The cable skin separating device according to claim 2, wherein the driving assembly comprises a driving member, a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear, the driving member is disposed on the base in a vertically movable manner, the driving end of the driving member is disposed vertically and is fixed with the first bevel gear with a vertical axis, the second bevel gear is fixed at the end of the driving shaft and the axis of the second bevel gear is horizontal, and the driving member can move upward or downward to engage or disengage the first bevel gear with the two second bevel gears.

The cable skin separator according to claim 3, wherein the drive assembly further comprises a stabilizing post fixed to an upper end surface of the base, the stabilizing post is provided with a vertically extending stabilizing groove, a stabilizing block is slidably provided in the stabilizing groove, the stabilizing block is fixed to an outer periphery of the drive shaft, and the stabilizing block is located between the second bevel gear and the turntable.

10. A cable skin separation method, based on a cable skin separation device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that it comprises in particular the following steps:
s1: two lifting devices are adjusted according to the specification of the cable, so that a cable separation space with a proper size is formed between the upper separation block and the lower separation block, and the cable is clamped;
s2: the cylinder works, and the driving installation seat drives the driving piece to move upwards until the first conical gear is meshed with the two second conical gears;
s3: the driving piece works and drives the turntables at two sides to rotate through the first bevel gear and the two meshed second bevel gears;
s4: the conical fixing block is inserted into the cable epidermis, the cable is pushed to one side along with the rotation of the turntable, and the upper arc-shaped groove and the cutting blade in the lower arc-shaped groove cut the cable upper epidermis and the cable lower epidermis;
s5: the separating plate separates the cable epidermis from the cable inner core, and two cable epidermis pass through the gap between two stand on the horizontal turning block after the guide position of two baffles, and horizontal turning block is rotatory and twine the epidermis on the stand.
