Description
Technical Field
The present specification discloses a door strap (door strap) mounted on a back door of a flip-up type.
Background
Conventionally, there has been proposed a scheme of providing a roll-up back door on the back surface of a vehicle. The back door is provided near an upper end thereof and is opened and closed by swinging about an axis parallel to the vehicle width direction. Therefore, when the back door is opened, the back door as a whole is at a height close to the roof of the vehicle. In this case, there is a problem in that it is difficult for the user to grasp the back door and close the back door.
For this reason, some proposals have been made to provide a hanging strip hanging downward on the back door. When the back door is opened, the lower end of the hanging strap is positioned below the back door, so that the user can easily grasp the hanging strap as compared with grasping the back door. Then, by pulling on this strap, the back door can be closed.
Disclosure of Invention
Here, in order to reduce the burden on the user, it is desirable that the strap be long to some extent. However, if the strap is long, the strap may be caught by the back door when the back door is closed. In order to prevent such a problem, it is considered to add a special member for preventing the hanging strap from being caught, but in this case, there is another problem such as an increase in cost.
Accordingly, in the present specification, a door harness is disclosed that can prevent the insertion of a harness while securing a sufficient length of the harness, and that can further reduce costs.
In addition, japanese patent application laid-open No. 2000-326729 discloses a technique of providing a strap on a back door, but the strap is a strap that is pulled to push down a switch, and there is no problem even if it is short. Accordingly, japanese patent application laid-open No. 2000-326729 does not disclose any technique for preventing pinching while lengthening the strap.
The door harness disclosed in the present specification is a door harness attached to a back door that is turned up, and is characterized by comprising: a hanging strip main body hanging from a fastening part on a carriage side surface of the back door; a holding portion that is bent and coupled to an intermediate position of the strap main body after extending from the fastening portion toward a lower end side of the back door, and that bends the strap main body at the intermediate position when the back door is closed, the holding portion including first to fifth flat ropes, the first flat rope being bent in a v-shape and divided into a first portion from the bent portion toward the fastening portion and a second portion from the bent portion toward the strap main body, the second and third flat ropes having a protection portion and an expansion portion, the protection portion being sewn to each other so as to cover the second portion from both sides and to be sewn to the second portion, the expansion portion extending to a tip end of the bent portion in an expanded state, the fourth flat rope being sewn to the first portion in an overlapping state, and both ends thereof being sewn to the second flat rope and the third flat rope being sewn to the second flat rope and the fifth flat rope, and the expansion portion being maintained in a stretched state.
According to the present invention, the length of the hanging strip can be sufficiently ensured, and the hanging strip can be prevented from being clamped, and the cost can be further suppressed.

Detailed Description
The structure of the door harness 10 attached to the back door 100 will be described below with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a door harness 10. Fig. 2 is a schematic view showing a case where the door harness 10 is attached to the back door 100. In fig. 2, "Fr", "Up" and "Rh" indicate the front of the vehicle, the upper side of the vehicle and the right side of the vehicle, respectively. The upper half of fig. 2 shows a case where the back door 100 is opened, and the lower half shows a case where the back door 100 is closed.
First, the back door 100 will be briefly described. In this example, the back door 100 is a roll-up door provided on the back of the vehicle. The back door 100 swings about a hinge axis (not shown) that is substantially parallel to the vehicle width direction and is located near the upper end of the back door 100, and is opened and closed. The back door 100 assumes a substantially horizontal posture at substantially the same height as the roof of the vehicle when opened, and assumes a substantially vertical posture when closed.
Next, the door harness 10 will be described. As shown in fig. 1, the door harness 10 includes: a harness body 12, a holding portion 14, and a fastening bracket 16. The strap main body 12 is a ring-shaped member hanging from the fastening bracket 16. The sling body 12 is configured to fold a flat rope into a U-shape. The strap main body 12 is divided into two parts by a fold-over portion. One of the two portions is hereinafter referred to as a forward portion 12a, and the other portion is hereinafter referred to as a return portion 12b.
In order to prevent the outgoing path portion 12a and the return path portion 12b from adhering to each other, a spacer 20 is provided between the outgoing path portion 12a and the return path portion 12b. The spacer 20 is configured such that, for example, a flat rope is bent in a C-shape or a 9-shape, and both ends of the spacer 20 are connected to the outgoing path portion 12a and the return path portion 12b.
The upper end of the sling body 12 is connected to a fastening bracket 16. The fastening bracket 16 is fastened to the cabin-side surface of the back door 100 by bolts or the like. The fastening bracket 16 is made of, for example, resin or metal.
The holding portion 14 is a portion that is bent after extending from the fastening bracket 16 toward the lower end side of the back door 100 and is connected to the intermediate position of the strap main body 12. The holding portion 14 has a certain degree of conformality, so that a predetermined posture can be held with respect to the back door 100 even when the back door 100 is opened and closed. Although the holding portion 14 is constituted by combining a plurality of flat ropes in this example, this will be described later.
The door harness 10 described above is provided to facilitate closing of the back door 100. That is, when the back door 100 in the opened state is closed, the user needs to pull the back door 100 downward. However, as described above, since the back door 100 in the open state is substantially the same height as the roof, it may be difficult to directly grasp the back door 100 in the open state depending on the physical constitution of the user.
On the other hand, in the case where the door strap 10 is provided in the back door 100 as in the present example, the user may hold the strap body 12 by hand and pull it downward when closing the back door 100. Since the sling body 12 hangs down to a sufficiently low position compared to the back door 100, even a short user can easily grasp the sling body 12, and thus the back door 100 can be easily closed.
Here, in order to reduce the burden on the user, it is required to lengthen the strap main body 12 sufficiently. However, if the strap body 12 is lengthened, the strap body 12 may be pinched by the back door 100 when the back door 100 is closed.
In this example, the holding portion 14 is provided to prevent the pinching of the strap body 12. As described above, the holding portion 14 is bent after extending from the fastening bracket 16 toward the lower end side of the back door 100, and is coupled to the intermediate position of the strap main body 12. In other words, a part of the holding portion 14 protrudes obliquely upward as going toward the upper end side of the back door 100 as going away from the back door 100. By providing the holding portion 14, the strap main body 12 is folded halfway as shown in the lower half of fig. 2 when the back door 100 is closed. This can prevent the lower end of the strap main body 12 from becoming too low, and can effectively prevent the strap main body 12 from being pinched by the back door 100.
Here, the holding portion 14 needs to have conformality to such an extent that the posture does not change under the influence of gravity. In order to secure such conformality, it is also conceivable to construct a part or all of the holding portion 14 from a hard material such as a resin. However, when a material different from the strap main body 12 is used, there are other problems such as an increase in cost and a complication of the manufacturing process. Accordingly, in this example, the holding portion 14 is constituted by combining a plurality of flat ropes of the same type as the strap main body 12. This will be described below.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view showing a manufacturing process of the holding portion 14. The holding portion 14 is formed by combining the first to fifth flat ropes 22, 24, 26, 28, 30. The first flat rope 22 is a v-shaped flat rope bent. The first flat cord 22 is divided into a first portion 34 from its bent portion 32 toward the fastening bracket 16, and a second portion 36 from the fastening bracket 16 toward the harness body 12.
The second flat rope 24 and the third flat rope 26 are flat ropes having substantially the same shape as each other. As shown in state S12 of fig. 3, the second flat rope 24 and the third flat rope 26 are arranged in a posture in which the longitudinal direction thereof is substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the second portion 36. Hereinafter, the end of the second and third flat ropes 24 and 26 that is close to the strap body 12 is referred to as a "base end" and the end that is far from the strap body 12 is referred to as a "tip".
As shown in the state S12, the second flat rope 24 overlaps the second portion 36 in the thickness direction so that the left end thereof overlaps the right end of the second portion 36. In this case, the second flat rope 24 is disposed at a position where the tip end thereof protrudes outward from the tip end of the second portion 36. In this state, the left end and the base end periphery of the second flat rope 24 are sewn together with the second portion 36. The dashed lines in fig. 3 represent seams.
Similarly, the third flat rope 26 also overlaps the second portion 36 in the thickness direction so that the right end thereof overlaps the left end of the second portion 36. In this state, the right end and the base end periphery of the third flat rope 26 are sewn together with the second portion 36.
Next, as shown in the state S14, the base end periphery of the second flat rope 24 and the base end periphery of the third flat rope 26 are bent so as to approach each other and so as to cover the second portion 36 from both sides. Then, the right end of the second flat rope 24 and the left end of the third flat rope 26 are sewn to each other in the closed state.
Hereinafter, the portion of the second flat rope 24 and the third flat rope 26 that encases the second portion 36 is referred to as a "protection portion 38". Further, the distal end periphery of the second flat rope 24 and the distal end periphery of the third flat rope 26 are not bent and spread, and are therefore called "spread portions 40".
If the protective portion 38 can be formed, then the fourth flat rope 28 is sewn to the first portion 34, the second flat rope 24, and the third flat rope 26. Specifically, as shown in state S14 of fig. 3, the fourth flat rope 28 is superimposed on the first portion 34 in a posture in which the longitudinal direction thereof is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the first portion 34. In this state, both ends in the longitudinal direction of the fourth flat rope 28 are sewn to the expanded portions 40 of the second flat rope 24 and the third flat rope 26. In addition, the fourth flat cord 28 is also sewn to the first portion 34.
Further, as shown in states S12 and S14 of fig. 3, the fifth flat rope 30 is folded in two in the short side direction thereof. Then, the distal ends of the second flat rope 24 and the distal ends of the third flat rope 26 are sandwiched by the fifth flat rope 30 folded into two, and in this state, the fifth flat rope 30 is sewn to the second flat rope 24 and the third flat rope 26.
In this manner, by wrapping the second portion 36 with the second flat cord 24 and the third flat cord 26, rigidity of the periphery of the second portion 36 is increased and conformability of the second portion 36 is improved. Further, after the fourth flat rope 28 and the fifth flat rope 30 are arranged so as to be orthogonal to the second flat rope 24 and the third flat rope 26, they are sewn to the second flat rope 24, the third flat rope 26, and the first portion 34, so that the holding portion 14 as a whole is less likely to fall down in the lateral direction. As a result, the conformality of the holding portion 14 is improved. Further, since the first to fifth flat ropes 22, 24, 26, 28, 30 are constituted by the same kind of flat ropes as the strap main body 12, an increase in cost and the like can be prevented.
