背景技术
陶瓷保温板作为一种环保节能的新型绿色建材,与传统的外墙保温材料相比,其导热系数为0.06-0.10W/(MK),隔热性能佳,可充当外墙保温系统的隔热保温材料,是具有防火要求的外保温系统及外墙装饰的理想材料。
目前,市场上常见的陶瓷保温复合板,材料一般比较单一。随着互联网的兴起,部分消费人群对于居住环境的需要更加高,尤其是密布在环境中的电磁辐射,依靠目前的陶瓷保温复合板是无法屏蔽的。
为此,我们提出一种耐性强防反射无辐射的陶瓷保温复合板及其生产工艺来解决上述的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐性强防反射无辐射的陶瓷保温复合板及其生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种耐性强防反射无辐射的陶瓷保温复合板,包括:
陶瓷层,板状结构,由塑性陶瓷颗粒、脊性陶瓷颗粒、骨格陶瓷颗粒、半成品废料陶瓷颗粒和成品废料陶瓷颗粒组合构成,质量比为30:45:18:4:3,在1300℃下烧刻制成;
屏蔽层,网状结构,固定镶嵌在陶瓷层的内部,用于电磁信号的屏蔽吸收;在屏蔽层边沿通过延伸线穿过陶瓷层壁面,在陶瓷层各个壁面上胶贴导通片,导通片与延伸线的端部焊接连接,用于相邻陶瓷层之间拼接时连通各个屏蔽层,形成笼罩建筑的屏蔽膜;
凸起,一体化形成在陶瓷层的表面,等间距均匀布置有若干个,让陶瓷层表面凹凸不平整的朝向外界。

S2、成型,经由型号为萨克米3590吨压机进行高压成型,生坯厚度6.0-6.2cm,且单片厚薄误差为小于0.2cm,内置屏蔽层,保证单片砖压制成型,再在1300℃下烧刻,三次300℃急冷急热检验,成品板的厚度5.6-5.8cm,吸水率0.5,单片抗折性38MPa以上,单边平直度上翘≤0.3,下弯≤0.5,中心弯曲度≤0.7;
S3、深加工,在S2步骤里的成型板边沿连接导通片,成型板的外表面连接外膜层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
1、该耐性强防反射无辐射的陶瓷保温复合板,采取陶瓷层为主体结构的保温复合板,通过陶瓷材质本身由纯无机材料制成的特点,具有耐酸碱、耐腐蚀和稳定性高的优点,使用寿命高耐性强;且在层体内复合连接屏蔽层,屏蔽层延伸在陶瓷层边沿连接导通片,使得相邻陶瓷层在建筑表面贴墙时,连通各个屏蔽层,形成笼罩建筑的屏蔽膜,并且经由泥浆的填充后,连接建筑的墙体,经由建筑本身进行接地,完成电磁屏蔽结构的接地工作;
2、该耐性强防反射无辐射的陶瓷保温复合板,在陶瓷层的表面设置凸起,让陶瓷层表面凹凸不平整的朝向外界,通过非光滑陶瓷面来用于防止光线的反射污染;
3、该耐性强防反射无辐射的陶瓷保温复合板,屏蔽层朝向凸起所在位置延伸形成导热丝,导热丝的端部齐平在凸起外表面上,将导体屏蔽消耗时产生的热量散发出去,避免在陶瓷层内部发热而造成层体脆化干裂,提高使用寿命;
整体结构上,多层复合连接形成的陶瓷保温复合板,具有耐性强、防反射和无辐射的效果,能够满足部分使用者的需求。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
请参阅图1-图3,一种耐性强防反射无辐射的陶瓷保温复合板,包括:
陶瓷层1,板状结构,由塑性陶瓷颗粒、脊性陶瓷颗粒、骨格陶瓷颗粒、半成品废料陶瓷颗粒和成品废料陶瓷颗粒组合构成,质量比为30:45:18:4:3;
本实施例1中,陶瓷层1的厚度在5.6-5.8cm之间,在1300℃下烧刻制成,为矩形板状,层片的重量为360-400g之间,通过陶瓷材质本身由纯无机材料制成的特点,具有耐酸碱、耐腐蚀和稳定性高的优点,使用寿命高耐性强。
屏蔽层2,网状结构,固定镶嵌在陶瓷层1的内部,用于电磁信号的屏蔽吸收;在屏蔽层2边沿通过延伸线3穿过陶瓷层1壁面,在陶瓷层1各个壁面上胶贴导通片4,导通片4与延伸线3的端部焊接连接,用于相邻陶瓷层1之间拼接时连通各个屏蔽层2,形成笼罩建筑的屏蔽膜;
本实施例1中,屏蔽层2为不锈钢丝网或者铜丝网,位于陶瓷层1内靠近建筑物的一侧位置,留出足够厚度的陶瓷层1在外部进行保护;
进一步地,延伸线3为屏蔽层2边沿向外布置的丝线,每个延伸线3之间等间距布置,在端部连接相同材质的导通片4,用于整体屏蔽结构的连接构建;
本实施例1中,导通片4位于陶瓷层1的边沿壁面中部,导通片4的宽度小于陶瓷层1的厚度,让导通片4的边沿不超出陶瓷层1边沿,使得相邻陶瓷层1在建筑表面贴墙时,边沿的导通片4能够对接,且在陶瓷层1之间留下缝隙,用于泥浆的填充,强化陶瓷层1之间的连接,并对导通片4进行密封保护。
需要说明:导通片4位于陶瓷层1外部,在泥浆填充时,连接建筑的墙体,经由建筑本身进行接地,完成电磁屏蔽结构的接地工作。
凸起5,一体化形成在陶瓷层1的表面,等间距均匀布置有若干个,让陶瓷层1表面凹凸不平整的朝向外界,通过非光滑陶瓷面来用于防止光线的反射污染。
本实施例1中,凸起5设置为柱形结构,突出陶瓷层1表面不超过5mm。
进一步地,屏蔽层2的网体朝向凸起5延伸有导热丝6,导热丝6穿过凸起5中心,让导热丝6的端部齐平在凸起5外表面上,用于屏蔽消耗时散发出去导体工作时的热量,避免在陶瓷层1内部发热而造成层体脆化干裂,提高使用寿命。
本实施例1中,陶瓷层1的一侧胶贴有透明的聚四乙烯制的外膜层7,包裹贴在凸起5上,进行外表面的抗污腐蚀防护。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,再请参阅图4-图5:
进一步地,外膜层7表面为磨砂面,进行光反射污染问题的改善,提高保温板的使用效果。
一种耐性强防反射无辐射的陶瓷保温复合板的生产工艺,包括如下生产工艺的步骤:
S1、坯料,塑性陶瓷颗粒、脊性陶瓷颗粒、骨格陶瓷颗粒、半成品废料陶瓷颗粒和成品废料陶瓷颗粒的质量比为30:45:18:4:3,选取后再通过中高铝球石辗磨至直径1.0mm;
S2、成型,经由型号为萨克米3590吨压机进行高压成型,生坯厚度6.0-6.2cm,且单片厚薄误差为小于0.2cm,内置屏蔽层2,保证单片砖压制成型,再在1300℃下烧刻,三次300℃急冷急热检验,从而保证产品从容应对严寒酷暑的气候变化,成品板的厚度5.6-5.8cm,吸水率0.5,单片抗折性38MPa以上,单边平直度上翘≤0.3,下弯≤0.5,中心弯曲度≤0.7,使得单片砖360度转动无色差,成排拼接色泽一致,且无翘角、无搪心和无拱边,产品防污、防腐且耐磨,具有抗拆性,吸水率达标。
S3、深加工,在S2步骤里的成型板边沿连接导通片4,成型板的外表面连接外膜层7;
需要说明,在实际加工时,能够对陶瓷保温复合板的外形进行优化:
a.第一道水刀机施面釉,比重1.60,重量360g/片,要求喷平不流边不积釉,要求釉面足够细腻和柔和,从而保证单片砖色泽一致,产品防污、防腐且耐磨,触摸手感更佳;
b.第二道工序为喷墨技术;
c.第三道工序为喷保护釉,从而提高产品防污、防腐、防反射和耐磨的特点,持久护色的效果更佳;
d.第四道工序为喷上零星不规则闪光点;
本产品通过在1300℃下烧刻制成,三次300℃急冷急热检验,从而保证产品从容应对严寒酷暑的气候变化,成品板的厚度5.6-5.8cm,吸水率0.5,单片抗折性38MPa以上,单边平直度上翘≤0.3,下弯≤0.5,中心弯曲度≤0.7,使得单片砖360度转动无色差,成排拼接色泽一致,且无翘角、无搪心和无拱边,产品防污、防腐且耐磨,具有抗拆性,吸水率达标,使用效果好。
整体结构上,多层复合连接形成的陶瓷保温复合板,具有耐性强、防反射和无辐射的效果,能够满足部分使用者的需求。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (10)
1.一种耐性强防反射无辐射的陶瓷保温复合板,其特征在于,包括:
陶瓷层(1),板状结构,由塑性陶瓷颗粒、脊性陶瓷颗粒、骨格陶瓷颗粒、半成品废料陶瓷颗粒和成品废料陶瓷颗粒组合构成,质量比为30:45:18:4:3,在1300℃下烧刻制成;
屏蔽层(2),网状结构,固定镶嵌在陶瓷层(1)的内部,用于电磁信号的屏蔽吸收;在屏蔽层(2)边沿通过延伸线(3)穿过陶瓷层(1)壁面,在陶瓷层(1)各个壁面上胶贴导通片(4),导通片(4)与延伸线(3)的端部焊接连接,用于相邻陶瓷层(1)之间拼接时连通各个屏蔽层(2),形成笼罩建筑的屏蔽膜;
凸起(5),一体化形成在陶瓷层(1)的表面,等间距均匀布置有若干个,让陶瓷层(1)表面凹凸不平整的朝向外界。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐性强防反射无辐射的陶瓷保温复合板,其特征在于:所述陶瓷层(1)的厚度在5.6-5.8cm之间,为矩形板状,层片的重量为360-400g之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐性强防反射无辐射的陶瓷保温复合板,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层(2)为不锈钢丝网或者铜丝网,位于陶瓷层(1)内靠近建筑物的一侧位置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种耐性强防反射无辐射的陶瓷保温复合板,其特征在于:所述延伸线(3)为屏蔽层(2)边沿向外布置的丝线,每个延伸线(3)之间等间距布置,在端部连接相同材质的导通片(4)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐性强防反射无辐射的陶瓷保温复合板,其特征在于:所述导通片(4)位于陶瓷层(1)的边沿壁面中部,导通片(4)的宽度小于陶瓷层(1)的厚度,让导通片(4)的边沿不超出陶瓷层(1)边沿。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐性强防反射无辐射的陶瓷保温复合板,其特征在于:所述凸起(5)设置为柱形结构,突出陶瓷层(1)表面不超过5mm。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种耐性强防反射无辐射的陶瓷保温复合板,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层(2)的网体朝向凸起(5)延伸有导热丝(6),所述导热丝(6)穿过凸起(5)中心,让导热丝(6)的端部齐平在凸起(5)外表面上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐性强防反射无辐射的陶瓷保温复合板,其特征在于:所述陶瓷层(1)的一侧胶贴有透明的聚四乙烯制的外膜层(7),包裹贴在凸起(5)上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种耐性强防反射无辐射的陶瓷保温复合板,其特征在于:所述外膜层(7)表面为磨砂面。
10.一种耐性强防反射无辐射的陶瓷保温复合板的生产工艺,生产加工权利要求1-9任一项所述的陶瓷保温复合板,其特征在于,包括如下生产工艺的步骤:
S1、坯料,塑性陶瓷颗粒、脊性陶瓷颗粒、骨格陶瓷颗粒、半成品废料陶瓷颗粒和成品废料陶瓷颗粒的质量比为30:45:18:4:3,选取后再通过中高铝球石辗磨至直径1.0mm;
