Abstract
The embodiment of the application discloses a report access method, a report access device, a storage medium and electronic equipment, and belongs to the field of data processing. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a report access request from an information user; wherein the access request carries the identity of the information user; determining one or more channels with access rights of the information user according to the identification; and sending the reports in the one or more channels to the information user, realizing the isolation of different types of reports and improving the safety of report access.

Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of financial management, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for accessing a report, a storage medium, and an electronic device.
Background

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a network architecture diagram provided in an embodiment of the present application, which includes a plurality of terminals, a network 104, and a server 105, where a plurality of channels are deployed, and the number of terminals and the number of channels may be determined according to actual needs, for example: as shown in fig. 1, the plurality of terminals are a terminal 101, a terminal 102, and a terminal 103, and the channels deployed on the server 105 are a channel 1, a channel 2, and a channel 3. The server 105 is provided with a channel system module, which includes an accounting subject and channel affiliation relationship, an information carrier and channel affiliation relationship, a channel data processing rule base, a channel authority auxiliary item and channel affiliation relationship, a report and channel affiliation relationship, and a channel internal report data generation rule. In the embodiment of the application, an information management system of an enterprise is divided into a plurality of mutually isolated channels in advance, the channels are used for storing one or more reports, different information users are provided with access authorities for accessing one or more channels in advance, when report access requests of the information users are received, one or more channels with the access authorities are determined according to identity marks of the information users, the reports in the channels are sent to the information users, the reports of different channels are provided for different information users, the information users are prevented from accessing the reports without the access authorities, and the information safety problem of the reports in the related technology is solved.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a read-only memory or a random access memory.

Claims (10)
1. A method for accessing a report, the method comprising:
receiving a report access request from an information user; wherein the access request carries the identity of the information user;
determining one or more channels with access rights of the information user according to the identification;
and sending the report forms in the one or more channels to the information user.
2. The access method according to claim 1, wherein before receiving the report access request from the information consumer, further comprising:
setting one or more channels with access authority of a plurality of information users; wherein, each channel comprises one or more reports.
3. The access method according to claim 1, wherein before sending the report in the one or more channels to the information consumer, further comprising:
report data processing rule for determining channel
And generating a report based on the report data processing rule.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein said determining one or more channels to which the information consumer has access based on the identity further comprises:
and determining that the identification is located in a pre-stored user list.
5. The access method according to claim 4, further comprising:
and when the identity is not located in a pre-stored user list, returning a prompt message of access failure to the information user.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein said sending reports in said one or more channels to said information consumer comprises:
acquiring the security level of a channel in the one or more channels;
when the security level is lower than a security level threshold value, one or more reports included in a channel are sent to the information user; or
And when the security level is not lower than the security level threshold, sending an access inquiry request to a pre-bound administrator, and when the administrator receives the access inquiry request, sending one or more reports included in the channel to the information user.
7. The access method of claim 1, wherein the channel is a legal channel, a management channel, a tax channel, or a supervisory channel.
8. An apparatus for controlling a report, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving a report access request from an information user; wherein the access request carries the identity of the information user;
the processing unit is used for determining one or more channels with access rights of the information user according to the identification;
and the sending unit is used for sending the report forms in the one or more channels to the information user.
9. A computer storage medium, characterized in that it stores a plurality of instructions adapted to be loaded by a processor and to carry out the method steps according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. An electronic device, comprising: a processor and a memory; wherein the memory stores a computer program adapted to be loaded by the processor and to perform the method steps of any of claims 1 to 7.
