Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a suture nail of a puncture closer for establishing a channel in minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery.
Background
The laparoscopic surgery has the advantages of small trauma, small physiological interference to patients, good beautifying effect, light pain, quick rehabilitation and the like, gradually replaces the traditional surgery, and has been widely applied to general surgery, gynecology and cardiothoracic surgery. Laparoscopic surgery requires an incision in the abdomen of a patient, surgery is performed under laparoscopic observation, and fascia suturing is performed after the surgery, and the suturing operation is difficult because of the characteristics of small incision, deep inner wall and the like. The existing solutions include manual suturing and fascia stapler suturing, wherein the manual suturing is suitable for lean patients, and for obese patients, the abdominal wall tissue is thick, and accurate and effective suturing of the puncture incision cannot be satisfied, so that a series of complications such as bleeding, infection, puncture hernia, injury and the like are caused. The fascia suture device can suture fascia of an obese patient, but the puncture outfit is pulled out first, then the fascia suture device is operated, the operation is complex, the operation time is long, and the risk of infection of the patient is increased.
To solve the above problems, the medical technology corporation of the general medical science company of Beijing Tian has developed a laparoscopic puncture stapler which performs fascia stapling through staples and sutures. The puncture awl pierces the tissue, designs simultaneously and pushes away nail mechanism, and the staple is adorned on the sleeve pipe inner wall with the suture, accomplishes the arranging of staple suture before the art, uses to push away the nail stick and once fires, and the postoperative suture knot can be sewed up. From the view of absorbable stitching nail structure, the internal organs are easily scratched after the stitching nail tip enters the abdominal cavity, the stitching nail implantation amount is large, the integral edges are more, and adhesion is easy to occur.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems in the prior clinical arts, an object of the present invention is to provide a staple for a puncture closer.
The invention relates to a staple for a puncture closer, which comprises a staple tip and a staple body; the method is characterized in that: the spike has a sharp point, the spike body is semi-cylindrical and includes a semi-arc surface facing the abdominal cavity and a planar bottom surface for conforming to the abdominal wall.
Wherein, be provided with two suture holes in the nail body, two suture holes are from the semicircle face to planar type bottom surface link up the nail body.
Wherein, two outgoing line positions of the suture are both positioned at one side of the plane bottom surface.
Wherein, two suture holes are arranged in parallel in the nail body.
The distance between the two suture holes is gradually increased from the semicircular cambered surface to the planar bottom surface.
Wherein the spike and the spike body are made of different degradable materials and the spike has a degradation time less than the spike body.
Wherein the degradation time of the spike tip is less than 24 hours and the degradation time of the spike body is greater than 2 weeks.
Wherein, the spike point is made of PVA and/or PEG; the nail body is made of PGA.
Wherein the nail tip accounts for 5-15% of the mass of the stitching nail.
Wherein the nail tip and the nail body are connected through ultrasonic welding.
Compared with the prior art, the stitching nail for the puncture closer has the following beneficial effects:
the shank part of the suture nail adopts a semi-cylindrical structure, the side facing the abdominal cavity is a semi-circular arc surface, so that adhesion can be avoided, and the side attached to the abdominal wall is a plane bottom surface, so that a suture thread can be supported and not deviate from a suture thread hole, and the suture thread is prevented from falling off; the nail tip is quickly dissolved under the action of tissue fluid, internal organs can be prevented from being scratched in vivo, and the strength of the nail body can support the suture to be continuous to wound healing.

Detailed Description
The staples for penetrating the closure of the present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples to assist those skilled in the art in a more complete, accurate and thorough understanding of the present invention.
The invention provides a suture nail for a puncture closer, which aims to solve the problems that the prior art can absorb the content of the suture nail entering an abdominal cavity and is easy to scratch viscera and adhere. As shown in fig. 1, the staple includes a pointed end 10 and a shank 20. The spike 10 has a sharp point for penetrating staples into the abdominal wall during surgery. The shank 20 is semi-cylindrical and the shank 20 comprises a semi-arc surface 21 facing the abdominal cavity and a planar bottom surface 22 for conforming to the abdominal wall. The nail body 20 is internally provided with a first suture hole 23 and a second suture hole 24, and the first suture hole 23 and the second suture hole 24 penetrate through the nail body 20 from the semicircular arc surface 21 to the planar bottom surface 22. As shown in connection with fig. 2 and 3, both thread exit locations of the thread are located on one side of the planar bottom surface 22. In the version shown in fig. 2, the first suture hole 23 and the second suture hole 24 are arranged in parallel within the shank 20. In another embodiment shown in fig. 3, the distance between the first suture hole 23 and the second suture hole 24 increases gradually from the semicircular arc surface 21 to the planar bottom surface 22. In the structure of the staple according to this embodiment, the nail tip 10 and the nail body 20 are smooth in transition and overall smooth, and the direction of the staple after entering the human body is ensured, so that the plane side of the fixing position of the staple is attached to the abdominal wall, and the circular arc side is directed into the abdominal cavity. Absorbable staples in the prior art degrade approximately 3 months after entering the body, during which the staples are displaced or relatively displaced for various reasons, risking scoring the viscera. For this purpose, the invention designs and manufactures the spike and spike body, respectively, such that the spike and spike body are made of different degradable materials and the degradation time of the spike is less than the degradation time of the spike body. Preferably, the degradation time of the spike is less than 24 hours and the degradation time of the spike is greater than 2 weeks. After the stitching nail is punctured into the abdominal cavity, the nail tip is gradually dissolved under the action of tissue fluid, so that the subsequent viscera scratch is avoided. PVA is easy to dissolve in water, and when the staples are punctured into the abdominal cavity, the staple tips are gradually dissolved under the action of tissue fluid, so that the subsequent viscera scratch is avoided. The PEG material is nontoxic, nonirritating, slightly bitter in taste, good in water solubility and good in compatibility with a plurality of organic components. Thus, in the invention, the material of the nail tip is PVA and/or PEG, and the nail tip accounts for 5-15% of the total mass of the staples, so that the staples can be dissolved within 24 hours after penetrating into the abdominal cavity, thereby preventing the nail tip from scratching viscera. After the staples are introduced into the abdominal cavity, the staples need to be able to support the suture until the incision heals, and the staples should degrade before the suture loses mechanical strength, so the mechanical properties of the staples should be maintained for more than 2 weeks, in the present invention, the staple body is preferably made of PGA material. The nail tip and the nail body are connected through ultrasonic welding. In the invention, the nail tip and the nail body are respectively injection molded, the rear end of the nail tip and the front end 25 of the nail body are provided with welding parts, the welding parts generate friction heat to be instantly combined by the joint surface of the nail tip and the nail body under the pressure of a welding head (0.5-1.0 MPa) of ultrasonic high-frequency vibration, the welding time is 0.5-1.5s, the hardening time is 0.3-0.9s, and experimental results show that the welding strength between the nail tip injection molded by PVA and/or PEG and the nail body injection molded by PGA can reach 120N without fracture.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention has been described by way of example only, and that the invention is not limited by the above embodiments, and that various insubstantial modifications, either as contemplated by the method and the solution of the invention, or as otherwise would be apparent to one of ordinary skill in the art, are within the scope of the invention.
