Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present application will now be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is shown, and in which it is evident that the embodiments described are exemplary only of one area of the application, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present application will become more readily apparent, a more particular description of the invention briefly described above will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments that are illustrated in the appended drawings.
As described in the background art, the extended-range engine has the problem of uncertain charging time in actual working conditions, if the engine is started and stopped for a long time, the temperature of engine oil is reduced, so that water vapor flowing from a piston into a crankcase is condensed, and the water vapor is mixed with engine oil to cause emulsification of the engine oil, thereby greatly affecting the operation of the engine.
Based on this, the present application provides a control method of an extended-range engine for charging a power battery. As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method of an extended-range engine provided in the present application, where the control method includes:
s1: determining whether the extended range engine is in a flameout state, i.e., determining whether the extended range engine is in a shutdown state.
S11: if yes, judging whether the extended-range engine meets a first starting condition. As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a control method of an extended-range engine provided in the present application, and determining whether the extended-range engine meets the first starting condition includes:
s111: and obtaining the engine oil viscosity, namely obtaining the engine oil viscosity of the extended-range engine.
S112: and if the viscosity of the engine oil is smaller than the preset viscosity, judging that the extended-range engine meets a first starting condition.
S12: and when the extended-range engine meets the first starting condition, controlling the extended-range engine to start so as to heat engine oil.
S13: the engine oil temperature is obtained during the start-up operation of the extended-range engine, that is, during the start-up operation of the extended-range engine in which the first start condition is satisfied.
S14: and when the temperature of the engine oil is higher than a first preset temperature, controlling the extended range engine to flameout. Wherein the first preset temperature is a temperature at which water can be separated from the engine oil.
When the oil is mixed with condensed water vapor from the piston train to the crankcase, the oil is emulsified, and the viscosity of the oil is lowered after the oil is emulsified. Therefore, the control method comprises the steps of obtaining the viscosity of the engine oil, judging that the range-extended engine meets a first starting condition when the viscosity of the engine oil is smaller than a preset viscosity, starting the range-extended engine to heat the engine oil, and improving the temperature of the engine oil until the temperature of the engine oil is larger than the temperature at which water can be separated from the engine oil, so that water in the engine oil can be separated from the engine oil. Therefore, the control method controls the start and stop of the extended range engine by monitoring the viscosity of the engine oil, and separates the water in the engine oil from the engine oil, so that the emulsification of the engine oil can be inhibited, and the safe and reliable operation of the engine can be ensured.
It should be noted that, the water vapor that is blown into the crankcase from the piston condenses, and is also related to the oil temperature of the extended-range engine and the ambient temperature where the extended-range engine is located, if the oil temperature of the extended-range engine and the ambient temperature where the extended-range engine is located are lower, the water vapor that is blown into the crankcase from the piston condenses more easily, and the probability of emulsifying the oil is also greater. Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a control method of an extended-range engine provided in the present application, where the control method further includes:
s21: if the extended-range engine is in a flameout state, judging whether the extended-range engine meets a second starting condition. As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of a control method of an extended-range engine provided in the present application, and determining whether the extended-range engine meets a second starting condition includes:
s211: and obtaining the engine oil temperature, namely obtaining the engine oil temperature of the extended-range engine.
S212: and obtaining the ambient temperature, namely obtaining the temperature of the environment where the extended range engine is located.
S213: and if the engine oil temperature is smaller than a second preset temperature and the environment temperature is smaller than a third preset temperature, judging that the extended-range engine meets a second starting condition.
S22: and controlling the extended-range engine to start and heat engine oil when the extended-range engine meets at least one of the first starting condition and the second starting condition.
S23: and acquiring the engine oil temperature in the starting operation process of the extended-range engine.
S24: and when the temperature of the engine oil is higher than the first preset temperature, controlling the extended range engine to flameout so as to stop heating the engine oil.
Therefore, the control method also controls the start and stop of the extended-range engine through the engine oil temperature and the environment temperature, and heats the engine oil when the engine oil temperature and the environment temperature are lower, so that the engine oil emulsification is inhibited, and the safe and reliable operation of the engine is guaranteed.
Further, as is apparent from the above, the control method controls the extended-range engine to start when the extended-range engine satisfies at least one of the first start condition and the second start condition, so as to warm up the engine oil, that is, the control method controls the extended-range engine to start when the extended-range engine satisfies both the first start condition and the second start condition, and also starts the extended-range engine when the extended-range engine satisfies either the first start condition or the second start condition. Therefore, the control method comprehensively considers the influence of various factors on the oil emulsification, so that the problem of oil emulsification can be more comprehensively inhibited, the oil emulsification is further inhibited, and the safe and reliable operation of the engine is ensured.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in one embodiment of the present application, when it is determined that the extended-range engine satisfies the first start condition but does not satisfy the second start condition, after the engine oil temperature is greater than the first preset temperature, controlling the extended-range engine to stop includes:
and when the temperature of the engine oil is higher than the first preset temperature, controlling the engine to run for a first preset time, and then controlling the extended-range engine to stop.
In another embodiment of the present application, when it is determined that the extended-range engine satisfies both the first start condition and the second start condition, after the oil temperature is greater than the first preset temperature, controlling the extended-range engine to stall includes:
and when the temperature of the engine oil is higher than the first preset temperature, controlling the engine to run for a second preset time, and then controlling the extended-range engine to stop.
Wherein the second preset time is longer than the first preset time.
It should be noted that, even if the oil temperature reaches the temperature required for the separation of water from the oil, the separation of water from the oil still requires a period of time during which the oil temperature needs to be maintained at a temperature higher than the temperature required for the separation of water from the oil. Therefore, when the temperature of the engine oil is higher than the first preset temperature, the control method provided by the application controls the engine to run for a second preset time, and then controls the extended-range engine to flameout so as to ensure that water is separated from the engine oil as much as possible, and inhibit the engine oil from emulsifying.
It should be noted that, it is known that the water vapor that is blown from the piston into the crankcase condenses, and is also related to the temperature of the engine oil of the extended-range engine and the temperature of the environment in which the extended-range engine is located, if the temperature of the engine oil of the extended-range engine and the temperature of the environment in which the extended-range engine is located are lower, the water vapor that is blown from the piston into the crankcase is more likely to condense, so that when the temperature of the engine oil of the extended-range engine and the temperature of the environment in which the extended-range engine is located are lower, more water is present in the engine oil, which also results in more time required for separating the water from the engine oil. Therefore, when the control method judges that the extended-range engine meets the second starting condition, after the temperature of the engine oil is higher than the first preset temperature, the engine is controlled to run for a longer time, and then the extended-range engine is controlled to flameout, so that the separation of water from the engine oil is ensured as much as possible, and the emulsification of the engine oil is inhibited.
Because the extended-range engine is used for charging the power battery, the start and stop of the extended-range engine are also related to the electric quantity of the power battery. Thus, in one embodiment of the present application, the control method further comprises:
and acquiring the electric quantity of the power battery.
And if the electric quantity of the power battery is smaller than the first set electric quantity, controlling the extended range engine to start so as to charge the power battery.
And acquiring the electric quantity of the power battery in the charging process of the power battery.
And if the electric quantity of the power battery is the second set electric quantity, controlling the extended range engine to stop extinguishing, and stopping charging the power battery.
Wherein the second set electrical quantity is larger than the first set electrical quantity. The first set electric quantity is the lower electric quantity limit value of the power battery, when the electric quantity of the power battery is lower than the lower electric quantity limit value, the power battery is required to be charged, and at the moment, the range-extending engine is controlled to start to charge the power battery. The second set electric quantity is the electric quantity upper limit value of the electric quantity battery, when the electric quantity of the power battery is the upper limit value, the power battery is completely charged, or the electric quantity is sufficient and the charging is not needed, and the extended range engine is controlled to stop or maintain the stop state.
The above-mentioned steps of obtaining the viscosity of the engine oil, the temperature of the engine oil, and the ambient temperature to control the start of the extended range engine, and then heating the engine oil are performed when the extended range engine is kept in a stopped state under the condition that the battery is charged or the electric quantity is sufficient and no charging is required. When the engine is controlled to start to heat engine oil, the engine is in a constant-speed running state so as to save oil consumption.
It should be noted that if the oil ages, its viscosity will also decrease, but this decrease is not due to the water vapor condensation and the oil mixing and emulsification, so heating the oil does not improve the viscosity. Thus, in one embodiment of the present application, the control method further comprises: when the viscosity of the engine oil is smaller than the preset viscosity, the range-extended engine is controlled to start to heat the engine oil, the viscosity of the engine oil is obtained, if the viscosity of the engine oil does not change or changes very slightly, the viscosity of the engine oil becomes small, which is not caused by the emulsification of water vapor condensation and the mixture of the engine oil, and the engine oil is possibly aged, so that an engine oil aging warning is carried out to remind a driver or a technician of changing the engine oil so as to ensure safe and reliable operation of the engine.
Correspondingly, the application also provides a control system for controlling the start and stop of the extended-range engine, specifically, the control system controls the start and stop of the extended-range engine by using the control method of any embodiment, and the extended-range engine is used for charging a power battery. As shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a control system provided in the present application, where the control system includes:
a judging module 100, wherein the judging module 100 is used for determining whether the extended range engine 001 is in a flameout state.
A first sensor 200, wherein when it is determined that the extended-range engine 001 is in a flameout state, the first sensor 200 is configured to obtain an oil viscosity; after the oil viscosity is obtained, the judging module 100 is further configured to judge whether the extended-range engine 001 meets a first starting condition according to the oil viscosity, and if the oil viscosity is less than a preset viscosity, the judging module 100 judges that the extended-range engine 001 meets the first starting condition. The first sensor 200 is an oil quality sensor, and is located on the extended-range engine 001 for obtaining the oil viscosity.
And a control module 300, wherein when the extended-range engine 001 is judged to meet the first starting condition, the control module 300 is used for controlling the extended-range engine 001 to start so as to heat engine oil.
A second sensor 400, wherein the second sensor 400 is used for acquiring the engine oil temperature during the starting operation of the extended-range engine 001; the control module 300 is further configured to control the extended range engine 001 to stall when the oil temperature is greater than a first preset temperature. The second sensor 400 is a temperature sensor, and is located on the extended-range engine 001 for acquiring the temperature of the engine oil.
According to the above, the control system obtains the viscosity of the engine oil, and when the viscosity of the engine oil is smaller than the preset viscosity, it is determined that the extended-range engine 001 meets the first starting condition, the extended-range engine 001 is started to heat the engine oil, and the temperature of the engine oil is increased until the temperature of the engine oil is higher than the temperature at which water can be separated from the engine oil, so that water in the engine oil can be separated from the engine oil. Therefore, the control method controls the start and stop of the extended range engine 001 by monitoring the viscosity of the engine oil, and separates the water in the engine oil from the engine oil, so that the emulsification of the engine oil can be inhibited, and the safe and reliable operation of the engine can be ensured.
Thus, in one embodiment of the present application, continuing to be shown in FIG. 4, the control system further comprises:
a third sensor 500, wherein the third sensor 500 is used for acquiring the engine oil temperature when the extended-range engine 001 is in a flameout state.
And a fourth sensor 600, wherein the fourth sensor 600 is used for acquiring the ambient temperature.
The judging module 100 is further configured to judge whether the extended-range engine 001 meets a second starting condition according to the engine oil temperature and the ambient temperature, and if the engine oil temperature is less than a second preset temperature and the ambient temperature is less than a third preset temperature, judge that the extended-range engine 001 meets the second starting condition. The third sensor 500 and the fourth sensor 600 are temperature sensors, and are located on the extended-range engine 001, and are respectively used for acquiring the engine oil temperature and the ambient temperature. It should be noted that the second sensor 400 and the third sensor 500 may be the same temperature sensor, or may be two temperature sensors, as the case may be.
Therefore, the control system provided by the application also controls the start and stop of the range-extending engine 001 through the engine oil temperature and the environment temperature, and heats the engine oil when the engine oil temperature and the environment temperature are lower, so that the engine oil emulsification is inhibited, and the safe and reliable operation of the engine is guaranteed. And, the control system controls the extended-range engine to start 001 to warm up the engine oil when the extended-range engine satisfies at least one of the first start condition and the second start condition, that is, the control method controls the extended-range engine 001 to start when the extended-range engine 001 satisfies both the first start condition and the second start condition, and starts the extended-range engine 001 when the extended-range engine 001 satisfies either the first start condition or the second start condition. Therefore, the control system comprehensively considers the influence of various factors on the oil emulsification, so that the problem of oil emulsification can be more comprehensively inhibited, the oil emulsification is further inhibited, and the safe and reliable operation of an engine is ensured.
Because the extended-range engine is used for charging the power battery, the starting of the extended-range engine is also related to the electric quantity of the power battery. Thus, in one embodiment of the present application, the control system further comprises:
the power module 700 is configured to obtain the power of the power battery 002.
If the electric quantity of the power battery 002 is smaller than the first set electric quantity, the control module 300 also controls the extended range engine 001 to start so as to charge the power battery 002; if the electric quantity of the power battery 002 is the second set electric quantity, the control module 300 also controls the extended range engine 001 to stop extinguishing, and stops charging the power battery 002.
Wherein the second set electrical quantity is larger than the first set electrical quantity. The first set power is the lower limit of the power battery 002, and when the power of the power battery 002 is lower than the lower limit, it indicates that the power battery 002 needs to be charged, and at this time, the extended range engine 001 is controlled to start to charge the power battery 002. The second set electric quantity is the upper electric quantity limit value of the electric quantity battery 002, and when the electric quantity of the power battery 002 is the upper electric quantity limit value, the power battery 002 is completely charged, or the electric quantity is sufficient and no charging is needed, and the extended range engine 001 is controlled to stop or maintain the stop state.
Based on the control system of any one of the above embodiments, the present application further provides an extended-range engine, which includes the control system of any one of the above embodiments.
Based on the control system of any of the above embodiments, the present application also provides a vehicle including an extended range engine and a power battery, the extended range engine being configured to charge the power battery. Wherein the extended range engine includes the control system of any of the above embodiments.
In summary, the present application provides a control method, a control system, an extended-range engine, and a vehicle for an extended-range engine, where the control method includes: if the extended-range engine is in a flameout state, the viscosity of the engine oil is obtained, if the viscosity of the engine oil is smaller than the preset viscosity, the extended-range engine is judged to meet a first starting condition, the extended-range engine is controlled to start so as to heat the engine oil, then the temperature of the engine oil is obtained, and after the temperature of the engine oil is larger than the first preset temperature, the extended-range engine is controlled to flameout, wherein the first preset temperature is the temperature at which water can be separated from the engine oil. Therefore, the control method controls the start and stop of the extended range engine by monitoring the viscosity of the engine oil, and separates the water in the engine oil from the engine oil, so that the emulsification of the engine oil can be inhibited, and the safe and reliable operation of the engine can be ensured.
