Abstract
本发明提供一种篷布的制备方法,涉及复合材料技术领域。该种篷布的制备方法,包括以下具体步骤:S1、准备材料:准备PP原料,同时准备PP机布作为篷布的基布材料;S2、涂覆篷布:将PP原料通过挤塑机与PP机布进行涂覆,得到湿润的PP篷布;S3、烘干和加热:将S2中湿润的PP篷布送入烘干设备中进行烘干,以去除残留的水分,进而得到制备好的PP篷布;S4、染色处理:对S3中制备好的PP篷布进行染色处理。通过采用单一组分的PP制备篷布,可以使得整个篷布的材质更加统一,便于后期的处理和回收利用,同时,简化生产工艺,减少混合、分离等步骤,提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,具体为一种篷布的制备方法。
背景技术
篷布作为一种材料,可以提供防护功能,如防雨、防风、防晒等。通过制备篷布,可以制作帐篷、遮阳棚、遮雨篷等用途,为人们在户外活动中提供舒适和安全的环境,并且,在自然灾害或紧急情况下,篷布可以被用做临时避难所,为受灾群众提供基本的庇护和安全,篷布也可以用于建筑结构、景观设计、灯光效果等方面,为建筑物和环境增添美感和实用性,体现了篷布在艺术和装饰领域的价值。
现有的篷布采用PE、PVC和PU多种组分制成,这些材料通常难以降解,对环境造成负面影响,特别是PVC含有塑化剂和其他添加剂,可能释放有害物质,对土壤和水源造成污染,而不同材料组分的混合使用使得篷布在回收和再利用过程中变得更加困难,需要对篷布中不同材质进行分离,进而增加回收和再利用过程的经济负担,使得整个过程变得不经济或难以实施,并且,在分离过程中,可能会导致部分材质无法完全分离或受损,从而降低了再利用的效率,这就导致难以对篷布进行回收处理。
为此,我们研发出了新的一种篷布的制备方法。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种篷布的制备方法,解决了现有篷布采用PE、PVC和PU多种组分制成,在对篷布的回收中,难以将各个组分进行分离,导致不易对篷布进行回收处理的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种篷布的制备方法,包括以下具体步骤:
S1、准备材料:准备PP原料,同时准备PP机布作为篷布的基布材料;
S2、涂覆篷布:将PP原料通过挤塑机与PP机布进行涂覆,得到湿润的PP篷布;
S3、烘干和加热:将S2中湿润的PP篷布送入烘干设备中进行烘干,以去除残留的水分,进而得到制备好的PP篷布;
S4、染色处理:对S3中制备好的PP篷布进行染色处理;
S5、检验和切割:对S4中染色后的PP篷布进行检验,后根据需要,将篷布切割成所需的尺寸和形状;
S6、包装和存储:将S4中切割好的PP篷布进行包装。
优选的,所述S2中挤塑机的挤出温度为160℃至220℃,挤出压力为30MPa至50MPa,能够实现连续、稳定的生产过程,可以大规模、快速地涂覆PP原料,提高生产效率和产量。
优选的,所述S3中烘干温度为100℃至130℃,使得PP材料充分固化和形成所需的物理性能。
优选的,所述S4中通过选择洗涤、清洁和化学剂其中任意一种,对PP篷布表面进行预处理,所述S4中染色处理所需染料为分散染料、酸性染料和直接染料中的任意一种,可以使其颜色更加丰富、鲜艳,提高产品的美观性和附加值。
优选的,所述S5中采用激光切割机对PP篷布进行切割,激光切割是一种非接触式加工,不会直接与PP篷布接触,避免了因摩擦而可能导致的损坏或变形,同时也降低了对刀具的磨损。
优选的,所述S6中通过根据需要选择不同大小和不同大小厚度的纸箱,用于包装较大的篷布和批量包装,所述S6中在包装过程中,加入干燥剂,保持篷布干燥和防潮,可以防止受潮、污染和损坏。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种篷布的制备方法。具备以下有益效果:
1、该种篷布的制备方法,通过采用单一组分的PP制备篷布,可以使得整个篷布的材质更加统一,便于后期的处理和回收利用,相较于多种组分材料的制备,单一组分的制备方案可以简化生产工艺,减少混合、分离等复杂步骤,提高生产效率。
2、该种篷布的制备方法,通过采用统一的PP材料制备篷布可以保证篷布质量的稳定性,避免不同材料导致的耐久性差异等问题,提高产品的品质和可靠性,同时,单一组分的PP篷布在使用寿命结束后更容易进行回收和再利用,而且由于材料单一,回收后的PP材料更容易进行再加工利用。

实施例一:
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供一种篷布的制备方法,包括以下具体步骤:
S1、准备材料:准备PP原料,同时准备PP机布作为篷布的基布材料;
S2、涂覆篷布:将PP原料通过采用挤塑机以挤出温度为160℃,挤出压力为30MPa与PP机布进行涂覆,得到湿润的PP篷布;
S3、烘干和加热:将S2中湿润的PP篷布送入烘干设备中以烘干温度为100℃进行烘干,以去除残留的水分,进而得到制备好的PP篷布;
S4、染色处理:对S3中制备好的PP篷布采用洗涤的方式对PP篷布进行表面处理,后使用分散染料对PP篷布进行染色处理;
S5、检验和切割:对S4中染色后的PP篷布进行检验,后根据需要,通过使用激光切割机对篷布进行切割,从而得到所需的尺寸和形状;
S6、包装和存储:将S4中切割好的PP篷布进行包装,并在包装过程中,加入干燥剂,保持篷布干燥和防潮。
实施例二:
本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于,一种篷布的制备方法,包括以下具体步骤:
S1、准备材料:准备PP原料,同时准备PP机布作为篷布的基布材料;
S2、涂覆篷布:将PP原料通过采用挤塑机以挤出温度为190℃,挤出压力为40MPa与PP机布进行涂覆,得到湿润的PP篷布;
S3、烘干和加热:将S2中湿润的PP篷布送入烘干设备中以烘干温度为115℃进行烘干,以去除残留的水分,进而得到制备好的PP篷布;
S4、染色处理:对S3中制备好的PP篷布采用清洁的方式对PP篷布进行表面处理,后使用酸性染料对PP篷布进行染色处理;
S5、检验和切割:对S4中染色后的PP篷布进行检验,后根据需要,通过使用激光切割机对篷布进行切割,从而得到所需的尺寸和形状;
S6、包装和存储:将S4中切割好的PP篷布进行包装,并在包装过程中,加入干燥剂,保持篷布干燥和防潮。
实施例三:
本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于,一种篷布的制备方法,包括以下具体步骤:
S1、准备材料:准备PP原料,同时准备PP机布作为篷布的基布材料;

S5、检验和切割:对S4中染色后的PP篷布进行检验,后根据需要,通过使用激光切割机对篷布进行切割,从而得到所需的尺寸和形状;
S6、包装和存储:将S4中切割好的PP篷布进行包装,并在包装过程中,加入干燥剂,保持篷布干燥和防潮。

采用常规的编织技术进行篷布制备,具体步骤如下:

1.一种篷布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下具体步骤:
S1、准备材料:准备PP原料,同时准备PP机布作为篷布的基布材料;
S2、涂覆篷布:将PP原料通过挤塑机与PP机布进行涂覆,得到湿润的PP篷布;
S3、烘干和加热:将S2中湿润的PP篷布送入烘干设备中进行烘干,以去除残留的水分,进而得到制备好的PP篷布;
S4、染色处理:对S3中制备好的PP篷布进行染色处理;
S5、检验和切割:对S4中染色后的PP篷布进行检验,后根据需要,将篷布切割成所需的尺寸和形状;
S6、包装和存储:将S4中切割好的PP篷布进行包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种篷布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S2中挤塑机的挤出温度为160℃至220℃,挤出压力为30MPa至50MPa。
