Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile coating and spraying, in particular to a preparation method of repair varnish and a repair method of vehicle matt paint using the repair varnish.
Background
The matte color coating is also called as a matte paint, is one of automobile coating, and the glossiness of the common matte paint is 30% -40% (60 degrees) after being sprayed, so that the aesthetic feeling and texture of an automobile can be improved by spraying the matte paint, and the paint is deeply favored by young consumers.
Compared with the traditional varnish, the matt varnish has the characteristics of high extinction efficiency, high hardness and the like, and the matt varnish has the effect of forming the rough surface of a paint film by adding a small amount of matt powder with high specific surface area into the base varnish. However, the requirements of the spraying environment such as temperature and humidity, cleanliness, technological parameters and the like are more severe than those of the varnish, and the matte varnish is difficult to batch and high in manufacturing cost due to the uniqueness and difficult repairability of the matte varnish surface, so that the matte varnish is often embodied in the customized production of high-end vehicle types.
The repair of the matt paint surface commonly used at present is solved by adopting a mode of replacing parts or re-spraying the whole vehicle body. Paint repair is also called paint repair, and the normal process of paint repair involves steps of polishing, paint spraying and the like, and the luster and the hue of the matt paint surface are changed after polishing and spraying, so that the matt paint surface is different from the original paint surface, and the appearance of a product is influenced. In order to ensure the appearance of the product, manufacturers generally replace the surface parts of the defective products with the qualified matte paint after spraying, or polish and planarize the defective paint surface and then spray the whole vehicle body again. In the existing compact process for coating automobiles, the matte automobile paint surface repair adopts a single line-passing spraying mode of matte parts or a repainting mode of an integral automobile body after polishing of defective paint surfaces, so that the process occupies beats, unnecessary production waste is caused, and the production efficiency is low.
Because the matte paint has the characteristic of difficult restoration, the conventional matte paint surface repair method can firstly prepare a qualified glossy paint surface on a paint component, then spray the matte paint, and the preparation process also involves qualified and unqualified intermediate products, and the defective intermediate products need to be repaired, and finally prepare a matte varnish layer on the glossy varnish layer of the qualified intermediate products, thereby finally obtaining the matte paint component. The preparation process relates to repairing the bright paint surface, but does not relate to the repairing problem of the matte paint surface, in other words, the bright paint surface repairing process is adopted in a compromise for avoiding the repairing of the matte paint surface. Moreover, the repair method has complex process, involves at least two varnish spraying processes, and has high spraying cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defect of high repair difficulty of the existing matte paint surface, and provides a preparation method of repair varnish and a repair method of the vehicle matte paint using the repair varnish, which not only solve the problem that a matte paint surface product is difficult to repair directly or cannot be qualified completely, improve the product qualification rate, but also effectively avoid the cost waste caused by the preparation process of a matte part.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following improvements: in one aspect, a method for preparing repair varnish is provided, wherein the repair varnish is obtained by fully and uniformly mixing and stirring a repair varnish main agent, a curing agent, a diluent and interface water according to a certain proportion. On the other hand, the invention provides a repairing method for the vehicle matte paint, which is characterized in that the prepared repairing varnish is utilized to obtain a matte layer on the surface of a repairing bright layer by changing spraying parameters and the method, and the obtained composite repairing paint surface can achieve the same effect as the original matte paint surface.
