Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1, the present disclosure provides a method for matching a standard address with an electronic fence, the method comprising:
s11, loading the operator mark address and the operator electronic fence into a map;
s12, extracting the operator standard addresses and/or operator electronic fences which are not matched in the map as items to be matched;
s13, acquiring a geographic electronic fence in a Geographic Information System (GIS) according to the geographic position information of the item to be matched;
s14, correcting the item to be matched according to the geofence so as to enable the corrected operator mark address to be matched with the operator fence.
In this embodiment, for example, for a large amount of electronic fences and standard address information existing in chinese Unicom, which may have a problem that part of the electronic fences cannot be accurately matched with the standard address, the electronic fences and standard addresses that do not achieve accurate matching need to be accurately matched to correct errors that may exist therein, and the correction method is to correct errors that may exist in the operator record information by means of the characteristics of the geographic location information in GIS (geographic information system ) and the operator electronic fences and standard address information. Specifically, for example, the standard address of the communication system and the communication device of the company is the address of the base station, the electronic fence is the coverage area of the cell of the base station, if the base station is not in the coverage area of the cell of the base station in the map, an error is necessarily present, and at this time, the geographic information of the systems such as a hundred-degree map, a high-altitude map and the like can be introduced to correct the electronic fence and the standard address information of the company. Compared with the prior art that a large amount of manual processing cannot effectively utilize the data, the method has the advantages that possible error information is calibrated by adopting an automatic step and introducing a GIS system, so that labor cost is reduced, efficiency is improved, and error rate is reduced.
In one embodiment, the operator reference addresses specifically include: standard address names and standard address coordinates corresponding to the positions of the operator communication equipment resources, wherein the standard address names are determined based on administrative division;
the operator electronic fence specifically comprises: an electronic fence name and an electronic fence frame coordinate list corresponding to an operator communication equipment resource service area, wherein the electronic fence name is determined based on administrative division;
the operator standard address and/or the operator electronic fence which are not matched in the map specifically comprise: the operator standard address corresponding to the same operator communication equipment resource does not fall into the coverage range of the corresponding operator electronic fence in the map.
In this embodiment, the information included in the electronic fence includes an electronic fence name, a longitude and latitude coordinate list, a shape outline, an area and the like, and the application includes cell management, position analysis, area monitoring and the like; the standard address comprises information including standard address names, longitude and latitude coordinates and the like, and the purposes include map labeling, resource maintenance, resource association, resource inquiry and the like. The electronic fence name can be corresponding to regional range information based on administrative division, such as a certain district, a certain commercial land block and the like; the standard address name corresponds to specific address information, such as a specific identification point of a certain district or a certain commercial block, and the name also comprises a corresponding administrative division. The longitude and latitude coordinate list of the electronic fence and the longitude and latitude coordinate of the standard address can be utilized to load the two into the corresponding position of the map, the operator standard address corresponding to the same operator communication equipment resource and the operator electronic fence should be matched, namely the operator standard address should fall into the corresponding operator electronic fence, if the operator standard address does not match, at least one information is wrong, and the information needs to be corrected. It will be appreciated that the error-existing manner also includes that only a single standard address or only a single electronic fence is used, and the corresponding administrative division (such as a certain district or a certain commercial block) may be directly used as the electronic fence for the single standard address, and for the single electronic fence, an auditor may be required to check whether the standard address information needs to be supplemented, that is, the item to be matched in this embodiment may be an operator standard address, an operator electronic fence, or one of the operator standard address and the operator electronic fence.
In an embodiment, obtaining a geofence in a geographic information system GIS according to geographic location information of an item to be matched specifically includes:
and acquiring a first geographic electronic fence corresponding to the administrative division and a second geographic electronic fence corresponding to the area where at least one geographic object in the administrative division in the GIS according to the standard address name and/or the electronic fence name.
In this embodiment, the electronic fence information obtained from the GIS may include two types, one is a first electronic fence, which is directly aimed at the geographical area range information of the corresponding administrative region obtained from a certain cell or a certain commercial block, and the other is a second electronic fence, which is aimed at the geographical object, such as a highway, a building, etc., where the obtained regional range information of the geographical object, the first electronic fence may be used as an electronic fence corresponding to a standard address, and the second electronic fence may be used to check whether the standard address is accurate, and the principle is that: if the base station corresponding to the standard address is checked not to be arranged on the highway, if the standard address corresponding to the base station falls in the second geofence corresponding to the highway on the map, an error is necessarily present.
In one embodiment, the item to be matched is modified according to the geofence information, and specifically includes at least one of the following:
in response to determining that the operator electronic fence does not overlap with the first geo-fence, replacing the operator electronic fence with the first geo-fence;
responsive to determining that the operator standard address does not fall within the first geofence, moving the operator standard address into the first geofence;
in response to determining that it is not reasonable to have the operator standard address fall within a certain second geo-fence, the operator standard address is moved within the first geo-fence to outside the certain second geo-fence.
In this embodiment, the geofence information in the GIS is mainly purchased and used by a manufacturer (such as hundred degrees, germany, four dimensions, etc.), so that the default geofence information is correct, and therefore, when the operator electronic fence information has errors and needs to be calibrated, the operator electronic fence information can be directly replaced by the geofence information. The coordinates of the standard addresses of the operators at present are not necessarily accurate, for example, the standard address coordinates of some cells do not fall into the cells but fall on a large road, the deviation is wrong, the treatment and correction are needed, and the longitude and latitude of the standard address coordinates can be calibrated in an auxiliary mode through matching with the geofence frame.
In one embodiment, moving the operator standard address within the first geofence to outside of the certain second geofence specifically includes:
and acquiring a certain geographic object name where the operator communication equipment resource corresponding to the operator standard address is arranged, and moving the operator standard address into another second geographic electronic fence corresponding to the certain geographic object name in the first geographic electronic fence.
In this embodiment, the common operator reference address and the operator electronic fence may take a center point as a POI (point of Interest ) corresponding to AOI (Area of Interest) to achieve matching, but this approach is not absolutely accurate, because the actual service range of the communication equipment resource may be affected by the geographic object, such as a building, a natural landscape blocking, etc., and thus the actually placed location is not necessarily located in the center of the service Area, but it is generally placed at a specific identification point, such as a commercial land block with a plurality of identification points (typically, such as a high-speed rail station parking lot), so that the geographic location coordinates of the standard address may be located according to the identification point where the specific communication equipment resource may be placed, so as to achieve a requirement of higher precision, and improve the accuracy of the matching result.
In one embodiment, after correcting the item to be matched according to the geofence, the method further comprises:
the corrected items to be matched are marked obviously in the map so as to be submitted to auditing personnel for auditing;
and receiving an auditing result of the auditing personnel on the corrected item to be matched, if the auditing result is passed, storing the corrected item to be matched, otherwise, correcting the item to be matched again according to the geographic electronic fence.
In this embodiment, after the information of the item to be matched is automatically corrected, the matching result can be verified and corrected by a manual auditing mechanism, so that the possibility of error of the matching result is reduced, the auditing personnel can intuitively obtain the information to be audited by displaying the correction result on the map, the auditing personnel can complete auditing work according to own experience and other record information in the operator, operations such as modifying, adding and deleting the operator trademark address and the operator electronic fence information can be performed, and then the information after the operations such as modifying, adding and deleting can be verified by using an automation step.
The overall flow of this embodiment is as follows: the standard address and the electronic fence of the operator are displayed on the map, if the standard address is displayed outside the electronic fence, the error is confirmed, the range of the cell corresponding to the standard address is found on the map, if the standard address is within the range of the cell, that is, the electronic fence information is wrong, the electronic fence information needs to be modified according to the range of the cell, if the standard address is still outside the range of the cell, that is, the standard address is wrong, the coordinate of the standard address needs to be modified into the electronic fence, and the standard address is generally positioned in the electronic fence comparison center, but is not positioned in some special positions such as a highway, so that the position of the standard address can be moved in the map according to the conditions, and finally, the manual examination is submitted. Specific examples that this embodiment may include are at least several forms as in fig. 2-5.
Example 1 as shown in fig. 2, includes the steps of:

extracting items to be matched: step S12 in fig. 1 corresponds to selecting a standard address of an unmatched electronic fence and/or an electronic fence of an unmatched standard address, which may be to automatically extract an operator standard address in a map, an operator electronic fence that does not include an operator standard address, or an operator standard address and an operator electronic fence that are erroneously matched (e.g., an operator standard address of a certain communication device resource is erroneously included in an operator electronic fence of another communication device resource), etc.;
obtaining target geographic information: step S13 in fig. 1 corresponds to selecting another type as a target type according to the type of the item to be matched, and acquiring the corresponding geographic information in the GSI system according to the target type, where the corresponding geographic fence in the map may be acquired as the target geographic information according to the operator label address and/or the administrative region corresponding to the operator fence;
and (3) matching judgment: in step S14 in fig. 1, the item to be matched is corrected according to the geofence, that is, the operator standard address and/or the operator geofence are corrected according to the target geoinformation, specifically, the location of the operator standard address may be moved in the map, and the longitude and latitude corresponding to the moved location may be obtained as the new coordinate of the operator standard address, or the frame coordinate of the operator geofence may be corrected according to the frame coordinate of the target geoinformation in the map;
setting matching: in step S14 in fig. 1, the corrected operator label address and the operator electronic fence are matched, and the corrected information may be extracted from the map, such as a latitude and longitude coordinate, a latitude and longitude coordinate list, and the like, so as to correspondingly modify the standard address and the electronic fence information recorded in the operator system.
As shown in fig. 3, in example 2, compared with example 1, an audit step is added, specifically, whether the result of automatic matching is accurate or not can be judged through manual audit, if so, the corresponding corrected information is recorded, if not, the information can be manually modified and then automatic matching can be performed again, and the audit process, audit time, audit result, auditor and other information are recorded.
