Example 1
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an information management system according to a first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the information management system includes: a card request management module 100, a customer information management module 200, and a data migration management module 300; the client information management module 200 is connected to the card request management module 100 and the data migration management module 300, respectively. The card request management module 100 is configured to perform qualification verification on an applicant client of a card handling request through at least one qualification verification system in response to acquiring the card handling request.
Specifically, the card request management module 100 is connected to different types of channel devices through different communication interfaces; for example, a customer may issue a card transaction request through different channels such as a counter, a self-service terminal (e.g., over the counter), a cell phone software (APP), a website, a third party communications software, etc.; when the front-end equipment of different channels acquires a card handling request of a client, the front-end equipment sends the card handling request to a corresponding background server; the card request management module 100 is connected with the background servers of the different channels through different communication interfaces, so that the card request management modules 100 submitted by users through the various channels are summarized into the card request management module 100.
Meanwhile, the card request management module 100 is further connected with one or more qualification verification systems, and after obtaining the card handling request, the card handling request is sent to the one or more qualification verification systems, so that different types of qualification verification can be completed through different qualification verification systems, for example, the qualification verification system A is used for evaluating asset information of a current application client; the qualification checking system B is used for evaluating the risk level of the current application client, and the qualification checking system C is used for evaluating the credit level of the current application client; optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the verification type of the qualification verification system is not specifically limited.
The card in the embodiment of the invention refers to a card with a financial transaction function, which may exist in the form of a physical card or may exist in the form of a virtual card, and may have a overdraft function, that is, the transaction amount may be greater than the pre-stored amount, or may not have a overdraft function, that is, the transaction amount may not be greater than the pre-stored amount.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, the card request management module 100 is further configured to obtain at least one matched target qualification checking system according to a channel identifier of the card handling request or a client type of the application client, and perform qualification checking on the application client of the card handling request through the at least one target qualification checking system.
Specifically, the card handling requests transmitted by different channels often have the same acquired parameter information, for example, the card handling requests acquired through a counter are high in authenticity, integrity and accuracy of customer information because manual verification is performed by staff of a management mechanism, and at the moment, the qualification checking operation is not required to be performed through part of the qualification checking systems; and the card acquired by the self-service terminal processes the request, and then the qualification checking operation is required to be executed by all qualification checking systems.
Meanwhile, different types of clients (such as clients with different professions, clients with different ages and clients with different sexes) have different qualification check items, so that different qualification check systems are required to be selected for checking, and the current application client is subjected to targeted qualification check according to the channel identification of the card handling request or the client type of the application client, so that the handling efficiency of the card handling request is greatly improved, and the workload of each qualification check system is reduced.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the card request management module 100 is further configured to send the card handling request to other channel devices except the current channel device, so that the card handling request maintains data synchronization in each channel device.
Specifically, for the qualification verification of the application client, a long time is usually required, in this period, the user often cannot timely acquire a specific handling progress, and cannot modify the issued card handling request, for example, when the client handles a card service through a counter, that is, sends a card handling request through the counter, it usually only waits for the information management system to inform the card handling result in a manner of a short message or a voice phone, etc., and in fact, the application client needs to timely acquire the specific handling progress, and may have a service requirement of modifying the information of the card handling request when the card handling information is found to be filled in, so the card application module may send the card handling request to other channel devices except the current channel device after acquiring the card handling request.
Taking the current channel equipment as a counter as an example, after the card request management module 100 processes a card processing request acquired by the counter, the card processing request is synchronously transmitted to background servers of different channels such as a self-service terminal, mobile phone software, a website, third party communication software and the like, so that a current application client can not only timely acquire specific processing progress through various channels, but also can process information modification on the issued card processing request at any time through various channels, thereby greatly improving the convenience of card processing and user experience.
If at least one verification failure identifier is obtained in the qualification verification results returned by all the qualification verification systems called at the time, the card request management module 100 indicates that the card handling request does not meet the qualification requirement, namely, refuses the card handling request at the time; if any verification failure identifier is not obtained in the qualification verification results returned by all the qualification verification systems called at this time, the card handling request meets the qualification requirement, and then the card handling request is sent to the client information management module 200.
And the client information management module 200 is configured to configure the application client as a first file establishment client if the application client is determined to be a new client, and configure the created new card to the first file establishment client. Specifically, the client information management module 200 queries whether a profiling client matched with the current application client exists in the service database through an identification through a query interface connected with the service database; the identity characteristic identification can comprise an effective certificate identification or identification information which is formed by the effective certificate identification and a customer name or obtained after calculation; the profiling clients are old clients that have been registered in the information management system and have relevant client information recorded in the service database.
If no profiling client matched with the current application client is found in the service database, confirming that the current application client is a newly added client; for the newly added client, the newly added client is configured as a profiling client (namely, a first profiling client), namely, the relevant information of the application client is recorded in a service database, and the created new card is configured to the first profiling client, namely, the profiling operation of the newly added client is completed.
The data migration management module 300 is configured to add the first client to a data migration list, and execute a distributed storage operation on the data migration list according to a preset migration period. Specifically, for a distributed database, each storage device forming the database is usually located at different geographic positions, and different customer information is respectively stored in different devices according to different service requirements based on various modes such as identity feature identification, customer attribution or card attribution; and the data migration list records the relevant information of the file clients needing to perform data migration.
For the first profiling client to complete the profiling operation, the first profiling client needs to be allocated to a matched storage device so as to be convenient for a service system to acquire nearby; the preset migration period is preconfigured, namely, each preset migration period carries out migration operation of client information on the profiling clients in the data migration list, and when the profiling clients in the data migration list complete migration, the current information management system carries out local deletion on the related information of the first profiling client, so that the phenomenon of information loss is avoided.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the client information management module 200 is specifically configured to obtain, according to the identity of the applying client, a target storage address matched with the identity through a data mapping table, and determine that the applying client is a new client through the target storage address.
Specifically, since the service database in the embodiment of the present invention is a distributed database, the client information management module 200 needs to determine that the service database belongs to the storage location of the profiling client of the same type as the identity feature identifier of the current application client, so as to perform subsequent comparison operation, and the data mapping table records the mapping relationship between the identity feature identifiers of different types and the storage addresses, and obtains the matched target storage address in the data mapping table according to the type of the identity feature identifier of the current application client, so that under the target storage address, by querying the identity feature identifiers of all the profiling clients, whether the current application client is a newly added client is determined, thereby improving the matching efficiency of the identity feature identifiers of the application client, and further improving the response speed of card handling requests.
According to the technical scheme, a card request management module responds to a card handling request, and performs qualification verification on an application client through a qualification verification system, and a client information management module configures the application client as a first file establishment client and configures a new card which is completed to be established to the first file establishment client; the data migration management module adds the first file establishing client into the data migration list, performs distributed storage operation on the data migration list, and realizes ordered management of card information and client information through a distributed information management system, thereby improving system management efficiency and avoiding the phenomenon that financial business cannot be carried out in order due to unmatched card information and client information.
In the technical scheme of the disclosure, the related processes of collecting, storing, using, processing, transmitting, providing, disclosing and the like of the personal information of the user accord with the regulations of related laws and regulations, and the public order colloquial is not violated.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an information management system according to a second embodiment of the present invention, where, as shown in fig. 2, a client information management module includes an identity comparison execution unit 201, a basic comparison execution unit 202, and a face comparison execution unit 202; the identity comparison execution unit 201 is specifically configured to determine whether a second profiling client matched with the application client exists according to the identity feature identifier of the application client; the basic comparison execution unit 202 is specifically configured to determine whether a third gear establishment client matched with the application client exists according to basic feature information of the application client; the facial comparison execution unit 202 is specifically configured to determine whether the applying client is a new client by comparing facial feature information of the applying client with facial feature information of a third profiling client if it is determined that the second profiling client does not exist and a third profiling client exists.
Specifically, for the same customer, the card may be processed through the valid certificate, and the card is processed by using other valid certificates at this time, in the conventional information management system, the different valid certificates are often regarded as different users, so that the situation that one real customer corresponds to a plurality of customer information often occurs.
As described in the above technical solution, the identity comparison execution unit 201 is configured to query, through the identity feature identifier, whether a profiling user (i.e. a second profiling client) matched with the application client exists; if the second filing client is determined to exist, the current application client is not a new client, but an existing filing client in the service system; if it is determined that the second profiling client does not exist, the base comparison execution unit 202 continues to search in the service database for whether a profiling user (i.e., a third profiling client) matching the application client exists through the base feature information of the client; wherein the basic characteristic information reflects personal basic information of the client, such as name, gender, age, occupation, academic history, etc.
Screening the basic feature information items in a business database respectively, if a third filing client with the basic feature information completely consistent is obtained, namely, a photograph submitted by an application client at this time is compared with the facial feature information of the third filing client through facial feature information, if the third filing client with the consistent comparison exists, the current application client can be determined to be the third filing client, namely, the current application client is actually the same client at the moment, and different types of effective certificate handling cards are used for sending out twice before and after; at this time, the newly created card and the valid certificate used at this time are configured to the third profiling client, so as to ensure the integrity of the information of the third profiling client.
If the facial feature information of the application client is dissimilar to the comparison result of the third profiling client, the current application client can be determined to be a new client, so that the accuracy of inquiring the profiling client is improved, and the situation that the same client uses different types of effective certificates to transact cards is avoided, and the users are mistakenly configured to different profiling clients.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the client information management module is further configured to combine the at least two fourth gear establishing clients into a fifth gear establishing client if it is determined that identity feature identifiers of the at least two fourth gear establishing clients are different and both basic feature information and face feature information of the at least two fourth gear establishing clients are the same; and the data migration management module is used for adding the fifth profiling client into a data migration list.
Specifically, the client information management module may also perform periodic checking operation on all profiling clients in the distributed database, that is, first, based on the identity feature identifier, search whether the same profiling client exists, if not, continue searching whether the profiling client (i.e., the fourth profiling client) with the same information exists according to the basic feature information and the facial feature information; if there are two or more fourth profiling clients, it means that the fourth profiling client is actually the same client, and at this time, the fourth profiling clients are combined to form a profiling client (i.e. a fifth profiling client), so that accuracy of data stored in the information management system is improved, and the situation that the same client uses different types of valid certificates to transact cards is avoided, and the fourth profiling client is erroneously configured as different profiling clients.
According to the technical scheme, the client information management module queries the matched profiling clients in the service database sequentially through the identity feature identification, the basic feature information and the facial feature information, so that the accuracy of querying the profiling clients is improved, and the situation that the same client uses different types of effective certificates to transact cards is avoided, and the clients are wrongly configured into different profiling clients.
Example III
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an information management system according to a third embodiment of the present invention, where, as shown in fig. 3, the information management system further includes an abnormal card management module 400; the client information management module 200 is further configured to determine that a second profiling client matched with the application client exists according to the identity feature identifier of the application client, and the history card of the second profiling client is an abnormal transaction card, send the abnormal transaction card to the abnormal card management module 400, and delete the second profiling client; the abnormal card management module 400 is configured to configure the abnormal transaction card to a virtual profiling client created in advance, so as to manage the abnormal transaction card through the virtual profiling client.
Specifically, the abnormal transaction card is a card having an abnormality in the card transaction process, for example, the customer a uses the valid certificate C of the customer B to transact the card D instead of the customer B due to various reasons such as the loss of the valid certificate, but the customer B does not actually know the existence of the card D, and when the customer B transacts the new card again through the valid certificate C, the existence of the card D and the profiling customer B (i.e., the second profiling customer) can be determined according to the valid certificate C, and at this time, if the customer B confirms that the card D and the customer B do not have an association relationship, the customer information management module 200 regards the card D as an abnormal transaction card, sends the abnormal card management module 400, and deletes the second profiling customer, and at the same time, configures the application customer B as the first profiling customer according to the card transaction request itself, and configures the created new card to the first profiling customer.
The abnormal card management module 400 manages the abnormal transaction cards through the virtual profiling clients which are configured in advance, one virtual profiling client can manage one or more abnormal transaction cards, and the abnormal card management module 400 can also configure a plurality of virtual profiling clients simultaneously according to service requirements so as to respectively manage the abnormal transaction cards in different regions through each virtual profiling client, thereby ensuring the orderly management of the abnormal transaction cards, providing information data for abnormal reasons and ensuring the information accuracy of the real profiling clients through the configured virtual profiling clients.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, if the client information management module determines that a second file establishment client matched with the application client exists according to the identity characteristic identification of the application client, the history card of the second file establishment client is an abnormal file establishment card, and the abnormal file establishment card is configured to a virtual file establishment client which is established in advance by the abnormal file establishment card management module, so that the abnormal file establishment card is managed through the virtual file establishment client, the ordered management of the abnormal file establishment card is ensured, information data is provided for tracing of abnormal reasons, and the information accuracy of a real file establishment client is ensured.
