Detailed Description
The present application is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration and not limitation. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only some, but not all of the structures related to the present application are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that in this document, relational terms such as first and second are used solely to distinguish one entity or action or object from another entity or action or object without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions or objects. For example, "first" and "second" of a first object and a second object are used to distinguish between two different objects.
In order to facilitate understanding, in the embodiment, the device management method based on RFID is described by executing the device management method based on RFID on an interactive tablet, where the interactive tablet may be an integrated device that performs manipulation and man-machine interaction on content displayed on a display tablet through a touch technology, and integrates one or more functions of a projector, an electronic whiteboard, a curtain, a sound device, a television, a video conference terminal, and the like.
Generally, the interactive tablet includes at least one display screen. For example, the interactive tablet is configured with a display screen having a touch function, and the display screen may be a capacitive screen, a resistive screen, or an electromagnetic screen. Further, the user can realize touch operation by touching the display screen with a finger or a touch pen, and accordingly, the interactive flat panel detects the touch position, determines a response scheme according to display content corresponding to the touch position, and then responds to realize a touch function. For example, the corresponding control with the display content as a certain function is determined according to the touch position, and at this time, the response scheme is to execute the function. It can be understood that in practical application, the user can also realize control operation by means of a keyboard, a mouse, physical keys, and the like.
Typically, the interactive tablet is installed with at least one type of operating system, including, but not limited to, android systems, linux systems, and Windows systems. Further, the interactive tablet may install at least one application program based on the operating system, and in an embodiment, the interactive tablet is exemplarily described with an application program having a drawing function. For example, an electronic whiteboard application having a drawing function is installed in the interactive tablet. The application program may be an application program of the operating system, or may be an application program downloaded from a third party device or a server. Optionally, the application program has other editing functions besides drawing functions, such as writing, form insertion, picture insertion, multimedia insertion, graphic insertion, form drawing, and the like.
Therefore, based on good interactivity and experience of the interactive flat board, the interactive flat board is widely applied to use scenes such as teaching and online conferences. In the use scene, the interactive flat panel screen is matched with at least one peripheral device, such as a handwriting pen, a microphone, a wireless screen transmitter and the like. The interactive flat board is provided with an RFID UHF module, each peripheral device is provided with a UHF label, the UHF labels carry device information of the peripheral devices, and the interactive flat board can scan the UHF labels through the RFID UHF module and acquire the device information on the UHF labels.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an RFID-based device management method according to an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 1, the method at least includes the following steps:
and step S110, responding to a starting instruction of the interactive flat board, and scanning equipment information carried by the UHF tag through the RFID UHF module.
The start command of the interactive flat panel is a control command for controlling the interactive flat panel to start or resume, and it is conceivable that pressing the power button on the interactive flat panel may be regarded as the interactive flat panel receiving the start command, and the interactive flat panel may be turned from the off state to the on state, or from the temporary off state (such as in the sleep mode) to the resume start state.
In the case that the interactive flat board is equipped with a remote controller, the start command of the interactive flat board can also be sent by the remote controller, and likewise, the interactive flat board receives the start command sent by the remote controller, and the interactive flat board can be converted into a start state from a shutdown state or converted into a recovery start state from a temporary shutdown state.
It should be appreciated that the boot duration exists between the time when the interactive tablet receives the boot command and the time when the device is completely booted into the display interface, i.e., the boot process of the interactive tablet. In the starting-up process of the interactive flat board, the interactive flat board can scan UHF labels of peripheral equipment through the RFID UHF module, so that equipment information of the corresponding peripheral equipment is obtained, wherein the equipment information can comprise equipment names, equipment models and the like.
Step S120, equipment information corresponding to the peripheral equipment is acquired according to the scanning result.
The interactive flat board scans the peripheral equipment through the RFID UHF module to obtain a scanning result, and if the number of the peripheral equipment is identified in the scanning range, the information carried on the UHF label is obtained through the RFID UHF module.
For example, an RFID UHF module emits electromagnetic waves of a certain frequency through a transmitting antenna thereon. When the UHF tag is positioned in the working range of the transmitting antenna, induced current is generated inside the UHF tag to be activated, and equipment information carried in the UHF tag is transmitted to the RFID UHF module in a signal form through the internal antenna. And demodulating and decoding the received signals by the RFID UHF module to acquire equipment information.
It should be noted that, after the interaction tablet acquires the device information, the device information may be recorded in a local memory, or may be uploaded to a server.
And step S130, generating a visual equipment list according to the acquired equipment information, and displaying the equipment information in the visual equipment list.
After the device information is acquired, the interactive tablet generates a visual device list. The visual device list displays the scanned related information of the peripheral devices, such as the device name, the device model and the like.
In an embodiment, the visual device list displays a picture of the peripheral device in addition to the device name of the peripheral device. The method comprises the steps that an image of peripheral equipment matched with the interactive flat board is stored on the interactive flat board; the device information carries a storage path, and the storage path corresponds to the storage path of the picture of the peripheral device corresponding to the device information on the interactive panel. For example, the peripheral device is a handwriting pen, and after the interaction panel acquires the device information corresponding to the handwriting pen, a storage path such as C\a local gallery\a peripheral device picture\the handwriting pen jpg can be obtained by analysis, so that the interaction panel reads the picture and can be displayed on a visual device list. Similarly, the device information may also carry a picture link, and the interactive tablet obtains a picture corresponding to the peripheral device by reading the picture link, where it is conceivable that the picture link is a URL (uniform resource locator ).
Therefore, in the opening process of the interactive flat board in the embodiment of the application, UHF labels on all peripheral devices can be identified through the RFID UHF module on the interactive flat board so as to acquire the device information of the peripheral devices, and a visual device list is generated, so that a user can quickly learn the peripheral devices matched with the interactive flat board, and a quick and effective device management scheme is provided for the user.
In an embodiment, a usage guidance control corresponding to the peripheral device is also displayed in the visual device list, so that when the interactive tablet receives a trigger operation for receiving the visual device list after the visual device list is generated, corresponding usage guidance information is displayed in response to the trigger operation. It is conceivable that the triggering operation acts on one use guide control. For the usage guidance information, it may be that the interactive tablet acquires the usage guidance information of the peripheral device from the server after determining the scanned device; alternatively, the memory of the interactive tablet may store the usage instruction information corresponding to the peripheral device, and when the device information of the corresponding peripheral device is scanned, the interactive tablet may read the corresponding usage instruction information from the memory. The instruction information may be an animated video, instructions for use, or the like.
The user may learn about the use of the peripheral device by triggering a use guide control on the visual device list to cause the display of use guide information for the corresponding peripheral device on the interactive tablet. Illustratively, a use guide control corresponding to the wireless screen transmitter is displayed on the visual device list of the interactive tablet, and when the user triggers the use guide control, the interactive tablet responds to the triggering operation to display the use guide information of the wireless screen transmitter on a display interface, such as displaying an animation video corresponding to how to use the wireless screen transmitter.
It is conceivable that for the triggering operation of the use guide control, it may be that the user clicks the use guide control by a finger or a stylus, thereby displaying use guide information corresponding to the use guide control. Besides the click triggering mode, the triggering operation can be the triggering modes of long-time pressing, dragging and the like of the use guide control, and the specific triggering mode is determined according to the operating system of the interactive panel. In the case that one of the usage guidance controls has been triggered, the user may trigger another of the usage guidance controls, thereby causing usage guidance information for both peripheral devices to be displayed on the interactive tablet.
In addition, in the visual device list, a picture of the peripheral device can be displayed on the use guide control, and the name of the peripheral device can be correspondingly displayed, so that the user can directly trigger the picture to enable the interactive flat panel to display the use guide information corresponding to the peripheral device in view of the user.
Therefore, the user can display the use guide information of the corresponding peripheral equipment on the interactive flat plate through the triggering operation of the visual equipment list, so that the user can learn how to use the peripheral equipment, the user is helped to quickly grasp the peripheral equipment without additionally searching the use method of the peripheral equipment, and under the condition that the peripheral equipment is numerous, the user can be helped to grasp the use of the peripheral equipment matched with the interactive flat plate, and the learning cost of the user is reduced.
In one embodiment, in response to a launch instruction to the interactive tablet, the interactive tablet connects to the peripheral device according to a device connection policy defaults thereon. The default device connection strategy on the interactive flat board is a control operation which is preset in the operation system of the interactive flat board and is automatically executed by the interactive flat board, after the interactive flat board is started and receives a starting instruction, the interactive flat board opens a corresponding functional module and is connected with peripheral devices, such as a wifi switch, a Bluetooth switch and the like, so as to realize connection with the peripheral devices. It is contemplated that when a connection to a peripheral device also requires the use of a particular software application, the interactive tablet may also open a corresponding software application to effect the connection to the peripheral device.
Correspondingly, the connection state information corresponding to the peripheral device and the interactive tablet is also displayed in the visual device list, as shown in fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the visual device list provided in the embodiment of the present application.
For example, for peripheral devices that require passive connections, such as wireless microphones, the wireless microphones are connected to the interactive tablet through bluetooth. Therefore, when the Bluetooth switch is opened by both the interactive tablet and the wireless microphone, the two can be connected through Bluetooth pairing, so that the wireless microphone can transmit audio information to the interactive tablet. The interactive tablet may obtain connection status information with the wireless microphone, where the connection status information is used to indicate that the interactive tablet is in a connected state with the wireless microphone, and display the connection status information in the visual device list, for example, display "connected" or "available" to indicate that the interactive tablet is in a connected state with the wireless microphone.
Of course, for the case where the wireless microphone does not turn on the bluetooth switch, the interactive tablet is in an unconnected state with the wireless microphone. Therefore, the connection state information acquired by the interactive panel is used for indicating that the interactive panel is in an unconnected state with the wireless microphone, and the connection state information is displayed in the visual equipment list, for example, the interactive panel is in an unconnected state with the wireless microphone by displaying "unconnected" or "unavailable" and the like.
For example, for a peripheral device that requires active connection, a wired microphone requires a user to actively plug its connector into a corresponding interface on the interactive pad, and when the connector of the wired microphone is plugged into the corresponding interface on the interactive pad, the interactive pad and the wired microphone are in a connected state. Thus, the interactive tablet may obtain connection status information with the wired microphone, where the connection status information is used to indicate that the interactive tablet is in a connected state with the wired microphone, and display the connection status information in the list of the visualization device, for example, display "connected" or "available" to indicate that the interactive tablet is in a connected state with the wired microphone.
Of course, in the case that the connector of the wired microphone is not inserted into the corresponding interface on the interactive panel, the interactive panel and the wired microphone are in an unconnected state. Therefore, the connection state information acquired by the interactive panel is used for indicating that the interactive panel and the wired microphone are in an unconnected state, and the connection state information is displayed in the visual equipment list, for example, the interactive panel and the wired microphone are in an unconnected state by displaying 'unconnected' or 'unavailable'.
In some embodiments, the interactive tablet and the peripheral device may be configured in a conference room, and further description will be given below taking an example of configuring the interactive tablet applying the method described in the embodiments of the present application in each of a plurality of conference rooms.
After the interactive flat board is started, the relevant information of the local and peripheral equipment can be uploaded to the server, so that the server records the relevant information of a plurality of interactive flat boards and the peripheral equipment thereof, such as equipment names, models, IP addresses and the like of the interactive flat boards and the equipment information of the peripheral equipment thereof. In addition, a conference room reservation system can be further arranged on the server, and the conference room reservation system classifies corresponding interaction plates and peripheral equipment according to conference room numbers, and it is noted that users can log in the conference room reservation system through websites, software applications and the like by using devices capable of being networked such as intelligent terminals and computers.
In the conference room reservation system, related information of interaction plates and peripheral devices configured in different conference rooms can be queried, and it is conceivable that a plurality of conference rooms can be divided into different types of functional conference rooms according to the configured interaction plates and peripheral devices, such as video conference rooms, multimedia conference rooms and the like.
For the same conference room, more peripheral devices are configured in the conference room, so that more functions can be realized, namely, the same conference room can be used as a plurality of different types of functional conference rooms. For example, in a multimedia conference room, peripheral devices such as a camera, a microphone, a wireless screen transmitter and the like are configured in addition to the interactive tablet, and the multimedia conference room can realize a video conference function realized by the video conference room through the peripheral devices such as the camera, the microphone and the like, so that the reserved conference type of the multimedia conference room at least comprises a multimedia conference type and a video conference type.
In the conference room reservation system, the user may select the reserved conference type of the conference room after selecting the conference room, for example, when the user selects the multimedia conference room, the conference room may be further selected as the video conference room, that is, by selecting the reserved conference type corresponding to the video conference type.
The user can reserve the conference room, the reserved conference type of the conference room and the like in the conference room reservation system, the server can issue corresponding reservation information to the interaction panel, and it is conceivable that the interaction panel can receive the reserved conference information after starting, so that corresponding response operation is performed, for example, the standby peripheral equipment is connected according to the reservation information.
Illustratively, the user reserves a conference room in the conference room reservation system and the correspondingly selected reserved conference type is a video conference type. After the interactive flat board receives the starting instruction and executes starting, the interactive flat board receives reservation information and is connected with peripheral equipment required by the video conference type, namely standby peripheral equipment according to the reservation information. For example, the standby peripheral devices corresponding to the video conference type include a camera and a microphone, the interactive tablet may connect the camera and the microphone according to a default device connection policy. In addition, the interactive tablet may also correspondingly display connection status information of the standby peripheral device and the interactive tablet in the visual list, so as to indicate whether the standby peripheral device and the interactive tablet are successfully connected.
Therefore, the interactive flat plate can provide an efficient device management scheme for the interactive flat plate and the peripheral devices configured by the interactive flat plate according to the reservation information determined by the operation of the user on the conference room reservation system, so that the user can learn the specific peripheral devices corresponding to the current application scene in time.
In an embodiment, when the interactive flat board receives the reservation information under the condition that the interactive flat board is started and the identification of the peripheral equipment is completed, the interactive flat board can confirm the adaptive equipment corresponding to the reservation conference type in the scanned peripheral equipment as the standby peripheral equipment according to the reservation conference type determined by the reservation information.
In a meeting room, for example, the interactive flat board scans device information carried by a plurality of UHF labels through the RFID UHF module, and a visual device list is correspondingly generated on the interactive flat board, namely, in the meeting room, the interactive flat board is provided with a plurality of peripheral devices, such as a camera, a microphone, a wireless screen sensor and a handwriting pen, and the visual device list generated by the interactive flat board displays the device information of the peripheral devices.
The interactive tablet receives reservation information corresponding to the video conference type, so that the interactive tablet can select an adapting device from peripheral devices according to the determined video conference type, wherein the adapting device is a peripheral device adapted to an application scene corresponding to the reserved conference type, for example, in a video conference type scene, the adapting device at least comprises a camera and a microphone. Accordingly, when the interactive tablet receives reservation information corresponding to the type of video conference, the interactive tablet selects an adaptation device from among the already-identified peripheral devices as a standby peripheral device, and connects the adaptation device with a device connection policy.
And the interactive flat board can also put the top display adapting device or mark display adapting device in the visual device list, so that the user can learn the peripheral devices which are adapted to the application scene corresponding to the current reserved conference type in the visual device list. It should be noted that, in some embodiments, for the adapting device, the interactive tablet may also display the adapting device in a popup window manner.
In an embodiment, for a case where a connection state between the peripheral device and the interactive tablet is changed, the interactive tablet may update connection state information in the visual device list according to a connection operation to the peripheral device.
Illustratively, the interactive pad is connected to a peripheral device such as a wireless microphone via bluetooth, and the interactive pad and the wireless microphone are in an unconnected state. The interactive tablet connects to the wireless microphone, such as by opening a bluetooth switch and making a connection with the wireless microphone, the interactive tablet and wireless microphone being in a connected state, so that on the list of visualization devices, the interactive tablet updates the connection state information thereon, such as from displaying "unconnected" to displaying "connected". Similarly, when the connection state of the interactive tablet and the wireless microphone is updated from the connected state to the unconnected state, the connection state information on the visual device list is updated accordingly, so that an effective device management scheme is provided for the user.
In some embodiments, the list of visualization devices may be displayed or hidden in a display interface of the interactive tablet. It is conceivable that the visual device list may be displayed on the display interface of the interactive tablet after the interactive tablet has been scanned and turned on, where the display of the visual device list is displayed without user triggering; alternatively, the list of visualization devices may be displayed on the display interface of the interactive tablet upon user-triggering.
Thus, when the interactive tablet receives a display operation for the list of the visual devices, the operation is triggered by a user through a finger or a stylus pen, so that the list of the visual devices can be displayed on a display interface of the interactive tablet. Also, for the displayed visual device list, when the interactive tablet receives a hiding operation for the visual device list, such as triggering the operation by a finger or a stylus pen, the visual device list can be hidden in the display interface of the interactive tablet. Therefore, the embodiment of the application can provide a quick interaction mode for the user, so that the user can quickly call the visual equipment list to learn the peripheral equipment and related information such as equipment information, connection state information, use guide information and the like, and the use experience of the user is effectively improved.
In an embodiment, a sidebar is disposed on the display interface of the interactive tablet, and the visual device list may be hidden on the sidebar in the form of a list display control. When the interaction panel receives a first drag operation on the list display control, for example, a user performs the first drag operation on the list display control through a touch object such as a finger or a handwriting pen, the interaction panel responds to the first drag operation and can display the visual equipment list on the display interface.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a drag list display control provided in an embodiment of the present application, and from the perspective of a user, the user uses a finger to drag a list display control 103 located on a sidebar 102 to the outside of the sidebar, so that a visual device list 104 can be displayed on a display interface of an interactive tablet 101. It is conceivable that the first drag operation is one of display operations, and the display operation may also be a click operation, such as that the user may also cause the visualization device list to be displayed in the display interface of the interactive tablet by clicking on the list display control.
In an embodiment, the visual device list is displayed on the interactive tablet, when the interactive tablet receives a second drag operation on the visual device list, for example, the user performs the second drag operation on the visual device list through a touch object, the interactive tablet responds to the second drag operation to hide the visual device list on a sidebar of the display interface, and the visual device list is hidden on the sidebar in the form of a list display control.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a dragging visual device list provided in the embodiment of the present application, when a user drags a visual device list 104 on a display interface to a sidebar 102 with a finger, the visual device list 104 may be hidden in the display interface of the interactive tablet 101, and a list display control 103 is displayed on the sidebar 102. It is conceivable that the second drag operation is one of the hiding operations.
