Example 1
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an embodiment of a method of verifying an accounting system, it being noted that the steps shown in the flow chart of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and although a logical order is shown in the flow chart, in some cases the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different from that shown or described herein.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a verification method of verifying an accounting system according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method including the steps of:
step S102, an initial accounting system and an accounting system verification are obtained;
in the providing step S102, an initial accounting system and a verification accounting system are obtained, where the initial accounting system may be an accounting system originally used by an enterprise or a company, and the verification accounting system may be a new accounting system developed by the enterprise or the company to verify whether the new accounting system is available and good for use, so as to replace the original accounting system. Therefore, at the moment, two systems simultaneously butt-joint data, process the same content and see the reaction condition of the systems.
Step S104, first initial bill data corresponding to a preset service in an initial accounting system and first verification bill data corresponding to the preset service in an accounting system are obtained according to a preset period;
in the providing step S104, first initial bill data corresponding to a predetermined service in the initial accounting system and first verification bill data corresponding to the predetermined service in the verification accounting system are obtained according to a predetermined period. The predetermined business may be various accounts that can be processed by the financial system, such as a bill, a receipt and payment, etc., and is not limited herein, as long as the business can be performed by both systems.
And observing the performance of the new system and the old system by acquiring first initial bill data corresponding to the preset service in the initial accounting system and verifying the first verification bill data corresponding to the preset service in the accounting system to compare the two data.
The acquisition at predetermined periods is to ensure timing monitoring. The service execution effectiveness is guaranteed, and the effectiveness is verified.
Step S106, under the condition that the data items contained in the first initial bill data are inconsistent with the data items contained in the first verification bill data, the redundant data items are called, and the public data items contained in both the first initial bill data and the first verification bill data are obtained to obtain redundant bill data, second initial bill data and second verification bill data, wherein the second initial bill data contains data corresponding to the public data items in the first initial bill data, and the second verification bill data contains data corresponding to the public data items in the first verification bill data;
In the present application providing step S106, it is determined whether the data item contained in the first initial bill data is identical to the data item contained in the first verification bill data. To perform subsequent processing according to the result of agreement.
And under the condition that the two data items are consistent, the format judgment step can be directly carried out. Under the condition that the two data items are inconsistent, the public data item can be determined, the data corresponding to the public data item is detected, and then the non-public data item, namely the redundant data item, is determined so as to carry out additional processing on the data corresponding to the redundant data item.
It should be noted that the redundant data item may be a data item in the initial accounting system or a data item in the verification accounting system, where the redundant data item is a data item that is not available in another system, and is determined according to an actual system and a scene.
Since the public data item and the data corresponding to the public data item are determined, the data corresponding to the public data item and the data corresponding to the public data item are consistent, so that whether the new system is good and available can be judged according to the data.
Step S108, unifying the data formats of the second initial bill data and the second verification bill data to obtain third initial bill data and third verification bill data under the condition that the data formats of the second initial bill data and the second verification bill data are inconsistent;
In the present application providing step S108, the data formats of the second initial bill data and the second verification bill data are determined. To perform subsequent processing according to the result of agreement.
And under the condition that the data formats of the two data formats are consistent, the step of calling the verification script corresponding to the public data can be directly carried out. And under the condition that the two data formats are inconsistent, unifying the data formats first so as to carry out subsequent processing. For example, the term for the bill amount in the old system is in units of cells. In the new system, the bill amount item is in units of hundred yuan, and at the moment, the data formats of the bill amount item and the bill amount item are adjusted to be the same. For another example, some item in the old system is represented by english abbreviation, and the new system is represented by chinese corresponding to english abbreviation, and at this time, the data formats of the two are also adjusted to be the same representation mode.
Step S110, invoking a verification script corresponding to the public data item;
in the present application providing step S110, a verification script corresponding to the common data item is invoked to perform adaptive verification using the corresponding verification script. For example, when the common data item is a bill amount item, the verification script may be a script that compares whether the bill amounts are identical, compares by whether the numbers are identical, and the like. The method is not limited herein, and the verification script can be adaptively written according to actual applications and scenes.
Step S112, verifying the data of the third initial bill data and the third verification bill data by using a verification script to obtain a first consistency result of whether the third initial bill data and the third verification bill data are consistent;
in the step S112, the data of the third initial bill data and the third verification bill data are verified by using the verification script, so as to obtain a first consistency result of whether the third initial bill data and the third verification bill data are consistent, for example, when the common data item is a bill amount item, the verification script may be a script that compares whether the bill amounts are consistent, and the comparison is performed by comparing whether the numbers are the same.
Step S114, determining a verification result of verification of the verification accounting system according to the first consistency result and the redundant bill data, so that the verification accounting system is used as a target accounting system and the target accounting system is used for processing accounts under the condition that the verification result is verification passing.
In the step S114 provided in the present application, a verification result for verifying the accounting system is determined according to the first consistency result and the redundant bill data, that is, whether the accounting system can be used as a new system instead of the original system is determined according to the first consistency result and the redundant bill data.
Through the steps S102-S114, an initial accounting system and a verification accounting system are obtained, and first initial bill data corresponding to a predetermined service in the initial accounting system and first verification bill data corresponding to the predetermined service in the verification accounting system are obtained according to a predetermined period. And then, firstly determining whether the data items contained in the first initial bill data are consistent with the data items contained in the first verification bill data, and calling redundant data items and common data items contained in the first initial bill data and the first verification bill data under the condition that the data items contained in the first initial bill data are inconsistent with the data items contained in the first verification bill data to obtain redundant bill data, second initial bill data and second verification bill data. And then determining whether the data formats of the second initial bill data and the second verification bill data are consistent, and unifying the data formats of the second initial bill data and the second verification bill data under the condition that the data formats of the second initial bill data and the second verification bill data are inconsistent, so as to obtain third initial bill data and third verification bill data. After the format is adjusted, a verification script corresponding to the public data item can be called, and the data of the third initial bill data and the third verification bill data are verified by using the verification script, so that a first consistency result of whether the third initial bill data and the third verification bill data are consistent or not is obtained. And determining a verification result for verifying the accounting system according to the first consistency result and the redundant bill data, taking the verification accounting system as a target accounting system, and using the target accounting system to process the accounting under the condition that the verification result is verification passing. In the application, whether the new system is available or not is verified by comparing the data under the preset business of the new system and the old system, so that the use effect of the new system is intuitively verified, the quick and intuitive verification effect is realized, and the technical problem that the verification effect is poor when the accounting system is verified in the related technology is solved.
As an optional embodiment, after acquiring first initial bill data corresponding to a predetermined service in the initial accounting system according to a predetermined period and verifying first verification bill data corresponding to the predetermined service in the accounting system, the method includes: monitoring whether a receiving result of the first initial bill data and the first verification bill data is received according to a preset period; determining a lost data system when the first initial bill data and/or the first verification bill data are not received, and sending a data acquisition command to the lost data system again; and determining the stability level of the lost data system under the condition that the data transmitted by the lost data system is not received.
In this embodiment, the steps after acquiring the first initial bill data corresponding to the predetermined business in the initial accounting system and verifying the first verification bill data corresponding to the predetermined business in the accounting system are described. The data is acquired in predetermined periods, indicating that each period should be for acquiring data in the initial accounting system and for verifying the accounting system. Accordingly, it may be determined whether the reception results of the first initial billing data and the first verification billing data are monitored at predetermined periods. To view data in terms of the stability of the system's transmitted data.
And when the first initial bill data and/or the first verification bill data are not received, the system which does not send the data is considered to be failed to send or the sent data is lost, so that the system corresponding to the data which is not received is determined to be a lost data system, and a data acquisition command is sent to the lost data system again so as to check whether the lost data can be acquired. In the event that data has not yet been received, the reacquire data instruction may be sent multiple times until a predetermined threshold is reached or the acquired data is known to determine a stability level of the lost data system based on the predetermined threshold. Because, when one system is able to successfully transmit data, and one system is unable to successfully transmit data, the system that has failed to successfully transmit data must be less stable. Whether it is the reason for the own system or the reason for the configuration protocol or network, the stability level of the lost data system can be determined. So that the degree of instability thereof compared to another system can be determined.
If the old system is unstable and the new system is stable, the new system is proved to have better stability. Otherwise, the old system has better stability, and the new system may not be suggested to be used as a target accounting system for replacement.
As an optional embodiment, after acquiring the first initial bill data corresponding to the predetermined service in the initial accounting system according to the predetermined period and verifying the first verification bill data corresponding to the predetermined service in the accounting system, the method further includes: determining a first change result of whether the first initial bill data is changed or not compared with the last initial bill data acquired in the last period, and determining a second change result of whether the first verification bill data is changed or not compared with the last verification bill data acquired in the last period; in the first change result and the second change result, if one change result is a change, determining that the corresponding system with the change result being an unchanged result is a delay system; a delay index of the delay system is determined.
In this embodiment, the steps after acquiring the first initial bill data corresponding to the predetermined business in the initial accounting system and verifying the first verification bill data corresponding to the predetermined business in the accounting system are described. After this step, a first change result of whether the first initial bill data has changed from the last initial bill data acquired in the last period may be determined, and a second change result of whether the first verification bill data has changed from the last verification bill data acquired in the last period may be determined. And performing adaptive processing according to the first change result and the second change result.
In the case where both the first change result and the second change result are unchanged, the subsequent processing may not be performed, because the result obtained after the subsequent verification and comparison processing is the same as that of the previous time. In this way, computing resources may be saved.
And under the condition that the first change result and the second change result are both changed, the subsequent processing can be continued. To ensure efficient execution of the method.
And determining that the corresponding system with the changed result being the unchanged result is a delay system under the condition that one of the first changed result and the second changed result is changed. Because the two systems execute the same service, the recorded data are certainly the same and stable, if one side is changed and the other side is not changed, the system delay processing data may exist, so that the delay system can be determined, and further, the time when the data are updated in the delay data can be continuously monitored to determine the delay index of the delay system.
If the old system has no delay and the new system has delay, the old system is proved to perform better in terms of time delay. Otherwise, the new system is better in terms of time delay, and the new system may be more recommended to be used as a target accounting system for replacement.
The applicability of the method provided by the application is enhanced by processing the first change result and the second change result under different conditions.
As an optional embodiment, in a case where a data item included in the first initial bill data does not coincide with a data item included in the first verification bill data, the step of retrieving the redundant data item, and a common data item included in both the first initial bill data and the first verification bill data, to obtain redundant bill data, the step of obtaining the second initial bill data and the second verification bill data includes: under the condition that the first change result and the second change result are both changes, determining whether the data items contained in the first initial bill data are consistent with the data items contained in the first verification bill data; and under the condition that the data items contained in the first initial bill data are inconsistent with the data items contained in the first verification bill data, calling the redundant data items and the public data items to obtain redundant bill data, and obtaining second initial bill data and second verification bill data.
In this embodiment, a case is described in which adaptive processing is performed based on the first change result and the second change result, that is, in a case where both the first change result and the second change result are changed, the subsequent processing can be continued. To ensure efficient execution of the method. I.e. it may be determined whether the data item comprised by the first initial billing data corresponds to the data item comprised by the first verification billing data. And then carrying out different processes according to the branch condition under the judgment, and calling the redundant data item and the public data item to obtain redundant bill data, second initial bill data and second verification bill data under the condition that the data item contained in the first initial bill data is inconsistent with the data item contained in the first verification bill data. The applicability of the method provided by the application is enhanced by processing the first change result and the second change result under different conditions.
As an optional embodiment, the first initial bill data is data corresponding to a data item changed in the initial accounting system, and the first verification bill data is data corresponding to a data item changed in the verification accounting system.
In this embodiment, first initial billing data is defined, as well as first validation billing data, in order to ensure the efficiency of the method execution. The first initial bill data may be defined as data corresponding to a changed data item in the initial accounting system, and the first verification bill data may be defined as data corresponding to a changed data item in the verification accounting system. So that only changed data can be verified, since unchanged data can be determined whether or not it is consistent based on the previous verification result, and new changed data can be determined whether or not it is consistent. By the method, computing resources are saved greatly, and the execution efficiency of the method provided by the application is improved.
As an alternative embodiment, determining the verification result for verifying the accounting system according to the first consistency result and the redundant bill data includes: under the condition that the redundant data item is a logic available data item, determining actual data corresponding to the redundant data item according to logic data in a corresponding system, wherein the logic data comprises bill data corresponding to the public data item; determining a second consistency result corresponding to the redundant data item according to the actual data corresponding to the redundant data item and the redundant bill data; and determining a verification result according to the first consistency result and the second consistency result.
In this embodiment, the step of determining a verification result for verifying the verification of the accounting system based on the first agreement result and the redundant billing data is described. When determining the verification result, different processing modes can be selected according to different redundant bill data. If the redundant data item is a logically available data item, determining actual data corresponding to the redundant data item according to logic data in the corresponding system, wherein the logic data comprises bill data corresponding to the common data item. If the public item comprises a primary branch item and a secondary branch item, and the redundant data item comprises a total branch item, the value corresponding to the primary branch item and the value corresponding to the secondary branch item can be added up to determine the redundant data item, namely, the data corresponding to the total branch item is determined. Therefore, the second consistency result corresponding to the redundant data item can be determined according to the actual data corresponding to the redundant data item, namely the calculated value, and the redundant bill data, namely the value recorded on the system, and further the verification result is determined according to the first consistency result and the second consistency result.
As an alternative embodiment, determining the verification result for verifying the accounting system according to the first consistency result and the redundant bill data includes: and determining that the verification result is verification passing under the condition that the redundant data item is an unnecessary verification data item, the redundant bill data is not null and the first consistency result is that the third initial bill data is consistent with the third verification bill data.
In this embodiment, the step of determining a verification result for verifying the verification of the accounting system based on the first agreement result and the redundant billing data is described. When determining the verification result, different processing modes can be selected according to different redundant bill data. If the redundant data item is an unnecessary verification data item and the redundant billing data item is not empty, the verification result can be obtained according to the first consistency result.
It should be noted that the verification result may be determined together according to other types of redundant billing data. If the redundant data item is a simultaneous change item, only one item corresponding to one system becomes a problem, and thus, a targeted process can be performed.
Based on the foregoing embodiments and optional embodiments, an optional implementation is provided, and is specifically described below.

b. And creating Spark tasks in the platform, writing corresponding Spark SQL (same as the verification script), and falling into a hive data temporary table under the condition that data are inconsistent (same as the condition that the third initial bill data are inconsistent with the third verification bill data).
c. And creating a data export synchronous task, and exporting the hive data temporary table to a monitoring database table in real time.
d. If the test result is not wrong, submitting the test result to the dispatching operation flow, confirming the dispatching time and the dispatching period (meeting T+H) of the task, and submitting the dispatching operation flow (when the verification result is verification passing, the verification accounting system is taken as a target accounting system, and the accounting is processed by using the target accounting system).
e. After the task of the intelligent platform is online, triggering rules, scheduling rules and alarm rules of SQL (structured query language) monitoring are configured through a janus monitoring platform (the platform can comprise the steps and rules for monitoring whether the first initial bill data and the receiving result of the first verification bill data are received or not and carrying out subsequent processing according to a preset period).
f. And when the alarm is triggered, notifying the service related party through the corresponding rule and channel.
