the terminal connection identification module is used for identifying mobile terminals held by enterprise staff, and connecting the mobile terminals to an enterprise server, and comprises:
searching connection request signals automatically sent by mobile terminals held by enterprise staff after the mobile terminals are started, analyzing the connection request signals obtained by searching, and determining the current position information and the motion state information of the mobile terminals;
and determining a wireless connection route matched with the mobile terminal based on the position information and the motion state information, and connecting the mobile terminal to an enterprise terminal server through the wireless connection route.

analyzing the connection request signal obtained by searching, determining the current position information and the motion state information of the mobile terminal, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
performing signal intensity analysis on the connection request signal obtained by searching to obtain a real-time signal intensity value and a real-time signal intensity change rate value of the connection request signal; determining the current position information of the mobile terminal based on the real-time signal strength value; determining movement speed information of the mobile terminal based on the real-time signal strength change speed value;
determining a wireless connection route matched with the mobile terminal based on the position information and the motion state information, and connecting the mobile terminal to an enterprise terminal server through the wireless connection route, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
determining a wireless connection route with the strongest signal coverage performance between the wireless connection route and the mobile terminal based on the position information and the movement speed information; and after the mobile terminal is successfully authenticated through the wireless connection route, the mobile terminal is connected to an enterprise terminal server.
4. The artificial intelligence based talent management and control system for enterprises as set forth in claim 1, wherein:
the working service data collection and preprocessing module is used for monitoring the mobile terminal after the mobile terminal is connected with the enterprise terminal server, obtaining the working service data of the mobile terminal, and screening and preprocessing the working service data, and comprises the following steps:
