Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present disclosure may be more clearly understood, a further description of aspects of the present disclosure will be provided below. It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present disclosure and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present disclosure, but the present disclosure may be practiced otherwise than as described herein; it will be apparent that the embodiments in the specification are only some, but not all, embodiments of the disclosure.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a cleaning control method of a mobile cleaning device according to an embodiment of the disclosure. The mobile cleaning device cleaning control method can be applied to an application scene that a user needs to use the mobile cleaning device to clean, and can be executed by the mobile cleaning device control device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, and the mobile cleaning device control device can be implemented in a software and/or hardware mode. As shown in fig. 1, the mobile cleaning apparatus cleaning control method includes:
and S101, after the mobile cleaning device finishes cleaning the previous area, controlling the mobile cleaning device to return to the base station to discharge the residual cleaning liquid.
Specifically, when the mobile cleaning apparatus cleans the previous area, the mobile cleaning apparatus may be controlled to return to the base station, and the base station may be provided therein with a cleaning liquid recovery device, and the solution containing device discharges the remaining cleaning liquid to the cleaning liquid recovery device entirely through the liquid discharge pipe. The base station may recover the remaining cleaning liquid into the cleaning agent storage chamber storing the corresponding cleaning liquid, or may drain the remaining cleaning liquid as sewage, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
Optionally, before controlling the mobile cleaning device to return to the base station to discharge the remaining cleaning liquid, the method further comprises:
determining whether there is remaining cleaning liquid in the mobile cleaning device;
and when the residual cleaning liquid exists in the mobile cleaning device, performing an operation of controlling the mobile cleaning device to return to the base station to discharge the residual cleaning liquid.
Specifically, before the mobile cleaning device cleans the area to be cleaned, the base station injects a certain amount of cleaning liquid into the mobile cleaning device, and when the mobile cleaning device cleans the area with smaller area such as a kitchen or a toilet, the injected cleaning liquid cannot be completely consumed, and part of the cleaning liquid is remained, so that before the cleaning liquid corresponding to the next area to be cleaned is injected, whether the residual cleaning liquid exists in the mobile cleaning device needs to be detected. For example, a water amount calculating means may be installed on the mobile cleaning apparatus for detecting the remaining condition of the cleaning liquid, for example, using a photo sensor, detecting the content of the cleaning liquid by using the reflection condition of light in the solution, or weighing the mobile cleaning apparatus using a weighing sensor, to determine whether the remaining cleaning liquid exists. It should be noted that, the manner of detecting whether the remaining cleaning liquid exists in the mobile cleaning device may also be set according to the actual use situation of the mobile cleaning device, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
When it is judged that a part of the cleaning liquid remains in the mobile cleaning device and the type of the cleaning liquid used by the mobile cleaning device to clean the next area is different from the type of the cleaning liquid used by the mobile cleaning device to clean the previous area, the mobile cleaning device can be controlled to return to the base station, and the remaining cleaning liquid is discharged.
Optionally, after controlling the mobile cleaning device to return to the base station to discharge the remaining cleaning liquid, the method further comprises: the movable cleaning equipment is rinsed by clean water.
Specifically, after the mobile cleaning device discharges the remaining cleaning liquid, the mobile cleaning device needs to be cleaned, so that the cleaning liquid used for cleaning the previous area pollutes the cleaning liquid used for the next area to be cleaned, and the cleaning effect of the mobile cleaning device on the next area to be cleaned is affected. The mobile cleaning device uses the acidic cleaning solution when cleaning the bedroom, and part of the acidic cleaning solution remains after cleaning the bedroom, when the next area to be cleaned by the mobile cleaning device, such as a kitchen, is to use the alkaline cleaning solution, the acidic cleaning solution for cleaning the bedroom needs to be completely discharged, and the alkaline cleaning solution used for cleaning the kitchen is injected after the mobile cleaning device is cleaned by clean water, so that the neutralization of the residual acidic cleaning solution and the newly injected alkaline cleaning solution is avoided, the capability of the cleaning solution for removing kitchen greasy dirt is affected, and the cleaning effect of the mobile cleaning device is improved.
Optionally, the fresh water washing mobile cleaning device comprises: and (3) carrying out clear water flushing on the solution containing device for containing the cleaning solution in the mobile cleaning device and/or the cleaning component of the mobile cleaning device.
Specifically, when cleaning the mobile cleaning equipment, can wash solution holding device, be provided with the storage water tank in the basic station for example, solution holding device passes through water piping connection with the storage water tank to be provided with the water pump on the water pipe, when needs wash solution holding device, open the water pump and make the water in the storage water tank get into in the solution holding device wash, clean remaining cleaning solution totally.
In addition, cleaning components such as mops of the mobile cleaning device can be cleaned, a cleaning tank is arranged in the base station, the cleaning tank is used for accommodating the cleaning components so as to be convenient to clean, a convex structure is formed at the cleaning tank, after the previous area is cleaned by the mobile cleaning device, cleaning liquid used for cleaning the previous area can be remained on the cleaning components, the base station can spray water to clean the cleaning components, and cleaning operation of the cleaning components can be performed by matching with rotation of the cleaning components and friction between the cleaning components and the convex structure.
The specific cleaning modes of the solution containing device and the cleaning assembly are not limited to the above embodiments, and may be set according to the actual use condition of the mobile cleaning apparatus and the specific configuration of the base station, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that, the solution containing device and the cleaning assembly may be both rinsed, only the solution containing device may be rinsed, or only the cleaning assembly may be rinsed, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
S102, before the movable cleaning equipment cleans the area to be cleaned, cleaning liquid corresponding to the area to be cleaned is put into the movable cleaning equipment.
Specifically, before the movable cleaning device cleans the area to be cleaned, the base station puts the cleaning liquid corresponding to the area to be cleaned into the movable cleaning device, for example, when the area to be cleaned is a kitchen, the degreasing cleaning liquid can be put into the movable cleaning device, and when the area to be cleaned is a baby room, the cleaning liquid with a disinfection function can be put into the movable cleaning device, so that the movable cleaning device carries the cleaning liquid corresponding to the area to be cleaned to clean the area to be cleaned. Because the cleaning liquid used for cleaning the previous area is discharged, the problem that the cleaning capability of the cleaning liquid is reduced due to pollution of the cleaning liquid used for cleaning the previous area to the cleaning liquid used for cleaning the area to be cleaned is avoided, the cleaning effect of the movable cleaning equipment is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Optionally, before the cleaning solution corresponding to the cleaning area is delivered to the mobile cleaning device, the method further comprises: acquiring scene information of an area to be cleaned;
determining a target cleaning agent corresponding to the scene information of the area to be cleaned according to the corresponding relation between the scene information and the cleaning agent;
the cleaning liquid corresponding to the area to be cleaned is a solution comprising a target cleaning agent.
Specifically, before formally starting cleaning, the mobile cleaning device may be controlled to scan the house to obtain a map of the whole house, for example, the radar detection device or the vision detection device of the mobile cleaning device may obtain scene information of an area to be cleaned in the moving process, for example, the whole house may be divided into areas such as a kitchen, a living room or a bedroom based on the scene information of furniture arrangement of each area obtained by the radar detection device. For example, when the radar detection device detects that the range is provided with the smoke machine kitchen range in the area, judging that the scene information of the area is kitchen; when the radar detection device detects that a bed exists in the area, judging that the scene information of the area is bedroom; when the radar detection device detects that a sofa exists in the area, the scene information of the area is judged to be a living room.
In addition, the user may also directly send the scene information to the mobile cleaning device through the terminal device in communication connection with the mobile cleaning device, or may acquire the scene information in other manners according to the actual use situation of the mobile cleaning device, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Since the function of use is different for each area to be cleaned, the stain characteristics are different, and thus the cleaning emphasis is different for each area. Illustratively, since the user frequently cooks in the kitchen, resulting in heavy greasy dirt in the kitchen, the cleaning of the kitchen is focused on cleaning the greasy dirt, and the kitchen can be thoroughly cleaned in combination with a cleaner having a degreasing effect on the basis of using a general cleaner. Because infants have low immunity to bacterial viruses, the emphasis on disinfecting infant rooms is on cleaning viruses and bacteria, and the infant rooms can be cleaned by using common cleaners in combination with cleaners with disinfection effects. When the area to be cleaned has a wooden floor, in order to avoid damage to wood when the mobile cleaning device cleans the wooden floor with a general cleaner, a cleaner having a wooden floor care function may be selected to clean the wooden floor.
Therefore, based on scene information and corresponding stain characteristics, the target cleaning agent which is most effective in removing stains for the to-be-cleaned area is matched, so that the stains can be removed rapidly and effectively, the optimal cleaning effect is achieved, the cleaning capacity of the mobile cleaning equipment is improved, and the user experience is improved.
It should be noted that, the specific correspondence between the scene information of the area to be cleaned and the cleaning agent may be set according to the user requirement and the actual use situation of the mobile cleaning device, the correspondence between the scene information of the area and the cleaning agent may be pre-stored after being set by the user in a user-defined manner, and when the target cleaning agent needs to be matched, the correspondence between the scene information of the area and the cleaning agent is directly called, and the target cleaning agent corresponding to the scene information is found and determined.
It should be noted that the target detergent in the present disclosure may be a concentrated detergent, or a diluted detergent. If the target cleaning agent is diluted cleaning agent, the mobile cleaning device can directly clean the area to be cleaned by using the target cleaning agent. If the target cleaning agent is concentrated cleaning agent or diluted cleaning agent, the mobile cleaning equipment can dissolve the thrown target cleaning agent and water for dilution configuration to form cleaning liquid for cleaning the area to be cleaned.
Optionally, before the cleaning solution corresponding to the cleaning area is delivered to the mobile cleaning device, the method further comprises: determining the concentration of the cleaning solution corresponding to the scene information of the area to be cleaned based on the corresponding relation between the scene information and the concentration of the cleaning solution;
determining the throwing amount of a target cleaning agent in the cleaning solution based on the cleaning solution concentration corresponding to the scene information of the area to be cleaned;
the step of throwing the cleaning liquid corresponding to the cleaning area into the movable cleaning equipment comprises the following steps: and (3) delivering the target cleaning agent to the mobile cleaning equipment according to the delivery amount of the target cleaning agent to form cleaning liquid corresponding to the area to be cleaned.
Specifically, the scene information may include, for example, the dirt level of each area, and since the dirt level of each area changes during each cleaning, the cleaning solution with different concentrations is required to be used to clean the area to achieve the optimal cleaning effect, and the higher the concentration of the cleaning solution, the stronger the capability of cleaning stains, that is, under other equivalent conditions, when the dirt level of the area to be cleaned is higher, the cleaning solution with higher concentration should be used to clean the area to be cleaned.
Illustratively, when a degree of soiling of the kitchen of 80% is detected, a cleaning liquid having a concentration of 60% is correspondingly used; when the degree of dirt in the kitchen is detected to be 50%, a cleaning liquid having a concentration of 30% is correspondingly used. The scene information and the cleaning solution concentration can be stored in the base station in advance, and when the dirt degree of the area to be cleaned in the scene information is determined, the corresponding cleaning solution concentration can be matched in a table look-up mode.
For example, when the target cleaning agent is, for example, a concentrated cleaning agent having a concentration of 100%, when it is determined that cleaning with a cleaning liquid having a concentration of 50% is required based on the degree of dirt of the area to be cleaned, an appropriate amount of the concentrated cleaning agent may be added to the dissolution chamber first, and then diluted to a cleaning liquid having a concentration of 50% with an appropriate amount of water in the dissolution chamber, and then put into the mobile cleaning apparatus; the target cleaning agent may be diluted cleaning solution, for example, cleaning solution with concentration of 80%, when the mobile cleaning device needs to use the cleaning solution with concentration of 60% to clean the area to be cleaned, the cleaning solution with concentration of 80% may be put into the dissolution cavity of the base station, then a proper amount of water is added into the dissolution cavity, and the target cleaning agent is diluted to 60% of cleaning solution and put into the mobile cleaning device.
In addition, the target cleaning agent may be a cleaning liquid diluted to a target concentration, and when the mobile cleaning apparatus needs to clean an area to be cleaned using, for example, a cleaning liquid having a concentration of 60%, the cleaning liquid diluted to 60% may be directly put into the mobile cleaning apparatus.
It should be noted that, the specific correspondence between the concentration of the cleaning solution and the scene information may be set according to the actual use condition of the mobile cleaning device, which is not limited in the embodiment of the disclosure.
Optionally, delivering the cleaning solution corresponding to the cleaning area to the mobile cleaning device, including:
determining a cleaning function based on the target cleaning agent;
putting the cleaning agent in the cleaning agent storage cavity corresponding to the cleaning function into the mobile cleaning equipment to form cleaning liquid;
wherein, different cleaning agents are stored in the different cleaning agent storage cavities.
Specifically, the base station may be provided therein with a detergent storage chamber, and different detergent storage chambers are used to store detergents having different cleaning functions. For example, a detergent having a general cleaning function, a detergent having a decontamination function, a detergent having a sterilization function, or the like may be stored in the detergent storage chamber. After determining the target cleaning agent corresponding to the scene information of the area to be cleaned, determining the cleaning function corresponding to the target cleaning agent based on the target cleaning agent, for example, determining the cleaning function corresponding to the target cleaning agent as a decontamination function, and then throwing the cleaning agent in the cleaning agent storage cavity corresponding to the cleaning function (decontamination function) into the solution containing device of the mobile cleaning equipment so as to ensure that the mobile cleaning equipment achieves the optimal cleaning effect during cleaning.
Optionally, each cleaning agent storage cavity stores at least one cleaning agent with a cleaning function; correspondingly, the cleaning agent in the cleaning agent storage cavity corresponding to the cleaning function is put into the movable cleaning equipment to form cleaning liquid, and the cleaning liquid comprises the following components:
