Referring to fig. 4, 7 and 9, the present invention provides a technical solution: the welding method for machining the automobile stabilizer bar comprises the following steps of:
S1, two workpieces to be welded are respectively placed in two supporting frames 100, at the moment, a driving motor 204 is started to drive a driving rotating rod 200 to rotate, the driving rotating rod 200 rotates to drive two incomplete gears 202 to rotate respectively, the incomplete gears 202 are meshed with teeth 203 to drive a swivel 300 to rotate, internal teeth 301 are driven to rotate, at the moment, the internal teeth 301 drive a plurality of transmission gears 302 to rotate, and then the transmission gears 302 drive a plurality of racks 303 to move, so that the racks 303 are mutually close to drive a clamping plate 305 to clamp the workpieces;

Welding equipment for machining automobile stabilizer bars, comprising two supporting frames (100), characterized in that: a disc ring gear (101) is connected between the two supporting frames (100) in a rotating mode, a plurality of electric welding gun bodies (103) are arranged in the disc ring gear (101), an upper cover shell (400) is fixedly connected between the two supporting frames (100) in a rotating mode, a lower cover shell (402) is fixedly connected between the two supporting frames (100), an activated carbon plate (401) is fixedly connected in the upper cover shell (400), a cleaning component for cleaning the activated carbon plate (401) is arranged on the outer surface of the disc ring gear (101), and clamping components are uniformly arranged on one sides, far away from each other, of the two supporting frames (100);
the clamping assembly comprises a plurality of sliding rails (304) fixedly connected to one side of the supporting frame (100), racks (303) are respectively and slidably connected to the inside of the sliding rails (304), and clamping plates (305) are respectively arranged at the ends, close to each other, of the racks (303);
A swivel (300) is rotatably connected to the inside of the support frame (100), internal teeth (301) are fixedly connected to the inside of the swivel (300), a plurality of transmission gears (302) are rotatably connected to one side of the support frame (100), the internal teeth (301) are respectively meshed with the plurality of transmission gears (302), and a plurality of transmission gears (302) are respectively meshed with a plurality of racks (303);
One end of each rack (303) is uniformly and fixedly connected with a telescopic rod (306), each telescopic rod (306) is fixedly connected with each clamping plate (305), springs (307) are sleeved on the outer surfaces of each telescopic rod (306), one end of each spring (307) is fixedly connected with each clamping plate (305), and the other end of each spring (307) is fixedly connected with each rack (303);
A driving rotating rod (200) is connected between the two supporting frames (100) in a common rotation mode, two ends of the driving rotating rod (200) respectively extend to the inside of the two supporting frames (100) and are respectively and fixedly connected with an incomplete gear (202), teeth (203) are fixedly connected to the outer surface of the rotating ring (300), the incomplete gear (202) is meshed with the teeth (203), a driving motor (204) is fixedly installed on one side of the supporting frames (100), and the output end of the driving motor (204) is fixedly connected with the driving rotating rod (200);
The outer surface of the driving rotating rod (200) is fixedly connected with a driving gear (201), the driving gear (201) is meshed with a disc ring gear (101), a plurality of mounting seats (102) are fixedly connected inside the disc ring gear (101), guide rails (104) are fixedly arranged on one sides of the mounting seats (102) respectively, and a plurality of electric welding gun bodies (103) are slidably connected with the guide rails (104) respectively;
The cleaning assembly comprises a plurality of rotating shafts (404) which are rotationally connected between two disc ring gears (101), a plurality of soft brushes (406) are uniformly and fixedly connected to the outer surfaces of the rotating shafts (404), the soft brushes (406) are respectively contacted with the bottom of an active carbon plate (401), gears (405) are fixedly connected to the outer surfaces of the rotating shafts (404), and the disc ring gears (101) are respectively meshed with the gears (405).

The welding device for machining an automobile stabilizer bar according to claim 1, wherein: a driven rotating rod (205) is connected between the two disc ring gears (101) in a rotating mode, an auxiliary gear (206) is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the driven rotating rod (205), and the disc ring gears (101) are meshed with the auxiliary gear (206).

The welding device for machining an automobile stabilizer bar according to claim 1, wherein: a lower cover shell (402) is fixedly connected between the two disc ring gears (101) and below the upper cover shell (400), and a dust-cleaning hinged door (403) is arranged in the lower cover shell (402).
4. A welding method of an automobile stabilizer bar by a welding apparatus for automobile stabilizer bar processing according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
S1, respectively placing a connecting piece to be welded and a stabilizer bar on two support frames (100), and simultaneously controlling two clamping assemblies to clamp the connecting piece and the stabilizer bar;
s2, the positions of the plurality of electric welding gun bodies (103) can be changed by rotating the disc ring gear (101), so that the welding efficiency can be remarkably improved, and the welding time can be shortened;
S3, finally, waste gas generated during welding is purified by the activated carbon plate (401), and meanwhile, when the disc ring gear (101) rotates, the cleaning assembly is driven to clean the activated carbon plate (401), so that high-efficiency filterability is maintained.
