Technical Field

Background
Printing is a technology of transferring ink onto the surfaces of paper, textile, plastic, leather and other materials through plate making, ink application, pressurizing and other steps on originals such as characters, pictures, photos, anti-counterfeiting and the like, and copying original contents in batches.
When the existing paperboard is subjected to printing work, the paperboard is placed on a workbench surface, then is fixed through a clamping assembly, and then is subjected to printing work on the surface of the paperboard through a printer, but the surface of the existing paperboard is easy to wrinkle, incomplete printing patterns are easy to cause in the printing engineering, and the probability of the finished product of the paperboard is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the application is to provide an environment-friendly cardboard printing ink printing technology and lithography apparatus thereof, realize making the threaded rod rotate through the function of mount pad to be convenient for overlap the piece and remove, the removal of cover piece drives the fixed plate through the pull rod and removes, makes the cardboard smooth its surface through the roller before printing and avoids appearing the fold phenomenon.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present application provides the following technical solutions: the environment-friendly paperboard printing ink printing process and printing equipment thereof comprise a bottom plate, wherein mounting holes are formed in four corners of the bottom plate, a processing table is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the bottom plate, a placing groove is formed in the processing table, clamping grooves are formed in two sides of the processing table, the placing groove and the clamping grooves are communicated with each other, a supporting rod is fixedly connected to the top end of the bottom plate, a top sheet is fixedly connected to the top end of the supporting rod, a butt joint seat is fixedly connected to the supporting rod, the butt joint seat is fixedly connected to a fixing frame, through grooves are formed in two sides of the top surface of the fixing frame, and a control panel is fixedly arranged on the surface of the fixing frame; still include control assembly, roll-in subassembly and fixed subassembly, control assembly installs on the mount cooperation processing platform uses, roll-in subassembly installs and uses in control assembly's bottom cooperation, fixed subassembly installs on the bottom plate cooperation processing platform uses.

The invention also provides an environment-friendly paperboard ink printing process, which comprises the following steps of:
step one: placing the paperboard in a placing groove on a processing table, and then rotating a turntable, so that a loop bar pushes a pressing plate on a sliding plate to be attached to two sides of the top of the paperboard for fixing;
step two: when printing is performed, the printer is placed on the fixed plate, and then the fixed plate is integrally moved through the operation of the servo motor, so that the roller can smooth the surface of the paperboard to be printed conveniently, and the phenomenon of wrinkling of the surface of the paperboard is avoided;
step three: the printing machine that moves continuously through the fixed plate carries out the printing work to the cardboard surface on the processing platform, and the back is accomplished in the printing is convenient for take out the cardboard through the reverse rotation to the carousel and dries the work.

1. the invention has reasonable structure, the servo motor is operated by operating the control panel, the output end of the servo motor is fixedly connected with the threaded rod, the threaded rod is rotated by the operation of the servo motor, the threaded rod is connected with the sleeve block in a threaded manner, the sleeve block is moved by the rotation of the threaded rod, the two sides of the sleeve block are fixedly connected with the side plates, and the side plates drive the movable seat to move by the movement of the sleeve block, so that the pulley on the movable seat can slide on the slide rod conveniently, and the stability of the movement of the pull rod is improved;
2. according to the invention, the bottom end of the pull rod is fixedly connected to the fixed plate, the fixed plate is driven to move through the movement of the pull rod, the first rotating shaft is rotationally connected to the fixed plate, the pull plate is rotationally connected to the first rotating shaft, the other end of the pull plate is rotationally connected to the second rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the roller, the limiting seat is pushed to move downwards through the elasticity of the first spring, the bottom end of the limiting seat is sleeved on the second rotating shaft, so that the roller is conveniently attached to the surface of a paperboard on a processing table to smooth, and the phenomenon of wrinkles is avoided;
3. according to the invention, the paperboard to be printed is placed in the placing groove, then the turntable is rotated, the turntable is fixedly connected to the screw rod, the screw rod is driven to rotate through the rotation of the turntable, the bottom end of the screw rod is connected to the loop bar in a threaded manner, the loop bar pushes the sliding plate to move through the rotation of the screw rod, so that the two ends of the sliding plate can slide on the positioning rod conveniently, the pressing plate is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the sliding plate, and the pressing plate can fix the paperboard in the placing groove through the movement of the sliding plate.

Specifically, the paper board to be printed is placed in the placing groove 103, then the rotary table 408 is rotated, the rotary table 408 is fixedly connected to the screw rod 407, the screw rod 407 is driven to rotate through the rotation of the rotary table 408, the bottom end of the screw rod 407 is in threaded connection with the sleeve rod 406, the sleeve rod 406 is used for pushing the sliding plate 401 to move through the rotation of the screw rod 407, therefore, the two ends of the sliding plate 401 can slide on the positioning rod 4 conveniently, the pressing plate 402 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the sliding plate 401, and the pressing plate 402 can fix the paper board in the placing groove 103 through the movement of the sliding plate 401.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the servo motor 201 is operated by operating the control panel 110, the output end of the servo motor 201 is fixedly connected with the threaded rod 202, the threaded rod 202 is rotated by operating the servo motor 201, the threaded rod 202 is connected with the sleeve block 205 in a threaded manner, the sleeve block 205 is moved by rotating the threaded rod 202, the side plates 206 are fixedly connected to the two sides of the sleeve block 205, the side plates 206 drive the movable seat 207 to move by moving the sleeve block 205, so that the pulley 208 on the movable seat 207 can slide on the slide rod 209 conveniently, and the stability of the movement of the pull rod 3 is improved;
the bottom end of the pull rod 3 is fixedly connected to the fixed plate 301, the fixed plate 301 is driven to move through the movement of the pull rod 3, a first rotating shaft 303 is rotationally connected to the fixed plate 301, a pull plate 304 is rotationally connected to the first rotating shaft 303, the other end of the pull plate 304 is rotationally connected to the second rotating shaft 305, a roller 306 is fixedly connected to the second rotating shaft 305, the limiting seat 307 is pushed to move downwards through the elastic force of the first spring 313, the bottom end of the limiting seat 307 is sleeved on the second rotating shaft 305, and therefore the roller 306 is conveniently attached to the surface of a paperboard on the processing table 102 to smooth the work, and the phenomenon of wrinkles is avoided;
the paperboard to be printed is placed in the placing groove 103, then the turntable 408 is rotated, the turntable 408 is fixedly connected to the screw rod 407, the screw rod 407 is driven to rotate through the rotation of the turntable 408, the bottom end of the screw rod 407 is connected to the sleeve rod 406 in a threaded manner, the sleeve rod 406 pushes the sliding plate 401 to move through the rotation of the screw rod 407, so that two ends of the sliding plate 401 slide on the positioning rod 4 conveniently, the pressing plate 402 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the sliding plate 401, and the pressing plate 402 is used for fixing the paperboard in the placing groove 103 through the movement of the sliding plate 401.
The invention also provides an environment-friendly paperboard ink printing process, which comprises the following steps of:
step one: placing the paper board in the placing groove 103 on the processing table 102, and then rotating the turntable 408 to enable the loop bar 406 to push the pressing plate 402 on the sliding plate 401 to be attached to the two sides of the top of the paper board for fixing;
step two: when printing is performed, the printer is placed on the fixed plate 301, and then the fixed plate 301 is integrally moved through the operation of the servo motor 201, so that the roller 306 can smooth the surface of the paperboard to be printed, and the phenomenon of wrinkling of the surface of the paperboard is avoided;
step three: the printing operation is performed on the surface of the paper board on the processing table 102 by the printer which continuously moves the fixing plate 301, and the paper board is conveniently taken out for airing operation by reversely rotating the turntable 408 after printing.
