In summary, the driving mechanism 2, the rotating assembly 3, the skeleton assembly 4 and the cleaning mechanism 5 are mutually matched, so that on one hand, the spray valve 53 can be controlled to rotate along the axis of the transformer 6, and on the other hand, the spray valve 53 is driven to rotate back and forth within the range of +/-60 degrees by taking the transverse rotating tube 52 as the axis, and meanwhile, the spray valve 53 and the longitudinal rotating tube 531 are driven to rotate back and forth within the range of +/-60 degrees, so that water flow or air flow sprayed by the spray valve 53 can be further enabled to uniformly contact with the surfaces of the radiator and the cooling fan, the cleaning effect of the transformer 6 is greatly improved, and the cleaning device has the characteristics of convenience in adjustment and good cleaning effect.

the driving mechanism (2) comprises a movable shell (21), a driving motor (22), a driving shaft (221), a driving gear (23) and a driven gear (24), wherein the driving motor (22) is connected with the driving shaft (221), the driving gear (23) is movably sleeved on the surface of the driving shaft (221), tooth grooves (341) on the surface of the guide rail (34) are in transmission connection with the driving gear (23), and the movable shell (21) is in sliding connection with the guide rail (34);
the framework assembly (4) comprises a frame (41), a rotating shaft (42) and an arc-shaped protruding portion (43), the rotating shaft (42) below the frame (41) is movably connected with the movable shell (21), the driven gear (24) is movably sleeved on the surface of the rotating shaft (42), and the arc-shaped protruding portion (43) is inlaid on the inner wall of the frame (41);
the cleaning mechanism (5) comprises a transverse rotation tube (52), a second transmission gear (521), a spray valve (53), a longitudinal rotation tube (531), a fourth transmission gear (532) and a rack bar (55), wherein the end part of the transverse rotation tube (52) is fixedly connected with the second transmission gear (521), the lower part of the spray valve (53) is connected with the transverse rotation tube (52) through the longitudinal rotation tube (531), the fourth transmission gear (532) is in transmission connection with the rack bar (55), the arc-shaped protruding part (43) is in sliding connection with one end of the rack bar (55), and the driven gear (24) is in transmission connection with the second transmission gear (521);
the driving mechanism (2) further comprises a movable plate (25) and a telescopic piece (26), the movable plate (25) is fixedly connected with the telescopic piece (26), the driving motor (22) and the telescopic piece (26) are both installed on the surface of the movable shell (21), sleeves are inlaid on the surfaces of the driving gear (23) and the driven gear (24), the sleeves of the driving gear (23) are movably sleeved on the surface of the driving shaft (221), a first limiting rib (222) is arranged on the surface of the driving shaft (221), a second limiting rib (421) is arranged on the surface of the rotating shaft (42), limiting grooves are formed in the inner walls of the two sleeves, and the first limiting rib (222) and the second limiting rib (421) are both in sliding connection with the limiting grooves;
