After the hardness of the horizontal plane of the furniture plate 6 is detected, the inner rod of the second hydraulic rod 93 is controlled to rise, at this time, the second detection plate 94 is far away from the furniture plate 6, the cross beam 95 follows to rise, according to the above steps, the second arm 97 rises to drive the second gear 83 to rotate by the second gear, and push the first detection plate 85 to approach and contact with the side wall of the furniture plate 6, the limiting plate 73 is used for stabilizing the sliding track of the first detection plate 85, so as to avoid the problem of dislocation and offset, the first detection plates 85 approach each other under the working of the second detection part 9 and squeeze the two sides of the furniture plate 6, thus the hardness of the vertical plane is detected through the first pressure sensor 86, in the present case, the possibility of the vertical installation of the furniture plate 6 exists, so that the thickness plane of the furniture plate 6 is called a vertical plane in the present case, and at this time, the second detection plate 94 is far away from the furniture plate 6, so as not to interfere with the detection result of the first detection plate 85, and the singleness and accuracy of the hardness detection of the vertical plane are ensured.
After the detection of the horizontal plane and the vertical plane of the furniture plate 6 is completed, referring to fig. 1, the inner rod of the second control hydraulic rod 93 extends to the middle position of the distance between the upper material plate 27 and the first bracket 91, and at this time, the first detection plate 85 and the second detection plate 94 are both far away from the furniture plate 6, so that the feeding work can be performed by adopting the foregoing steps, the detection results in the scheme can be fed back to the CNC computer in the prior art, and the scheme is not repeated, so that the pressure sensor is a hardness sensor, belongs to a force sensor, and is also a type of the pressure sensor in the prior art.
The CNC numerical control technology is utilized to ensure that the pressure of the furniture plate 6 is consistent every time, when the two detection plates I85 are close to each other to detect the hardness of the vertical surface of the furniture plate 6, the protection plates 108 on two sides are close to each other, and in the scheme, one side of each protection plate 108 close to the furniture plate 6 is of a cambered surface structure, so that the protection plates 108 can slide along the thickness edge of the furniture plate 6, the furniture plate 6 with the thickness larger than the thickness of the detection plates I85 can slide on the upright posts 105 by the sliding sheets 107, the problem that the protection plates 108 are clamped with the furniture plate 6 can not occur, the two protection plates 108 are positioned above the top of the furniture plate 6 and are mutually attached to each other to be shielded, and when the size of the furniture plate 6 is smaller than the splicing size of the two protection plates 108 by the deformation of the springs 104, the protection plates 108 can be always ensured to be completely covered above the furniture plate 6, splicing gaps of the protection plates 108 can not occur, and the problem that the furniture plate 6 with unqualified hardness is cracked and sputtered can be avoided.
