as shown in fig. 1 to 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, there is described a surface cleaning apparatus, which includes a main body 100, a power source assembly 200, a liquid storage tank 300 detachably installed on the main body, a dirt tank 400, and a ground brush assembly 500 pivotally connected to the bottom end of the main body, wherein the ground brush assembly 500 includes a housing 1, a roller brush cavity 2 disposed on the housing 1, a driving device 11, a roller brush 3, a water supply assembly 12, a scraper 5, and a dirt suction assembly 13, the roller brush 3 is at least partially disposed in the roller brush cavity 2, bristles for cleaning a surface are disposed on the outer surface of the roller brush 3, an output end of the driving device 11 is in transmission connection with the roller brush 3, the water supply assembly 12 includes a water supply member 4 disposed in the roller brush cavity 2, a water supply port 4.2 is disposed on the water supply member 4 and is disposed behind the roller brush 3 and faces the roller brush 3, the scraper 5 is disposed below the roller brush cavity 4 and is matched with the roller brush 3, the dirt suction assembly is disposed below the scraper 5, and a side wall of the roller brush cavity 2 is disposed on the side wall of the roller brush cavity 2 in an interference manner to be in contact with the surface of the roller brush 3 along the direction of the roller brush 3, and the driving motor is in order to drive the bristle 3. The water supply piece 4 is provided with a first surface 4.1 matched with the shape of the roller brush, and a gap is arranged between the first surface and the outer surface of the roller brush, and the gap is smaller than or equal to the interference between the scraping plate and the roller brush. The front-back, left-right, up-down positions described in the present invention refer to the marks in fig. 1. The ω direction in fig. 2 is the rotational direction of the roller brush 3.
Further, the floor brush assembly 500 further includes a detachable roller brush cover 1.2, the roller brush cover is mounted on the housing to jointly form the roller brush cavity, a dirt collecting plate 6 extending at least partially towards the direction of the water supply member is disposed on the inner surface of the roller brush cover 1.2 opposite to the roller brush 3, and a separation portion with abrupt change of curvature of the first surface is formed between the dirt collecting plate 6 and the water supply member 4, so that dirt remained on the roller brush is thrown out at the separation portion and adhered to the dirt collecting plate. Preferably, the dirt collecting plate 6 is connected with the roller brush cover 1.2 in an integrated structure, and the dirt collecting plate 6 is in a strip-shaped plate structure.
In this embodiment, the surface cladding of roller brush has soft and absorbent brush hair, roller brush during operation is rotated by scraper blade one side to dirt collecting plate one side, because scraper blade and roller brush interference fit, most filth in the brush hair can be scraped by the scraper blade and inhale the filth bucket through the dirt subassembly, a small amount of filth that does not scraped by the scraper blade can stay in the brush hair root position of roller brush, when the roller brush surface gets into first surface region when leaving the scraper blade, the cleaning solution that the water supply piece provided to the roller brush can flow to the root of brush hair, adhesion between filth and the brush hair can be showing and reduce because soaking, when the roller brush rotates to the separation portion of relative first surface curvature mutation, part cleaning solution drives the filth that adsorbs in the brush hair and is thrown away outwards by the centrifugation, get rid of on the dirt collecting plate and adhere. When the cleaning is needed, only the detachable roller brush cover is detached from the ground brush assembly and the dirt collecting plate is washed, so that the positions needing important cleaning are reduced, and the cleaning time is saved.
It will be appreciated that the separating portion may refer to sharp corners, steps or various raised structures, the abrupt curvature merely referring to the curvature relationship between the first surface 4.1 and the surface of the dirt collecting plate opposite the roller brush. For example, the curvature K1 of the first surface 4.1 is greater than zero, the curvature K2 of the surface of the dirt collecting plate opposite to the roller brush is equal to zero or less than zero, and thus abrupt changes in curvature relative to the first surface are formed at the separation portion; alternatively, the curvature K1 of the first surface is in the positive value range [0.1-0.3], the curvature K2 of the surface of the dirt collecting plate opposite to the roller brush is in the positive value range [0.5,0.7], the minimum interval between the two ranges is 0.4, and the fluctuation range between the respective ranges is only 0.2, so that it can be considered that the curvature mutation relative to the first surface is formed at the separation portion.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the first surface 4.1 is a cambered surface or a smooth cambered surface arranged coaxially with the roller brush 3. The structure can enable bristles on the surface of the roller brush 3 to uniformly contact and clean the first surface 4.1.
In another possible embodiment, the dirt collecting surface of the dirt collecting plate 6 opposite to the rolling brush is a non-smooth surface, and the non-smooth surface is an adsorption structure capable of increasing adsorption capacity, the adsorption structure can be protrusions and grooves with various shapes and patterns, sharp inflection points can be arranged on the surfaces of the protrusions and the grooves, the adsorption structure can also be sharp corners or/and steps, the roughness of the non-smooth surface can be increased, or other structures capable of increasing adsorption capacity can be provided. The non-smooth surface can enable the dirt or solid matters in the dirt to be adsorbed on the non-smooth surface, so that the dirt falling back to the surface of the roller brush again is reduced, the surface of the roller brush is cleaner, and the cleaning effect is better. When the dirt collecting area is provided with a plurality of surfaces, the curvature of the surfaces at the joint is suddenly changed, so that a larger obvious edge structure is formed. The edge structure may also block and absorb dirt. As an improvement, the front end of the dirt collecting plate is also provided with a plurality of ribs 9 which are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the roller brush 3. The ribs 9 can not only increase the dirt collecting surface area of the front end of the dirt collecting plate, but also increase the structural strength of the dirt collecting plate.
In a preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the axial length of the dirt collecting plate 6 is greater than that of the roller brush 3, the left and right ends of the dirt collecting plate 6 extend to one side of the roller brush 3 to form a covered edge 10, the roller brush 3 is located between the two covered edges 10 at the left and right ends, and the dirt collecting plate 6 and the covered edge 10 form a semi-surrounding structure for the roller brush 3. The top surface of bordure 10 is the cambered surface, and the diameter of this cambered surface is less than the external diameter of roller brush 3, and roller brush 3 is located between two bordures 10 of both ends about, can cover whole roller brush 3 in the axial, also collects the dirty filth of roller brush 3 side, has better dirt collecting effect.
In another preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 or 5, the lower end of the dirt collecting plate 6 extends vertically downward to abut against the upper end of the water supply member 4. The dirt collecting plate 6 can block the position of the rear end of the dirt collecting plate 6, dirt thrown out on the bristles cannot enter the position blocked by the dirt collecting plate 6, the dirt collecting plate 6 is abutted with the upper end of the water supply piece 4, and dirt can be prevented from entering the rear side of the dirt collecting plate 6 through a gap between the dirt collecting plate 6 and the water supply piece 4. Preferably, the bottom end of the dirt collecting plate is in interference fit with the roller brush (not shown in the figure).
As an alternative to the above-described another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a gap is provided between the bottom end of the dirt collecting plate 6 and the water supply member, and the projection of the bottom end of the dirt collecting plate in the vertical direction is located within the range of the water supply member, and the bottom end of the dirt collecting plate is located at the rear upper portion of the front end surface of the water supply member so that the gap is located outside the range where the dirt is thrown out by the roller brush, wherein the gap is preferably set to be less than 1mm. The gap is arranged between the bottom end of the dirt collecting plate and the water supply piece, so that the number and the area of contact limiting points when the roller brush cover is installed on the ground brush assembly can be reduced, and the processing and the installation are convenient; in addition, the projection of the bottom end of the dirt collecting plate in the vertical direction is positioned in the range of the water supply piece, so that dirt thrown out during rotation of the roller brush cannot enter the rear side of the dirt collecting plate through the gap.
Further, a part of the water supply member 4 is located below the dirt collecting plate 6, and a part of the water supply member 4 is located behind the dirt collecting plate 6. When the structure of the water supply piece 4 is relatively complex, and the internal waterway structure is more, the volume of the water supply piece 4 is larger, and the structure can fully utilize the space behind the dirt collecting plate 6 to arrange the water supply piece 4.
Alternatively, the separation part is formed on the dirt collecting plate 6 or simultaneously formed on the water supply member 4 and the dirt collecting plate 6. Fig. 5 shows a solution in which the separating portion is formed on the water supply member and the dirt collecting plate at the same time, i.e. the front side of the bottom end of the dirt collecting plate is butted with the front side of the top end of the water supply member.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the separation part is formed on the water supply member 4, that is, the water supply member 4 is formed with a step that transitions from the first surface to the dirt collecting surface of the dirt collecting plate.

as shown in fig. 7 and 8, this embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: the first surface 4.1 is in interference fit with the roller brush 3, and the interference is smaller than that of the scraping plate 5 and the roller brush 3. Preferably, the interference of the first surface 4.1 with the roller brush 3 is not more than 5mm, and the interference of the scraping plate 5 with the roller brush 3 is not more than 5mm.
In this embodiment, because the scraper blade and the roller brush are in interference fit, most dirt in the brush hair can be scraped off by the scraper blade and sucked into the dirt bucket through the dirt absorbing component, a small amount of dirt which is not scraped off by the scraper blade can be left at the root position of the brush hair of the roller brush, when the surface of the roller brush leaves the scraper blade and enters the first surface area, the brush hair still keeps a compressed state due to interference between the roller brush and the first surface, at the moment, cleaning liquid provided by the water supply part for the roller brush can flow to the root of the brush hair, the adhesion between the dirt and the brush hair can be obviously reduced due to wetting, when the roller brush rotates to a separation part with abrupt change of curvature relative to the first surface, the brush hair is suddenly changed from a compressed state by the scraper blade into a non-compressed state, the brush hair can rebound, and part of the cleaning liquid drives the dirt absorbed in the brush hair to be centrifugally thrown out to the dirt collecting plate and adhered. In addition, in the technical scheme, the roller brush is in interference fit with the first surface, namely the bristles on the surface of the roller brush are in contact with the first surface, and the first surface can be brushed in the rotating process of the roller brush, so that dirt is prevented from adhering, and a user does not need to independently clean the roller brush. Meanwhile, when the bristles on the roller brush pass through the water supply piece, cleaning liquid flowing out of the water supply piece can be absorbed, but in the axial direction of the roller brush, the water yield of the water supply piece cannot be completely consistent, so that the cleaning liquid is unevenly distributed on the bristles, and because the first surface is in interference fit with the roller brush and can be extruded by the first surface in interference fit, the cleaning liquid at the position with more absorbing cleaning liquid can quickly flow to the position with less absorbing cleaning liquid under the action of extrusion force, and the cleaning liquid can be more evenly distributed on the surface of the roller brush. The interference of the first surface and the roller brush is smaller than that of the scraping plate and the roller brush, so that excessive extrusion of the brush hair is avoided, the cleaning liquid is scraped off by the first surface, and enough cleaning liquid is arranged in the brush hair when the brush hair leaves the first surface.
As an improvement, as shown in fig. 8, in the rotation direction of the roller brush 3, the interference of the first surface 4.1 and the roller brush 3 (as shown by the dotted line position in the figure) is gradually reduced, so that the bristles passing through the first surface 4.1 rebound relatively slowly, when the roller brush 3 rotates to the tail end of the first surface 4.1, the compressed amount of the bristles is reduced, the roller brush 3 continues to rotate, and when the bristles are separated from the first surface 4.1, the rebound amount of the bristles is reduced, the dirt thrown out of the bristles can be reduced, and the pollution of the dirt to the shell 1 is reduced.
