Abstract
The invention discloses a water-free cleaning agent for aluminum profile spraying pretreatment, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of acid; 1-5 parts of a surfactant; 5-7 parts of a polymer auxiliary agent; 5-9 parts of chelating agent; 3-7 parts of wetting agent; 2-5 parts of penetrating agent; the balance being water. The washing-free cleaning agent for the aluminum profile spraying pretreatment has strong cleaning performance, can effectively clean oil dirt on the surface of an aluminum profile product, thoroughly cleans the metal surface by utilizing acidity, emulsifying property, chelating property and the like of the cleaning agent, ensures the surface gloss of the product, simultaneously does not influence the appearance of the product, and ensures the quality of the product. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the water-free cleaning agent for the pretreatment of the aluminum profile spraying, and the cleaning agent produced by the preparation method has stable performance, strong decontamination and cleaning capability, has no influence on the appearance of products, can effectively improve the quality and the production requirements of the products, increases the adhesive force in the next process spraying, is environment-friendly, does not contain heavy metals, and has no toxic or harmful substances and no harm to human bodies.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning agents, in particular to a water-free cleaning agent for aluminum profile spraying pretreatment and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The aluminum profile is commonly applied in the whole market, and various doors, windows and decorative articles are inseparable from life, so that the industry of the aluminum profile has huge market application scenes. In the process of processing and producing the aluminum profile, the surface of the aluminum profile is sprayed with metal powder coating to achieve various desired appearances and colors. Before spraying, the aluminum profile surface is cleaned by a cleaning agent to clean dirt, greasy dirt and the like on the aluminum profile surface, so that the effect required by pretreatment of spraying is achieved, the suction force is stronger, and the service life of the aluminum profile is prolonged. In the cleaning process, after the cleaning agent is generally cleaned, the residue of the cleaning agent can be cleaned by washing for two to three times in order not to influence the adsorption force of spraying, so that the required effect of the product surface before spraying is achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
One object of the present invention is to: the cleaning agent has the advantages that the cleaning performance is high, oil stains and dirt on the surface of an aluminum profile product can be effectively cleaned, the metal surface is thoroughly cleaned by the aid of acidity, emulsifying property, chelating property and the like of the cleaning agent, the surface gloss of the product is ensured, the appearance of the product is not influenced, and the quality of the product is ensured.
Another object of the invention is: the preparation method of the cleaning agent for the aluminum profile pretreatment by spraying is stable in performance, strong in decontamination and cleaning capability, free of influence on the appearance of products, capable of effectively improving the quality and production requirements of the products, improving the adhesive force in the next process of spraying, environment-friendly, free of heavy metals and toxic and harmful substances, and free of harm to human bodies.
To achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the cleaning agent for the pretreatment of the aluminum profile spraying comprises the following components in parts by weight:
5-10 parts of acid;
1-5 parts of a surfactant;
5-7 parts of a polymer auxiliary agent;
5-9 parts of chelating agent;
3-7 parts of wetting agent;
2-5 parts of penetrating agent;
the balance being water.
As a preferable technical scheme, in order to improve the cleaning and decontamination effects, the chemical stability in acid and water can be ensured, wherein the acid is one or more of citric acid, sulfuric acid, sulfamic acid and AMPS, and 8 parts of acid.
As a preferable technical scheme, in order to improve the cleaning capability of the cleaning agent on greasy dirt and dirty, the permeability, wettability and emulsifying property of the cleaning agent are improved, and meanwhile, the surface tension of the cleaning agent is reduced, wherein the surfactant is one or more of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, secondary alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, polyoxyethylene alkyl alcohol amide, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, and 5 parts of the surfactant.
As a preferable technical scheme, 6 parts of the polymer auxiliary agent.
As a preferable technical scheme, in order to improve the cleaning force of metal particles on the surface of a product during cleaning, the chelating agent increases the complexation of metal ions so as to enable the metal ions to be cleaned more easily, wherein the chelating agent is one or more of sodium gluconate, EDTA2 sodium, MGDA and MA/AA, and 8 parts of the chelating agent.
As a preferred embodiment, 3 parts of the wetting agent.
