 to provide higher voltage and capacity. For example, the battery 10 mentioned in the present application may include a battery 10 module or a battery pack, or the like. The battery 10 generally includes a housing 200 for enclosing one or more battery cells 100. The case 200 can prevent the liquid or other foreign matter from affecting the charge or discharge of the battery cell 100.
In the embodiment of the present application, the battery cell 100 may be a secondary battery cell, and the secondary battery cell refers to the battery cell 100 that can activate the active material by charging after the battery cell 100 discharges.
The battery cell 100 may be a lithium ion battery cell, a sodium lithium ion battery cell, a lithium metal battery cell, a sodium metal battery cell, a lithium sulfur battery cell, a magnesium ion battery cell, a nickel hydrogen battery cell, a nickel cadmium battery cell, a lead storage battery cell, etc., which is not limited by the embodiment of the application.
The battery cell 100 generally includes an electrode assembly 120. The electrode assembly 120 includes a positive electrode and a negative electrode. During charge and discharge of the battery cell 100, active ions (e.g., lithium ions) are inserted and extracted back and forth between the positive electrode and the negative electrode.
In some embodiments, the battery cell 100 further includes an electrolyte that serves to conduct ions between the positive and negative electrodes. The application is not particularly limited in the kind of electrolyte, and may be selected according to the need. The electrolyte may be liquid, gel or solid.
In some embodiments, battery cell 100 may include a housing 110. The case 110 is used to encapsulate the electrode assembly 120, electrolyte, and the like. The shell 110 may be a steel shell, an aluminum shell, a plastic shell (such as polypropylene), a composite metal shell (such as a copper-aluminum composite shell), or an aluminum-plastic film.
In the manufacturing process of the battery cell 100, there is a certain space between the electrode assembly 120 of the battery cell 100 and the case 110 for the convenience of assembly and chemical reaction inside the battery cell 100. However, during the charge and discharge of the electrode assembly 120, the volume of the electrode assembly 120 may be changed, and the space between the electrode assembly 120 and the case 110 may not have a binding force to the electrode assembly 120, which may easily wrinkle the electrode assembly 120.
In order to solve the problem that the electrode assembly 120 is easily wrinkled due to the fact that the volume of the electrode assembly 120 is changed during the charge and discharge of the electrode assembly 120 and the space between the electrode assembly 120 and the case 110 does not have a binding force to the electrode assembly 120 in the related art, it has been found that the above problem can be solved by improving the structure of the battery cell 100.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a battery cell according to the present application, fig. 4 is a schematic sectional view of an embodiment of a battery cell according to the present application from one viewing angle, and fig. 5 is a schematic sectional view of an embodiment of a battery cell according to the present application from another viewing angle.
The embodiment of the application provides a battery cell 100, which comprises a shell 110, an electrode assembly 120 and an insulating assembly 130. The case 110 has a receiving cavity in which the electrode assembly 120 is disposed. The insulation member 130 is disposed between the case 110 and the electrode assembly 120, the insulation member 130 includes an insulation film 131 and a buffer member 132, the insulation film 131 is configured to insulate the electrode assembly 120 from the case 110, the buffer member 132 is connected with the insulation film 131 and is capable of supporting the electrode assembly 120, and the buffer member 132 is configured to deform as the electrode assembly 120 expands.
The material of the insulating film 131 includes a plastic material, a rubber material, and the like.
In the process of manufacturing the battery cell 100, the insulating member 130 is first coated on the side wall 1311 and the bottom wall 1312 of the electrode assembly 120, and the insulating member 130 has the function of preventing the electrode assembly 120 from being mechanically damaged during the assembly process.
The buffer 132 may be disposed at a side of the insulating film 131 adjacent to the electrode assembly 120, or may be disposed at a side of the insulating film 131 adjacent to the case 110.
The material of the buffer member 132 includes a material body that can be elastically deformed by a predetermined pressure, such as a silicone material, a latex material, or the like. The number of buffers 132 may be one, two, or even more.
The buffer 132 may include one of a balloon and an elastomer.
Alternatively, the buffer 132 is configured to deform as the electrode assembly 120 expands, meaning that the buffer 132 is configured to decrease in volume as the electrode assembly 120 expands.
The battery unit 100 provided in the embodiment of the application is connected with the insulating film 131 through the buffer member 132 and can support the arrangement of the electrode assembly 120, and the buffer member 132 can play a role in restraining the electrode assembly 120. In the related art, since the electrode assembly 120 is restrained with the case 110 without the buffer 132, both sides of the side of the electrode assembly 120 have a large restraining force to restrain the side, the side is positioned in the middle with a small restraining force as compared with both sides of the side, and the side is positioned in the middle and may be expanded too much to bulge during the charging process, and the surface is not smooth and wrinkled at the bulge during the discharging and shrinking process.
However, in the battery cell 100 provided in the embodiment of the application, in the process of charging and expanding the electrode assembly 120, due to the restraint of the buffer 132 on the electrode assembly 120, a uniform restraining force can be generated on the electrode assembly 120, so that the electrode assembly 120 can be uniformly expanded when expanding, the phenomenon of local swelling of the electrode assembly 120 is reduced, the irregular uncontrollable swelling probability of the electrode assembly 120 is reduced, and further, due to the restraint of the buffer 132, the electrode assembly 120 is uniformly expanded in the charging process, the local excessive swelling probability of the electrode assembly 120 is reduced, and therefore, in the process of discharging and shrinking the electrode assembly 120, the local wrinkling probability of the electrode assembly 120 due to the local swelling during shrinking can be reduced. In addition, since the volume of the electrode assembly 120 is increased in the continuous charge and discharge process, the buffer member 132 can be set along with the deformation of the electrode assembly 120 in the expansion process, so that the expansion space of the electrode assembly 120 is yielded through the deformation of the buffer member, and the expansion space of the electrode assembly 120 can be restrained at the same time, so that the problem of circulating water jump caused by overlarge internal stress of the electrode assembly 120 is avoided.
In some embodiments, the buffer 132 includes a telescoping member 1321, a valve 1322. The expansion element 1321 is connected to the insulating film 131, and the expansion element 1321 and the insulating film 131 enclose a chamber, in which a fluid is disposed. The valve 1322 is mounted on the expansion member 1321, the valve 1322 includes an open state and a closed state, in the closed state, fluid is located in the chamber, the volume of the expansion member 1321 is V1, in the open state, fluid in the chamber flows out, and the volume of the expansion member 1321 is V2, V2 is less than V1.
The fluid comprises a liquid, a gas, optionally a gas.
The expansion element 1321 and the insulating film 131 may be bonded, welded, or the like, and the expansion element 1321 and the insulating film 131 may be integrally formed.
According to the battery cell 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, the buffer member 132 comprises the telescopic member 1321 and the valve 1322, the valve 1322 is in the open state and the closed state, so that the deformation of the buffer member 132 in the expansion process of the electrode assembly 120 is realized, the charge expansion process of the electrode assembly 120 is restrained, and the valve 1322 does not allow the fluid in other areas to enter the telescopic member 1321 in the open state and the closed state, so that the balance of electrolyte in the battery cell 100 can be maintained, and the energy density of the battery cell 100 is maintained.
In some embodiments, the fluid comprises a gas, the valve 1322 comprises a one-way pneumatic valve, and the number of cushioning members 132 is a plurality, each cushioning member 132 extending in a first direction, each cushioning member 132 comprising at least one-way pneumatic valve.
The gas does not react with chemical systems such as electrolyte in the motor assembly.
The one-way air pressure valve comprises a spring one-way air pressure valve, a diaphragm one-way air pressure valve and the like.
The number of cushioning members 132 may be two, three, etc., with each cushioning member 132 comprising one, two, or more one-way pneumatic valves.
According to the battery cell 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, the fluid comprises gas, the valve 1322 comprises the one-way air pressure valve, so that deformation of the buffer member 132 in the expansion process of the electrode assembly 120 is facilitated, the internal environment of the battery cell 100 is not influenced, and the constraint force of the buffer member 132 on the electrode assembly 120 can be improved due to the arrangement of the buffer members 132.
In some embodiments, insulating film 131 includes sidewalls 1311, bottom wall 1312, and buffer 132 is located on at least a portion of sidewalls 1311.
The side wall 1311 of the insulating film 131 is provided around the side surface of the electrode assembly 120, and the buffer 132 may be located on the entire side wall 1311 of the insulating film 131 or may be located on a part of the side wall 1311 of the insulating film 131.
According to the battery cell 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, the side surface of the electrode assembly 120 is easy to expand, the buffer 132 is arranged on at least part of the side wall 1311, so that the battery cell can be suitable for the position where the electrode assembly 120 is easy to expand, materials can be saved, and the buffer 132 has a good constraint effect.
In some embodiments, the sidewall 1311 includes a first sidewall A1 and a second sidewall A2, the first sidewall A1 is connected to the second sidewall A2, the area of the first sidewall A1 is larger than the area of the second sidewall A2, and the buffer 132 is connected to the first sidewall A1.
Alternatively, two first side walls A1 and two second side walls A2 are provided, the two first side walls A1 are arranged in parallel, the two second side walls A2 are arranged in parallel, and the first side walls A1 and the second side walls A2 cross in the extending direction.
According to the battery cell 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, the buffer member 132 is connected with the first side wall A1, the first side wall A1 is correspondingly wrapped on the large surface of the electrode assembly 120, and the large surface of the electrode assembly 120 is the most easily expanded position, so that the buffer member 132 can accurately play a role in restraining the electrode assembly 120, and the buffer member 132 is easily installed and arranged on the first side wall A1.
In some embodiments, the buffer 132 is connected to a side of the first sidewall A1 remote from the electrode assembly 120.
According to the battery cell 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, through the arrangement that the buffer element 132 is connected with the side, far away from the electrode assembly 120, of the first side wall A1, the buffer element 132 can be conveniently connected with the insulating film 131, the insulating assembly 130 can be conveniently manufactured and assembled, and the electrode assembly 120 can be prevented from being scratched and damaged by the valve 1322 and the like.
In some embodiments, the bumper 132 comprises at least one of a sheet-like structure or a pouch-like structure.
The shape of the sheet structure may be a regular shape or an irregular sheet structure.
Optionally, the buffer member 132 includes a sheet structure, the shape of the sheet structure includes a rectangular structure, the edge of the rectangular structure is connected with the insulating film 131, and an integral structure may be formed between the two structures, or may be connected by bonding, hot melt connection, or the like, fluid is located between the buffer member 132 and the insulating film 131, the valve 1322 is disposed on the buffer member 132, when the valve 1322 is closed, the fluid is located between the buffer member 132 and the insulating film 131, and when the valve 1322 is opened, the fluid flows out and accompanies deformation of the sheet buffer member.
Optionally, the buffer member 132 comprises a bag-like structure, the end of the bag-like structure is connected to the insulating film 131, the connection between the two can be achieved by bonding, hot melt connection, etc., when the valve 1322 is closed, fluid is located between the buffer member 132 and the insulating film 131, and when the valve 1322 is opened, the fluid flows out and accompanies deformation of the bag-like buffer member.
According to the battery cell 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, the specific structure of the buffer member 132 is set, so that the proper structure of the buffer member 132 can be selected according to actual conditions, and the flexibility is high.
In some embodiments, the battery cell 100 further includes an end cap assembly 140, wherein the end cap assembly 140 covers the housing 110 and closes the receiving chamber, and one side of the end cap assembly 140 adjacent to the housing 110 is connected to the insulating film 131.
The connection of the end cap assembly 140 and the insulating film 131 may be connected by at least one of welding or hot melt connection, and the connection sites between the end cap assembly 140 and the insulating film 131 may be one, two, or even more.
According to the battery cell 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, the insulating film 131 can be fixed inside the battery cell 100 through the connection between the insulating film 131 and the end cover assembly 140, and the firmness of the connection between the insulating film 131 and the end cover assembly 140 is improved through welding or hot melting connection.
In some embodiments, the end cap assembly 140 is thermally fused or welded to the insulating film 131.
The cap assembly 140 may include a cap plate and an insulating plate near one side of the case 110, and the cap assembly 140 may be thermally fusion-connected or welded to the insulating film 131 through the insulating plate.
In the battery unit 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, the end cover assembly 140 and the insulating film 131 are adapted to the materials of the insulating film 131 and the end cover assembly 140 through fusion connection or welding connection, so that the connection is easy.
The embodiment of the application provides a battery cell 100, and the battery cell 100 comprises a shell 110, an electrode assembly 120, an insulation assembly 130 and an end cover assembly 140. The case 110 has a receiving cavity in which the electrode assembly 120 is disposed, and the cap assembly 140 covers the case 110 and closes the receiving cavity. The electrode assembly 120 is of a cuboid structure, the insulating assembly 130 comprises an insulating film 131 and a buffer member 132, the insulating assembly 130 is arranged between the housing 110 and the electrode assembly 120, the insulating film 131 comprises a first side wall A1, a second side wall A2 and a bottom wall 1312, the area of the first side wall A1 is larger than that of the second side wall A2, the buffer member 132 is located on one side, far away from the electrode assembly 120, of the first side wall A1, the buffer member 132 comprises a telescopic member 1321 and a one-way air pressure valve, the telescopic member 1321 is connected with the first side wall A1 of the insulating film 131, the one-way air pressure valve is arranged on one side, close to the end cover assembly 140, of the telescopic member 1322, and the buffer member 132 extends along the first direction. The inside of the expansion element 1321 can contain gas, and the one-way air pressure valve can release the gas inside the expansion element 1321.
The battery 10 provided in the embodiment of the present application includes the battery cell 100 of any one of the embodiments described above.
According to the battery 10 provided by the embodiment of the application, through the arrangement that the battery cell 100 comprises the insulating component 130, and the insulating component 130 comprises the insulating film 131 and the buffer piece 132, the probability of wrinkling of the battery cell 100 in the battery 10 can be reduced, the stress in the battery cell 100 can be reduced, the problem of circulating water is reduced, and the quality of the battery 10 is improved.
The power utilization device provided by the embodiment of the application comprises the battery 10 of any embodiment.
According to the power utilization device provided by the embodiment of the application, through the arrangement of the battery 10, the efficiency of the power utilization device can be improved, the service life of the battery 10 of the power utilization device can be prolonged, and the user experience can be improved.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the application, and are intended to be included within the scope of the appended claims and description. In particular, the technical features mentioned in the respective embodiments may be combined in any manner as long as there is no structural conflict. Claims (10)
1. A battery cell, comprising:
A housing having a receiving cavity;
an electrode assembly disposed in the receiving chamber;
The insulation assembly is arranged between the shell and the electrode assembly, the insulation assembly comprises an insulation film and a buffer piece, the insulation film is configured to insulate the electrode assembly from the shell, the buffer piece is connected with the insulation film and can support the electrode assembly, the buffer piece is configured to deform along with expansion of the electrode assembly, the insulation film comprises a side wall and a bottom wall, the buffer piece is positioned on at least part of the side wall, the buffer piece comprises a telescopic piece and a valve, the telescopic piece is connected with the insulation film, the telescopic piece and the insulation film enclose to form a cavity, fluid is arranged in the cavity, the valve is installed in the telescopic piece, the valve comprises an opening state and a closing state, the fluid is positioned in the cavity, the volume of the telescopic piece is V1, the fluid in the cavity flows out, and the volume of the telescopic piece is V2, and V2 is less than V1.
2. The battery cell of claim 1, wherein the fluid comprises a gas and the valve comprises a one-way pneumatic valve.
3. The battery cell of claim 2, wherein the number of cushioning members is a plurality, each cushioning member extending in a first direction, each cushioning member including at least one-way pneumatic valve.
4. The battery cell of claim 1, wherein the side wall comprises a first side wall and a second side wall, the first side wall is connected to the second side wall, the first side wall has an area greater than an area of the second side wall, and the buffer is connected to the first side wall.
5. The battery cell of claim 4, wherein the buffer is coupled to a side of the first sidewall remote from the electrode assembly.
6. The battery cell of claim 1, wherein the buffer comprises at least one of a sheet-like structure or a pouch-like structure.
7. The battery cell of claim 1, further comprising an end cap assembly that covers the housing and encloses the receiving chamber, the end cap assembly being connected to the insulating film on a side of the housing that is adjacent to the housing.
8. The battery cell of claim 7, wherein the end cap assembly is thermally fused or welded to the insulating film.
9. A battery comprising the battery cell of any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. An electrical device comprising the battery of claim 9.
