Abstract

本发明公开了一种锂电池极片材料通用的区域底涂装置,包括过辊、印版辊和浆料箱,所述浆料箱的内部装有浆料,所述浆料箱的顶部安装有印版辊,所述印版辊顶部的两侧安装有塑料薄膜支撑,所述塑料薄膜支撑的顶部安装有过辊,所述过辊与塑料薄膜支撑之间放置有塑料薄膜,所述塑料薄膜的顶部放置有基材。本发明通过控制塑料薄膜的宽度和数量,则可灵活实现不同区域和不同宽度的涂覆及非涂覆的工艺要求,使本发明具体简单快捷、效率高、适用范围广的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及底涂装置领域,具体为一种锂电池极片材料通用的区域底涂装置。
背景技术
聚合物锂离子电池是目前使用非常普遍的电池,目前聚合物锂离子电池的研究和生产都取得了重大的进展,在各个领域的应用也越来越广泛。近年来聚合物锂离子电池是手机等移动电子装置的首选电池。随着聚合物锂离子电池的广泛运用,需求聚合物锂离子电池的领域也越来越多,这就要求生产越来越多的聚合物锂离子电池满足使用需求。锂离子电池制造工艺中,涂布是核心的工序,也是决定电池性能的主要工艺步骤。
现有的一种锂电池极片材料通用的区域底涂装置的缺陷:
1、印版辊整根进行刻纹涂覆,当基膜部分区域不需要涂覆时,无法实现。
2.当印版辊采用分段刻纹时,只能适应一种宽度的涂覆或者不用涂覆的区域,无法通用,满足不了不同宽度和不同区域涂布的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种锂电池极片材料通用的区域底涂装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种锂电池极片材料通用的区域底涂装置,包括过辊、印版辊、刮刀和浆料箱,所述浆料箱的内部装有浆料,所述浆料箱的顶部安装有印版辊,所述印版辊两侧浆料箱的顶部安装有刮刀,所述印版辊顶部的两侧安装有塑料薄膜支撑,所述塑料薄膜支撑的顶部安装有过辊,所述过辊与塑料薄膜支撑之间放置有塑料薄膜,所述塑料薄膜的顶部放置有基材。
进一步,所述浆料箱的底部设置有防滑层。
进一步,所述印版辊的表面设置有雕刻区域。
进一步,所述基材通过印版辊后留下涂覆区域。
进一步,所述一侧塑料薄膜支撑的顶部设置有积墨区。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明采用塑料薄膜材料实现涂覆区域的隔离,简单快捷;
2、本发明塑料薄膜成本低,实现区域涂布的效益高;
3、本发明通过控制塑料薄膜宽度和数量,即可实现不同宽度和不同区域的涂覆要求。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种锂电池极片材料通用的区域底涂装置,包括过辊1、印版辊4、刮刀5和浆料箱6,浆料箱6的内部装有浆料7,浆料箱6的顶部安装有印版辊4,印版辊4两侧浆料箱6的顶部安装有刮刀5,去除涂布过程中多余的浆料7,印版辊4顶部的两侧安装有塑料薄膜支撑9,塑料薄膜支撑9的顶部安装有过辊1,支撑和控制基材2贴合在印版辊4上,过辊1与塑料薄膜支撑9之间放置有塑料薄膜8,隔离印版辊4的刻纹区域,塑料薄膜8的顶部放置有基材2。
进一步,浆料箱6的底部设置有防滑层。
进一步,印版辊4的表面设置有雕刻区域11。
进一步,基材2通过印版辊4后留下涂覆区域10。
进一步,一侧塑料薄膜支撑9的顶部设置有积墨区3,浆料7聚集的区域。
工作原理:基材2在前进过程中,被过辊1向下托住,从而使基材2贴合在印版辊4的圆柱面上,当印版辊4运转时,带动浆料7通过积墨区3涂覆在基材2的表面。其中浆料箱6用来存储浆料7,刮刀5用来去掉多余的浆料7,在涂布开始前,先将印版辊4用塑料薄膜8贴合在非涂覆区域,因此,印版辊4的雕刻区域11被塑料薄膜8遮挡,无法将浆料7带入基材2的表面,从而实现分区域涂布。

1.一种锂电池极片材料通用的区域底涂装置,包括过辊(1)、印版辊(4)和浆料箱(6),其特征在于:所述浆料箱(6)的内部装有浆料(7),所述浆料箱(6)的顶部安装有印版辊(4),所述印版辊(4)顶部的两侧安装有塑料薄膜支撑(9),所述塑料薄膜支撑(9)的顶部安装有过辊(1),所述过辊(1)与塑料薄膜支撑(9)之间放置有塑料薄膜(8),所述塑料薄膜(8)的顶部放置有基材(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂电池极片材料通用的区域底涂装置,其特征在于:所述浆料箱(6)的底部设置有防滑层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种锂电池极片材料通用的区域底涂装置,其特征在于:所述印版辊(4)的表面设置有雕刻区域(11)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂电池极片材料通用的区域底涂装置,其特征在于:所述基材(2)通过印版辊(4)后留下涂覆区域(10)。
