As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a combined bucket tooth of a single ear structure, which includes a tooth holder 1, a tooth tip 2, and a tooth pin 3.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the tooth tip 2 includes a tooth body 21 and a lug 22 provided at one side of the rear section of the tooth body 21, and a tooth cavity C having a rear opening is provided in the tooth body 21 and the lug 22. The tooth cavity C includes a main cavity C1 corresponding to the tooth body 21 and an ear cavity C2 corresponding to the appendage 22, the ear cavity C2 being communicated at one side of the main cavity C1.
As shown in fig. 4, the lug 22 includes an upper wall e, a side wall f, and a lower wall g, and the lug 22 is provided with a tooth pin through hole S extending from the upper wall e to the lower wall g and penetrating the ear cavity C2, the tooth pin through hole S forming an upper pin hole S1 in the upper wall e, and the tooth pin through hole S forming a lower pin hole S2 in the lower wall g.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the tooth holder 1 includes a main head 11 and a rear connecting portion 12, and an ear head 13 is provided on one side of the main head 11. The outer contour of the main head 11 matches the inner contour of the main cavity C1, while the outer contour of the ear head 13 matches the inner contour of the ear cavity C2, the main head 11 is inserted into the main cavity C1, and the ear head 13 extends into the ear cavity C2.
As shown in fig. 2 to 6, after the ear head 13 enters the ear cavity C2, at least a part of the ear head 13 is located inside the tooth pin through hole S, and the tooth pin through hole S is not shielded by the ear head 13 so that the tooth pin 3 can be inserted into the tooth pin through hole S. And the tooth pin 3 is inserted into the tooth pin through hole S to limit the lug 13 to the inner side of the lug cavity C2, thereby connecting the tooth tip 2 with the tooth holder 1.
Compared with the traditional combined bucket tooth, the pin connection structure is moved to the lug 22 and the lug part from the tooth body 21 and the main tooth, the pin hole of the tooth cavity C wall of the tooth body 21 is removed, the high stress area of the tooth body 21 is eliminated, and the bearing capacity and the impact resistance of the tooth body 21 are improved.
In addition, compared with the traditional combined bucket tooth, the combined bucket tooth with the single-lug structure in the embodiment accords with the mechanical principle. In the traditional combined bucket tooth, the wall of the tooth cavity C is contacted with the two ends of the tooth pin 3, the contact point span is large, the constraint is large, and in the embodiment, the connection between the tooth tip 2 and the tooth seat 1 only exists in the lug 22 and the lug 13, the structural size is small, and the constraint is small. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the ear 13 is entirely located inside the projected area of the pin through hole S so as to avoid the pin through hole S. By the mode, the pin holes are prevented from being formed in the tooth holder 1, casting shrinkage porosity, shrinkage porosity and air holes caused by the pin holes are effectively solved, and the internal quality of the tooth holder 1 is greatly improved.
As shown in fig. 2 to 6, the upper end of the tooth pin 3 is provided with a handle 32 perpendicular to the tooth pin 3, and the handle 32 can drive the tooth pin 3 to rotate. The upper wall e of the lug 22 is provided with a limit groove T communicating with the tooth pin through hole S. The upper side of the first position of the limit groove T is provided with an opening, and the handle 32 follows the tooth pin 3 to enter and exit the limit groove T from the opening of the first position.
When the pin body 31 of the tooth pin 3 is inserted into the tooth pin through hole S, the upper end of the pin body 31 is located in the upper pin hole S1 and the lower end is located in the lower pin hole S2.
As shown in fig. 6, when the tooth pin 3 rotates, the handle 32 rotates around the tooth pin 3 by a certain angle to reach a second position of the limit groove T, a blocking part N is disposed above the second position of the limit groove T, and the handle 32 rotates with the tooth pin 3 to enter the second position and is blocked by the blocking part N, so that the tooth pin 3 is limited to move upwards and cannot be removed from the tooth pin through hole S, and the tooth pin 3 limits the ear to be separated from the ear cavity C2, thereby realizing connection between the tooth tip 2 and the tooth holder 1.
When the tooth pin 3 rotates in the direction, the handle 32 is switched from the second position of the limit groove T to the first position, the position limitation of the tooth pin 3 is released, and the tooth pin 3 can be taken out from the tooth pin through hole S, and the tooth tip 2 and the tooth seat 1 can be separated.
The direction of the tooth pin 3 may apply a force to the pin body 31 of the tooth pin 3 or to the handle 32. In this embodiment, the limiting groove T is a fan-shaped groove, and the fan-shaped groove extends from the rear end surface of the upper wall e of the attachment lug 22 to form a rear notch. The handle 32 is accessible through the rear slot for rotational operation.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the cross section of the handle 32 is square, and the handle 32 is in surface contact with the limit groove T, so that friction is increased, and an unmanned position change is avoided.
As shown in fig. 5, the tooth pin 3 includes a metal pin 3a provided with a handle 32 and an elastic protection sleeve 3b sleeved outside the metal pin 3 a. The flexible protective sheath 3b comprises a cylindrical body of metal pins 3a, while the handles 32 protrude from the sides of the flexible protective sheath 3b.
The fit clearance is arranged between the tooth pin 3 and the tooth pin through hole S, the elastic protection sleeve 3b adjusts the fit clearance between the tooth pin 3 and the tooth pin through hole S, and the tooth pin 3 is in flexible contact with the hole wall of the tooth pin through hole S, so that a flexible buffer effect is achieved, the load is borne by the tooth body 21 and the main head 11, and mechanical damage of any one of the tooth holder 1, the tooth tip 2 and the tooth pin 3 caused by stress caused by rigid contact is prevented. In addition, the elastic protective sleeve 3b can also prevent the tooth pin 3 from being rusted together with the tooth tip 2 and the tooth holder 1, thereby facilitating the disassembly.
Preferably, the elastic protective sleeve 3b is a plastic tube with high economical efficiency and practicability. The wall thickness is determined according to the nominal size of the product, and is generally 0.5-3.0 mm.
As shown in fig. 3, the rear end face of the ear head 13 has a concave arc face R which is fitted with the outer peripheral face of the tooth pin 3. The arrangement of the concave arc-shaped surface R is beneficial to reducing the gap between the tooth pin 3 and the ear head 13, improving the firmness and stability of connection, and also playing the role of avoiding the sharp point from damaging the elastic protective sleeve 3b.
As shown in fig. 2, the end of the main head 11 includes a straight section 11a with parallel opposite sides and a stepped section 11b with opposite sides inclined gradually outwardly away from the straight section 11a, and the rear connecting portion 12 is larger than the stepped section 11b to form a step-restraining configuration.
The length of the straight section 11a taking up the length of the main head 11The end of the main cavity C1 is provided with a flat cavity C11 corresponding to the flat section 11a and a flared cavity C12 corresponding to the stepped section 11b.
