Embodiment 2 of the present invention is different from embodiment 1 described above in that embodiment 2 provides a laundry treating apparatus and a cleaning module 4 having a buffer chamber 402 applied in the laundry treating apparatus.
As shown in fig. 1 to 14, in an embodiment of the present invention, a laundry treating apparatus includes a housing 1; a water containing portion 2 disposed in the housing 1; the washing part 3 is sleeved in the water containing part 2; the cleaning module 4 is arranged on the inner wall of the water containing part 2, is abutted against the outer wall of the washing part 3 and is used for cleaning the outer wall of the washing part 3; a buffer cavity 402 is arranged in the cleaning module 4, and a water box 5 of the clothes treatment device is communicated with the buffer cavity 402 through a waterway; the cleaning module 4 is provided with a water spraying hole 403, and the buffer chamber 402 sprays cleaning water to the outer wall of the washing part 3 through the water spraying hole 403.
Through the arrangement, the buffer cavity 402 is arranged in the cleaning module 4 and is communicated with the water box 5, so that the cleaning module 4 sprays water to clean the outer wall of the washing part 3, meanwhile, cleaning water flows into the buffer cavity 402 and is further mixed in the buffer cavity 402, and the flushing effect is improved; and the additive is completely dissolved, so that the phenomenon that undissolved additive is attached to the dead angle inside the clothes treatment device and pollutes the internal environment is fundamentally avoided.
In the embodiment of the invention, the cleaning module 4 comprises a mounting part 404 connected with the water containing part 2, and a buffer cavity 402 is formed in the mounting part 404; a cleaning part 405 is fixed to one side of the mounting part 404 near the washing part 3, and the cleaning module 4 is abutted against the outer wall of the washing part 3 through the cleaning part 405.
Preferably, the side surface of the cleaning part 405 contacting the outer wall of the washing part 3 is provided with an arc surface which is concave inwards, and the radius of the arc surface is not smaller than the radius of the outer wall of the washing part 3; when two ends of the arc-shaped surface in the circumferential direction are attached to the outer wall of the washing part 3, the middle part of the arc-shaped surface is abutted to the outer wall of the washing part 3 through smaller compression deformation; for the cleaning portion 405 that the plane set up, the arc surface that this preferred provides makes the cleaning portion 405 have bigger area of contact with the outer wall of the washing portion 3 when guaranteeing that the resilience force of mid portion to the outer wall of the washing portion 3 is unchangeable or reduced to the cleaning effect of cleaning module 4 has been promoted when not influencing the rotation of washing portion 3.
More preferably, the radius of the arc surface of the cleaning part 405 is equal to the radius of the outer wall of the washing part 3, so that the pressure of each part of the arc surface to the outer wall of the washing part 3 is equal, and each part of the arc surface can sufficiently clean the outer wall of the washing part 3, and the friction force received by the arc surface is respectively equal when the cleaning effect is further improved, so that the friction force received by each part of the arc surface is reduced under the condition of ensuring the cleaning effect when the extending length of the cleaning part 405 is properly adjusted, and the accelerated aging of the cleaning part 405 due to the larger local friction force is avoided, thereby improving the overall service life of the cleaning module 4.
As shown in fig. 5-7 and 11-13, in the embodiment of the present invention, a water inlet 408 penetrating through the side wall is provided on one side wall of the cleaning module 4, and the buffer cavity 402 is communicated with the pipe orifice of the water outlet pipe 501 of the water box 5 through the water inlet 408; by extending the water outlet pipe 501 into the buffer chamber 402, the stability of the communication between the buffer chamber 402 and the water outlet pipe 501 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 5-7 and 11-13, in the embodiment of the present invention, the mounting portion 404 is a box, the cleaning portion 405 is friction members 406 distributed at the bottom of the mounting portion 404, and the front ends of the friction members 406 are respectively abutted against the outer wall of the washing portion 3; the mounting portion 404 is provided with water spouts 403 between the friction members 406.
As shown in fig. 5 and 11, the friction member 406 is preferably formed of scouring pad or porous rubber or a material having pores distributed therein; the friction member 406 is connected to the mounting portion 404 by a common fixing means such as adhesion, integral injection molding, etc.; through the internal pores, washing water with detergent generates abundant foam through friction in the pores, and the cleaning effect on the outer wall of the liner is further improved; meanwhile, in the process of treating the laundry, the washing water of the inner tub 310 may generate abundant foam through the cleaning module 4, so that the cleaning effect of the laundry may be improved.
As shown in fig. 6 and 12, another preferred embodiment is that the friction member 406 is a brush fixed on the surface of the mounting portion 404, and the cleaning function of the cleaning portion 405 is achieved by abutting the front end of the brush against the inner wall of the washing portion 3; meanwhile, the brushes can not form shielding to the water spraying holes 403 arranged between the brushes, so that the cleaning water in the buffer cavity 402 is sprayed to the outer wall of the washing barrel through the water spraying holes 403, the scouring effect on the outer wall of the washing barrel is achieved, the dirt hung by the brushes is directly washed away, the dirt remained on the outer wall of the washing part 3 is avoided, the dirt is attached to the outer wall of the washing part 3 again, and therefore the cleaning effect on the outer wall of the washing part 3 is further improved.
As shown in fig. 7 and 13, in another embodiment of the present invention, the mounting portion 404 is a groove body with an opening near one side of the washing portion 3, the cleaning portion 405 is a friction block 407 with a through hole, one side of the cleaning portion 405 is correspondingly fixed on the opening of the mounting portion 404, the corresponding sides of the mounting portion 404 and the cleaning portion 405 form a buffer cavity 402, and the through hole of the cleaning portion 405 forms a water spraying hole 403; the mounting portion 404 and the cleaning portion 405 are engaged and clamped by bonding, or integral injection molding, or an inward concave groove arranged on the periphery of the cleaning portion 405 and a convex rib arranged in a position matching manner of the mounting portion 404, so that the mounting portion 404 and the cleaning portion 405 are fixedly mounted.
In the embodiment of the invention, the cleaning module 4 is fixed on the inner wall of the water containing segment 2.
In another embodiment of the invention, the cleaning module 4 is detachably connected with the water containing segment 2; the shell 1 is provided with an openable mounting port 101, and the cleaning module 4 is detached and replaced through the mounting port 101; by detachable connection, the cleaning module 4 is set to be a replaceable structure, so that deformation of the cleaning part 405 caused by long-time use is avoided, and the cleaning effect on the outer wall of the washing part 3 is reduced; the cleaning module 4, due to the constantly humid condition, causes the bacteria themselves to affect the physical health of the user; the impurity precipitation in the cleaning water causes the problem that the water spraying holes 403 of the cleaning module 4 are blocked and the like, so that the use experience of a user is improved.
Example 3
Embodiment 3 of the present invention provides a laundry treating apparatus using the pulsator tub structure of embodiments 1 and 2 based on the technical solutions of embodiments 1 and 2 described above.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, in the embodiment of the present invention, a laundry treating apparatus of pulsator tub structure includes a pulsator tub housing 110, a housing 1 having a laundry inlet opened upward; an outer tub 210, a vertically disposed water containing part 2, an inner tub 310, and a vertically disposed washing part 3; a fixing groove 201 extending vertically is formed in the rear side wall of the water containing part 2, a notch 203 is formed in the top end of the vertical fixing groove 201, and the cleaning module 4 is detachably arranged in the fixing groove 201 through the notch 203; the cleaning opening 202 is formed in one side of the fixing groove 201, which is close to the inner barrel 310, and the cleaning module 4 extends to the inner barrel 310 through the cleaning opening 202 and is abutted against the outer wall of the inner barrel 310.
With the above arrangement, since the inner tub 310 is vertically arranged, the dirt is concentrated under the influence of gravity in the washing process, and the dirt density near the bottom is higher, so that the dirt adhesion amount is higher as the outer wall of the inner tub 310 is closer to the bottom; in this embodiment, through the cleaning module 4 with the buffer cavity 402 that is vertically arranged, the cleaning water in the buffer cavity 402 is affected by gravity, so that the water pressure of the cleaning water closer to the bottom is larger, the cleaning water sprayed out by the water spraying hole 403 closer to the bottom is larger, the flow rate is faster, the pressure of the cleaning water on the outer wall of the inner barrel 310 is higher, and therefore the cleaning water can be purposefully flushed on the bottom of the outer wall of the inner barrel 310, the utilization of the cleaning water is improved, and the flushing effect on the outer wall of the inner barrel 310 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 5-8, in the embodiment of the present invention, two side slot walls of the vertical fixing slot 201 are respectively provided with a fixing portion 204 extending vertically, the fixing slot 201 forms a slideway structure through each fixing portion 204, and the cleaning module 4 is connected with the corresponding fixing portion 204 in an inserting manner through the mounting slots 401 arranged on the corresponding two sides, so that the cleaning module 4 is detachably inserted in the fixing slot 201 in a sliding manner; the cleaning module 4 is convenient to detach and install while stable fixing of the cleaning module 4 is realized in an inserting mode.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, an annular outer tub cover 205 is installed on the top of the outer tub 210, for shielding the gap between the outer tub 210 and the inner tub 310, and a gap 206 is formed above the cleaning module 4 in the outer tub cover 205; the pulsator tub housing 110 includes a tray 102 disposed at the top; the tray 102 is arranged above the outer barrel 210, and the tray 102 is correspondingly provided with a mounting opening 101 above the notch 206; the cleaning module 4 is detached and installed through the installation opening 101 and the opening 206 in sequence; through the transformation to impeller bucket clothing processing apparatus, under the condition that does not influence structural strength, convenient cleaning module 4's dismantlement installation.
Specifically, the notch 206 is an open opening, and by opening the mounting opening 101, a user's hand can directly extend between the outer tub 210 and the inner tub 310, and pull out the cleaning module 4 by grasping the top end of the cleaning module 4; the bottom end of the new cleaning module 4 is plugged into the corresponding fixed groove 201 downwards until the cleaning module 4 is abutted with the bottom of the outer barrel 210; the mounting port 101 is then closed and the replacement is completed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the flexible sealing sleeve is sleeved between the notch 203 of the fixing groove 201 and the mounting port 101 of the tray seat 102 in a sealing way, so that the problem that the use of the clothes treatment device is affected due to leakage of clean water caused by unsmooth drainage of the cleaning module 4 or poor connection between the cleaning module 4 and the water inlet pipe is avoided.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the water cartridge 5 of the laundry treating apparatus is detachably provided at the mounting port 101; the bottom of the water box 5 is provided with a water outlet pipe 501 which extends into the impeller shell 110 from the mounting port 101; the water outlet pipe 501 sequentially passes through the notch 206 and the notch 203 at the top end of the fixed groove 201 to extend into the fixed groove 201, and is communicated with the buffer cavity 402 of the cleaning module 4 through the water inlet 408 arranged at the top end of the cleaning module 4.
Through the above-mentioned setting, through installing water box 5 cooperation on installing port 101, under the setting condition that opens and shuts that realizes installing port 101, rationally utilize the space that installing port 101 occupy to the overall dimension of clothing processing apparatus has been reduced.
In the embodiment of the invention, the top end passing area of the mounting opening 101 of the tray 102 is larger than the bottom end passing area; the water box 5 is arranged in a structure with a large upper part and a small lower part in a matched manner and is clamped on the tray seat 102 through being matched with the mounting port 101 in a shape; specifically, the tray 102 is provided with a surrounding frame 104 extending downwards at the mounting opening 101, and the diameter of the surrounding frame 104 is gradually reduced downwards from the mounting opening 101 to form a mounting structure with wide upper part and narrow lower part; more specifically, the bottom end of the surrounding frame 104 structure is horizontally bent and extended towards the center of the mounting port 101 so as to be propped against the bottom of the water box 5 and used for bearing the water box 5, thereby further improving the fixing effect of the water box 5; in addition, the contact area between the water box 5 and the tray seat 102 can be increased, the pressure intensity between the water box 5 and the tray seat 102 is reduced, the contact surface between the tray seat 102 and the water box 5 is not easy to deform, and the locking stability is improved.
Preferably, a water supply pipe 103 of the clothes treatment device is communicated with the water box 5, and the water outlet end of the water supply pipe 103 is fixed on the surrounding frame 104 and penetrates through the surrounding frame 104 to be flush with the inner wall of the surrounding frame 104 or extends out from the inner wall of the surrounding frame 104 to the center of the surrounding frame 104; the corresponding position of the water box 5 is provided with a liquid inlet, and the water outlet end of the water supply pipe 103 is in flush butt joint with the liquid inlet or stretches into the water box 5 from the liquid inlet so as to realize the communication water supply of the water supply pipe 103 and the water box 5.
Further preferably, the water outlet end of the water supply pipe 103 extends into the water box 5 through the liquid inlet of the water box 5, a sealing ring is sleeved on the periphery of the water supply pipe 103, an annular groove attached to the sealing ring is correspondingly formed in the water box 5, the sealing effect of the joint of the water supply pipe 103 and the water box 5 is further improved through the arrangement of the sealing ring, and the occurrence of liquid leakage is further avoided.
In the embodiment of the invention, the top of the tray seat 102 is provided with the profiling which is concave inwards at the periphery of the mounting opening 101, the periphery of the top of the water box 5 is correspondingly provided with the convex rib which extends outwards, and the water box 5 is arranged on the profiling in a matched manner through the convex rib, so that the mounting stability of the water box 5 is further improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the water box 5 is provided with the handle part which is of an upward protruding structure, so that a user can conveniently detach the water box 5.
Example 4
Embodiment 4 of the present invention is different from embodiment 3 described above in that embodiment 4 is based on the technical solutions of embodiments 1 and 2 described above, and provides a laundry treating apparatus employing the drum structures of embodiments 1 and 2.
As shown in fig. 8 to 14, in the embodiment of the present invention, the laundry treating apparatus of the drum structure includes a drum housing 120, a housing 1 having a laundry putting opening opened forward; an outer cylinder 220, a horizontally arranged water containing portion 2; an inner cylinder 320, a washing part 3 horizontally arranged; the top of the outer cylinder 220 is provided with a horizontally extending fixing groove 201; the top of the horizontal fixed groove 201 is provided with a notch 203, and the cleaning module 4 is detachably arranged in the fixed groove 201 through the notch 203; the top of the drum housing 120 is provided with an openable and closable mounting opening 101, and the cleaning module 4 is detached and replaced through the mounting opening 101.
By the arrangement, the inner cylinder 320 is horizontally arranged, so that dirt is uniformly attached to the outer wall of the inner cylinder 320; in this embodiment, through the cleaning module 4 with the buffer cavity 402 horizontally arranged, the cleaning water in the buffer cavity 402 is affected by gravity, and is sprayed downwards through the water spraying holes 403, and because the water spraying holes 403 are respectively located on the same horizontal plane, the sprayed water flow is equal, the pressure on the outer wall of the inner barrel 310 is equal, so that the cleaning water uniformly washes the outer wall of the inner barrel 320, the utilization of the cleaning water is promoted, and the washing effect on the outer wall of the inner barrel 310 is ensured. In the embodiment of the invention, the top ends of the groove walls at two sides of the fixed groove 201 are arranged in a protruding way from the outer side of the outer cylinder 220 to the mounting port 101; through the protrusion setting of cell wall to utilize the space between outer section of thick bamboo 220 and the cylinder shell 120, make the fixed position of cleaning module 4 to the outside direction removal of urceolus 220, thereby reduce the demand of cleaning module 4 to the space between urceolus 220 and inner tube 320, when realizing the unfixed of cleaning module 4, make the interval between inner tube 320 and outer barrel 210 shorten as required, thereby reach the effect of saving water resources.
In the embodiment of the invention, two side groove walls of the horizontal fixing groove 201 are respectively provided with a fixing part 204 which extends horizontally, the fixing groove 201 forms a buckling structure through each fixing part 204, and the cleaning module 4 is in buckling connection with the corresponding fixing part 204 through the mounting grooves 401 which are arranged at the corresponding two sides, so that the cleaning module 4 is detachably buckled in the fixing groove 201; through the connected mode of lock joint, when can realizing stable fixed, made things convenient for the user to dismantle the installation to clean module 4.
Preferably, the width of the fixing groove 201 gradually decreases from the notch 203 to the bottom, and the cleaning module 4 gradually decreases along the corresponding direction, so that the cleaning module 4 is engaged in the fixing groove 201 in a shape-fit manner.
In an embodiment of the invention, the mounting portion 404 of the cleaning module 4 is provided with deformability, such as plastic, hard rubber, etc.; so as to facilitate the clamping of the cleaning module 4 in the fixing groove 201.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the water box 5 of the laundry treating apparatus is provided with the water outlet pipe 501 extending toward the cleaning module 4; the water outlet pipe 501 is fixed to a sidewall of the fixing groove 201 and is detachably connected to the buffer chamber 402 of the cleaning module 4 through the corresponding sidewall.
Through being fixed in outlet pipe 501 on the fixed slot 201 to promote outlet pipe 501's stability, simultaneously, cleaning module 4 and the inboard cell wall looks butt of fixed slot 201, in order to conveniently through simple setting, realize that outlet pipe 501 is linked together with the buffer chamber 402 is inside.
In the embodiment of the invention, the water outlet pipe 501 of the water box 5 penetrates through the fixed groove 201 and is arranged flush with the inner wall of the fixed groove 201, and the water inlet 408 of the cleaning module 4 is butted with the water outlet pipe 501, so that the waterway is communicated with the buffer cavity 402 of the cleaning module 4; the cleaning module 4 is provided with a water spraying hole 403 at the bottom of the buffer cavity 402, and cleaning water in the buffer cavity 402 washes the outer wall of the inner cylinder 320 through the water spraying hole 403.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the outlet pipe 501 of the waterway is protruded into the fixed slot 201 through the fixed slot 201, the inner diameter of the water inlet 408 of the cleaning module 4 is not larger than the outer diameter of the outlet pipe 501, so that the outlet pipe 501 is protruded into the buffer cavity 402 through the water inlet 408; to promote the stability of the communication between the water outlet pipe 501 and the buffer chamber 402.
In the embodiment of the invention, the roller shell 120 is provided with a mounting port 101 right above the cleaning module 4, and the cleaning module 4 is detached and mounted through the mounting port 101; the installation opening 101 is covered with a openable and closable deck door 105, and the deck door 105 is hinged or slidably connected to the drum housing 120.
Preferably, a flexible sealing sleeve is sleeved between the mounting port 101 and the notch 203 of the fixing groove 201 in a sealing manner, so that the fixing groove 201 is isolated from the space between the outer cylinder 220 and the roller shell 120, and the condition that the fixing groove 201 is communicated outwards and water leakage occurs in the space between the roller shell 120 is avoided.

a housing (1);
a water containing part (2) arranged in the shell (1);
a washing part (3) sleeved in the water containing part (2);
the cleaning module (4) is arranged on the inner wall of the water containing part (2), is abutted against the outer wall of the washing part (3) and is used for cleaning the outer wall of the washing part (3);
the cleaning device is characterized in that the cleaning module (4) is detachably connected with the water containing part (2); the shell (1) is provided with an openable mounting port (101), and the cleaning module (4) is detached and replaced through the mounting port (101).

A laundry treatment device according to claim 1, characterized in that the water containing segment (2) is provided with a fixing groove (201) extending axially along the water containing segment (2); the cleaning module (4) is of a strip-shaped structure and is detachably arranged in the fixing groove (201); a cleaning opening (202) is formed in one side of the fixing groove (201) close to the washing part (3), so that the cleaning module (4) extends to the inner barrel (310) through the cleaning opening (202) and is abutted against the outer wall of the washing part (3);
preferably, the top of the fixed groove (201) is provided with a notch (203), and the cleaning module (4) is detachably arranged in the fixed groove (201) through the notch (203).

A laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that fixing parts (204) protruding toward opposite sides are provided on both side tank walls of the fixing tank (201) in the tank extending direction; the corresponding sides of the cleaning modules (4) are respectively provided with mounting grooves (401) which are concave inwards, and each mounting groove (401) is connected with the corresponding fixing part (204) in a matched manner, so that the cleaning modules (4) are detachably arranged in the fixing grooves (201);
Preferably, the cross section of each mounting groove (401) is circular arc, the cross section of the corresponding fixing piece is circular arc, and each mounting groove (401) is connected with the corresponding fixing piece in a shape matching manner.

A laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the water tank (5) of the laundry treatment apparatus is connected to the cleaning module (4) through a waterway, so that the water tank (5) supplies water to the cleaning module (4) when the cleaning module (4) performs a cleaning process;
preferably, a buffer cavity (402) is arranged in the cleaning module (4), and a water box (5) of the clothes treatment device is communicated with the buffer cavity (402) through a waterway; the cleaning module (4) is provided with a water spraying hole (403), and the buffer cavity (402) sprays cleaning water to the outer wall of the inner barrel (310) through the water spraying hole (403);
preferably, the cleaning module (4) is a compressible strip structure.

A laundry treatment device according to claim 4, characterized in that the cleaning module (4) comprises a mounting portion (404) detachably connected to the tub (210), the mounting portion (404) having a buffer chamber (402) inside; a cleaning part (405) is fixed on one side of the mounting part (404) close to the inner barrel (310), and the cleaning module (4) is abutted with the outer wall of the inner barrel (310) through the cleaning part (405);
Preferably, a water inlet (408) penetrating through the side wall is formed in one side wall of the cleaning module (4), and the buffer cavity (402) is detachably communicated with a pipe orifice of a water outlet pipe (501) of the water box (5) through the water inlet (408).

The clothes treating apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the mounting portion (404) is a box body having a buffer chamber (402), the cleaning portion (405) is friction members (406) distributed at the bottom of the mounting portion (404), and the front ends of the friction members (406) are respectively abutted against the outer wall of the inner tub (310); the mounting part (404) is provided with water spray holes (403) between the friction pieces (406);
or the mounting part (404) is a groove body with an opening near one side of the inner barrel (310), the cleaning part (405) is a friction block (407) with a through hole, one side of the cleaning part (405) is correspondingly fixed on the opening of the mounting part (404), the buffer cavity (402) is formed by the corresponding sides of the mounting part (404) and the cleaning part (405), and the through hole of the cleaning part (405) forms the water spraying hole (403).

a pulsator tub casing (110), a casing (1) provided with a clothes putting opening upwards;
an outer barrel (210), a water containing part (2) which is vertically arranged,
An inner tub (310), a vertically disposed washing part (3);
a fixing groove (201) extending vertically is formed in the rear side wall of the water containing part (2), a notch (203) is formed in the top end of the vertical fixing groove (201), and the cleaning module (4) is detachably arranged in the fixing groove (201) through the notch (203);
an opening is formed in one side, close to the inner barrel (310), of the fixing groove (201), and the cleaning module (4) extends to the inner barrel (310) through the opening and is abutted to the outer wall of the inner barrel (310).
8. The clothes treating apparatus of claim 7, wherein fixing portions (204) extending vertically are provided on both side walls of the vertical fixing groove (201), the fixing groove (201) forms a slide structure by the fixing portions (204), and the cleaning module (4) is connected with the corresponding fixing portions (204) by inserting through mounting grooves (401) provided on the corresponding both sides, so that the cleaning module (4) is detachably inserted in the fixing groove (201).
9. The clothes treating apparatus of claim 7, wherein an annular outer tub cover (205) is installed at the top of the outer tub (210), for shielding a gap between the outer tub (210) and the inner tub (310), and a gap (206) is formed in the outer tub cover (205) above the cleaning module (4);
the impeller barrel shell (110) comprises a tray seat (102) arranged at the top; the tray seat (102) is arranged above the outer barrel (210), and an installation opening (101) is correspondingly arranged above the notch (206) on the tray seat (102); the cleaning module (4) is detached and installed through the installation opening (101) and the opening (206) in sequence.
