Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
It should be noted that, in the actual use process of the vehicle, there is often a scenario of borrowing the vehicle to other people, so that the vehicle owner needs to share the vehicle to different borrowers, for example, borrow the vehicle to a relative friend for use, or in the maintenance process of the vehicle, the maintenance personnel needs to borrow the vehicle key to move the vehicle. Different borrowers often need to allocate different vehicle control rights, for example, borrowing the vehicle to a friend for going far and borrowing only a key to a maintenance person for moving the vehicle, and the former needs to have a higher right of opening of the vehicle to the borrower than the latter.
To facilitate user operation, a variety of techniques for remotely unlocking a vehicle, such as a smart key system and NFC (Near Field Communication ) cards, are currently developed. The intelligent key system judges whether the intelligent key has proper authority to the vehicle by sending a low-frequency signal to the intelligent key, and receives a radio frequency response signal corresponding to the low-frequency signal from the intelligent key to authenticate the intelligent key; when the NFC card is used as a vehicle key, the NFC card has all the owner rights, and a user can realize multiple functions of unlocking, powering on and off, starting the vehicle, starting a multimedia host screen and the like of the vehicle through the NFC card.
At present, as long as a borrower takes a smart key or an NFC card, the borrower has all the rights of the car owners, and the vehicle can be completely used. When the privacy protection requirement exists for the vehicle owner, the vehicle authority cannot be effectively managed, and the privacy of the vehicle owner cannot be timely protected.
With the development of vehicle technology, vehicles are endowed with functions which are more and more convenient for users to use, and meanwhile, the risk of exposing the privacy of the users is also larger, so that the aim of protecting the privacy of owners of vehicles and the property safety of vehicles is achieved, and the problem to be solved is urgent at present.
Aiming at the problem that the vehicle rights cannot be managed timely and effectively at present, the application aims to provide the vehicle rights management method, by providing a user-defined rights setting interface for the vehicle owner at the vehicle owner terminal, the vehicle owner can conveniently and rapidly perform user-defined configuration on control parameters of the preset vehicle rights according to the actual situation of a borrower, the efficient management of the preset vehicle rights is realized, the privacy of the vehicle owner and the property safety of the vehicle are further effectively protected in time, and the use experience of the vehicle owner is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, a vehicle rights management method of the present application is shown and applied to a vehicle owner terminal, and the method may include the steps of:
S101: and responding to a trigger instruction aiming at the target permission mode, and displaying a custom permission setting interface.
It should be noted that, the execution body of the present embodiment is a vehicle owner terminal, and the vehicle owner terminal is a computing service device having functions of data processing, network communication and program running, for example, a smart phone, a tablet computer, and the like.
Specifically, when the vehicle owner has a plurality of vehicles, the vehicle owner terminal can be connected with a plurality of vehicle-mounted terminals, and different vehicle-mounted terminals correspond to different vehicles, so that the user can realize authority management on the plurality of vehicles at the same vehicle owner terminal.
In this embodiment, the operation of the vehicle owner at the vehicle owner terminal may be performed through a man-machine interaction interface of the vehicle owner terminal, and these man-machine interaction interfaces may be implemented as APP (Application program), and communication may be performed between the vehicle owner terminal and the vehicle-mounted terminal through Bluetooth, zigBee (ZigBee) network, 4G (fourth generation mobile communication technology) network, 5G (fifth generation mobile communication technology) network, wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity ) or the like.
In this embodiment, the owner may enter the rights management interface for the vehicle through the APP, and further trigger a trigger instruction for the target rights mode through clicking on the rights management interface. It should be noted that the target authority mode may be a user newly added authority mode or a history authority mode configured by the owner, that is, the owner may configure a new authority mode for a new borrower, or may modify an existing history authority mode.
In this embodiment, the vehicle owner terminal may then display a custom permission setting interface in response to a trigger instruction for the target permission mode, where the custom permission setting interface is used to display one or more current control parameters of the preset vehicle permission.
The preset vehicle authority may specifically include a central control screen operation authority, an in-vehicle application use authority, a vehicle component operation authority, a personal center viewing authority, and other vehicle authorities. The operation authority of the central control screen can comprise authority for operating preset keys of the central control screen, and different preset keys are used for realizing different vehicle functions; the in-car application use permission can comprise permission for using application programs such as a navigation system, an address book, a telephone, a music player, user download software and the like; the vehicle component operation authority can comprise authority for operating components such as a vehicle door, a trunk, a glove box, a vehicle-mounted safe box and the like; the personal center viewing authority includes authority to view owner information and vehicle information.
In this embodiment, the current control parameters of the preset vehicle right may specifically include a first control parameter indicating whether to start the vehicle right and a second control parameter indicating a usable duration of the vehicle right. That is, for any preset vehicle authority, the vehicle owner can not only remotely control whether the vehicle starts the preset vehicle authority, but also control the duration that the preset vehicle authority can be used.
S102: and acquiring target control parameters input aiming at the preset vehicle permission based on the custom permission setting interface.
In this embodiment, the vehicle owner can intuitively obtain the current control parameter of the preset vehicle authority through the custom authority setting interface, and further can select whether to modify the current control parameter according to the actual situation of the borrower. When the target authority mode is the newly added authority mode, the current control parameter can be a default value, and when the target authority mode is the historical authority mode, the current control parameter is the historical control parameter which is set last time.
In this embodiment, after obtaining the target control parameter input by the vehicle owner, the vehicle owner terminal updates the current control parameter based on the target control parameter.
In one example, the owner may set, for a telephony feature, a first control parameter for the telephony feature to: allowing use; and setting the second control parameters of the telephone function as follows: the telephone function is allowed to be enabled for half an hour after the vehicle is unlocked and started.
In another example, the vehicle owner may set, for the vehicle-mounted safe, the first control parameters of the vehicle-mounted safe to: the use is not allowed.
S103: and generating authority configuration information in a target authority mode based on target control parameters corresponding to preset vehicle authorities.
In this embodiment, after obtaining the target control parameters set by the vehicle owner for each preset vehicle authority, the vehicle owner terminal may convert, according to a preset data conversion rule, the target control parameters corresponding to each preset vehicle authority into corresponding authority configuration information.
For example, the control parameters corresponding to different preset vehicle authorities and the vehicle authorities can be represented by corresponding characters, for example, the control panel operation authorities, the in-vehicle application use authorities, the vehicle component operation authorities and the personal center viewing authorities can be respectively represented by A, B, C, D; the vehicle rights of the vehicle parts for the vehicle door, the trunk, the glove box and the vehicle-mounted safe under the operation rights A can be respectively represented by A1, A2, A3 and A4; while the first control parameter of the vehicle authority A1 for the door may be represented by "0" or "1" as to whether the vehicle authority is enabled, wherein "0" indicates that the use is not permitted and "1" indicates that the use is permitted; the second control parameter of the vehicle authority A1 for the door may indicate the usable time period of the vehicle authority with a numerical character. For example, when the authority configuration information is A1-1-3600, it means that the borrower can control the vehicle door within 3600 seconds; and when the authority configuration information is A4-0-3600, the fact that the borrower does not have authority to control the vehicle-mounted safe is indicated. It should be noted that, when the first control parameter in the authority configuration information is "0", whether the second control parameter exists or not is considered that the preset vehicle authority corresponding to the authority configuration information is not allowed to be used.
S104: and sending the authority configuration information in the target authority mode to the vehicle-mounted terminal so that the vehicle-mounted terminal configures preset vehicle authority of the vehicle based on the authority configuration information.
In this embodiment, after the vehicle owner inputs the target control parameter, the configuration information sending instruction may be triggered by clicking the preset sending button, and the vehicle owner terminal responds to the configuration information sending instruction to send the authority configuration information in the target authority mode to the vehicle-mounted terminal, and after the vehicle-mounted terminal obtains the authority configuration information, the vehicle-mounted terminal may analyze and obtain the target control parameter of the preset vehicle authority for the vehicle, so as to implement remote configuration of the preset vehicle authority of the vehicle based on the target control parameter.
In this embodiment, the owner of the vehicle can actually borrow the scene, and aiming at different borrowers, different permission modes are set in a targeted manner, for example, aiming at a scene of lending the vehicle to a friend far away, a target permission mode can be set as a first permission mode; and a target permission mode can be set as a second permission mode aiming at the scene of borrowing the key to the maintenance personnel for vehicle moving. The preset vehicle authority opened in the first authority mode is higher than the preset vehicle authority opened in the second authority mode.
According to the method and the device for controlling the vehicle rights, the user-defined rights setting interface is provided for the vehicle owner, so that the vehicle owner can conveniently and rapidly conduct user-defined configuration on the control parameters of the preset vehicle rights according to the actual situation of the borrower, efficient management of the preset vehicle rights is achieved, privacy and property safety of the vehicle owner are effectively protected in time, and use experience of the vehicle owner is improved.
In one possible embodiment, the preset vehicle rights include privacy-like vehicle rights and control-like vehicle rights; s102 may specifically include the following substeps:
s102-1: and responding to the parameter setting instruction, and displaying a first authority setting sub-interface and/or a second authority setting sub-interface on the user-defined authority setting interface.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the user-defined setting of the vehicle rights related to privacy and vehicle property by the vehicle owner, the vehicle owner terminal is configured with a first rights setting sub-interface for privacy-type vehicle rights, and a second rights setting sub-interface for control-type vehicle rights.
In this embodiment, the vehicle owner may display a first authority setting sub-interface and/or a second authority setting sub-interface on the user-defined authority setting interface by triggering a parameter setting instruction, where the first authority setting sub-interface is used to display a privacy vehicle authority in the preset vehicle authority, and the second authority setting sub-interface is used to display a control vehicle authority in the preset vehicle authority.
The control permission refers to a vehicle permission corresponding to a vehicle component that the vehicle terminal can control, for example, a vehicle permission for unlocking/locking a door, opening/closing a window, opening/closing a trunk, opening/closing a passenger glove compartment, and opening/closing a vehicle safe; the privacy rights are the rights of the vehicle related to the privacy data of the vehicle owner, including but not limited to the rights of viewing favorite music, history navigation records, application use records, call records, contacts, vehicle maintenance records, and the like.
S102-2: and acquiring target control parameters aiming at the privacy class vehicle permission based on the first permission setting sub-interface and/or acquiring target control parameters aiming at the control class vehicle permission based on the second permission setting sub-interface.
In the embodiment, the owner of the vehicle sets the sub-interface through the first authority setting sub-interface and the second authority setting sub-interface, so that the authority configuration conditions of the privacy type vehicle authorities and the control type vehicle authorities can be intuitively and comprehensively obtained, the corresponding privacy type vehicle authorities and the control type vehicle authorities can be efficiently managed according to requirements, and the management efficiency of the vehicle authorities and the user experience are improved.
In a possible embodiment, after S102, the vehicle rights management method may further include the steps of:
s105: and acquiring a mode identifier input aiming at the target authority mode, and establishing a mapping relation between the mode identifier and the target control parameter.
In this embodiment, after the vehicle owner has set the target control parameter of the preset vehicle authority, the corresponding mode identifier may be input for the target authority mode.
In a specific implementation, the mode identifier may be set according to the identity of the borrower, or may be set based on the borrowing scenario. For example, when the vehicle is borrowed to a friend, the mode identifier corresponding to the target authority mode may be set to a friend borrowing mode; when the vehicle is borrowed to a relative, the mode identifier corresponding to the target authority mode can be set to be a relative borrowing mode; when the vehicle is borrowed to strangers, the mode identifier corresponding to the target authority mode can be set to be a stranger borrowing mode. For another example, the owner of the vehicle can also use the names of the borrowers as mode identification aiming at different borrowers so as to realize personalized accurate management.
S106: and storing the mapping relation between the mode identification and the target control parameter into a preset authority management database.
In this embodiment, after the vehicle owner terminal obtains the mode identifier input by the vehicle owner, the mapping relationship between the mode identifier and the target control parameter may be stored in a preset rights management database, so that the vehicle owner can check or modify the following.
It should be noted that, when the vehicle owner wants to view the rights management database, the mapping relationships stored in the rights management database can be displayed through a preset database display interface, and different mapping relationships can be represented by corresponding mode identifiers.
In one example, the pattern identification displayed by the database presentation interface includes: "stranger borrowing mode", "friend A", "friend B", "parent A", "parent B". The owner can check the target control parameters corresponding to the mode identification by clicking the corresponding mode identification according to the requirements, and further, the owner can modify the target control parameters under the mode identification by clicking the corresponding modification button.
In the embodiment, the mapping relation between the mode identification and the target control parameter is stored, so that the vehicle owner does not need to repeatedly configure the preset vehicle authority of the vehicle, and the vehicle owner can conveniently check and modify the target control parameter under each mode identification.
In this embodiment, the rights management database may also be preset with a vehicle owner mode in which the vehicle will open all preset vehicle rights. Therefore, when the vehicle owner needs to use the vehicle, the configuration information in the vehicle owner mode can be sent to the vehicle-mounted terminal by clicking the vehicle owner mode, so that one-key configuration of the vehicle owner mode in the vehicle-mounted terminal is realized.
In a possible embodiment, S104 may specifically include the following substeps:
s104-1: and responding to the configuration information sending instruction, and determining a target terminal communicated with the vehicle owner terminal.
In this embodiment, considering that the vehicle may not be able to successfully communicate with the vehicle owner terminal in a region with a relatively long distance or a relatively weak signal, for example, an underground parking lot, the vehicle owner terminal will search for the vehicle owner terminal or the key terminal at the same time after receiving the configuration information sending instruction triggered by the vehicle owner, and then determine the target terminal capable of communicating with the vehicle owner terminal in the vehicle owner terminal or the key terminal. The key terminal is a terminal with vehicle unlocking authority, and comprises, but is not limited to, a smart key and an NFC card.
In this embodiment, the vehicle owner terminal will respond to the configuration information sending instruction to obtain the first signal intensity of the vehicle-mounted terminal and the second signal intensity of the key terminal; and further determining the target terminal based on the first signal strength and the second signal strength.
In a specific implementation, the communication priority of the vehicle-mounted terminal is set to be greater than that of the key terminal. That is, the owner terminal will determine whether the target terminal is a vehicle-mounted terminal based on the first signal strength preferentially, and then determine whether the target terminal is a key terminal based on the second signal strength.
In this embodiment, it may be determined that the target terminal is a vehicle-mounted terminal when the first signal strength is greater than or equal to the first signal strength threshold; under the condition that the first signal intensity is smaller than a first signal intensity threshold value and the second signal intensity is larger than or equal to a second signal intensity threshold value, determining the target terminal as a key terminal; and outputting prompt information under the condition that the second signal intensity is smaller than a second signal intensity threshold value. The prompt information is used for indicating that the communication with the target terminal is impossible.
In the present embodiment, by detecting the signals of the in-vehicle terminal and the key terminal, it can be effectively determined that the vehicle owner terminal can smoothly communicate with the in-vehicle terminal or the key terminal. If the vehicle-mounted terminal or the key terminal cannot be communicated, the fact that the key terminal is not located at the side of the vehicle owner is indicated, and at the moment, the vehicle owner can ensure that the key terminal can be communicated with the vehicle owner terminal smoothly after the vehicle owner finds the key terminal by outputting prompt information.
S104-2: and sending the permission configuration information to the vehicle-mounted terminal when the target terminal is the vehicle-mounted terminal.
In this embodiment, if the vehicle owner terminal detects that the vehicle-mounted terminal signal is good, the vehicle owner terminal may directly send the permission configuration information to the vehicle-mounted terminal through the cloud end such as the internet of vehicles TSP (Telematics Service Provider, content service provider) so that the vehicle-mounted terminal may acquire the permission configuration information.
S104-3: and when the target terminal is a key terminal, sending the authority configuration information to the key terminal, so that the key terminal sends the authority configuration information to the vehicle-mounted terminal under the condition that the key terminal receives the vehicle unlocking instruction.
In this embodiment, if the vehicle owner terminal detects that the vehicle-mounted terminal signal is weak and the key terminal signal is good, the authority configuration information is transmitted to the key terminal, so that the key terminal stores the authority configuration information in the key terminal, and if the key terminal already has the history authority configuration information, the history authority configuration information is replaced with the latest received authority configuration information.
In this embodiment, after the borrower triggers the vehicle unlocking instruction through the key terminal, the key terminal can respond to the vehicle unlocking instruction and send the unlocking instruction containing the authority configuration information to the vehicle-mounted terminal, so that the vehicle-mounted terminal can analyze and obtain the authority configuration information.
In the present embodiment, by detecting signals from the in-vehicle terminal and the key terminal, the authority configuration information can be directly transmitted to the in-vehicle terminal when the signal from the in-vehicle terminal is good; when the vehicle-mounted terminal cannot communicate, the vehicle-mounted terminal can still be subjected to authority management through the key terminal, so that the reliability and the flexibility of authority management are improved.
In a possible embodiment, S101 may specifically include the following substeps:
s101-1: and responding to a trigger instruction aiming at the target permission mode, and displaying a password input interface.
In this embodiment, in order to avoid malicious modification of control parameters of preset vehicle rights by other people through the vehicle owner terminal, the vehicle owner terminal displays a password input interface after detecting the trigger instruction, and verifies the user identity.
S101-2: and acquiring first character information input by aiming at the password input interface.
S101-3: and displaying a custom authority setting interface under the condition that the first character information is successfully matched with the preset second character information.
It should be noted that the second character information is a key preset by the vehicle owner and is used for verifying whether the first character information obtained through the password input interface is correct.
In this embodiment, if the matching of the first character information and the second character information is detected to be successful, the authentication is successful, and a custom authority setting interface is displayed; if the first character information and the second character information are detected to be failed to be matched, error prompt information is displayed, and the user is reminded to input again.
In this embodiment, if the number of errors detected reaches the number threshold, the vehicle owner terminal is disabled, and the vehicle owner terminal is controlled to output alarm information, for example, to control vibration of the vehicle owner terminal, and at the same time, alarm voice is output, so as to alert the current operator and remind the vehicle owner.
In the embodiment, the password verification function is set for the custom authority setting interface, so that the user identity can be effectively verified, and further the vehicle authority is prevented from being maliciously changed by other people.
In a second aspect, based on the same inventive concept, referring to fig. 2, another vehicle rights management method is provided in an embodiment of the present application, and the method may specifically include:

When the permission configuration information of the vehicle-mounted safe is allowed to be used, the vehicle-mounted terminal can directly control the motor of the vehicle-mounted safe to be maintained in an electrified and conducted state, and then the vehicle-mounted safe can be opened by a borrower; if the permission configuration information of the vehicle-mounted safe is not allowed to be used, the vehicle-mounted terminal can directly control the relay to be disconnected, so that a motor of the vehicle-mounted safe is maintained in a power-off state, and a borrower cannot open the vehicle-mounted safe.
S202-2: and under the condition that the preset vehicle permission belongs to the second type permission, sending permission configuration information to the target controller so that the target controller configures the preset vehicle permission based on the permission configuration information.
In this embodiment, after receiving the permission configuration information, if it is detected that a certain preset vehicle permission belongs to the second type of permission, the vehicle-mounted terminal sends the permission configuration information to the target controller associated with the preset vehicle permission, so that the target controller can implement configuration of the preset vehicle permission. The second type of rights are rights which cannot be directly controlled by the vehicle-mounted terminal.
The vehicle-mounted terminal is connected with the multimedia host, and a plurality of preset vehicle authorities controlled by the multimedia host belong to the second class of authorities, namely the vehicle-mounted terminal cannot directly control the preset vehicle authorities and needs to indirectly control through the multimedia host.
In one example, when the owner sets the permission configuration information of the address book function in the multimedia host to be not allowed to use, the vehicle-mounted terminal sends the permission configuration information to the multimedia host, and after receiving the permission configuration information, the multimedia host sets the address book function to be not allowed to use.
In this embodiment, if the permission configuration information of a certain vehicle function is not permitted to be used and a trigger instruction for the vehicle function is received, the in-vehicle terminal feeds back operation failure information for notifying the user that the operation has failed, and the function cannot be started.
In this embodiment, the vehicle-mounted terminal directly or indirectly controls the corresponding vehicle components and vehicle functions, so that the permission configuration operation of each preset vehicle permission at the vehicle end can be realized, and the vehicle owner can realize the efficient management of each preset vehicle permission remotely.
